Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

We keep it transparent, crystal clear!

• If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
• Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
• Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
• Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
• Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Payment Terms

• Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
• There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
• Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
• Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.

Cruise to Lakshadweep (an incredible experience)

Just back from an incredible trip to Lakshadweep! My journey began with a luxurious 4-night sail on the Cordelia cruise's 'Empress.' This 12-floor beauty offered stunning ocean views from my room and top-notch amenities. The entertainment was a blast, with themed events keeping everyone engaged (10/10!). The ship was impeccably clean (10/10!), and for some, the ever-present availability of liquor might be a bonus (Just saying!). Lakshadweep itself is a dream come true. Crystal-clear waters lapped at pristine white sand beaches on Agati Island, a hidden gem with a population that would fit in a third of Chandigarh! (Think 7,000 people in a 4-5 km radius!). Snorkeling, scuba diving, and glass-bottom boat rides revealed a vibrant underwater world, perfect for nature lovers. I even ventured on a village tour and met some of the friendly locals. This place felt truly unique in India! A Gentle Note on the Cruise: While the cruise experience was mostly positive, there's room for improvement. The food variety, especially during off-peak hours, could be more extensive. Common options like pizza, burgers, and Asian cuisines were surprisingly limited. Even Indian dishes, despite the variety offered, lacked a certain punch. It felt like some options, like pizzas and Chinese dishes, were only available for an extra cost in USD. Additionally, long queues and occasional arguments at food counters created a less-than-ideal atmosphere. Considering the high cost and luxurious image of the cruise, a wider selection and improved delivery system would elevate the experience. Overall: Despite the food hiccups, the cruise was enjoyable. Lakshadweep's beauty truly stole the show! Cruise was never so popular in India, until Cordelia arrived . We planned it a month in advance and booked a 4 day cruise to Lakshadweep Islands. Let me take you through each and every aspect of the cruise. 1) Mesmerizing Interiors and great quality food / beverage: This would be an understatement when you talk about the ambience and the quality of food served at Cordelia. It is nothing but a 5 star deluxe hotel. I had booked a Mini Suite ( that comes with a balcony) and a Ocean View ( that has a window ). I do not not recommend the inner staterooms as they are dark and may be claustrophobic as it does not have any view and completely enclosed. There is no stopping when it comes to drinks. Have a variety of alcohols and soft-drinks ( completely incl. in your package) 2) Some of the staff members like Raj and Varsha from the front office ( guest services), MJ from the restaurant and the entire house keeping staff were so warm and welcoming . They are so calm and composed when they used to interact with us and especially MJ who narrated so many lovely stories to us of the his experience at the cruise. You will also find staff members at Front Office and Restaurants turn a deaf ear ( may be they get overwhelmed by seeing so much crowd and don't have too much patience to handle the guests ) 3. Stage Performances ..Mind blowing . They are easily comparable with the best in the world. The Balle Balle show artists ( Suraj, Sneh, Amit, Ansh, Onisha, Chitransh and so many others ) and Magician Tejas were just so good . You will love their performance and cannot wait for the next day to watch them again in a new avatar. 4. While the Cruise list if activities is power packed, I am not sure if you will enjoy all of it. There is just so much crowd that the enjoyment takes a back seat. I personally felt apart of the shows at the Marquee Theatre and the music at "Chairman's club" , other things can be skipped and you can relax in your Mini Suite Balcony , head to the gym or the walk on the Boat Deck viewing the sea and enjoy the breeze. 5. There is gambling for adults, gaming arcade for the kids ( all come at a extra cost) 6. When the cruise is full there are approx 1700-1800 ppl onboard, so image the rush that you will see on the cruise during 1. Boarding the Ship ( there is a queue) 2. breakfast, lunch or dinner 3. show times 4. various activities 5. Getting down from the ship So be prepared , and if you are not a person who like crowded places , it may be a little let down for you . But there is always the Boat Deck, where you can have a walk. Not many people walk there because they are busy participating in various activities going on the cruise. So you will have a very peaceful time on the boat deck. Hope you like my review. I will also upload the 4 day plan that Cordelia gives as photos. Do have a look . It will give you details of the pack schedule that awaits you on Cordelia.

i am my family travelled on the Laskhwadeep cruise, it was amazing. from the very nice ship to enthralling entertainment, to yummy food ... everything was just perfect. My family loved the new year holidays and i can't thanks the Cordelia team for the amazing experience.

Cruising with Cordelia was a blast! The ship is huge with around 800 rooms, so there's always something cool to check out. I loved that they added an Indian touch to the entertainment shows, it made them really special. And let's talk about the food - 5 buffets a day and unlimited alcohol, I was in heaven! One of the best parts was chilling on the upper deck and watching the stars. Overall, Cordelia Cruise is a must-try for everyone. It's the only Indian cruise liner and super safe, so you can relax and enjoy every moment.

I and my family really had fun in Cordelia Cruises in a reasonable price. And planning to sail (Sri Lanka) Thanks to Cordelia Cruises & team.

Which cabin should I book?

A lot of first time cruisers choose an inside cabin (an internal cabin without a window) solely due to their budget or simply because they spend maximum time at the lounge, spa, deck or activity area and only require a room for sleep and changeover. CORONA PANDEMIC RELATED CLAUSE

Incase of the passenger's inability to travel due to the passenger / co-passenger testing positive for Corona or being required to undergo quarantine due to the testing positive of a non-traveling family member, then the passenger can reschedule to another cruise without any rescheduling charges (Subject to any fare difference will be payable and customer must reschedule the voyage 48 hours prior the departure). Customers must provide an authenticated medical certificate/letter to avail this benefit.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

KEY POINTS FOR RESCHEDULING

Free rescheduling is limited at one time only.

Any further rescheduling will be chargeable @INR 5000/- Rs per Cabin.

Rescheduled Itinerary must commence on or before 31 st March 2022.

Fare difference if any will be payable by the Customer.

GST will be applicable on any payable amount.

If a guest requested for rescheduling from the date of Departure before 4 days and above Rescheduling fee will be NIL.

 If guest requested for rescheduling from date of Departure before 0 to 3 days Rescheduling fee will be 5000/- Rs as per cabin fare
