These people bring shame to my culture. My parent signed up with Hambik tour to go to grand canyon during covid, and they got on the bus and got there to find out that the company didn't organize with the park, they didn't notified the national park service that we are bringing in x number of people. So they ended up driving 20+ hours without visiting the national park. Not only that, they didn't return their money or apologize for their misconduct. At least, they could've offered a credit, so you can go with them again without paying or at a discount price.

Best of tours I wouldn't trust going Anywhere if it's not with Hambik tours. I always enjoy my self with the tour

I was on lake tahoe tour ,we stayed 3 nights in 4 stars bratty hotel casino .Mr Sahak was our tour guide ,with knowledged about aria plus with positive energy and high level of patients with all elderly people and some how disabilities. I have to say special thank to our diverse allso.

Worst service, my mom took the Lake Tahoe tour and she was very disappointed at all, very cheap motel, very bad service, and not happy at all this time, no room service and they called to Hambik's Tour customer service and they recommended to throw out the trash bags by their selfs which is worst. %100 negative.

This tour bus was awful. The tour guides clearly said that they would take us to places like a church or museum but they never did. They said it was because of covid but last week my friend went on their tour and they took their tour bus into those places. I don't recommend going on this tour bus because of how terrible the workers are. They clearly lied to us and continuously made excuses as to why we couldn't go anywhere. If you want to save yourself, don't take their tour bus.

This tour do not deserve any star at all . I have to put one as it's yelp requirement. All the office staff are big liars. They abused old people by their lies and not any good services. Most of their clients are Armenian or Russian elder people who can't speak English all. They gave no other choices, that's the reason they take this unprofessional unethical tour company. Recently I took a tour to Grand Canyon. The hotel was so cheep and dirty. I found coffee maker in bathroom, so discusting. No tissue paper at all. They told us rooms has refrigerator , but they lied. The tour guide was sleepy and tired from her life, transferred us lots of negative energy . she was nagging all the time (5 hours trip) . Instead of kept passengers happy and made their day by music or jokes , they served cheap Arminian Cognac drink in bus three times in a day and keep elder people in sleepy mood to do not understand what's going on. Tour guide didn't want to answered people's questions . She was so lazy. She looks like driver's assistant not tour Gide. I haven't seen any time management at all. They waste lots of time, as they are unorganized. After 15 ours being in bus we arrived to Grand Canyon after sunset and just stay there for 30 minutes. We couldn't took enjoyment of being in that place and couldn't take good photos because of darkness . Four of elders lost in Grand Canyon , because of darkness and it tools 30 minutes to find them by Nooneh, tour guide . Shame on you by choosing that cheap Chinese food place. We stayed hungry till 10 pm when we get back to hotels after 15 hours being on road .Their office manager Anahid is so rude and unprofessional and unethical. She told me I am only one who has complained. I am not surprised, as she can't read English to go and read the reviews....What we can expect from their office staff , when office manager is Anahid. I do not recommend this tours at all to any one. Take care of your elder parents . This tours designed to abuse them by get huge money and no good services at all . Save your times nerves and money . They are big liars and abusers .They changed us for this ridiculous trip and service for 400$ for each person. I take further step by law as their office manager Anahid did not take responsibility for all these that we experienced by refunding or offering for compensation. Shame on you . You deserve face law .

Worst tourbus EVER!!! Very Unorganized, unprofessional & unprepared. They always overbook, then tell people sorry there is no room on the bus anymore. And their backup driver didn't even know the address to the destination. This is the 2nd time I personally had this unpleasant experience with this company but everyone I know and have asked, has had same if not Similar horrifying experience. Would 100% NOT recommend them to anyone.

My mom took the tour to Lake Tahoe and was very very disappointed. In the past she was happy with them but this time very unhappy. Traveled with very old and dirty bus, then motel where they stayed was filthy and disgusting. You charged almost double compare to before but the whole tour was ten times worse then before. Unfortunately the elderly travelers most of them don't speak the language and you take advantage of that. Shame on you. There other nicer tours out there please people don't take this tour to anywhere until they make major changes

It use to be $250 with breakfast and stay good hotel unfortunately now we pay $450 just for transportation no food and junk dirty old motel with no service, we call for just pick clean trash can they said we are not responsible for room cleaning and your trash.

Worst service ever. Broken bus, replacement bus with less seats, people standing inside the busfor 3+,hr while on drive mode, kids seating on the floor, old customers with open heart surgery standing in the bus, charging customers for the uber trip, just because they weren't able to pick up them from the location that was promised at purchasing tickets, made 50+ people (majority of them senior citizens) to walk for 45 min to get on the road in order to get picked up, follow up calls made, unsuccessful, they careless and can't help you, will file a complaint with board of CSLB CA.GOV
