The Camburg long travel Silverado kit is a huge upgrade in suspension performance. To start we made a fully fabricated spindle, a boxed lower arm with internal gusseting, In our new Gen2 coilover/bypass design we have the lower shock mounts sunk into the arms. We also have available a weld-on bucket style shock mount that is setup for a 2.5 x 8″ coilover and a 2.5 x 8″ bypass shock.  1″Uni-Ball lower pivots for the lower A-Arms and 3/4″ heims for the upper arm to pivot off of. The factory ball joints were changed out to 1″ Uni-balls upper and 1.5″ lower. Others will mount there 1″ uni-balls single sheer, this is not as strong as the “double sheer” mounting we do upper and lower. There are 2x 1.5″ uni-balls 6x 1″ uni-balls, 2x 7/8″ heims, and 6 3/4″ heims in the system. The total of these parts with spacers and hardware is over $1500, this is why our kit LOOKS expensive but you just get what you pay for! You will need a set of Fiberglass fenders to make room for your tires.

This kit is for the serious offroader and requires extensive fabrication. We recommend a qualified off-road race shop to install and setup this suspension system.

UPPER ARMS Our  upper arms are made from 1.5” .120w 4130 tubing and 3/16” 4130 plate with high grade ¾ rod ends at the frame pivots. We also changed the frame pivots and put them on tabs on top of the frame and raising the spindle 6” to eliminate some of the drastic camber and caster angles that you get when getting up to 18” of wheel travel. We also integrated an upper arm bump pad for hydraulic bump stop’s. 

LOWER ARMS Our  boxed lower arm made from laser cut 1/8” 4130 steel Using 1” stainless steel uniballs at the frame pivot and 1” uniball at the spindle. This kit comes set up so that you can run a coil over, bypass shock and bump stop if wanted. (coil overs are a must.. we do not build a torsion bar set up)

SPINDLE This kit uses the stock spindle but we supply you with a 3/16 4130 plate bolt on 6”extension that houses a stainless steel vertical stainless steel 1” uniball.  We will be offering a full custom spindle in the future.

AXLE KIT Custom 300m axles using the stock outer and for the inner we have a 6061 aluminum adapter that bolts to the stock cv flange. We use a non plunging high grade 930 cv allowing for up to 18” of wheel travel.

I’ve teamed up with Trick Chassis to bring you guys the kit everyone has been looking for! Complete long travel front suspension package for your g-body or s10. This will include the following parts to make getting more travel, control, and tuning options for your rides front suspension! 

- Trick Chassis new no prep upper control arms. Featuring thicker wall tubing, no limiter cross brace, and ultra low friction 1” extended ball joints

- Trick chassis coil over tubular lower controls arms and hardware kit 

- You’re choice of shock and spring combo. (all kits will go out with 14” 250lb springs, as this is the best starting point for the combo and can be changed/ fine tuned if needed down the road) 

- All shocks will come with hardware kit, thrust bearing kit, and spanner wrench kit 

- NBI bolt on long travel shock brackets and needed hardware 

This kit can take your chassis with stock parts and make it a long travel setup the same day! Everything needed is included in the kit

(bump steer kits must be ordered separately as most cars now days have rack and pinion and don’t need the kit)

*I also recommend welding the shock brackets to the frame if able. They do just fine bolted and have been race/ road tested but welding them on is always a great precaution!

Preview: 700 HP Supercharged Chevy Silverado 1500 Super Truck By FOX Is Coming Very Soon!

Just look at this FOX Factory Race Series suspension!

FOX Factory says that they are preparing a limited-edition Chevy Silverado 1500 Super Truck. This is a wide-body long-travel suspension truck with a supercharged 700 horsepower engine, 3.2 FOX Race Series Live Valve dampers, and 37-inch tires. This is basically, FOX Factory’s answer to the 2024 Ford F-150 Raptor R and the outgoing 2024 Ram TRX. Here are all the details we know so far. Let’s dig in.

The truck will be fully revealed on April 15th (next week). It has Baja Kits suspension with up to 14.5 inches of travel. It uses the latest FOX Race Series 3.2 Live Valve dampers with several on-the-fly settings for street driving or off-roading.

Under the hood is a Whipple Gen V supercharged 6.2L V8 engine with 700 horsepower and 640 lb-ft of torque. We have seen other companies (such as PaxPower Jackal and Blacklake XT1 ) use supercharged 6.2L V8 engines in their Silverado 1500 trucks that produce around the same power.

At this time, we do not have many other details, but this truck appears to have customized wide-body fenders, a unique front bumper with additional customized off-road lights, unique seats, and more.

The teaser video suggests that just 500 of these trucks will be sold. What about the price? We do not have the price at this time, but a 2024 Ford F-150 Raptor R has a starting price of $112,895. The 2024 Ram TRX Final Edition has a starting price of $119,620. The FOX Factory Silverado price will likely be higher than this because it uses next-level Race Series shocks and it is a limited run of vehicles.

The exclusive Baja Kits long travel front suspension is a game-changer, increasing the overall track width by 6 inches over stock. Up front, this truck boasts a pair of 6061-T6 billet upper control arms, boxed and internally gusseted lower control arms, and high-strength ductile iron steering knuckles, all designed to offer additional strength, durability, and travel. The arms feature durometer-specific rubber bushings and Mevotech TTX series ball joints for long service life.  

Steering is addressed in 2 ways, uniquely formed HD steering linkage and an exclusive steering damper. The linkage offers additional strength, clearance, and compatibility with the increased track width. An exclusive high-clearance FOX steering damper was developed to allow this Silverado to be pushed harder off-road while controlling the massive 37″ tires.

The Silverado’s standard leaf springs have been replaced with a pair of Baja Kits 7075-T6 billet aluminum trailing arms for increased travel, strength, and zero maintenance. This bolt-on system of rear trailing arms, upper arms, and track bar positions the full-width Dana 60 semi-float rear axle while maintaining clearance for the factory 24-gallon fuel tank. A matching set of FOX 3.2 Live Valve coil-over shocks with roost guards and 2.0 bump stops allow 15.5″ of vertical travel and 19.5″ of articulated travel without cutting into the bed.

The FOX Live Valve suspension management system offers three terrain-optimized suspension modes, with additional custom modes available soon. All modes are selectable through a dash-mounted touchpoint for instant on-the-fly adjustment. In addition, you can take control via the available FOX mobile app to select and monitor terrain modes and suspension telemetry, record your rid drives, and improve your suspension performance with over-the-air updates.

This limited-edition Silverado pins you to the back of your seat with GM’s tried-and-true 6.2L aluminum block V8, performance is boosted with the help of a Whipple Gen V Supercharger and specially tuned to produce up to 700 horsepower with 640 lb./ft of torque. This increase in power is sent through the 10L80 10-speed transmission and selectable transfer case into the front axle featuring RCV chromoly CVs. A rear JE Reel driveline was upgraded along with a full-width, semi-float DANA Aftermarket Dana 60 that features 3.73 gear set, selectable ARB air locker, and 35-spline chromoly shafts to send power down to the 37″ BFG A/T KO2 tires mounted on 17×9 Method Bead Grip equipped forged alloy wheels.

Steering is addressed in 2 ways, uniquely formed HD steering linkage and an exclusive steering damper. The linkage offers additional strength, clearance, and compatibility with the increased track width. An exclusive high-clearance FOX steering damper was developed to allow this Silverado to be pushed harder off-road while controlling the massive 37" tires. The Baja Kits Pre Runner suspension is paired with FOX 3.2 Factory Race Series Live Valve coil-over shocks and 2.0 IFP bump stops capable of 14.5" of usable suspension travel up front (more on this shock innovation below).

The Silverado’s standard leaf springs have been replaced with a pair of Baja Kits 7075-T6 billet aluminum trailing arms for increased travel, strength, and zero maintenance. This bolt-on system of rear trailing arms, upper arms, and track bar positions the full-width Dana 60 semi-float rear axle while maintaining clearance for the factory 24-gallon fuel tank. A matching set of FOX 3.2 Live Valve coil-over shocks with roost guards and 2.0 bump stops allow 15.5" of vertical travel and 19.5" of articulated travel without cutting into the bed.

FOX Live Valve suspension combines performance-enhancing, electronically controlled compression and rebound damping with desert race-winning, position-sensitive internal bypass technology to provide a smooth and comfortable feeling on the pavement with unmatched bottom-out resistance and stability at high speeds off-road in real-time. FOX's new shock management system adjusts compression and rebound damping based on measurements from a high-precision 6-axis IMU and driver inputs such as steering wheel angle, brake, and throttle, all directly captured from the GM Silverado's chassis systems.

The Live Valve suspension management system offers three terrain-optimized suspension modes, with additional custom modes available soon. All modes are selectable through a dash-mounted touchpoint for instant on-the-fly adjustment. In addition, you can take control via the available FOX mobile app to select and monitor terrain modes and suspension telemetry, record your rid drives, and improve your suspension performance with over-the-air updates.

This limited-edition Silverado is like no other, pinning you to the back of your seat, whether on the street or the trail. GM's tried-and-true 6.2L aluminum block V8 performance is boosted with the help of a Whipple ® Gen V Supercharger specially tuned to produce up to 700 horsepower with 640 lb./ft of torque. The signature rumble that you can both hear and feel comes from the stainless free-flow cat-back Borla exhaust system. This increase in power is sent through the 10L80 10-speed transmission and selectable transfer case into the front axle featuring RCV chromoly CVs. A rear JE Reel driveline was upgraded along with a full-width semi-float Dana 60 that features 3.73 gear set, selectable ARB air locker, and 35-spline chromoly shafts to send power down to the 37" BFG A/T KO2 tires mounted on 17x9 Method Bead Grip ® equipped forged alloy wheels.

WHAT IT IS : Patented Bead Grip ® technology aims to bridge the gap between a conventional street wheel and a bead lock, which is often not legal for highway use. Reducing air pressure in the tire increases traction and ride quality while on the trail. The ability to safely run lower pressures without worrying about the tire de-beading and staying highway-legal will undoubtedly be a bonus to off-road enthusiasts.

This truck commands respect with authentic prerunner styling at an OE-level fit and finish. Up front, the high clearance steel bumper and skids provide additional ground clearance and protection with a menacing appearance. Finished in high-gloss black exterior these trucks feature a carbon fiber hood with center carbon reveal and vented jewel that ties into the wide-body carbon fiber fenders and bedsides designed to accommodate the long travel suspension's additional travel and 37" BFG A/T KO2 tires, all while exuding luxury. Though only expose small portions of carbon weave, those panels are the real deal, full carbon, not overlays for the vinyl graphics. This truck means business – and won't leave you in the dark; the array of Nacho lighting will light up the trail for an available 60,000 lumens of front facing LED lighting. The rear tube and plate bumper increase the approach angle while protecting the bedsides. There are two rack tire carrier options, single tire or a dual tire carrier configuration that can accommodate 40" tires if you are truly chasing a TT. These racks can also accommodate an offroad jack, lighting and other gear.

The cockpit on this Silverado builds off the modern styling and features customers have come to expect. Improvements focus on luxury performance, starting with the step up into the cab with a set of Amp Research Powersteps that retract up out of the way when not in use providing additional rocker protection. Inside you’re welcomed with custom orange stitched two-tone leather seats that have Alcantara suede inserts; the leather-wrapped steering wheel is accented with an orange stitched center line and carbon fiber trim panels. The race-inspired steering wheel maintains OE integration with the infotainment system and paddle shift features and is the focal point for this luxury prerunner. Several matte carbon panels round out the race feel inside the cabin. Within easy reach of the driver’s seat, you’ll find a Live Valve touchpoint, allowing split-second control of the suspension, and settings on the fly to optimize for various terrains. Also integrated into the dash is a 6-switch panel to control the offroad lights, onboard air, and rear differential locker. There are also prewired relays under the hood Deutsch connectors in the bed and under the hood for easy install of customer selected accessories. The floor is protected with black all-weather rubber mats that can be easily removed and cleaned after a fun day in the dirt. Lastly, each limited-edition truck is numbered with an exclusive plaque on the dash.

Live Valve Technology

From the start, FOX's goal was to design a suspension system that performed even better than the current generation of FOX analog Internal Bypass shocks.

The Live Valve suspension management system can detect real-time data from accelerating, braking, steering, and inertial sensors every few thousandths a second and independently adjust the Live Valve compression and rebound base valves to their optimal settings for that moment. When the onboard ECU receives inputs from multiple sensors, it can adjust the shocks in real-time like never before. “Getting a system like this to work seamlessly in the background while each driver concentrates on driving flat-out required several FOX engineering teams to work together over the past three years through rigorous testing and tuning sessions to perfect this proprietary onboard electronic shock technology." Real-time data is gathered every few thousandths of a second — and all four shocks are then independently adjusted for optimal ride performance. The compression and rebound adjustment ensures that the truck stays level from start to finish in a corner. The inside shocks absorb bumps by decreasing compression damping while simultaneously maintaining a lower inside ride height by adding rebound damping. The outside shocks will reduce body roll by adding compression damping and maintain the outside ride height by opening the rebound damping circuit. With each shock adjusting compression and rebound, the vehicle stays level at the optimal place in its travel, keeping you comfortable and in control.

The adjustment over compression and rebound delivers braking performance like never before. To ensure the Fox Factory Edition 2024 Chevy Silverado maintains traction and does not nose-dive during braking, the front and rear shocks are each adjusted to have optimal compression and rebound settings. How? The Live Valve suspension management system detects the driver pushing the brake pedal. It increases the front shock compression damping to reduce the chassis pitching forward and decreases rebound damping to absorb bumps and keep the front ride height up. The rear shocks decrease compression damping, maintain a level ride height, and absorb bumps while adding rebound damping to slow forward pitching movement and keep the whole vehicle level. When the driver mashes the loud pedal, the adjustments are reversed to keep the chassis level while maintaining maximum traction and comfort.

You stay comfortable in the seat and in control of your vehicle. But an incredible ride isn't worth much if the shocks don't last. This is where FOX's experience in design and testing came into play. They took a functional concept and turned it into durable shocks proven to hold up to triple-digit temperatures in the harshest environments.

FOX's 3.2 Live Valve Internal Bypass shocks deliver race-dominating and position-sensitive damping technology and performance in a hassle-free package. Patented Internal Bypass technology allows for multiple zones of damping control. The result is a comfortable, confident ride with increased damping capacity through rough terrain. Internal bypass shocks produce more force progressively to control hard bottom-outs, prevent harsh top-outs, and provide an initial catch for landing. A Recirculating Reservoir body cap enables the continuous exchange of shock fluid between the finned external reservoir and body using a checked piston, keeping shock temperatures cool for better performance. Fox Shocks Will Sell This Skunkworks Silverado With 700 HP and Wild Suspension

I t's looking like Chevy will never build a super truck to rival the Ford F-150 Raptor . The Bowtie brand has had over a decade to put something together, and it's my hunch that they would have done it already if they were ever going to. Still, there are lots of people who want to see that, including Fox— y'know, the suspension supplier for the F-150 Raptor and Raptor R . To fill the void in the turnkey desert runner space, and maybe twist Chevy's arm a little, Fox is building 700-horsepower Silverados that feature way more than some stickers and a lift kit.

The 2024 Chevrolet Silverado Fox Factory Edition is serious. That's evidenced not only by its Whipple supercharged 6.2-liter V8, which also churns out a claimed 640 lb-ft of torque, but also by the semi-active Live Valve shocks and Brenthel brothers suspension. That's undoubtedly the most special part about the truck, which Fox plans on selling to the public with a three-year/36,000-mile warranty. Only 500 will be made altogether.

Just like in the F-150 Raptor, the Fox Live Valve shocks in this Silverado pick up on acceleration, braking, and steering cues while analyzing the terrain every few thousandths of a second. Because the suspension communicates with the truck's ECU and chassis systems, it's able to optimize compression and rebound base valves for that exact moment, resulting in an unbeatably smooth and stable experience. Rob Stanford, Fox's director of electronics and software, said it took multiple teams of drivers and engineers three years to make this all work seamlessly in the background with the Silverado's computers.

Additionally, Fox built in three terrain-specific drive modes that are easily selectable on the Silverado's dash. More customizable drive modes are coming soon, and Fox promises to keep improving the experience for owners with over-the-air updates. Whoever buys one of these can even monitor suspension telemetry through the Fox mobile app. There's so much more going on here than with typical aftermarket upgrades; it's a holistic leveling up that surely transforms the Silverado in Baja situations.

Now that Fox has done the work, you'd think it would be mighty tempting for Chevy to bring them on as a factory partner. Maybe, maybe not. But it has to be enticing.

The software is obviously impressive, but so is the hardware. Fox threw its 3.2-inch internal bypass shocks at the Silverado, which may seem strange to some people. Aren't external bypass units better for this kind of driving ? Not always, as these position-sensitive shocks feature multiple zones of damping control. They're able to better manage hard bottom-outs while also providing "an initial catch" for landings, as Fox puts it. Once the shock goes past the ride zone in rebound or compression, it blocks off the bleed holes and forces fluid through the main piston. It's multi-faced in its function, then, providing better performance in essentially every condition.

Cooling said shock fluid is just as important. Fox uses a recirculating cap to keep it flowing, going in and out of a finned reservoir. This prolongs peak performance, even in high-heat desert driving. That's something the Silverado ZR2 does particularly well right now thanks to its Multimatic DSSV dampers .

Fox takes a thematically different approach to this Silverado than Chevy does with Multimatic, its suspension partner for the ZR2 . That truck, which is the current top spec, is more modest and traditional—capable, no doubt, but it isn't a high-flyer. I tested one near Johnson Valley in California as well as in my neck of the woods, here in the Ozarks , and I loved its trail capability. That said, it's more at home in low-speed, technical environments like that. It couldn't keep up with a Raptor or TRX at full tilt.

That's why Fox enlisted the Brenthel brothers, who are more experienced than anybody in building 6100 and 7200 class Baja racing trucks, to fit one of their trick Baja Kits suspension packages to the front and rear.

They incorporate Fox Live Valve shocks alongside a long-travel setup that increases the pickup's overall track width by six inches. In total, it has 14.5 inches of usable suspension travel, plus stronger 6061-T6 billet upper control arms, boxed and internally gusseted lower control arms, and high-strength iron steering knuckles. This rig runs 37-inch BF Goodrich KO2 all-terrains so it needs tough suspension components .

Oh, and the rear leaf springs have been replaced with a pair of Baja Kits trailing arms made from billet aluminum. It really just keeps getting better.

I've spent more than 600 words already telling you about this truck and I've barely touched on the powertrain. The engine sends all its oomph through a 10-speed automatic transmission, which can dispatch it all via a JE Reel driveline to the semi-float Dana 60 rear axle with an ARB air locker, 3.73 gear set, and 35-spline chromoly shafts. If you need four-wheel drive, it can do that just as well with Chromoly CVs up front.

Capping it all off is a Borla exhaust that makes this sucker sing, even at idle.

This Fox Silverado looks like an absolute hoot. I reckon it would make one heckuva Raptor R rival. Chevy may or may not take it on as a factory project but either way, the product is available to the first 500 people with enough money to buy one. How much money that is, I'm not sure, as Fox hasn't said quite yet. You know what they say, though: If you have to ask ...

The trains and stations of the Moscow Metro

The Moscow Metro is the third most intensive subway system in the world after Tokyo and Seoul subways. The first line was opened on May 15, 1935. Since 1955, the metro has the name of V.I. Lenin.

The system consists of 12 lines with a total length of 305.7 km. Forty four stations are recognized cultural heritage. The largest passenger traffic is in rush hours from 8:00 to 9:00 and from 18:00 to 19:00.

Cellular communication is available on most of the stations of the Moscow Metro. In March 2012, a free Wi-Fi appeared in the Circle Line train. The Moscow Metro is open to passengers from 5:20 to 01:00. The average interval between trains is 2.5 minutes.

The fare is paid by using contactless tickets and contactless smart cards, the passes to the stations are controlled by automatic turnstiles. Ticket offices and ticket vending machines can be found in station vestibules.
