Everything was perfect! Friendly personnel, fantastic facilities, beautiful room! Beach, open-air restaurants, cafe, music - fantastic! There are many cats that made my children happy! Perfect hotel!

Beautiful room and sea view the food was variable and delicious. The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The beach was very nice. The hotel has many restaurants, Cafes and bars. The night entertainment was good.

WIFI: free WiFi only in lobby and it was super poor and slow. no WiFi at the rooms and I should pay it separately. In this world, paying for WiFi in the hotel is like paying electricity in the hotel. Super nice beach and pools

Club Hotel Sera is one of my favorite hotels to stay. Because of gorgeous ottoman palace design, because of the comfort and of excellent location (by the sea but also near to the airport and to the shops),because of the lovely garden with palms,flowers and mandarin trees, because of the live piano music in the lobby and restaurant, but most of all because of the people who are working here. Our favorite, and we know her for years now, - manager of reception NEGIN- she is a fairy from a fairytale, always smiling , helping, is always there with a sincere smile! Mustafa (also know him for years now)on reception desk - the most experienced, always helps and advises in any question. Sana -the guest relation, the smiling “sister”- fairy of Negin) The flower of Sera ) Nargul, medical department - the most welcoming and efficient) Yasmin ,in the lobby bar - thank you for your work and for your songs! Dear Sera Club, we will come back again, that’s for sure!!

Brief drive from the airport and there is an all - inclusive with great food and entertainment. Great stuff, everyone is very helplful, great beach (good for walks and swimming). Food was great, fresh vegetables, cheese, lots of fish.

Absolutely Exceptional!

Initially upon arrival the Hotel is a bit of a shock as everywhere is decorated like the Stately Rooms of Buckingham Palace or similar but once you get past that, you find yourself immersed in fabulous luxury and spoilt by the attentive yet not intrusive staff who are the backbone of the establishment. Rooms are lovely; huge beds with plenty of space to hold a football match; the rooms and hotel generally are spotless, cleaners are on constant rotation maintaining the standards. Everything is clean and replenished daily by 10am! Food?! Well, it's easier to list the things they don't cater and have, the food is amazing and service is something that UK 5 star hotels should aspire to! They even cater for vegans. It's good, local food, international cuisine and they still serve burgers, nuggets and fries for the few Americans that travel this far. Honestly! If you are looking for somewhere that has proper 5 star facilities, from kids clubs, spa treatments, bars, restaurants etc! You won't find better! Chuck in that it is right on Lara Beach with its own private section, the fact you can be off the plane, on the beach, drink in hand within 25 minutes (assuming you haven't arrived with PauperJet who lost your luggage) for £80 a night. I would challenge anyone to tell me somewhere better exists. I can tell you it doesn't, because they dont have Nur, a lady who... Traditional Turkish hospitality.When you stay at this hotel, adult men and women feel king and queen.under the teenages feel prince and princess. Very nice hotel.,and The God bless all the good people.Thank you.

I stayed in hotel Sera for a week and it was fantastic, the rooms were clean and had all the necessities. Along that even the other places like the lobby or terraces were very clean and nice. The food was incredible and the staff there were very hardworking and respectful. I was very thankful to meet most of the staff especially Begum and her sister always being welcoming, laughing and smiling with me. Alongside with Hasan that gave us the best improvised cocktails and of course the rest of the people there were doing their jobs amazingly good, smiled all the time and been respectful. Even the cats there were really nice and it was inspiring to see how the hotel took care of them by feeding them and making sure they were ok. My family and I were very impressed by the hotel and very happy about it. Looking forward to come back one day.

I like this hotel . Food is normal not delicious but okey . Room is really clean. Area is big you can find always bus or taxi to the city . But this comment special for YASEMIN who work in the bar. YASEMIN was perfect with us . She is smile always . All personnel was good . I will come again to this hotel again sure

In november not everything is open. Almost all extra restaurants and corners are closed. This is to bad but there aren't many people so some area's we have just for ourselves. The food at the main restaurant is plenty and good. The snack corner has two options (bread with meat or cheese), good quality but a lack of choice. Ice cream corner only open for two hours and no full option. I think they could do a better off season to make it feel less like that. There are a lot of cats, some feces that could use better cleaning The outside area is extremely large with a lot off nice places, it is al most unbelievable big. The room is nice, airco doesn't really work that well and missing like a water boiler. The kids playground was really dark at night as the lights didn't work. Went to the quest relation desk, and that was a quick fix. So that was awesome. There is a kidsclub for kids from 4 years of age. With your kids a parent should be present. Our kid 2,6 loved it so much. Didn't feel like he needed to be 4. Emel gave him a very good time and did a lot of work to create a save and fun environment. To be honest if he is happy so are we, because of his experience at the kids club this is a 5 star review (otherwise it would be 4 (hygiene regarding the cats and the off-season vibe).
