We prefer using the Hays Travel in…Royton

We prefer using the Hays Travel in Royton even though there is a closer one in Bury. We have used this particular one on numerous occasions and find the staff very helpful. We have dealt with Christina lately who gives you all the advice you need right through to sorting out seats, lounges etc.

Friendly knowledgable staff!

The staff at Royton are brilliant! So friendly, helpfully and really knowledgeable. Put me at ease when worried about filling forms in!!! The holiday was amazing and worth every penny! Carribean cruise and stay in Negril Jamaica! Thank you especially to Bev! See you soon for our next holiday x

The staff at hayes royton in my eyes…

The staff at hayes royton in my eyes are up there with the best travel agents I have ever used. If it’s true and they gain commission on sales the agent who severed us tried every way she could to reduce the cost of our holiday even thou we knew pretty much when/where we was going she could of just charged us the highest amount but didn’t she was so honest and welcoming she even remembered my daughter (who wasn’t with us this time ) from 3 months ago when we called to price our holiday up

Daisy was great , from initial visit to booking and will imagine to the completion of the trip , full of helpful ideas and general support . Made what could have been a tricky search / sourcing of my plan come to fruition. First place I would / will go for my next one . Would not hesitate to recommend.

I made an inquiry, which they quickly followed up, I received an email and a phone call advising me of my options. I went into my local shop (Royton) and booked my trip, I was given options regarding cost, luggage and seating ( all costed and clear) it was a speedy and easy process, again I was given options of online documents or printed ( or both) I would highly recommend.

Holiday Booking experience.

Just booked our annual holiday via Hays Travel Royton. Experienced and very knowledgeable of the Travel Sector, Beverley knew exactly what we were looking for in a holiday. Found us the perfect cruise around the Caribbean, went through all the paperwork etc and explained everything required in detail. Many thanks Beverley.

The assistant was very helpful and sorted out our holiday within 20 minutes but we had to wait 50 minutes to see someone , this is not good and a lot of people walked out

This is our third holiday booked with…

This is our third holiday booked with Daisy at Hays. 2 family holidays and one city break. All have been better than expected. Daisy sorted everything from special assistance at the airport for our son who has special needs. To travel insurance and our spending money. She went above and beyond all times and can’t fault all ladies in the branch. They are all kind and approachable. And fantastic at their jobs. Through out all booking processes, Hays have been keeping me up to date, kept it smooth, simple and stress free. Which is what you need before braving a flight with children haha. We already can’t wait for our next trip. Highly recommend. 100% the best travel agents local.

I went into my local shop (Royton) and booked my trip, I was given options regarding cost, luggage and seating ( all costed and clear) it was a speedy and easy process, again I was given options of online documents or printed ( or both) I would highly recommend.

This is our third holiday booked with Daisy at Hays. 2 family holidays and one city break. All have been better than expected. Daisy sorted everything from special assistance at the airport for our son who has special needs. To travel insurance and our spending money. She went above and beyond all times and can’t fault all ladies in the branch. They are all kind and approachable. And fantastic at their jobs. Through out all booking processes, Hays have been keeping me up to date, kept it smooth, simple and stress free. Which is what you need before braving a flight with children haha. We already can’t wait for our next trip. Highly recommend. 100% the best travel agents local.
