Please be advised that we do NOT have a grace period. 

Please arrive at least 10 mins early to your appointment to check-in. 

If you are late you will not be able to take part in your scheduled activity AND you will not be refunded. 

CLR Insurance cover ATV/UTV, DAMAGES ONLY, medical is solely the customers responsibility. CLR insurance comes with a $2000 deductible. CLR covers damages after the deductible is met. Deductible must be paid before leaving the ranch. 

To ride solo on an ATV you must be 16 and up with adult supervision and some form of ID with your birth date, younger children weighing at least 60 pounds can ride on a 2 seater with an adult.

The vehicles that can accommodate 2 people safely are our UTV’s & 2 seater ATV’s

We recommend pants & long sleeves however the only item that is mandatory is closed toed shoes.

The age limit to drive is 16 and up, adult accompanying must have a valid US Drivers License. For a ride along a child must be at least 60 lbs to ride along. 16 & 17 year olds must have some form of ID with birthdate information.

Yes, you check in with your physical license and debit or credit on file or a valid government issued ID. No exceptions.

We take full payment at the time of the reservation. If you would like to pay in cash upon arrival, we will be happy to refund your credit card when you check-in. Please be advised that we hold IDs and cards while out on the trail for incidental purposes only.

*Late, no show = NO REFUND, NO RESCHEDULE * if Ranch has to reschedule due to weather (NOT RAIN) there will only be rain checks no refunds* Your fee retains your scheduled date and time. Cancellations must take place within 48 hours order was placed (NOT 48 hours before your appointment) for a refund, no refunds will be issued the day prior or on. No reschedules or refunds the date of your appointment please plan accordingly. 

We don’t accept outside ATVs/UTVs due to the fact our location offers hour tours we’re not a Full/Half day park.

Yes, Single ATVs: 275 pounds or less while our two seaters have a capacity for 450 pounds in total or less.

At the beginning of your tour we will visit the Mayan ruins of Tulum, a certified guide will give you information about this extraordinary and popular Mayan city located on the shores of the Caribbean Sea Continuing with your extreme adventure, you will ride an ATV 4X4 CAN-AM 450 cc , the only ones allowed for two passengers in the Riviera Maya, with the instruction of your guide you will drive through the exotic jungle amidst a diversity of plants and a suitable terrain for either beginners or experts. After 30 minutes on the ATV we will arrive to a beautiful cenote where you will be able to refresh yourself while you enjoy a wonderful natural scenery. • If you have back, neck, joint, or muscular problems, you should carefully consider whether to participate.
• You must weigh less than 286 pounds (130 kg) to use the ziplines.
• Children 4 -17 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

• ATV insurance is included in the price of your experience.

What you can expect

Leave the beach for an ATV, zipline, and cenote jungle adventure for the whole family. Kick up dust while off-roading in the jungle, feel the wind as you fly through the trees on 5 exhilarating ziplines, and cool off in the refreshing waters of a natural Mayan cenote. Your thrilling day at Extreme Adventure Eco Park awaits you in the heart of the Mayan jungle.

After being picked up from your hotel, head to Puerto Morelos and its Ruta de los Cenotes. Arriving at Extreme Adventure Eco Park, start with a safety briefing and get outfitted with a helmet, gloves, and harness. Then, let your adrenaline rise as you zip through the trees and challenge your balance on 5 ziplines and 3 interactive bridges.

Back on the ground, rev up your ATV—a Honda cc220. Your knowledgeable guide takes you through the deep jungle to explore the region's flora and fauna. Keep an eye out for monkeys swinging through the trees and toucans flying past as you race over rugged dirt trails.

Wash off the road dust in the refreshing waters of a natural Mayan cenote—a sink hole filled with gorgeous blue water. With this trip, you’ll be able to take a plane ride above the Grand Canyon to see all of the fantastic sights from above, including the Hoover Dam , Lake Mead, and the Colorado River.

After the air tour, you’ll also have the option to take a ground tour on ATVs. During this part of the tour, you’ll be able to ride through Whitmore Canyon and around the Grand Canyon. It particularly focuses on the amazing sights around the Grand Canyon.

5. Off-Road Driving Experience at Adrenaline Mountain

Off-Road Driving Experience at Adrenaline Mountain is an excellent tour to take with friends. This tour lasts about four hours and offers both ATVs and side-by-side UTVs , so there are multiple options.

This tour is especially great because it offers special fresh air pumping helmets that protect you from breathing in the dirt that flies on this tour. The helmets also come equipped with intercom systems, so you can talk to your friends or other riders while riding.

During this trip, you’ll see many beautiful sights, including the historic Yellow Pine Mine . You’ll also receive complimentary bottles of water, as well as coffee and tea.

6. Sunset UTV Private Tour

Sunset UTV Private Tour is great for those who enjoy the beautiful views of the sunset. This tour is the only nighttime ATV tour in Vegas, so it’s a popular choice. The sunset tour only lasts around an hour and thirty minutes, so it’s great for those who don’t want to dedicate a good chunk of a day to an ATV tour.

It begins at twilight and takes you through some of the mountains and canyons near Vegas. You get to watch the sunset and see the stars come out in the evening sky. You’ll also have an excellent view of the city as the lights come up at night.

Helmets and goggles are included in this sunset tour, as are bottled water and snacks.

7. Extreme ATV Tour of Hidden Valley and Primm

Extreme ATV Tour of Hidden Valley and Primm is among the more challenging tours on this list and is not suited for ATV beginners. It lasts about four to five hours and consists of an ATV trail ride across the rough terrain and off-road paths.

During this tough tour, you’ll be able to see the beautiful scenery of the Mojave Desert, Hidden Valley, and Primm Valley. You’ll also get some stunning views from the mountains while riding. This tour is among the longest Las Vegas ATV tours on this list, so it’s a great option for people who want the thrill of their ATV ride to last for as long as possible.

This tour includes helmets, goggles, gloves, complimentary water bottles, and a guide to take you through the tour in order to get the most fun out of it. You’ll travel between 20 to 50 miles (32 to 80 km) through the desert.

Because this tour is more challenging than others, having prior experience with ATVs is required, and you have to be over the age of 16 to participate.

8. Las Vegas Desert Off-Road Adventure

The Las Vegas Desert Off-Road Adventure is a RZR sport UTV tour that runs between two and three hours long. This off-road adventure takes you through the Las Vegas Desert and includes plenty of rugged terrain along the way, making it among the more challenging tours you can take. You’ll be provided a helmet to wear while riding in the dune buggy through the desert.

This tour also includes snacks, bottled water, and a guide to lead you through the terrain. You can expect to see fantastic scenery during the ride. The tour includes several stopping points to get out of the dune buggy to take pictures and even switch drivers if you’re riding with someone else and want to take a break.

After the tour, you’ll be offered complimentary drinks and snacks, as well as a refreshing, cool towel.

9. Off-Road and Shoot Adrenaline Mountain

Off-Road and Shoot Adrenaline Mountain is a fantastic tour that’s part of the Extreme Adventure Park. This park offers archery, shooting, monster truck driving, ax throwing, and even car crushing, along with off-road tours.

The off-road tour is one of the key attractions, lasts about four hours and thirty minutes, and includes ear and eye protection and bottles of water.

You’ll have the chance to drive or ride in a UTV, and you’ll be provided helmets with intercoms, allowing you to easily talk with the other members of your group. This off-road tour will take you through the historic Yellow Pine Mining district on private trails with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and nature that make for great pictures.

For the shooting part of the tour, you’ll get to choose three different firearms and shoot various targets, including at least one that explodes when you hit it.

Extreme Adventure Park is a fantastic experience that people of all ages can enjoy. While some activities are better suited for an older audience (like ax throwing!), for the most part, the park is a wonderful, family-friendly experience.

10. Self-Guided Seven Magic Mountains Tour: 2 HR Experience

The Self-Guided Seven Magic Mountains Tour is an excellent option if you’re new to ATV riding. The ride is neither rough nor rugged – instead, it’s a more manageable and smoother ride than many other options on our list.

The draw of this tour is the chance to see some of the natural beauty that Vegas has to offer. Not only do you get to see the beautiful landscapes, but you also get to guide yourself through the tour, allowing you to pace yourself as you wish.

Helmets , phone mounts and chargers, and Bluetooth are included, so you’ll always have easy access to your phone in the case of an emergency.

This tour lasts about two hours and leads you to the beautiful Seven Magic Mountains art exhibit. Created by Ugo Rondinone, this exhibit shows the relationship between humans and nature. It includes large, 30-35 feet (9-10 meter) high totems of various brightly painted colors so that they stick out in the middle of the natural landscape.

Not only will you be able to visit the mountains overlooking this art exhibit as part of the tour, but you’ll also have the opportunity to visit Jean Dry Lake (just a half-mile or so west of the Seven Magic Mountains). Here you’ll be able to ride for several miles across this dry lake bed.

This tour offers you beautiful views, and it’s also a fantastic spot for photos.

The use of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited - you will be denied access to the tour. There is a non-refundable Vehicle Damage Insurance that must be paid upon check-in. The cost is $10 US dollars per ATV and it covers damages up to $400 US dollars to the vehicle. Any amount in excess, must be paid in full by the customer.

A Great Adventure Oh, what fun we had! Hugo, our guide, greeted us with smiles and toured us through the Sierra Madre Mountains and through the dry river beds of the forest. We went up and down hills as well as through a “man-made waterfall” it was fantastic! Hugo pointed out interesting facts along the way. We had a few beers, tequila and snacks at the end, a perfect way to end the excursion. We fully enjoyed every minute!

The Best Tour! The entire Jaguar Xtreme team was amazing. The ATVs are new and automatic, so driving them was amazing. The route was nice, we were able to take pictures high in the mountains along the way. Drink lots of water and use the bathroom before departing! When we arrived at ‘the viewpoint’, I didn't feel well due to the heat, but Hugo and his staff were very helpful in making me feel better by giving me comfort and water It was a great experience that I would recommend to anyone!

The Sonoran Desert tours will showcase the diverse wildlife, topography, flora and fauna. Wildlife that may be seen includes coyotes, lizards, deer, gila monster, javelina, tarantula, snakes, deer, wild burro, and free range cattle. The spring time is particularly beautiful during the desert bloom, where cacti flower in a rainbow of color.

The trips that climb in to the Bradshaw Mountains take longer and are more challenging, but provide a unique experience that make the time and effort worth while. The area is rich in history dating back thousands of years and is filled with visible evidence including Hohokam Indian ruins, limited remains of what could have been one of the most significant cities in Arizona and a number of abandoned mines.

While Jeep and UTV tours are offered by several guiding companies ATV tours are not as widely available.

The advantages of an ATV tour include the ability to be more actively involved in the experience because everyone gets to drive their own machine. The ATVs are also more narrow and are permitted access to many trails that do not allow the wider UTV and Jeeps.

While the typical UTV tour is a more passive experience an ATV tour does require some level of operating skills. For this reason we offer a two hour orientation session that combines training and a short guided tour.

ABOUT THE TOUR

Tour description.

Extreme Rainforest is 4 hours of pure adventure! Traveling further into the rainforest, all by the same great dirt roads, remote trails, and riverbeds. Cooling off in a waterfall/natural pool halfway through the tour, and working our way back to downtown Jaco . During our half-day tour , we have the ability to change up the scenery depending on rider skill level, visiting new towns, different waterfalls/natural pools. Our guide will be the judge of this and might decide to take you on other trails, showing you a little different experience if possible.

Please note the following: This tour is operated by a dedicated amount of time (example, 1hr, 2hrs, 3hrs, etc.) and season depending, on skill level, or condition of trails the tour may change its course to offer you the best experience available at that given time!

WHAT TO WEAR

We recommend the use of close-toe shoes (People use sandals, but we highly recommend that you don’t) as the first and most important choice of clothing for the tour. Also, we are off-roading which means we will be getting dirty, so any clothes you don’t mind to throw into the wash afterward (No white clothes, they will be ruined) . On this tour , we also arrive at a waterfall/natural pool where you may enter the water, so may be a good idea to wear your swim gear.

WHAT MAY WE SEE

Without a doubt, we have all the possibilities to see many of Costa Rica ‘s wildlife during our adventures into the rainforest , but we cannot guarantee that you will spot them. As we are traveling trails frequently traveled and our vehicles make noise especially in bigger groups, it keeps certain wildlife on the outskirts of our trails just outside the line of sight. This won’t rule it out though as frequently we come across many times of birds such as toucans, scarlet macaws. We’ve also spotted on our rides monkeys, sloths, and deer.

SEASONS CHANGE EVERYTHING

In Jaco , the Central Pacific area of Costa Rica, we have two remotely powerful seasons which we call: Dry Season (November – May) and the Wet/Rainy Season (June – October) . During the seasons you will see the terrain completely change. Expect dryer trails, less water in the rivers and waterfalls /natural pools, and a TON of dust (We sell bandanas in the office!) While during those wet months the dust turns into mud, fuller rivers and falls/pools, and a great chance of getting wet! Our terrain once saturated with rain (September – October) some trails will become unsafe for us to travel and we will reroute tours.

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS

1) With your payment the tour will be confirmed and reserved. 2) Drivers must be 16 years of age with a valid drivers license. 3) Dirt Bikes / Motorcycles REQUIRE a motorcycle license (Costa Rican Law) 4) Credit Card is required for a security deposit (One for the group*) 5) Passengers: 5+ Years for ATV Passenger | 2+ Years for Buggy Passenger. 6) Local hotel pickup is included within the Jaco area, outside a small transportation fee may be applied. 7) Pickup time is 10 minutes prior your tour start time.

1) Online reservations offer 5 days before the tour starts for a full refund, with no refunds after that. 2) No-Show or late arrivals, there will be no refunds, and the deposit will be lost. 3) Rescheduling may apply*
