Called to cancel my prime account test…

Called to cancel my prime account test of 30 days, had a woman on the phone who convinced me to keep it for 19.99 for a year. I accepted and payed by a link Received by email, she promised me i would receive a confirmation of this a few minutes later but i received nothing. When i go to my go voyage app, it's still writen i will have to pay 89.99 euros the 3 of april ! I received the email with the 19.99 to pay and the one about telling my experience very quickly but i didn't receive the one who proves i already payed for keeping prime !

I thank the assistance of your collaborator on the phone. Very useful ! However, I find very confused the information about different prices for flight reservation (reduced, standard, etc.) because it's no clear that choising a reduction mode you're subscribing at he same time an annual Prime free trial. I think it's not very correct towards users from my point of view. So I would suggest you to clarify a little more the implications of different price choix. Thank you very much in adavance !
