Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch , the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

You can return products bought online or in-store if unsuitable within 28 days of receiving them. Sale items or reduced items must be returned within 14 days. Items must be returned to us in the original condition, with labels, unsoiled and unused. All product returns are at the cost of the customer unless we have sent the wrong item or it is faulty. Please package your item carefully to prevent it from being damaged in transit. In the case of a promotional offer, any free gifts must be returned with the purchased items to obtain a full refund. If free gifts are not returned, the RRP will be deducted from your refund.

Collections can be arranged for any weekday, from an address to suit you. DPD will text or email you on the day with an hour collection slot. This service should only be used when returning items for a refund, if they are too large to be returned with Royal Mail or DPD Drop Off services. Please note, this service is for DPD mainland UK only.

Sale items or reduced items, purchased online, must be returned within 14 days. Items must be returned to us in the original condition, with labels, unsoiled and unused.

We cannot accept returns of the following types of products: perishable goods (such as food and medicines), bespoke or custom-made items, certain items that cannot be returned for safety and/or hygiene reasons. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on in-store or online gift cards.

If you are looking to exchange any items recently ordered, simply follow the returns process above to obtain a refund and place a new order online for the item(s) you require. We aim to process refunds for unwanted items as soon as we receive the returned item. If you would like to place your new order before you receive your refund this will secure the stock for your order and you will receive your new items faster. Alternatively, you can exchange any item ordered online in either our Selby or Melton Mowbray stores, just bring along your receipt and returns forms and we can process your exchange on the same day, subject to stock availability. Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your goods or think an item may have a fault or have been sent in error, please contact us straight away so we can assess the issue and make it right. If an item is being returned due to it being faulty, R&R Country will refund the postage costs incurred for returning the item, but only if we are notified of the fault beforehand - please be aware of this when returning items. We do advise that all customers contact us first about faulty goods before returning them to us. Please note, faulty clippers and trimmers will need to be inspected before we can deem them faulty.

Repairs & Returns Due to the health hazard and hygienic problems involved with horse and rider clothing and allied products is it regretted that we are unable to service or handle any equipment unless it is clean and dry. (Health & safety work act 1974) Please note: Goods must be cleaned before we will inspect them. If your item is returned to us without being cleaned, we will charge to post the item back out to you.

If we are assembling items such as wardrobes etc. in your home we cannot be held responsible for household damages that may occur. We ask that you provide appropriate protection to any surfaces you wish to protect, and provide ample room for assembly. 

Deliveries made by us at Curiosity Interiors will be made to the address specified when placing your order. When your order is ready for dispatch, a member of staff will contact you to agree a delivery date. Please note customers shall be re-charged for a second delivery if they are not home on the agreed pre-arranged delivery date. 

You may alternatively choose, when ordering, to collect your order from our store Curiosity Interiors, 37-39 King Street, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 7BY. These options are available at the time of order and therefore please select either 'delivery' or 'customer collection'.

We aim to fulfil your order by the approximate delivery date provided, unless, there are circumstances beyond our control which prevent us from doing so. In the event of our products being delayed, we shall contact you. No compensation will be offered for late deliveries in any event. 

Delivery by courier 

Please be certain your purchase will fit into the required space to avoid disappointment before you buy. Dimensions specified on our website are approximate only. You should measure any door-ways, corridors or staircases that the product will have to pass through, including space for manoeuvring and turnings. 

We use couriers DPD, APC and Evri for small goods delivery. These deliveries will be despatched on Tuesday's and Thursday's for Next day delivery to UK mainland. Delays and extra charges may apply to over sea orders e.g. Ireland, Isle of Man etc. Couriers will attempt to deliver three times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to us. In this case we re-charge the amount paid for delivery to cover the cost of re-sending your order. An adult must be available at the delivery address to provide a signature and acknowledge their receipt in a safe and satisfactory condition.

We aim to fulfil your order by the approximate delivery date provided, unless, there are circumstances beyond our control which prevent us from doing so. Where we are unable to supply goods within our advertised time-scale, we will contact you. If delivery is not possible within the specified time we will not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.

No compensation will be offered for late deliveries in any event. Our delivery time-scales stated on the website are approximate only. Due to the vast amount of products we have on our website and the fast turnover, it is impossible to always maintain stock level information. 

We deliver to the whole of the UK mainland. We also deliver to the remote areas of the UK including the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Ireland, The Isle Of Man and The Isle Of Wight. Delivery charges to remote areas may incur a surcharge, which is calculated by the size and weight of your order. We also deliver worldwide. Please contact us for a quote.

Returning faulty goods 

We work hard to ensure that all our goods are delivered to you in perfect condition. In the event that your item has arrived damaged, please email [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt to report the damage. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Photographic evidence of damage will be required. We will then contact you to discuss a replacement or refund option. We cannot accept responsibility of damages after 48 hours. If any of the packaging is damaged the goods are to be refused by the customer and not to be signed for. Curiosity Interiors will refund postage on faulty items. 

Returning unwanted goods

If for any reason you wish to return an unwanted item, we ask that you contact us to confirm your intention and return the item within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its' original condition and packaging, or it will not be accepted under our returns policy. The goods will remain the buyers' responsibility until returned. If the returned goods are damaged through transit, it is the senders' responsibility to claim from the courier used. On receipt we will inspect the item and process refunds within 14 days. The customer is responsible for the postage on non-faulty or unwanted items. If returning an item that has been sent on free delivery terms, the normal costs of delivery will be deducted from the amount refunded.

*Once the packaging on mattresses or bed linens has been opened, for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to refund or exchange.

*In the case of a custom made order (order made for you, either in size, colour and/or fabric), you will not have the right to cancel once the order has been placed. If you do wish to cancel a full or partial custom made order, at any time after the order has been placed, you will remain liable to pay for the goods in full.

Return by post 

Remember to use a recorded postal service; we also suggest using a track-able and insured postal service, to protect yourself in the event of loss or damage.

You may return your item to a DPD Parcel Shop for £6.50 (this will be deducted from the amount refunded). Simple attach the pre-printed returns label to your parcel and take it to your nearest parcel shop. Parcels must be no bigger than 100cm x 60cm x 70cm. Find your nearest DPD Parcel Shop at www.dpd.co.uk/pickuplocator. 

Cancellation You are entitled to cancel your order if you wish providing you act within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to exercise this right prior to dispatch of goods please email [email protected]. If your order has already been dispatched please follow our returns information.

In the case of a Custom Made Order you will not have the right to cancel the Order once it has been placed. If you do wish to cancel all or part of a Custom Made Order at any time after the Order has been placed then you will remain liable to pay for the Goods in full.
