Overseas Passenger Terminal

Sydney Harbour is one of the world’s most beautiful ports of call for cruise ships. There are two dedicated cruise passenger terminals on the sparkling blue harbour near the city centre – the  Overseas Passenger Terminal  at  Circular Quay  and the  White Bay Cruise Terminal  at Rozelle.

Whether arriving or departing, aboard your cruise liner you can marvel at Australia’s famous icons, the  Sydney Opera House  and the  Sydney Harbour Bridge . And you’ll glide past The Heads, the dramatic sandstone cliffs at the entrance to the harbour, which is also known as Port Jackson.

Getting there

Overseas Passenger Terminal: Circular Quay trains, buses and ferries are a short walk away. For those arriving by car or taxi, entry to the terminal is off George Street onto Argyle Street. Parking is not permitted in the terminal precinct, however passengers may be set down or picked up.

White Bay Cruise Terminal: Most cruise lines offer the option to book transfers from/to  Sydney Airport  or Central Station. By car or taxi, access the terminal by James Craig Road. 

Customs and immigration

If you’re departing on a domestic cruise you’ll need to complete a health questionnaire, while international cruise passengers must complete a health questionnaire as well as an outbound passenger card. Both documents are available inside the terminals upon arrival.

Good to know

Bring a passport with at least six months’ validity for international voyages and a government-issued photo ID for domestic trips. Your booking itinerary is required for all cruises. Most cruise ships will not allow you to board with alcohol. You can surrender the alcohol and collect it at the trip’s end.

A  Tourist Refund Scheme  (TRS) desk is available at both cruise ship terminals for international cruises. TRS enables you to claim a refund for the Good and Services Tax (GST) and the Wine Equalisation Tax (WET) that you paid on goods purchased in Australia, after you’ve checked in.

Cruise Passenger Ultimate Guide: Overseas Passenger Terminal

The Overseas Passenger Terminal (OPT) is the first of two of Sydney’s dedicated cruise terminals, alongside White Bay Cruise Terminal (WBCT) in Rozelle. 

Located at 130 Argyle St, in The Rocks, OPT is situated in the world-famous destination and tourist hub of Circular Quay. In addition, the terminal is set between the iconic Sydney Opera House on one side and the Sydney Harbour Bridge on the other.

Due to its close proximity to some of Sydney’s natural wonders and iconic gems, Overseas Passenger Terminal has become the most preferred embarkation destination for both local and international cruisers.

Homeported cruise lines

The Overseas Passenger Terminal is designed to house larger vessels. Some of the cruise lines homeported by the terminal are: Royal Caribbean (RCI), Carnival Cruise Line , Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL), Celebrity Cruises , Princess Cruises , Holland America Line and Cunard . 

How to get there

If you’re coming from Sydney Airport, there are a number of options to go to the Overseas Passenger Terminal. Guests may opt to go on the rail shuttle service, taxi or Uber to get to the terminal. 

For guests who are driving or using private cars to OPT from the airport, they have to follow Ross Smith Ave, General Holmes Dr and Mill Pond Rd to M1. Then, drive onto Cross City Tunnel in Darlinghurst and exit toward A4. Guests must just continue on Cross City Tunnel to their destination in The Rocks. 

Passengers can also take one of several buses through the Sydney Central Business District (CBD) along Elizabeth Street. They should alight at Bridge Street and then head north onto Circular Quay. 

Guests who take the train from either the domestic or international airport need to alight at Circular Quay station and head in the direction of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Alternatively, if they’re coming from Wynyard or Central train station, they will need to head north down George Street and walk towards the harbour. On the other hand, there is also the light rail which runs down George St all the way to Circular Quay.

By light rail

The light rail runs from the eastern suburbs through the CBD and on to Circular Quay. It terminates just a few hundred metres from OPT.

Cruise passengers may also avail themselves of ferry services going to Circular Quay. They arrive from Parramatta in the west, suburbs in the east and from Manly in the north. There are also numerous inner harbour stops. The furthest ferry terminal is just 450 metres from the Overseas Passenger Terminal. 

Parking at OPT

Parking at the OPT is not available during cruise days. On cruise day, parking is reserved for other service providers to cruise lines homeported by OPT. However, there is street paid parking and multi-storey parking in The Rocks, including Argyle, Cumberland, Gloucester and Essex streets. 

Pick up and drop off at OPT

The OPT passenger drop off is located outside of the cruise terminal at Circular Quay West. In addition, this area is also used for both private pick-ups and drop-offs throughout the day. Access to this area is through George St across Argyle. Moreover, pick-ups and drop-offs should occur within just two minutes to avoid zone congestion, otherwise drivers will be asked to move on. 

Hotels near OPT

It is strongly suggested cruise passengers departing OPT spend at least one night in Sydney to explore the stunning harbour city that is the capital of NSW. There are a number of quality and affordable hotels around OPT with some within walking distance of the terminal. 

Sydney Harbour Hotel and Four Seasons Hotel in George St and the Shangri-La in Cumberland St are less than 500m away from OPT. In addition, Tank Stream Hotel in Pitt St and YEHS Hotel in Sussex St offer affordable rates and are a little over one kilometre away from the terminal. There are also a range of high quality famous-name hotels further into the city. They include the Hilton, Radisson, Marriott, Adina and Sofitel.

Moreover, OPT is just a short drive to other CBD hotels, hostels and pubs with a variety of accommodation.  

WiFi at OPT

There is no WiFi at the Overseas Passenger Terminal. But there are some restaurants and cafes in the vicinity that offer free WiFi to customers. 

Assistance for wheelchair-bound guests

Guests with mobility restrictions or those who require wheelchair access must inform their cruise line in advance. Cruise companies will then make arrangements for guests and assist with entry through the terminal and during boarding. 

Restaurants at OTP

There are a number of restaurants and cafes conveniently located around OPT. Some dining hubs are within easy walking distance from the terminal. These include The Rocks, Sydney Place and Quay Quarter. These precincts feature a number of pubs, restaurants and cafes alongside upscale dining venues. Additionally, there are also places to dine at the terminal itself, including the world famous Quay.

Things you need to know about Sydney Cruise Ship Terminals

Booked a cruise from Sydney ? Sydney’s Cruise Ship Terminals are just a hop, skip and jump away from the best the city has to offer.

Sydney has two dedicated cruise ship terminals: the Sydney Overseas Passenger Terminal and the White Bay Cruise Terminal. The Sydney Overseas Passenger Terminal is located in Circular Quay, the hub of the city, while the White Bay Cruise Terminal is a little further from the city and is designed for mid-sized ships – ones that can pass under the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Getting to and from

If you’re leaving or arriving at the Overseas Passenger Terminal Pier in Circular Quay , you’re spoilt for choice with transport options. In Circular Quay, you'll find trains (City Rail), buses, taxis and the City Ferries to take you almost anywhere in and around the city.

Sydney’s Kingsford International Airport is 13 kilometres from the terminal, which is about 30 minutes in a taxi. But be sure to allow enough time for traffic, especially at peak commuting times. You can be dropped off and picked up via George Street and Argyle Street, but there’s no short or long-term parking at the terminal itself.

The White Bay Cruise Terminal at Rozelle is only 6 kilometres from the centre of Sydney and 17 kilometres from the airport. There is short-term parking and access to the terminal via James Craig Road.

What you'll find at the terminals

Sydney’s Overseas Passenger Terminal has an ATM, passenger lifts, escalators and toilets. While there are no foreign exchange and post facilities, these are easily found in Circular Quay.

Sydney’s White Bay Cruise Terminal has toilets, public payphones, an ATM and a cafe. However, there is no post office, foreign exchange office, or Wi-Fi access.

While neither terminal offers duty free shopping, your cruise ship will undoubtedly have plenty for you to enjoy. Both cruise terminals have wheelchair access to the ships and terminal.

Spend a few hours in Sydney

Sydney is Australia’s first and biggest city, and it’s jaw dropping – so plan to stay for a couple of days before or after your cruise. If you only have a few hours to spare, explore the shops, cafes and galleries around the bustling harbour and nearby historic Rocks precinct,

Sydney is known for its fresh seafood, so dine al fresco at one of the many shoreline restaurants and watch the yachts, catamarans and tall ships jostle with the colourful ferries. Or take to the water yourself on a jet boat adrenaline ride or Sydney Explorer “Hop on Hop off” Harbour Cruise.

Got more time? Explore further afield

If you've got more time (ideally a day or two), why not explore further afield? Kids will love a visit to the local Taronga Zoo to meet the wombats, echidnas and koalas, or take them to the child-friendly Manly Beach for a gelato. Both are within easy reach of Circular Quay by ferry.

Take a walk in the Royal Botanic Gardens, which are filled with native plants and interesting wildlife, including white sulphur-crested cockatoos. The nearby Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA) is the perfect place to spend a cultural afternoon and has free entry.

For the more adventurous, there’s always a scenic flight around the harbour or along the Pacific coastline. Seaplanes leave from Rose Bay, a short ferry ride away, and are a great way to begin your holiday in style!

Terminal Information

Terminal A is the home terminal for all Oasis Class vessels when sailing out of PortMiami. All other ships, please consult your email communication and directional signage once you arrive to PortMiami.

From Miami International Airport (7 miles):

Via Port Tunnel: Take 836 East through the toll. Continue onto FL836 E/I-395 E, then keep right to merge onto MacArthur Causeway.

Use the left 2 lanes to take the exit towards Port of Miami Tunnel and follow the signs to your pier terminal.

Via Port Bridge: Take 836 East through the toll. Exit at US1 N.E. 2nd Avenue/Biscayne Boulevard, proceed straight through one light, and then turn right at the second light onto Biscayne Boulevard (US1).

Stay in your left-hand lane and turn left into the Port of Miami on N.E. 5th Street.

Drive across the bridge and follow signs to your pier terminal. From Ft. Lauderdale International (26 miles):

Via Port Tunnel: Take I-95 South to Exit 2D toward I-395 E/Miami Beach. Merge onto MacArthur Causeway.

Use the left 2 lanes to take the exit towards Port of Miami Tunnel and follow the signs for your pier terminal.

Via Port Bridge: Take I-95 South to Exit 3B, N.W. 8th Street.

Turn left onto 5th Street and continue straight until you reach the Port of Miami entrance.

Drive across the bridge and follow signs to your pier terminal.

From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (5 miles):

Exit the airport and follow signs for I-595 East/Port Everglades. Continue to the last exit on I-595 East and follow the signs to Port Everglades. This will automatically take you to the Port Everglades security entrance. From there, follow the directional signs for your designated ship's pier terminal.

From Miami International Airport (30 miles):

Take 836 East to I-95 North.

Exit I-95 North at 595 East.

Follow 595 to the end; then follow the Port Everglades signs.

After dropping off your checked luggage at the pier terminal with the porters and cruise line representative, proceed to the appropriate parking garage for that terminal. Rates are $15 USD per day for the regular vehicles and $19 for the oversized vehicles (rates subject to change without notice by the Port Authority). Before arriving to the port, check your cruise documents to make sure which is the Terminal your ship will be departing from.

Once you have arrived at Port Canaveral follow the signage throughout the port to your ship's terminal assignment.

Celebrity Cruises Directions to Orlando (Port Canaveral), Florida Cruise Terminal:

From Orlando International Airport (MCO):

Apporximately 45 minutes west of Port Canaveral.

Take the North exit from the airport, staying to the right on SR 528 East.

Take SR 528 East all the way to Port Canaveral.

Upon approaching the port area, follow the signs indicating Port Canaveral Cruise Terminals.

From Melbourne International Airport (MLB):

Approximately 25 miles (40 minutes) south of Port Canaveral.

Exit east (left) out of the airport onto NASA boulevard and follow to U.S. Highway 1.

Turn left (north) onto U.S. Highway 1.

Travel approximately 20 minutes on U.S. Highway 1 passed the intersection of S.R. 520 in Cocoa about one mile to the S.R. 528 exit.

Exit and travel east on SR. 528 for approximately 10 miles, crossing the Indian River, Nerritt Island and the Banana River to reach Port Canaveral.

From Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB):

Approximately 1 hour northwest of Port Canaveral.

Exit the airport south to the Central Florida Greenway (Toll Road 417).

Go south 23 miles to S.R. 528 (the Beach line Expressway) eastbound exit.

Go east (37 miles) to the Port.

From Space Coast Regional Airport (TIX):

Located about 20 minutes from the Port in Titusville FL.

Exit and drive east three blocks

Turn south onto U.S. Highway 1 to the Beach line Expressway (S.R. 528) and follow this east to the Port.

From Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB):

Located about 75 miles north of Port Canaveral.

Take I-95 south to S.R. 528 East and follow to the Port

Port Canaveral no longer offers pre-paid parking. Please pay to park at your cruise terminal's designated parking area and simply take a short walk to your ship; no need for shuttles. RV parking is available at each cruise terminal.

From Newark International Airport (9 miles):

Exit the airport, following signs to the NJ Turnpike.

Take the NJ Turnpike to exit 14A.

Pay toll at exit and continue straight (after traffic light onto bridge) onto Route 440.

Follow signs for Route 440 South.

Continue on Route 440 South to Port Terminal Blvd.

Turn left at Port Terminal Blvd. (there is a traffic light at the intersection).

This is the entrance for the "Peninsula at Bayonne Harbor" or the old "Military Ocean Terminal Bayonne."

Continue straight and approach the guard gate.

Continue past the guard gate and follow the signs to the cruise terminal.

From NJ Turnpike north or south:

From NYC, via the Lincoln Tunnel:

Take the Lincoln Tunnel to New Jersey.

Follow I-495 West to the NJ Turnpike/I-95.

Take the NJ Turnpike south to Exit 14A - Bayonne. Follow directions above from Exit 14A.

From NYC, via the Holland Tunnel:

Take the Holland Tunnel to New Jersey.

Take the NJ Turnpike west to exit 14A. Follow directions above from Exit 14 A.

From the West, via I-80:

Take I-80 East to I-95 South

Take the NJ Turnpike south to Exit 14A- Bayonne. Follow directions above from Exit 14A.

From the west, via I-78:

Take I-78 East directly to the NJ Turnpike.

Take the NJ Turnpike east to Exit 14A- Bayonne. Follow directions above from Exit 14A.

From the east/Staten Island/Long Island:

Take the Verrazano Narrows Bridge into Staten Island.

Take I-278 West.

Take Route 440 North to and over the Bayonne Bridge.

Continue on Route 440 North approximately 3 miles.

Make a right into the Bayonne Ocean Terminal.

From the Bronx/Connecticut/New England:

Proceed to and across the George Washington Bridge.

Follow signs for the New Jersey Turnpike/I-95 South.

From Westchester County:

Take I-684 South to I-287 West

Take I-287 West to I-87 South.

Follow signs to and over the George Washington Bridge.

From Rockland County:

Take the Palisades Parkway South to I-80 West.

Follow signs for the New JerseyTurnpike/I-95 South.

Transportation

Take the PATH Rapid Transit System train from Manhattan to Jersey City or Hoboken.

Outside the PATH Station, take the NJ Hudson-Bergen Light Rail train to Bayonne.

Get off at the 34th Street Station in Bayonne.

You are now directly across Route 440 from the Peninsula at Bayonne Harbor, which includes the Cape Liberty Cruise Port.

Call one of the three Bayonne taxi cab companies to drive you to the cruise port, which is about two miles east of the Light Rail line.

East Coast regional Motorcoach Program (a service provided by Entertainment Tours) - call (800) 310-9900 for reservations or book online. Please contact Entertainment Tours for rates and pick up locations.

From the Port Authority Bus Terminal, take the 119 bus to Bayonne. The 119 bus travels along Kennedy Boulevard into Bayonne and stops on request every three blocks. When you reach 33rd Street and Kennedy Boulevard in Bayonne, you will be at the closest point on the bus route to the cruise port. Call one of the three Bayonne cab companies to drive you to the cruise port, which is about three miles east of Kennedy Boulevard.

The 99S bus travels along Kennedy Boulevard into Bayonne and stops on request every three blocks.

When you reach 33rd Street and Kennedy Boulevard in Bayonne, you will be at the closest point on the bus route to the cruise port.

Call one of the three Bayonne taxi cab companies to drive you to the cruise port, which is about three miles east of Kennedy Boulevard.

A safe and secure parking facility is conveniently located adjacent to the cruise terminal. Parking fees are $30 per day including all taxes*. Cash and major credit cards are accepted. No reservations are necessary and parking is guaranteed.

Oversized vehicles, such as campers and RV’s, that occupy more than one space, will be charged double the normal rate.

The height restriction of the garage is 7’ 4”. There is an open lot adjacent to the parking garage to accommodate vehicles with height restrictions.

From Tampa International Airport (10 miles):

Exit the Airport and follow signs to I-275 North.

I-275 merges with I-4 East.

Take I-4 East to Exit #1 (Ybor City).

Go south on 21st Street, turn right on Adamo Drive (Hwy 60).

Turnleft (south) on Channelside Drive.

Cruise Terminal 3 main entrance is approximately 5 blocks South on Channelside Drive.

Entrance is on the left at Cumberland Street.

In the event of a last minute change in pier assignments, signage will indicate the assigned terminal for your particular ship.

A parking garage is located at 810 Channelside Drive, across the street from Terminal 3. The parking fee is approximately $15 per day (subject to change), and is payable upon entry into the parking area in the form of cash or credit card. From Vancouver International Airport (16 miles, 45-minute drive):

When entering Vancouver via Oak Street, follow North to Park Drive.

Turn left onto Park Drive and then take a right onto Granville Street.

Follow Granville Street over the Granville Street Bridge and take Seymour Street exit.

Proceed North to Cordova Street.

Turn left and follow two blocks to stoplight, turn right on Howe Street.

Follow straight to ramp entering Canada Place Pier.

From Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (162 miles, 4-hour drive):

Leaving Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, follow the signs marked Freeways after exiting airport arrival terminals.

Enter Eastbound Highway 518 (also marked I-5) moving into the left lane, and exit to I-5 North.

Proceed North on I-5 to the U.S/Canada Border where you will need to stop and pass through Customs.

From Customs continue North, you are now on Highway 99. Cross Oak Street Bridge, turn left on Broadway, turn right on Granville, cross bridge and move to left lane.

Exit to Seymour Street.

Turn left on Cordova and right on Howe to the pier.

Follow signs to Magnolia Bridge

Yokohama is a major seaport and large city on Honshu Island (Kanagawa Prefecture), ranked Japan's 2nd largest (after the capital Tokyo ) with population over 3,73 million. It is located in Tokyo Bay, approx 28 km (17 mi) south of Tokyo City. Due to the close distance (train travel time 30 min) Yokohama is often used as cruise port to Tokyo. Port's cruising season runs from February through October.

Port Yokohama

The seaport was opened to foreign trade in 1859, handling mainly raw silk export and technology import. The port authority company (managing all facilities and operations) is Yokohama Kawasaki International Port Corporation. Currently, the port has 10 large piers.

• Honmoku Pier has 24 berths, of which 14 serve container ships .
• Osanbashi Pier serves passenger ships ( ferries and cruises).
• Detamachi Pier serves food carriers (fresh fruits and vegetables).
• Daikoku Pier is located on a man-made island (sized 321 hectares) and has 7 container berths plus large-capacity warehouses.
• Minami Honmoku Pier (port's newest) has 2 berths (each 350 m long), water depth (max draft) 16 m (52 ft) and is equipped with 6 large gantry cranes. Here can be handled world's largest boxships. At Minami Honmoku is also APM Terminals Yokohama terminal, ranked among the world's most productive cargo handling facilities.
• Mizuho Pier has 7 berths used exclusively by US Forces Japan.

In 2013, the port handled a total of 37,706 vessels, over 271 million tons of cargo and nearly 2,9 million TEU-containers.

On January 31, 2017, Yokohama was selected as one of all 6 Japanese ports to receive private funding for structural upgrades of their cruise terminal facilities.

• The project aimed to attract more cruise ships and to increase the number of visiting international passengers. The other ports in that list are Shimizu , Sasebo ,  Yatsushiro-Kumamoto City , Motobu  and Miyakojima .
• At the above listed ports, cruise companies will build passenger terminals and other port facilities using their own funds. Other companies and lines / operators will be also allowed to use these facilities. However, the cruise ship companies that will build the new port facilities will be given priority to use the wharfs.
• The companies involved in the port building project are NYK Cruises (subsidiary of the Japanese cargo shipping corporation Nippon Yusen Kaisha / NYK Line) and  RCCL (Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd).
• In 2016, the number of cruise ship visitors to Japan reached 1,9 million. In comparison, 2013 season's statistics showed only 174,000 passengers.

For season 2018-2019, the cruise port reported a 28% increase in berth bookings and handled 178 ship calls. In April 2019 was opened the new cruise terminal Daikoku Pier. By 2023, the Daikoku terminal expansion project will increase its berthing capacity to two large liners simultaneously. Another new cruise terminal (Shinko Pier) was inaugurated in October 2019. Shinko Terminal is fitted with commercial facilities (including 25 shops) and a dockside hotel (InterContinental Yokohama Pier 8). Shinko Terminal's first ship was Diamond Princess (berthed on Nov 4th).

There are also plans for redeveloping Yamashita Pier into cruise berth. By 2021 the port plans to develop LNG bunkering capabilities.

Yokohama cruise terminal

Port Yokohama cruise terminal (officially "Yokohama International Passenger Terminal") is located at Osanbashi Pier (port's oldest - built 1889-1896). The port has capacity to handle 7 cruise liners simultaneously. Shuttle bus transfers from the cruise port to Haneda Airport take 20-30 min.

Since March 2018, the port organizes a Farewell Ceremony for each departing from Yokohama cruise ship. The ceremony is attended by locals (volunteers) and cruise terminal employees waving yellow handkerchiefs (provided free of charge).

Yokohama Passenger Terminal has a basement level (machine room) and 2 above-ground floors. Parking facilities are on 1st floor. 2nd floor is for passengers and houses cafe, shops, waiting hall (lobby), info center, ticketing boths.  The cruise terminal also has quarantine facilities, customs and immigration. Building's roof is designed as observation area from where can be seen Red Brick Warehouse district, Minato Yokohama landscape and Yamashita Park.

The cruise terminal is located between Yamashita Park and Minato Mirai, connected with Osanbashi Pier via waterfront promenade. Nihon-Odori Station (underground railway station) is 6 min from the terminal. Kannai Station (railway station) is 15 min away. Akaikutsu Loop Bus stop is in front of the terminal.

(NEW) Daikoku and Shinko cruise terminals

In April 2019, Port Yokohama was opened Daikoku Cruise Terminal. The new facility has 1 berth (quay length 440 m / 1444 ft), water depth 11 m (36 ft) and capacity to handle the world's largest passenger vessels (Oasis-Class, GT tonnage 220,000 tons).

In October 2019 was opened the Shinko Pier Cruise terminal, on which construction works started in June 2018. The new passenger terminal is sized 30290 m2 (326,000 ft2). The existing Shinko Pier was extended to LOA length 340 m (1115 ft). Pier's drought / water depth is now 9,5 m (31 ft) allowing docking for large cruise liners with max GT  110,000 tons.

Shinko Cruise Terminal has dedicated check-in, immigration, customs and quarantine areas, as well as currency exchange, free WiFi, restaurants, 25 shops, internal hotel (serving pre- or post-cruise port stays), parking facilities (cars, buses, taxis). The new terminal is within walking distance from city's main public transport links, major recreational facilities and shopping malls in Minatomirai and Red Brick Warehouse areas.

The 5-story Shinko Terminal (aka Yokohama Pier 9) is for cruise vessels only. Building's first floor houses immigration, customs, quarantine and entertainment facilities, convenience stores, food and beverage outlets. The new 5-star hotel (InterContinental Yokohama Pier 8) is also dedicated mainly to cruise ship passengers. Limousine transfers (hotel-airport) are also available. Shinko Pier terminal's surrounding area was transformed into Hammerhead Park and Promenade.

Carnival Corporation  received preferential berthing rights at Shinko Pier with planned over 80 ship calls per year. Other major cruise companies booking berths at the new terminal included  Azamara ,  MSC ,  NCL-Norwegian ,  Royal Caribbean , Windstar . Terminal's projected annual passenger capacity is ~400,000.

• Stay at Osanbashi Pier: the sunrise and the sunset there are amazing. You will see Minato Mirai, Bay Bridge and Yamashita Park. The sun will rise dehind Bay Bridge and it will set down behind Minato Mirai. Mt. Fiji is seen on a clear day.
• Sankeien Garden: traditional garden for Japan with shrines, ponds and pagoda.
• Yamashita Park: close to Osanbashi Pier is Yokohama’s premier park. Its length is 750 m. There you can see Hikawa Maru or join some of the events. Across is the Yokohama Marine Tower.
• Chinatown, Motomachi: go shopping in Motomachi and try one of the best food in Yokohama in Chinatown.
• Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum: the museum is noodle and mimics Tokyo in1958.
• Yamate Bluff and Harbor View Park: neighborhood with many historic Western homes, gardens and parks. There are a foreigner’s cemetery, Harbour View Park and Motomachi Park.
• Noge, Kogane-cho, Isezaki-cho: don’t miss to visit those area to discover the life in Yokohama.
• Kirin Yokohama Beer Village: tour the Kirin, Yokomaha beer factory, and try a free beer.
• Minato Mirai 21 Area: spend leisure day in this new area. Visit museums, amusement park, office towers, shops and parks. Great place for all the family.
• Yokohama Bay Stars: visit a baseball game at the Yokohama Stadium.
