Great place. The staff was very friendly. There are crepes near the pool the whole day and they are amazing.

Great facility in Faliraki, yiu have everything you need inside the hotel - food, drink, snack, deserts, kids activities etc. The staff was very kind, and did the best to accommodate us as if it was our home place.

The most Excellent all included hotel I have ever b een. Such a friendly stuff, great shows every evening. The beach was cool and great. Used the pedal boat with the slider. Try to reserve a place in the special restaurants. The hotel serves drinks and special surprises (ice cream and crepe)

Nice food and drinks selection, good location, staff are all nice and welcoming this was actually one of the best service we had from hotel staff in a while so this made our stay fantastic .

The meals and a la carte restaurants were all excellent.

The room was very nice! Ample in size, with suitable furniture, comfy bed, and nice pillows, that were not saggy, like so many other places! I also like the light-blocking curtain, very much. Our whole group (10 in all) very much enjoyed the special/themed restaurants. I also enjoyed both my room's outdoor pool, and resort's outdoor gym, during one of the days of my stay.

An excellent hotel located on the beach. Comfortable rooms, good food, very clean, free and plentiful drinks. Most importantly - the hotel staff who do everything to help guests. They fulfill every request as best as possible and do not refer to another employee who only deals with a certain issue. And that includes everyone - maids, restaurant workers, reception and concierge. The things that require improvement: - There is no closed and air-conditioned gym - The air conditioning in the lobby and in the hotel restaurant is very weak and very hot there in the summer months.

Overall great stay. Nice location, all inclusive, pools, beach, gym. Considering it’s a 5 star hotel, there were a couple issues I wouldn’t have expected. Towels were stained, balcony door knob fell off. But overall lovely stay.

Luxury beach hotel in harmony with the sea.

The hotel delivers luxury with interior and exterior designs that combine the air, water, and wood elements found at the beach. The lavish designs at the entrance -- despite a rather unattractive parking lot -- include arched doorways and a stylish moat that winds around a terrace, with comfortable white couches and palm trees. Large glass doors lead into the lobby, where whimsical wooden cutouts line the front desk and second-level balcony, complementing the dark wood ceilings and chocolate-colored sofas. Bulletin boards in the lobby post the entertainment schedule. An occasional portrait artist can be found set up with a canvas and easel, as well. The pool areas are also stylish: A small kiddy pool has elephant and bunny slides; the water park pool has a twisty, yellow slide; the main pool has a bridge, waterfall, and plenty of blue umbrellas and lounge chairs on the palm tree-lined deck; the relax pool is large and flanked by greenery and the hotel’s restaurants.

Quiet Faliraki beach hotel within 20 minutes of Rhodes town

The hotel sits on the east side of Rhodes island on a rather uninteresting, quiet street in Faliraki. The location is about a 20-minute drive from Rhodes town, where guests can visit the Grand Master of Knights Palace and the Ancient Olympic Stadium. Eight minutes by car takes guests to a water park. It’s a five-minute walk to the beach, where there are boat rides and parasailing available. The car ride to Rhodes International Airport is 23 minutes. Lindos, popular for its nightlife scene and shopping, is 47 minutes by car.

The sushi, Italian, Greek, and Mexican restaurants are small but stylish with wooden cutout dividing screens and pool views. The main restaurant has wooden cutout ceiling lights, dark furniture, and a buffet. There is also a seasonal beach bar. Lunch picnic baskets are available. The charming five-star all-inclusive Mitsis Faliraki Beach Hotel & Spa is situated on the east coast next to the town of Faliraki with its beautiful sandy beaches, 5 km from the Afandou Golf course (18 holes) and only 14 km from the town of Rhodes, where there is also a casino. The hotel is completely renovated and has 348 rooms, of which 27 are placed around a separate swimming pool. There is a variety of facilities and activities, such as restaurants (at dinner there is a dress code, for gentlemen long trousers are required), bars, swimming pools, tennis courts, football and basketball courts etc, and a variety of water sports activities, such as water ski, jet-ski, banana boat, parasailing, pedal boats and canoes and an experienced team of animators, promising unforgettable holidays. A point of reference at Mitsis Faliraki Beach Hotel & Spa is the wellness center, offering relaxation and rejuvenation.

That was our second weekends stay there. Couple of surprises: personnel on the breakfast became faster (dirty plates disappeared much more faster that 2 month ago), but less smile. But when you ask anything, they are ready to help. Night room-service were slow, we couldn't reach them by phone 10-15 minutes, and then reception helped us (finally we waited our order for ~1 hour our pasta and club-sandwich), but girl was very attentive and nice. Reception staff is very helpful and nice (specially Pavel from day-shift and Yan from the night). The strangest thing for 5* is that managers are going around (at least they look like managers, as they eat in restaurant, wearing business suites and have name tags) without any attention to the guests (no smile, no "hello", no "how is your stay", etc). We spent for check-out procedure around 20 minutes, as housekeeping were counting the number of towels in the room and bottles in mini-bar... (not acceptable for 5* hotel!!!). But hotel itself still is very beautiful and new. Rooms are quiet and spacious. SPA and Thermal zone is great! Location is perfect. Breakfast is very good (both quality and range). After some training for personnel this hotel could be really "best of the best" on the Istra lake. We can recommend this hotel for relaxation for everybody. More
