Fue una experiencia de explosión de sabores maravillosos con la degustación de quesos en la cava de Marcelo. Con un vino de la casa muy bueno. También la visita a la granja de lavanda estuvo increíble llena de olores increíbles. La comida espectacular y el vino de Infinito genial!! Una atención espectacular y personalizada. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

WINE TOUR, VALLE DE GUADALUPE

On this tour, we guide you on a walk along the Wine Route, internationally recognized for the benefits of its land, its landscapes, and its wines.

We offer a tour through the vineyards of Valle de Guadalupe, starting with L.A. Cetto, the wine house with the most wine production in Mexico, internationally recognized and with a lot of tradition. There is a tour of the fermentation rooms where you can learn a little about the process of winemaking, then a tour in the barrel aging room with an explanation of what happens to the wine in the barrels. To finish it all up, we have a tasting of four wines from the different lines of the wine house.

Afterward, we visit Decantos wine, which works by decanting or gravity, a project that was born with the idea of completely eliminating the mechanical pumping and using only the natural law of gravity, from the reception of the grape to its bottling. We visit the wine house, its cellar, and enjoy a tour of the winemaking process. In the end, we enjoy a wine tasting.

This cultural center, located in Ensenada, minutes away from our resort, is one of the best places to visit in Valle de Guadalupe. Its permanent collection will show you the history of the region, the wine industry and its relationship to art.

It also has 4 exhibit rooms in which you’ll learn about the art, history, identity and industry of wine specifically, but also of the region. This place also hosts concerts, vineyard tours and guided visits.

The best vineyards in Ensenada

Valle de Guadalupe is a place where there is a wide range of wineries, which produce most of the wine in Mexico, due to the weather and soil properties which generate a climate similar to that of the Mediterranean, where high quality wines are produced.

This region, which is known for its gorgeous landscapes built by the vineyards, offers different wineries which produce different wine varieties that you can visit with tours of the best wine route in Mexico.

Sea fishing is another sport you can enjoy during your visit to the wine route in Valle de Guadalupe, since Ensenada, a port town nearby, is known for a wide variety of fish, among which you’ll find mackerel, barracuda, snapper, white fish, cod, salmon, white tuna, and sea bass. There are different fishing tours in which you can include the rent of a yacht or private boat.

Whale sighting

Whale sighting is one of the natural wonders that everyone should witness at least once, and you can do it when you visit Valle de Guadalupe, since Ensenada, just minutes away from the most important wine region in the country, is one of the favorite sports for whales between the months of December and April.
