Fantastic. I loved Ireland and Scotland. Loved the variety of experiences from the beautiful landscapes, to the incredible history, the music,and the hands on time with sheep,,,,, hikes, shopping etc. food in Ireland was amazing while food in Scotland not as good especially our final night. My expectations perhaps were a little high but that last night’s dinner was food wise a disappointment.

Highlights of Ireland and Scotland (11 Days)

This is the best way to see Irelamd and Scotland. Trafager handles everything and Travel Diector , Rose Brown is the best. She makes the tour special for each participant and handles the tour like she is doing it for the first time. I have a degree in Environmental Interpretation and 40 years of experience and I have never seen a person handle public education opportunity better than Rose. She is a treasure and Trafager is fortunate to have her on their staff.

Irish experience tour group was fantastic. Great value for your money and Lee, our tour guide, was amazing. Always going above and beyond and made us feel like family. A beautiful and friendly country that slows down to smells the roses.

Our guide Michelle was excellent. The city sightseeing tours on the bus were a waste of time. Our local tour guide in Edinburgh was awful. Why the laughing through most of her talking? Very irritating. The Fish & Chips dinner in the local dumpy restaurant was the worst meal of the trip. Otherwise just what we expected.

Food could be much better. Entertainment needs lot of improvement. The luggage came out open with broken bags. The flight landed at 3:15 PM in US and by the time bags came out it was 5:15 PM or so. Staff at airport was aggressive and not polite.

The plane from Dublin to Doha was quite comfortable. I was in economy and the seats and rows were very tight. The man in front of me reclined his seat and it made my screen incredibly close to my face and I wasn’t able to take my tray down and my knees were pressed against the seat. I had to ask three times for him to pull his seat up but in his defence he hadn’t even reclined it far, the rows were just too close. I had a pain in my side by the end of the flight from the chairs which were quite worn and not very padded or supportive. It was a significantly inferior plane to the plane from Doha to Sydney and vice versa.

Crew was fantastic got lovely food and plenty of water. Entertainment was good. Never had to ask for anything. Left on time and got to Seattle early. Luggage did not take long either.

Always find Aer Lingus reliable and good value for money. Food on this flight was pretty basic and the headphone Jack at my seat only worked for one ear. Little disappointed in movie selection, limited on recent releases. Staff are okay - but I always buy a cheap ticket so not like I expect first class opulence anyway!!!

The flight was cancelled, and no reason was given. The flight was rebooked 3 days later. Calling customer service was next to impossible. There was no option to get in a queue in the phone call. It simply said all agents are busy call back later. It is 2024 and not 1970s to have such outdated technology. Live chat was even worse as I was 753 in line and it kept getting timed out. The icing on the cake was that the working hours was something like 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM? Really for international airline when the flights usually depart early in the morning? Things only got worse in the check-in counter in Mumbai. The monitor in the check-in counter said that the flight was on time even though it was cancelled. There were 2 agents helping a 747 full of passengers. It was 5:30 AM by the time I checked into the hotel. I tried reaching Kayak (Chatdeal via email) days before the onward flight from Seattle and no one cared to respond even after reminder. I will go with Expedia in the future. In fact, for my next trip to Japan I have already used Expedia.

Online checking, bag drop, ground crew and flight crew excellent. Seats better and more comfortable that many others in Economy, still narrow for 9 plus hour flights, but you manage. I travel extensively internationally. I only bought this ticket because it was much cheaper than my usual airlines. I had sworn off Lufthansa from past experiences of tiny seat space, mediocre food and entertainment and unconcerned airline stewardesses. I was pleasantly surprised on this flight! My seat space was bigger than I remembered. The plane was new! The stewardesses were great and the food much better. Movie selection wasn't as good as Delta/Air France but good enough. I would now choose Lufthansa again in my top tier of flight choices.

Ryanair is the worst airline in Europe and easily one of the worst in the planet

Cheap flights as you expect with Ryanair. I would take cheaper flights over entertainment and comfort for short haul travel. Main issue is usually delays at airports. In this case we landed roughly 2hr30 later than planned due to earlier delays with the plane. Not the worst I imagine

While this flight from Dublin to Venice boarded on time, its departure was delayed by about an hour because, apparently, there were no demonstration kits on board, and we couldn't depart until the safety demonstration was completed. We were informed that we were in danger of losing our delayed slot if Ryanair engineering didn't provide the kits 'soon', which would have resulted in an additional two-hour delay. Thankfully, we didn't incur that additional delay. It's not clear where the source of this problem lies but it needs to be addressed to ensure it does not recur for other flights in the future.

We each paid for 10kg checked in luggage. Flying out there were no issues sharing one case (20kg). Not so coming back. Additional £48 charge and unable to provide an explanation of why it was ok on one journey but not the other, or indeed what material difference it makes between 2x10kg cases vs 1x20kg case. Horrible experience! We sat in the plane at the gAte and had a delay of about 4 hours! Captain said it was due to the tug not being able to disengage from the aircraft . For the rest I of the flight a person kAyed on the glue if the planes covered in blankets . Very unsettling to say the least!I have several flights booked with BA and I’m seriously rethinking this. From LHR to EWR the plane was dirty. The entertainment section touch screen was beyond horrible it didn’t work. It really looked like I was in economy class with horrible equipment provided to pass the hour. You need to be sleeping otherwise your experience of British airways would have been beyond pathetic. Bonjour, J'ai été très très fortement déçue et en colère par mon dernier vol avec Transavia. Voici ce qui s'est passé : J'avais acheté un billet avec 50 kg en soute (dont uniquement 36kg utilisés). Au moment du dépôt des valises en soute, l'hôtesse m'a demandé si je voulais également mettre mon bagage cabine en soute. J'ai dit que je préfère le garder avec moi. Arrivée à la porte d'embarquement, un responsable vérifie les dimensions du bagage cabine des passagers. Un tiers était non conforme à la réglementation (dimensions non conformes), dont moi. J'avais déjà voyagé plusieurs fois avec transavia sans jamais avoir de problème avec cette même valise en cabine, mais c'est la première fois que je suis confrontée à ce problème. La conséquence est de payer 60 €. Le nombre de passagers non conformes étant trop grand et les réclamations devant grandissantes, le responsable a détourné sciemment l'attention pour que des disaines de personnes traversent, pour n'en garder que 4-5, qui n'auront pas trop de voix et sont obligés de payer. Je ne remets pas en cause la réglementation. Mes reproches sont les suivants : 1- Pourquoi au moment de mettre le bagage en soute l'hôtesse n'a t-elle pas prévenu sur ce sujet ? Il aurait suffit d'une seule phrase. Tout ceci pour nous laisser arriver jusqu'à l'embarquement avec l'expérience que les bagages sont en général non conformes car vos dimensions sont ridiculement plus petites que la norme internationale, et nous mettre sous pression avant la fin de l'embarquement sans pouvoir parler à un responsable et n'avoir plus le choix que de payer. 2- l'attitude du responsable et sa methode corrompue de faire taire les réclamations en permettant à certains de passer 3- le fait que j'avais encore droit à 14kg en plus des 10kg de la valise cabine et j'ai du payer 60€ pour que finalement ma valise aille en soute. Tout ceci est une manière de soutirer de l'argement indignement, sous forme de réglementation. Je vous conseille d'assumer d'augmenter vos prix au lieu de les répercuter par des escroqueries pareils, au moins nous serions prévenus. Ceci est une honte et vous semblez en être fiers. There was a delay of more than an hour due to technical issues on a previous flight, can happen so I don't foult the airline for that. The crew was excellent and very friendly and boarding was pretty efficient. The seats were comfortable enough. However, if you are over 1,80m, don't expect any room for your legs, the room between the rows is extremely tight!

As there are a lot of persons for the boarding and as you open the two doors of the plane, could be ingenious to ask the persons who have the first numbers (for the seats) to enter via the front door and those you are more at the end of the plane to enter by the other door. This would avoid to have passengers who entes by the front door and have to go to the back with luggages. Crazy and waste of time.

There was delay of 2 hours and all related announcements at the gate were done in French. It is not acceptable on international flight! The sandwich that I paid €6 for, was dry, hard and impossible to eat it. This is really a shame for French airline serving such sandwich.

Cancelled while we were waiting at the airport and the flight ready for boarding because of only one Stewart missing! Unacceptable! We were proposed another flight: 5 days later! Unacceptable! We had to pay other tickets of course very expensive the same day!

Crew was fantastic got lovely food and plenty of water. Entertainment was good. Never had to ask for anything. Left on time and got to Seattle early. Luggage did not take long either.

Always find Aer Lingus reliable and good value for money. Food on this flight was pretty basic and the headphone Jack at my seat only worked for one ear. Little disappointed in movie selection, limited on recent releases. Staff are okay - but I always buy a cheap ticket so not like I expect first class opulence anyway!!!

Air Lingus flights were delayed on each of the three flights we took. Not a very good , and organized airline.

We did not have a flight when we arrived at Dublin Airport. It took an hour of time for Aer Lingus to fix it. We booked our groups seats together but did not get to sit together after the mix up. The airline did nothing to apologize for the mistake. Wouldn't fly that airline again.

The whole flight was coughing and farting all the way. It was impossible to breathe. If people are traveling sick they should either not be allowed to fly or made wear masks

3 hr flight from Barcelona to Gran Canaria. Ŵent according to plan No issues with staff oŕ flight. Many people includiñg us could not get luggage self checķ in termìnals to work. Had to wait in check in line.

We got to the airport 2 hours before the flight. We waited in a line to check our bags onto the flight for an hour, even despite having checked in online, as there weren't enough self check terminals allocated to Vueling (yet loads of empty BA ones right next to them). There also weren't enough staff, making them stressed and rude. We had to try and rush through security to get to our gate, which they announced as gate 35 at first and then changed it after ten minutes with no announcement to anyone in the airport that it had changed. So we then had to rush to the correct gate to arrive just as boarding started. It was a thoroughly stressful process and one travelling couple almost missed boarding because of it. The flight boarding and the flight itself werre fine, the staff were polite, but I was dehydrated due to the airport and had to buy a bottle of water as they didn't offer free drinks.

It was a short flight but the seat was very straight. I didn’t need any service, but wifi was not available. In resume, a normal service. Nice, the punctuality. Thanks

Nous sommes parties de Copenhague avec plus de 2h de retard. L'avion n'a pas pu atterrir à Paris et après avoir encore perdu du temps en vol, a atterri à Bruxelles. Une navette devait nous prendre en charge pour nous ramener à Paris mais personne ne nous a renseignés, on a tourné en rond dans l'aéroport durant plus de 2h, sans trouver de solution pour rentrer (pas de train, pas de voiture de location...). Nous avons fini par monter dans un car affrété par une autre compagnie et qui nous a déposés à CDG. Ensuite il fallu prendre un Uber (il était plus de 2h du matin) pour rentrer, qui a couté presque 90 €. Donc non, je ne suis pas satisfaite des services de la compagnie Vueling.

I hate Ryanair and have decided never to fly with them again, they treat you like animals on the way to slaughter and they never take responsibility for their errors and lousy service.

While this flight from Dublin to Venice boarded on time, its departure was delayed by about an hour because, apparently, there were no demonstration kits on board, and we couldn't depart until the safety demonstration was completed. We were informed that we were in danger of losing our delayed slot if Ryanair engineering didn't provide the kits 'soon', which would have resulted in an additional two-hour delay. Thankfully, we didn't incur that additional delay. It's not clear where the source of this problem lies but it needs to be addressed to ensure it does not recur for other flights in the future.
