Hozier Extends 'Unreal Unearth' Tour into 2024 with New North American Dates

The Irish singer will continue touring in support of his latest album throughout spring and summer 2024

Hozier is going to continue taking fans to church into 2024. 

Just days after the Irish star, 33, wrapped up the latest leg of his Unreal Unearth Tour , in support of his recent album of the same name, he announced he’s extending the show into next year. 

The “Eat Your Young” singer shared on Thursday that he’ll play a second leg of North American dates throughout spring and summer 2024. The new live appearances begin on April 20 in Raleigh, North Carolina and continue until the final show in Los Angeles on Sept. 17. After his two nights in New York City in June, the indie folk artist will return to Ireland and the U.K. for a handful of shows, and then resume his U.S. tour in July. Throughout the 37-date run, he’ll make stops in Austin, Orlando, Denver, San Diego and many other cities. 

This time around, he’ll be taking Canadian singer-songwriter Allison Russell out on the road with him. 

The musician announced the upcoming live dates with a post on Instagram of his new tour poster. In the caption, he opened up about his decision to continue performing next year. “After the sweetest run of US shows, I’m delighted to announce these brand new #UnrealUnearth tour dates for next year 🖤,” the singer (whose real name is Andrew Hozier-Byrne) wrote. 

After revealing that tickets go on sale on Nov. 17, he added, “I can’t wait to be back and I hope to see you there.”

The singer is currently gearing up for his next string of European dates, which resume on Nov. 26 and run through the end of the year, with several shows in his native Ireland. The tour will pick back up with the newly announced dates after a handful of festival appearances next year. 

The “Work Song” artist recently released his third studio album in August, following the release of the six-song Eat Your Young EP in March.

Upon the release of the EP, he opened up to PEOPLE about his writing process . “When I think about music and the time we have, I think of all music as a historical document, really,” he shared. “Whether the song is about going out on a Saturday night, in 100 years, somebody can go, 'OK, well, that's what the ideal was for going out to a club on a Saturday night.' And I think that that's meaningful, and it has purpose and it has value in that. For me, I would just love that music to at least bear witness in some truthful way as best it can to what it's like to live in its own moment in time.”

Spanning across the 2023-2024 shows, the Unreal Unearth Tour has sold nearly 1M tickets, with over 500,000 sold in just one day during the initial 2024 on sale. Additionally, most of the already-announced 53 shows currently on sale are sold-out. Due to incredible fan demand, Hozier’s 2024 run includes 4 nights at New York’s Forest Hills Stadium and three nights at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum.

Hozier announces 2024 north american tour.

Hozier has announced a North American headlining tour for 2024.

The spring and summer outing begins April 20 in Raleigh, North Carolina, and will stretch all the way to a September 17 date in Los Angeles.

Tickets go on sale next Friday, November 17, at noon local time. For the full list of dates and all ticket info, visit Hozier.com .

Hozier will be touring in continued support of his new album Unreal Unearth , which dropped in August. He just wrapped up a fall tour behind the record at LA’s Hollywood Bowl on November 4.

In other Hozier happenings, the “Take Me to Church” artist is featured on a new version of Noah Kahan ‘s Stick Season  song “Northern Attitude,” which drops Friday, November 10.

Hozier, Reneé Rapp, Laufey Among Headliners for All Things Go Fest 2024

All Things Go Festival will return for another year of queer and a queer-beloved lineup.

On Tuesday, the Baltimore-based music fest announced that Laufey , Bleachers , and Janelle Monáe will headline the festival’s first day; and Hozier , Reneé Rapp , and Conan Gray will take the baton for Day Two this September. The fest will be held on Sept. 28 and 29 at the Merriweather Post Pavilion.

Laufey’s headlining set on Saturday will see the musician accompanied by the Kennedy Center Orchestra. The festival’s first day will include performances from Remi Wolf, Ethel Cain, Julien Baker (sans Boygenius, which headlined last year), Mannequin Pussy, Maisie Peters, and Rachel Chinouriri. Michael Kiwanuka, Briston Maroney, Allison Ponthier, and Grentperez are also scheduled for Day One.

Hozier is adding several new dates to his "Unreal Unearth Tour," including an outdoor show in western Pennsylvania next summer.

The Irish singer-songwriter will perform at the Pavilion at Star Lake in Burgettstown on Monday, July 29.

The show is the latest addition to Star Lake's 2024 concert calendar, which also includes Hootie & the Blowfish , the Creed reunion tour , New Kids on the Block , Chris Stapleton , Noah Kahan and Tyler Childers .

Hozier  is bringing his “The Unreal Unearth Tour” to North America in 2024.

After wrapping up his previously-announced EU dates throughout the rest of 2023, Hozier will kick off his 39 new dates in North America on April 20th in Raleigh, North Carolina. He’ll then hit cities including Dallas, Orlando, Tampa, Denver, and many more, including a two-night stand at New York’s Forest Hills Stadium. He’ll wrap things up on September 18th at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum. Allison Russell will serve as supporting act on select dates.

Hozier Announces 2024 Australian Tour Dates

Hozier is coming down under for his first Australian tour in five years. The Grammy-nominated Irish folk-pop superstar has announced an headline run for November of 2024, visiting fans in seven cities around the country, supported by American singer songwriter, Joy Oladokun.

Kicking off at Perth’s RAC Arena on Wednesday, 6th November, the tour will also head to Adelaide, Torquay, Melbourne, Sydney and the NSW Hunter Valley before wrapping up at Brisbane’s Riverstage on Monday, 18th November.

Hozier – ‘Francesca’

It marks the first time Hozier has set foot on our shores since the pre-covid era, with his last visit taking place back in 2019 in honour of Byron Bay Bluesfest.

As well as his back catalogue of hits like ‘Take Me To Church’ and ‘Work Song’, Hozier will also be returning to Australia armed with his new album, 2023’s Unreal Unearth .

All Things Go announces 2024 lineup

All Things Go is celebrating its 10th year of bringing music to the masses in Columbia, Maryland, with a two-day lineup of over 30 artists for 2024.

On Tuesday, the festival announced the artists that will be performing at Merriweather Post Pavilion on Saturday, Sept. 28 and Sunday, Sept. 29.

The festival will have 36 artists spread across multiple stages. On Saturday, Laufey with the Kennedy Center Orchestra, Bleachers, and Janelle Monáe are top-billed. As for who else is performing on the same day, Julien Baker, Maisie Peters, Michael Kiwanuka, and Remi Wolf are just some of the names. 

The second day of the festival will include Hozier, Reneé Rapp, and Conan Gray as headliners, with Maren Morris, The Japanese House, David Kushner, and Towa Bird being many of the other artists performing throughout the day.

There will also be Boomfy  and special surprised during the weekend, the festival said.

The fan presale for All Things Go begins on April 18 at 10 a.m. ET, with general sale starting on Friday for remaining tickets. Single-day tickets for Saturday and Sunday start at $119 (plus fees) for general admission, and ranging to $595 (plus fees) for VIP Super Suite. There is also Pavilion & Lawn and VIP tickets.

Two-day passes start at $199 (plus fees) for general admission tickets, $295 (plus fees) for Pavilion & Lawn, and $420 (plus fees) for VIP.

Over on the ARIA Singles Chart, Hozier bags his first No. 1 with “Too Sweet” (Columbia/Sony), up 2-1. “Too Sweet” is Hozier’s second top 10 appearance on the Australian chart after his signature song “Take Me To Church” reached No. 2 back in 2013. “Too Sweet” also lifted to No. 1 in the U.K . earlier this month, for Hozier’s first leader there.

According to ARIA, Hozier is the fourth solo male singer to reach the top this year on the Australian chart, following U.S. artists Jack Harlow (“Lovin On Me”), Noah Kahan (“Stick Season”) and Benson Boone (“Beautiful Things”).

“Beautiful Things” (via Warner) dips 1-2 on the latest frame, while British EDM producer Artemas holds onto third spot with “I Like The Way You Kiss Me” (10K/ADA).

The top new debut on the ARIA Singles Chart belongs to U.S. pop singer and actor Sabrina Carpenter , whose “Espresso” shoots in at No. 7. “Espresso” (Island/Universal) is the follow-up to “Feather,” which peaked at No. 22 in 2023.
