My Top Tour (MNPQ Gestores Turísticos, S.L) Los encontraréis bajo el nombre de mezquitadecordoba-entradas.org y alhambra-entradas.org y son revendedores de entradas a un precio superior al oficial bajo el reclamo de ser la web oficial y aparecer en los primeros puestos en las búsquedas de Google. En mi caso hice la compra un Lunes de 3 entradas para la visita nocturna de la Mezquita de Cordoba del Jueves pensando que era la web oficial. Cuando me llegó la confirmación de "solicitud de reserva al vendedor" bajo el nombre de My Top Tour en lugar de las entradas, empecé a sospechar y tras una breve búsqueda puede comprobar la gran cantidad de reseñas negativas y gente en mi misma situación. Es imposible contactar con ellos por ninguno de los medios que ofrecen (email, telefono o whatsapp) y no devuelven el dinero. Tras 4 días sin recibir las entradas ni poder contactar con ellos, el mismo día de la visita recibo un correo de anulación y ya es demasiado tarde para comprar otras porque para el mismo día están agotadas. Si no queréis que os roben y os arruinen las visitas, evitad comparar a estos estafadores y usad las web oficiales que os garantizan las entradas y el mejor precio: tickets.mezquita-catedraldecordoba.es tickets.alhambra-patronato.es

SCAM ALERT!! When you google, they come up looking like official Alhambra tickets and tour. Don't be fooled.. DON"T book your Alhambra tickets/tours here. First of all- TRIPLE THE PRICE !! go to official website and buy there !! much cheaper and you get your desired time of entry GUARANTEED way in advance , and second of all they don't guarantee you desired time of entry to the palace, they tell you last minute (24 hrs in advance) so you can't plan your visit until then. SCAM. Get official tickets and plenty of good private guides you can find on tirpadvisor or tours by locals

SCAM! There’s no value in paying them for tickets to Sagrada de Familia. They charged us 20 Euro extra for being a middle man, AND only sent us an email saying that the tickets are not guaranteed (2 weeks in advance!). Meanwhile on the official Sagrada de Familia website not only you can book the same tickets 20 euro cheaper you also get them right away! Customer service just kept sending me screenshots that I can’t cancel the booking. They are scamming you openly and have zero respect for you as a customer. Their websites look official fooling naive travellers into thinking they are buying off an official website. So I don’t think they care much for losing a disgruntled customer here and there, as more keep coming. Beware and spend your hard earned money on services that give you value and AVOID these scammers.

Fantastic tour very well organised from booking to end of tour. Great tour guide very clear & helpful. Would highly recommend.

Dont bother with the company. Very poor communication. They make you believe you are buying timed tickets, but after paying the money, you receive confirmation with no ticket. No time. Booked tickets for 9 am during busy summer month. After 3 inquiries got a short answer that they don't guarantee time and it could be any time between 9am and 1 pm!!! and will not send me a ticket with exact time till 24-48 hrs before the tour. We hired private guide (intependently) and needed to know exact time. No communication. And they overcharge for tickets. Beware and stay away

I partiicipated in a tour guided by Natalie. That was a top-notch experience. A lot of information given within 3 hours in an accessible and enjoyable way combined with the beauty of the site made the tour one of the best I took part in when traversing Andalusia😊😊😊

I liked so much the Alhambra tour with Natalia Rodriguez, My Top Tour guide. She gave us important info and was very humorous, making our journey extremely pleasant during the hours when we got to know all the attractions in the area.She also gave us precious tips about the city, restaurants and tours.

Realizamos un tour por el centro histórico y Albaicín bajo, y quedamos encantados. Nuesta guía fue Cristina, una chica encantadora que hizo que disfrutáramos del recorrido, y de las historias y anécdotas que nos contó.

El tour con anécdotas tiene un encanto especial, más mágico y amable!🏰😍 Sin duda volveremos a contar con esta agencia y muchísimas gracias a esa la guía Alejandra que se le nota cuanto le guste ese trabajo y sabe trasmitir emociones !
