13 Seriously Impressive Facts You Probably Didn't Know About Taylor Swift's Reputation Tour

1. Taylor was already breaking records on the first night of the Reputation Tour. She performed a sold out show at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, beating the stadium's attendance record previously held by One Direction.

2. In fact, according to Pollstar, she sold out at least the first three shows of the tour and has grossed on average $7 million per night.

To put that in perspective, the 1989 World Tour grossed an average of $4.7 million a night, and was the highest-grossing single-year North American Tour of all time.

3. Apparently, that kind of average gross puts Taylor in a league with bands like the Rolling Stones and Guns 'N' Roses.

4. She may be playing fewer shows than on her previous tours, but since she's playing stadiums instead of arenas, Taylor is performing to significantly more fans.

On her 1989 World Tour in 2015, Taylor played five sold out shows at the Staples Center in LA to a total of more than 70,000 fans. Although she only played two nights in LA this time around, she still sold almost 120,000 tickets.

5. With her Denver, Colorado show on 25 May, Taylor became the first woman ever to headline at the Mile High Stadium, which has staged concerts for almost seventeen years.

6. And she also broke the gross record at that venue – which had previously been held by U2 – by a casual $1.2 million.

By that point in the tour, she'd already broken the gross record also held by U2 for the CenturyLink Field in Seattle by $2.4 million.

7. Taylor made history at her second show in Dublin, Ireland on 16 June when she became the first woman to ever headline more than one show at Croke Park stadium.

That just so happened to be her thirteenth show of the tour which, if you know anything about Taylor, you'll know is a big deal. She even had her mom, Andrea, draw a lucky 13 on her hand for the show, just like the old days.

8. And she was only the fourth woman to play a concert at the stadium in its 134-year history, joining a list made up of Tina Turner , Celine Dion , and Beyoncé .

9. taylor has also used the huge success of her tour to do some good deeds: for her final dress rehearsal , she invited more than 2,000 adopted and foster children and their families to watch the show for free..

She also bought them all pizza and candy and held meet and greets with all the kids after the show.

10. And at each show she dedicates her performance of "Dress" to Loie Fuller , a revolutionary dancer and actress who created the "Serpentine Dance" in the late 1800s.

Not only is the snake-y imagery very on-brand for the Reputation Tour, but Taylor's dedication praises her for "fighting for artists to own their work". After Fuller's death, her longtime partner took legal action against other dancers who had used Fuller's name to further their own careers. Sound familiar ?

11. The production for the Reputation Tour is so huge that it takes 80 trucks to carry the equipment from venue to venue.

According to the production company behind the tour, each venue is set up in four hours and taken down in even less time.

12. The main stage is 110 feet tall – the biggest Taylor has ever performed on – and according to Taylor herself the two smaller stages at the back of the venue are "pretty much as big as the main stage on the 1989 Tour".

The show also incorporates fireworks, giant inflatable snakes, an actual working fountain, and two cages Taylor uses to fly over the audience at various points.

13. And, just like at her 1989 Tour, each fan is given a light-up bracelet upon entering the stadium. The bracelets flash different colours in time to different songs, turning the whole stadium into a light show.

On December 13, 2018, Taylor thanked everyone for her birthday wishes on Instagram and also announced that there was going to be a tour movie for the Reputation Stadium Tour that would be released on New Year's Eve, titled Taylor Swift: reputation Stadium Tour . It was filmed at the last Dallas/Arlington show, which was the final US leg date. It featured the surprise song " All Too Well ".

Taylor Swift designed her own stage, complete with an elevator, and a rapid changing room for her eight costumes.

The main screen was 110 feet tall and and made of 12 columns and 1,5OO LED tiles that split into 49 individual screens that moved depending on the song. The stage design is an X shape and it also features a B & C Stage that Taylor accessed with the floating constellation and snake gondolas during " Delicate " and the " Bad Blood "/" Should've Said No " mashup. The band played right behind the main screen and during certain parts of the show, the screen opened and the audience could see them.

During " Look What You Made Me Do ", there was a giant inflatable snake named Karyn on the stage as well as smaller inflatable snakes on the B & C Stage and for the show encore, a water fountain was installed on stage. There were also fire, smoke and fireworks effects throughout the show from the stage. The LED bracelets distributed to the attendees were interactive with the songs and stage visuals.

Review: Taylor Swift kicks off 'Reputation' tour with epic, revelatory concert

“And in the death of her reputation, she felt truly alive.”

Those are the words that appeared on the 172-foot-by-40-foot video wall as Taylor Swift brought the opening night of the “Reputation” tour to a rousing conclusion in front of a record-breaking capacity crowd of 59,157 fans at University of Phoenix Stadium. 

Two hours earlier, the star had set the tone for Tuesday's show by blasting a recording of Joan Jett's Bad Reputation  through the PA, Jett defiantly snarling, "I don't give a damn 'bout my reputation." 

You could say it was a running theme, informing both the lyrics of her latest album and the narrative arc of the concert itself as she shared the experiences that led her to the "Reputation" tour and the lessons she learned from those experiences. 

A Swift performance is often as much about the connection she's established with her fans as it is about the sing-alongs her biggest hits inspire.  And Tuesday's show was no exception. 

On the one hand, she treated fans to a state-of-the-art production, played out on three stages, the largest of which was 110 feet tall.

There was plenty of pyro, confetti and slick choreography with a team of 16 dancers, who bungee-jumped on industrial scaffolding on Bad Blood .

There was a tilted stage to underscore the line "Don't like your tilted stage" in her latest album's first and most successful hit, Look What You Made Me Do . 

There were giant snakes and floating platforms to carry the star from the main stage to one of the satellite stages and back again.

There were countless costume changes and truly breathtaking visuals projected on that huge curved wall of screens.

And after seguing from We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together  into This is Why We Can't Have Nice Things , she ended the concert on top of a fountain. 

But for all the pageantry and spectacle she brought to the proceedings, there were many moments in the course of Swift's performance that  felt like she was playing to the back rows of the stadium by simply sharing with her fans.

And there was much to share.

She talked about taking a break from the "pretty predictable" schedule she'd been on since she was 16 after touring in support of 1989  to figure out "who I would be and what my life would be life if I didn't have a spotlight on me all the time."

She talked about how many times she's had to deal with people in the industry telling her what her fans expected 

"It would be things like you can't work with  that  person," she said. "Or you can't make a pop album because your fans are country fans and they would never understand. And I would say to them, 'I'm pretty sure I know them better than you do. I'm pretty sure they want to connect to the feeling in a song.'"

Late in the set, she sat at the piano and said she figured people might be wondering why there were so many snakes involved in the production.

"Well, the reason is," she said, "a couple of years ago, someone called me a snake on social media and it caught on. And then a lot of people were calling me a lot of things on social media. And I went through some really low times for a while because of it."

It got so bad, she wasn't even sure she wanted to continue doing music for a living. So the snakes, she explained, were meant to send a message. 

"If someone uses name-calling to bully you on social media," she said. "And even if a lot of people jump on board with it? That doesn't have to defeat you. It can strengthen you instead."

In her case, it taught her a valuable lesson about reputations.

"And I think the lesson," she said, "is that you shouldn't care so much if you feel misunderstood by a lot of people who don't know you, as long as you feel understood by the people who do know you, the people who see you as a human being."

Then she thanked the fans for "taking the time to get to know me and appreciate me, to see me as a human being."

And with that, she launched into a vulnerable solo piano rendition of Long Live , one of the few songs in her set that predated her two most recent albums.

The star made her way through no fewer than 14 of the 15 songs on Reputation , opening with …Ready For It?,   I Did Something Bad  and Gorgeous  before reaching back to 1989  for Style  and then dusting off two of her earliest pop hits, Love Story  and You Belong With Me .

After featuring four more songs from Reputation , she flew to the back of the venue, where she was joined on a spirited romp through Shake It Off  by tourmates Camila Cabello and Charli XCX.

She stripped it down for unplugged takes on Dancing With Our Hands Tied  and All Too Well  before making her way to the other satellite stage for the night’s third 1989  selection, Blank Space .

That was followed two songs later by one last hit from that album, a crowd-pleasing Bad Blood . 

The rest of the set was a well-paced mix of old and new, including her first song to top the Billboard Hot 100, We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together .

That six-times-platinum triumph hit the top in 2012 and paved the way for Swift's transition from the country star most likely to crossover to perhaps the biggest pop star of her generation.

Six years later, she's selling out stadiums in support of an album that managed to hold its own at Tuesday's show surrounded by a number of her most enduring calling cards.

And she really did seem to feel truly alive.

Taylor Swift's Reputation Tour is just 13 days away! 

The 28-year-old singer kicks off her tour in Glendale, Arizona, on May 8 -- and to celebrate, she's dropping little hints about her upcoming show. Swift took to Instagram on Wednesday to share that she'll be revealing one special fact about her tour every day before heading out on the road. 

"Hey guys, so it's 13 days until the Reputation Stadium Tour , so obviously you had to know I was going to make a thing of that. I was thinking maybe I would tell you a fact about the tour once a day until the tour starts," she explained on her Instagram Story. "So fact No. 1 about the Reputation stadium tour.. some of you have been asking how many songs from previous albums you'll be hearing. My count is 10." 

"I'm really excited about playing stuff from Reputation . I'm excited about playing stuff that is from previous albums too," she added. "And just check back, because I'm everyday I'm going to be posting something about the tour, just something that's going on, something at rehearsals, so just check here and I will see you in 13 days!"

The "Delicate" singer also shared a behind-the-scenes pic of herself at  rehearsals . "13 days til Reputation Stadium Tour ?," she captioned the snap. 

Charli XCX and Camila Cabello will be hitting the road with Swift -- which Cabello recently told ET was a "dream come true." 

"When I first met her four years ago, I was like, 'I really love you,'" Cabello said of meeting Swift for the first time at the MTV Video Music Awards. "I was like, 'Man, I really look up to you. You really inspire me.'"

"She was one of the people that made me wanna start songwriting, so it's really amazing," she added.

It’s November, which means Taylor Swift season is finally in full swing. Are you ready for it?

The now-enigmatic pop star’s sixth album, Reputation , slithers its way into the world on November 10, more than three years after 1989 . It's her longest gap between albums, and the world is wondering: What has she been up to all this time, besides cunningly dodging paparazzi and not doing interviews? It’s hard to tell — Reputation is one of the winter’s most fiercely guarded secrets... and therefore one of the most hotly anticipated ones.

Ahead of its release, here’s everything we know about Reputation so far, from the music to the tour to the potential features.

Taylor re-teamed with some of her most trusted collaborators.

The 15-track album’s lead single, “ Look What You Made Me Do ,” arrived on August 24, introducing us to a vengeful, new-and-improved Taylor. Its moody, electro-pop bite is courtesy of Jack Antonoff , who produced three tracks on 1989 , as well as last year’s Zayn/Taylor collab, “ I Don’t Wanna Live Forever .” Reputation ’s other two singles, “ ...Ready For It? ” and “ Gorgeous ,” were produced by Max Martin and Shellback, the hit-making team behind, well, a ton of pop smashes, including Taylor’s own “Shake It Off,” “Blank Space,” and “22.”

But you can count on her to switch up her sound.

Working with the same people doesn’t mean Taylor’s not pushing herself sonically. In fact, she’s never made the same album twice, and judging by Reputation ’s first three singles, she’s digging deeper and going darker this time around.

She has a clean slate and a new look.

Just before releasing “Look What You Made Me Do,” Taylor deleted her entire Twitter and Instagram histories, even removing her avatar on both platforms. When she finally resurfaced, it was to debut the black-and-white Reputation artwork, which shows her staring at the camera through newspaper headlines spelling her name. Her lips are painted black, her hair’s slicked back, and she’s wearing a sweatshirt that eagle-eyed fans noticed has a tear with five peaks: one for each of her albums thus far. In subsequent posts, Taylor’s looked a little grungier and much less sparkly than her pristine 1989 era. R.I.P. Old Taylor.

She has a new relationship (and two old ones) to talk about.

Since 1989 , Taylor’s dated three men: Calvin Harris, Tom Hiddleston, and Joe Alwyn, her current flame. Just because she now seems to be in a happy relationship, does that mean she’ll keep her silence about the first two? Don’t count on it — silence isn’t her style, and the tea about those two exes is still ripe for sipping.

Reputation comes with two special-edition magazines.

Swifties, it’s time to switch your allegiance from Walmart to Target if you haven’t already. That’s because Target will release exclusive editions of Reputation with two 72-page magazines (Volume 1 and Volume 2). According to the retail giant’s website , “you will find a variety of art created and curated by Taylor herself including her music, her paintings, her handwritten lyrics and more.”

It could possibly, potentially, feature Drake . Or Ed Sheeran .

Taylor and Drake are both Apple Music artists, and they lip-synced each other’s music in self-deprecating commercials last year. A collaboration seems possible, and after the two partied together last winter , Page Six reported that they also hit the studio together: something British tabloids insist is part of Tay’s plan to deliver “ a real mix of edgier hip-hop and R&B sounds .” Intriguing.

Elsewhere on the rumor front, Ed Sheeran told E! News that he and Taylor were “definitely” going to release another collaboration at some point. Taylor added fuel to the fire when Chinese characters spelling “Eddie” appeared in her recent “...Ready For It?” music video.

She’s previewed the album at intimate “Secret Sessions.”

In keeping with tradition, Taylor’s hosted “Secret Sessions” in select cities around the world, beginning in London on October 13. Several fans, hand-picked by Taylor and her Taylor Nation team, were on hand to hear the album in full and take cute photos with Tay, who swore them to secrecy. Even so, those lucky fans have been able to give vague (but still welcome!) hints at what’s to come — according to one guest , Reputation is “sexy, shady, a nighttime album, more emotionally complex than 1989 , and better than Red .”

Her music videos are still top-notch.

So far, we’ve seen two Reputation visuals, both helmed by Swift’s go-to director Joseph Kahn. The first, “ Look What You Made Me Do ,” premiered during the VMAs on August 27 and is packed with nods to Swift’s old personas. As polarizing as that song may have been, the video proves people are still in awe of Taylor: it quickly shattered Vevo records . The second, “ ...Ready For It? ,” is a CGI-heavy, cyberpunk-themed visual feast starring two competing Taylors. Both videos have spawned a ton of illuminating fan theories about Swift reclaiming and deconstructing her, well, reputation.

Long-awaited live performances are imminent.

Taylor’s first live performance of the Reputation era (that we know of, at least) will be just one day after the album arrives — she’s slated to perform on Saturday Night Live on November 11. After that, she’s lined up for a handful of performances as part of larger holiday events, including iHeartRadio’s Jingle Ball in Los Angeles on December 1, 99.7 Now!’s Poptopia in San Jose on December 2, and the B96 Jingle Bash in Chicago on December 7.

She’s really leaning into the snake imagery.

From the red snake slithering across the “LWYMMD” lyric video, to the coiled snake that curled across her revamped Instagram page, Taylor’s clearly embracing her unflattering nickname (which stemmed from a certain Snapchat incident ). Snakes have been used throughout the promotional campaign for Reputation , and Taylor’s leaned into the symbolism even more by wearing snake-printed Gucci boots and selling $60 snake rings on her official online store.

She’s coming for you on a Reputation tour.

No dates have been announced yet, but it’s only a matter of time. A hub titled Taylor Swift Tix , which is partnered with Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan program, popped up back in August. There, fans looking to purchase concert tickets can “boost their place in line” via “boost activities” that verify their status as true Swifties, not ticket resellers. Even so, expect there to be a mad rush for seats once that official tour announcement arrives. Seeing the “New Taylor” up close and personal is the hottest ticket you can get.

UPDATE: Taylor Swift has announced that Charli XCX and Camila Cabello will serve as her tour openers during her  Reputation  stadium tour. The singer unveiled the news on Thursday, via a video tweet .

Taylor Swift  extended her upcoming Reputation tour with seven new stadium dates, adding concerts in Santa Clara, California; Washington, D.C.; Philadelphia; East Rutherford, New Jersey, Foxborough, Massachusetts; Minneapolis and Arlington, Texas, Variety reports. 

General public tickets for the new shows go on sale Wednesday, January 31st at 10 a.m. local time. Fans can purchase advance tickets via Ticketmaster’s Taylor Swift Presale; registration opens Friday, January 5th at 10 a.m. ET and continues through Thursday, January 18th at 10 a.m. ET.

Members of Taylor Swift Tix, the singer’s exclusive Ticketmaster Verified Fan program, will receive priority access ahead of new registrants. The program, which the singer announced in August, attempts to block scalpers and bots from purchasing and reselling tickets.

The tour launches May 8th in Glendale, Arizona and concludes November 9th in Auckland, New Zealand.

Swift returned to Number One on the Billboard 200 with Reputation , her sixth LP, which she issued in November. Rolling Stone ranked the album the year’s third-best pop record and the seventh-best overall .

Taylor Swift tours may be most famous for their inspirational speeches and chart-topping hits but in recent years they've become notorious for something else: celebrity guests.

It all started on the Speak Now World Tour when Taylor invited the likes of Nicki Minaj and Justin Bieber to perform with her and since then the impromptu duets have quickly become a Taylor staple. The Red Tour saw the 'I Knew You Were Trouble' hitmaker sing with everyone from Ed Sheeran to Jennifer Lopez and on the 1989 World Tour we were treated to surprise appearances from stars including Justin Timberlake, Serena Williams, Mick Jagger, Julia Roberts and Mary J. Blige.

The celebrity cameos became so notorious that they resulted in this incredible parody.

Robbie Williams? At a Taylor Swift gig? Who would have thought. It's no secret that Robbie Williams is a household name in the UK but his success never ever transferred properly to the US. Shawn and Taylor have a long history together. Shawn opened for Taylor on the 1989 World Tour and the two have often spoken about how much they admire each other so a Reputation guest spot was inevitable. Shawn joined Taylor in Pasadena for a rousing rendition of 'There's Nothing Holding Me Back'. To make things even more exciting, Taylor teased that she's heard some of Shawn's new album and she's "obsessed" with it.

Camila has been close friends with Taylor Swift ever since her Fifth Harmony days (Taylor even hosted an epic 18th birthday party for her) so it only seems fitting that Camila is now opening for Taylor on her sold out stadium tour. As well as performing her hit singles ('Never Be the Same', 'Havana') to warm up Taylor's crowd, Camila has also joined Taylor on multiple nights to perform 'Shake It Off' with Charli XCX too.

Speaking of Charli , she is also one of Taylor Swift's supporting acts on The Reputation Stadium Tour. Charli was one of the special guests on the 1989 World Tour (the two stars performed 'Boom Clap' together) and now she is wowing Swifties night after night with all of her hits from 'Fancy' to 'Boys'. Oh and as mentioned she is also every now and then performing 'Shake It Off' with Camila and Taylor as well.

Taylor Swift Announces More Dates For 'Reputation' Stadium Tour

The GRAMMY-winner pumps up her North American tour with seven additional dates across the U.S.

With an already massive tour planned in support of her sixth album, Reputation , Taylor Swift has given her fans even more opportunities to catch her live in 2018 by adding seven U.S. dates to her Reputation stadium tour.

The announcement comes the same week Reputation reclaimed the top spot on the Billboard 200, after being temporarily dethroned by Eminem 's Revival . Swift's Reputation tour was already on track to be one of the most talked-about tours of the year.

The newly announced dates will expand the tour to add an additional show in each of these seven cities: Santa Clara, Calif.; Washington, D.C.; Philadelphia; Rutherford, N. J.; Foxborough, Mass.; Minneapolis, Minn.; and Arlington, Texas.

Advance ticket sales for the added dates will begin for fans registered for the Taylor Swift Presale via Ticketmaster Verified Fan starting on Jan. 5 and continuing through Jan.18. Tickets for the general public will go on-sale Jan. 31.

TOMORROW X TOGETHER - minisode 3: TOMORROW 

Release date: April 1

Luckily, fans of the K-pop quintet TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) rarely have to wait for new music. Six months after releasing their third studio album, The Name Chapter: Freefall , the group is gearing up to release minisode 3: TOMORROW .

The seven-song EP is fronted by upcoming lead single "Deja Vu," which is said to mix trap, rage, and emo rock into their signature emotional intensity, as per a press release. The other tracks continue to expand the group’s versatility, experimenting with pop rock, house, and acoustic guitars. 

As usual, the concept of the album is connected to TXT’s overarching lore, and features several references to their past works — track "- --- -- --- ·-· ·-· --- ·–," for example, evokes their debut era where Morse Code was used in teasers and in the single "Crown."

TXT will embark on their Act: Promise World Tour starting May 3-5 in Seoul, South Korea, and then head to the U.S. for 11 shows across the country, including two dates at New York’s Madison Square Garden.

Conan Gray - Found Heaven

Gen Z popstar Conan Gray has Found Heaven . After 2022’s Superache , his upcoming third album was co-produced by legendaries Max Martin , Greg Kurstin , and Shawn Everett , among others.

Gray had been teasing the 13-track record since last year with a slew of buoyant, '80s-tinged singles ( "Never Ending Song," "Killing Me" and "Lonely Dancers") and poignant, Elton John -esque ballads ( "Winner," "Alley Rose" ). "When I was making the album, I was really obsessively listening to music of that era," he explained to NME . "I think also, because it was a deeply emotional time, I was almost hiding from reality. I didn’t listen to a song from the 2020s during the making of this album."

To celebrate this new, holy era, Gray will be touring Australia in July, North America in September and October, and Europe and the UK in November. "I want people to know that I was having fun and goofing around, and I want you to smile and I want you to feel like you can just be yourself," he added. "I just want the album to be a reminder to people that you can be so many things all at once."

Sinkane - We Belong 

Ahmed Gallab, the Sudanese American multi-instrumentalist behind Sinkane, has built his discography resisting musical genres. We Belong , his upcoming eighth studio album, is no different: it combines pop, funk, electronic, afrobeats, disco, and more into "a love letter to Black music," per a press release.

Sinkane’s first album since 2019’s Dépaysé , We Belong features 10 tracks and participations by Bilal, Money Mark, STOUT, and others. Each song tells the story of a different era in Black music and history, laced with love and hope for the future: the disco groove of "Come Together," the gospel choirs of "Everything Is Everything," the funky bassline of "How Sweet is Your Love."

Along with live band the Message, Sinkane has announced a select 10-city tour in the U.S., starting May 3 in New York City and wrapping up on June 9 in Pioneertown, California.

X Ambassadors - Townie

** Pop rock trio X Ambassadors dive deep into nostalgia for Townie , their fourth studio album. The record was inspired by their experience of growing up in the small city of Ithaca, New York, and how it shaped who they are. **

"As a grown man, I’ve fallen back in love with upstate NY, and I oddly feel blessed to have had something to rally so hard against/fight to escape from as a kid," vocalist Sam Harris said in a statement. "No Strings," the first single off the project, is an anthem for that restless feeling, and anchors their concept in a haunting, propulsive melody. "Your Town" and "Half-Life" continue the journey, although taking more melancholy tones.

X Ambassadors first set off their Townie tour in Europe and the UK during February and March. On the day of the release, they will begin the North American leg of the tour in Vancouver, Canada.

Vampire Weekend - Only God Was Above Us 

Five years after releasing their latest record, 2019’s Father of the Bride , indie band Vampire Weekend will drop their fifth studio album, Only God Was Above Us .

According to a press release, frontman Ezra Koenig wrote most of the songs in 2019-2020, and spent the last five years refining them with bandmates Chris Baio and Chris Tomson. The result is a collection of 10 "direct yet complex" tracks, "showing the band at once at its grittiest, and also at its most beautiful and melodic," as seen in singles "CAprilicorn," "Gen-X Cops," and "Classical."

In addition to a sold out performance in Austin, Texas that will coincide with the total eclipse on April 8 and a headline show at Primavera Sound festival in Barcelona, Vampire Weekend has announced an extensive North American tour throughout summer and fall.

Bryson Tiller - Bryson Tiller

Grab your tickets to Bryson Tiller’s upcoming tour while you can: he might go on a hiatus right after. That’s what the R&B singer and rapper told Complex , alleging that his number one passion is actually video games. "I've been designing a game for the past three years; been looking into internships for different companies. That's what I want to prioritize after this album comes out."

The album Tiller refers to is his eponymous fourth LP, a 19-track collection that includes a feature by Victoria Monét , and is described as "seamlessly blending R&B, dancehall, pop, drill, trapsoul, neo-soul, and hip hop" in a press release. " Bryson Tiller is not just an album; it's a declaration of artistic independence and a tribute to the relentless pursuit of greatness."

The project’s three alluring singles ( "Outside," "Whatever She Wants," and "CALYPSO") exemplify how Tiller pushed the boundaries of R&B even more, and solidified his identity as one of music’s most singular artists. "My No. 1 goal with this album is just for everybody on Earth to hear it one time," Tiller also told Complex. "My guarantee is that they'll love [at least] one song."

Tori Kelly - TORI.

"You think you know who Tori Kelly is, but this album will prove that maybe you didn’t," said the YouTube-star-turned-singer in a NME interview about her fifth studio album, TORI . "I feel like I’m stepping into my power and owning my craft."

Her first LP since 2020’s A Tori Kelly Christmas , TORI. took inspiration from '90s and early aughts R&B and pop, as heard on singles "Missin U" and "Cut." "I was trying to create this world of nostalgia, but also there’s that balance with [ TORI. ] feeling fresh and new," she said. Comprising 15 tracks, it also includes participations by Ayra Starr in "Unbelievable," LE SSERAFIM ’s Kim Chae-won on "Spruce," and Jon Bellion — who co-wrote and produced the album — on "Young Gun."

During the creation process, Kelly told Bellion that her guidelines were to be able to "belt out [songs] in the car" and "dance" to them, like one can do in the powerful "High Water." As far as it goes, it looks like they accomplished their mission.

Kelly will kick off her Purple Skies North American tour on April 12 in Ventura, California, and conclude it on May 3 in Kansas City, Missouri.

Future & Metro Boomin - TBA / We Still Don’t Trust You  

Release date: April 12

Rap titans Future and Metro Boomin have been personal friends and work peers for over a decade, but their first collaborative album is only coming out now. We Don’t Trust You , the first installment of a double album, dropped on March 22, while the second part — titled yet to be announced — is slated to release on April 12.

In We Don’t Trust You , the duo showcased their flawless chemistry with grandiose tracks, haunting trap beats, and star-studded features, such as "Like That" with Kendrick Lamar , "Young Metro" with The Weeknd , and "Type S—" with Travis Scott and Playboi Carti . As Metro defined in an interview with Complex , "it’s the classic Future and Metro, but just updated."

So far, no further details have been shared about the second album, but expectations remain high for the duo to outdo the first effort.

girl in red - I'M DOING IT AGAIN BABY!

"I wanted to sincerely apologize for the events that happened directly after the release of my second album, I'M DOING IT AGAIN BABY! " prefaced Norwegian singer girl in red — real name Marie Ulven — on a solemn social media video last month. But while viewers caught their breaths, she revealed it was all a witty joke: the album will only come out on Aprilil 12.

"This is a big year for me. 2024 is, like, my year," she added in the video. I'M DOING IT AGAIN BABY! follows Ulven’s 2021 debut If I Could Make It Go Quiet , but feels "more fun and more playful, and a little bit more confident," as she told Billboard . Lead track "Too Much" brings that novelty heads on, while singles "Doing It Again Baby" and "You Need Me Now?" with Sabrina Carpenter prove that Ulven’s powerful pop is only getting better.

Ulven will kick off her Doing It Again tour from April 16-June 2 in North America, and from Aug.27-Oct. 5 in Europe.

Kenny Garrett & Svoy - Who Killed AI?  

For his first electronic foray, NEA Jazz Master and GRAMMY-winning saxophonist Kenny Garrett enlisted the acclaimed producer-musician Svoy. The result is Who Killed AI? , a seven-track daring exploration of jazz and pop culture.

"The first two songs are really reminiscent of Miles [Davis] ," Garrett shared in a statement. "The way I’m stretching the melody — that’s how I played with Miles." The opener and lead single "Ascendence" is a strong preview of what’s to come: distorted synths and drum and bass beats fused with Garrett’s fun and brilliant lines, a compelling portrait of what the future of music can be.

Later in the year, Garrett plans to take the album on a live tour. "I think my fans will find this interesting," Garrett shared in a statement. "Some people forget that my teacher was Miles Davis. So for me, it’s not that I have to do something different. It is just something that I do. All you have to do is present the music and let them take the journey." 

ERNEST - Nashville, Tennessee  

Early in March, singer/songwriter ERNEST announced on social media that he would be running for mayor in order to "legalize country music." Of course, fans started to get their hopes up for new music — and they were right. The plot was just part of his promotion for the newly announced Nashville, Tennessee , out April 12.

A tour de force with 26 tracks, the record features a bevy of guest stars: from Jelly Roll ("I Went To College, I Went To Jail"), to Lainey Wilson ("Would If I Could"), and ERNEST's two-year-old son, Ryman Saint. It also includes a bluegrass cover of Radiohead ’s "Creep" with HARDY, and a cover of John Mayer ’s "Slow Dancing in a Burning Room."

In addition to "I Went To College, I Went To Jail," four other advance tracks have been shared: "Why Dallas" with Lukas Nelson , "Ain’t As Easy," "Ain’t Too Late," and "How’d We Get Here."

Taylor Swift - The Tortured Poets Department

On the same night that she won her  lucky 13th GRAMMY for Best Pop Vocal Album with 2022’s Midnights , Taylor Swift also announced her 11th studio album, The Tortured Poets Department . Coming out April 19, the record will feature 16 tracks and collaborations by Florence + the Machine on "Florida!!!" and Post Malone on "Fortnight."

"I needed to make it, it was really a lifeline for me, it sort of reminded me why songwriting gets me through life," Swift said during her The Eras Tour show in Melbourne. "I've never had an album where I needed songwriting more than I needed it on Tortured Poets ."

Along with the statement, Swift also shared an alternate cover for the physical album, titled after and including bonus track "The Bolter." Later on, three other versions named "The Manuscript," "The Albatross," and "The Black Dog" — all including an eponymous bonus track —  were also made available for purchase.

For the rest of the year, Swift will be touring through Europe and North America. As usual with the singer, more surprises are likely to come soon.

PartyNextDoor - PartyNextDoor 4 (P4)

Release date: April 26

** Canadian hitmaker and singer PartyNextDoor will make his long-awaited return this month. PartyNextDoor 4 , also dubbed P4 , is his first full-length work since 2020’s Partymobile , and continues his eponymous albums series after 2016’s P3 . **

"This is the hardest I’ve ever worked on an album. This is the proudest I’ve felt," Party told Billboard for his March cover story. "I’m excited to grind even more for the next [one]. I’m in love with how hard you should work for it." 

He also explained that love is the reason why he takes so long to release new stuff. "I get into relationships and then music becomes second," he said. "I think I’m going to take a break from relationships, a long break, and just get back to making music."

In support of the release, Party shared moody, intimate singles "Resentment" and "Real Woman" — inspired by the same relationships that kept him off stage.

St. Vincent - All Born Screaming

In an interview with Mojo , St. Vincent — also known as Annie Clark — defined her upcoming seventh album, All Born Screaming , as "post-plague pop." Since its creation started right after the release of 2021’s Daddy’s Home , the years of seclusion and adjustment due to the COVID pandemic were a prominent influence in her new work.

"That kind of isolation breeds paranoia and loneliness, and loneliness can breed violence," she said. "It’s been a time of loss collectively and personally. [But] loss and death are very clarifying things, they make everything that doesn’t f—ng matter go away."

Comprising 10 tracks and features from Dave Grohl , Cate Le Bon, and Warpaint’s Stella Mozgawa, All Born Screaming is St. Vincent’s first entirely self-produced set, and an attempt at showcasing what does matter. "This record is darker and harder and more close to the bone. I’d say it’s my least funny record yet. There’s nothing cute about it," she added.

Clark released two singles off the album, "Broken Man" and "Flea," and is gearing up for a North American tour starting May 22.

Picture This - Parked Car Conversations

" Parked Car Conversations is by far the most personal album we have ever created," said vocalist and lyricist Ryan Hennessy in a press release about Picture This’s upcoming album. "It is an album about everything involved with being human. Love and loss and hurt and euphoria and all of those other complex emotions that flutter in between."

The album consists of 15 songs, but a third of it can be previewed through bittersweet, soaring singles "Get On My Love," "Song To Myself," "Leftover Love," "Call It Love," and "Act Of Innocence." Overall, Parked Car Conversations is a soundtrack "not to a movie, but to life," and aims to convey "the ups and downs of living" through ballads and anthems alike, according to Hennessy. 

Coming almost three years since the Irish band’s last release, 2021’s Life in Colour , the new record will be celebrated in high spirits with an Europe and U.K. tour, starting April 21 in München, Germany.

As the Eras Tour hits Disney+ with 'Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour (Taylor's Version)', take a look at some of the mind-boggling feats the pop superstar has accomplished with her culture-shifting trek.

Taylor Swift has continuously redefined what it means to be a pop superstar for almost two decades. But 2023 might have been her most defining year to date, thanks to the Eras Tour.

With 152 dates in stadiums across five continents, the Eras Tour isn't just Swift's personal biggest tour to date — it's a feat few other artists have accomplished. The sprawling 3 1/2-hour show is an impressive feat in itself, but the tour has gone on to break records and boost economies, firmly cementing Swift's stratospheric position as one of pop's all-time greats. 

There's a reason why the term "The Taylor Swift Effect" has been coined — it captures the impact Swift has had not just on music, but society as a whole. Swift's latest concert tour weaves through her 10- (and soon to be 11 -) album discography, totaling a whopping 44 songs across 10 different acts for each "era." Between the allure of each set's surprise song and the next-level fan engagement, the tour has become far more than your average concert — it's a full-on cultural moment. 

Though the trek still has a bewildering nine months to go (it will hit Europe and another North America stretch from May to December), Swift is celebrating the Eras Tour's one-year anniversary by bringing its record-breaking concert film to Disney+ on March 14th. 

As fans get ready to stream Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour (Taylor's Version) , GRAMMY.com looks at the impact of the Eras Tour so far, exploring the records Swift has shattered since it first began.

Becoming The Highest Grossing Tour Ever

In eight months, Swift's Eras Tour did something no other artist has ever done: gross over $1 billion on a single tour. Pollstar reported the news in December 2023, stating that the 60+ shows she played in 2023 accumulated to 4.3 million tickets sold. 

This number is even more staggering when compared to Elton John 's farewell tour, which lasted five years and had 328 shows and accumulated $939 million . Not only has Swift been able to do the same with 152 shows, but she still has nine months to go — and at the pace she's going, Pollstar projects that she could pass the $2 billion mark.  

Shattering Attendance Records

From breaking the all-time record for attendance during her three shows at Nashville's Nissan Stadium in May 2023 to playing the largest shows of her career at Melbourne's Cricket Ground in February 2024 (performing to 288,000 fans over three days), Swift couldn't stop breaking attendance records at various stops. Including those venues, she's broken eight attendance records at seven so far: Seattle's Lumen Field, New Jersey's MetLife Stadium, Pittsburgh's Acrisure Stadium, AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, and Sao Paolo's Allianz Parque (where she broke one-day and three-day attendance records).

Although her friend and collaborator Ed Sheeran already broke some of her attendance records during his own 2023 world tour, Swift has done the impossible again by creating an entirely new record to break: how many people are both inside and outside the venue. Cities like Tampa and Detroit all had "Taygating" — mass parties with thousands of fellow Swifties that include singalongs, cookouts, and trading handmade friendship bracelets like the fans inside. In Philadelphia alone, cell phone usage data in the area determined that around 57,000 fans "taygated" outside throughout the tour's three nights.

Spiking Craft Sales

Creating costumes for Taylor Swift concerts is something that fans have been doing since Swift's Fearless Tour in 2009 and 2010, but a lyric from MIdnights ' "You're On Your Own Kid" created a new way for fans to engage with each other. The lyric "So make the friendship bracelets/ Take the moment and taste it" sparked a friendship bracelet frenzy, and caused a 40 percent chainwide increase in jewelry sales overall at Michaels craft stores, with locations within Eras Tour stops seeing a 300 percent sales increase in beads and jewelry categories leading up to the concert.

Since the start of the tour, Michaels has also helped Swifties create over 22,0000 bracelets in their bracelet-making classes in-store. And that simple lyric has inspired other fandoms to take part — Formula One fans are handing bracelets off to drivers before races, and British soccer players are making them to help boost team morale.

Spawning The Highest Grossing Concert Film Of All Time

When she announced that the Eras Tour concert film would be headed to the big screen, Swift opted to "bet on herself" by personally investing $10-20 million to bypass Hollywood entirely to facilitate a partnership directly with AMC. To say that bet worked would be an understatement: the Eras Tour concert movie became the highest-grossing concert film of all time , amassing $250 million in worldwide movie ticket sales. On the day it was announced, movie ticket buyers broke AMC's single-day advance ticket sales record, amassing $26 million within 24 hours.

The Eras Tour film would not only become a huge box office achievement , but would become the first concert film to ever be nominated for a Golden Globe, competing against other major box office blockbusters like Barbie and Oppenheimer .

Igniting Social Media

If fans can't physically be at the concert or "Taygate" outside the venue, they can tune in thanks to TikTok's live-streaming capabilities. Fellow fans provide streams of the entire concert for those who want to watch the gig. Although the viewer count varies, anywhere from 30k+ people can be tuning in on one stream (statistics have shown that most fans tune in for Swift's surprise songs).

Since the start of the Eras Tour, TikTok has been flooded with over 1.9 million videos, with Variety reporting that Taylor-related content can average around 380 million views per day and no day falling below 200 million views. Swift took note of some of the fan-fronted trends, too, including the viral "Bejeweled" dance, created by fan Mikael Arellano, as part of her choreography on tour.

Boosting The Economy

Every weekend, cities that hosted the Eras Tour awarded Swift with something special — Nashville placed a bench in Centennial Park as a nod to a lyric in "Invisible String," Santa Clara made her an honorary mayor, Minneapolis renamed the city 'Swiftie-apolis,' and Rio de Janeiro projected Swift's junior jewels shirt from the "You Belong With Me" onto Christ the Redeemer. No matter how the cities honored Swift, her visit was certainly beneficial for their local economies — one stop of the Eras Tour averaged around $1,300 spending per person on travel, hotels, food, and merchandise. 

The U.S. Travel Association likened it to the Super Bowl , but happening 53 times across 20 cities, estimating the economic impact to be around $10 billion by the time the tour wraps. It's a tour that has single-handedly changing travel , according to CNN, with fans choosing their travel based on where they can get tickets. And since money talks, politicians and world leaders — from Canada's Prime Minister to the Chilean President — have come out in spades to beg for Swift to add their countries to the worldwide tour. 

Breaking Niche Records

Two nights in Seattle resulted in a "Swift Quake" after so many fans danced to "Shake It Off," which caused seismic activity equivalent to a 2.3 magnitude earthquake. Seismologist Jackie Caplan-Auerbach collected 10 hours of data — from the music to the speakers to the dancing — to see how that energy can impact the ground enough to shake it.

Although not an official record, within the Swiftie community, fans have had battles to see which city can have the longest-standing ovation after "champagne problems," as detailed on Reddit and Billboard . Right now, Swift's penultimate Los Angeles show at SoFi Stadium is the winner, clocking in at 8 minutes .

Elevating Swift's Discography

After the start of a tour, it's natural for artists to see their discography have a short influx of listeners and then taper off again. But after the first 10 weeks of the Eras Tour, Swift's catalogue was growing more and more with every stop — up to 79 percent more than where she was before the tour began. And instead of listeners streaming specific singles or albums, the streamers were all over Swift's set list; Billboard reported that 23 of the 42 songs performed have doubled in weekly streams. 

The tour even helped the resounding fan favorite from 2019's Lover, "Cruel Summer," transform from beloved deep cut to chart topper. Streams of "Cruel Summer" went up 304 percent, resulting in the track becoming both her 10th No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and her sole longest-leading No. 1 on Billboard 's all-format Radio Songs chart.

Using the Eras Tour to work in tandem with her rerecording release schedule has also become an integral marketing tactic. So much so that coinciding the tour and the releases (as well as the announcements) has helped contribute to her having six albums in the top 20 of the year-end Billboard 200 , more No. 1 albums than any woman in history with 13 (as of press time), and 1989 (Taylor's Version) outselling the original — a staggering 1.3 million albums in its first week. 

Swift wrapped her first 2024 Eras Tour leg in Singapore on March 9, as she's now preparing to release her highly anticipated 11th album , The Tortured Poet's Department , on April 19. Three weeks later, the Eras Tour will pick back up in Nanterre, France, on May 9, with dates nearly every week until it wraps in Vancouver, British Columbia, on Dec. 8. 

With an already record-breaking tour and a new album on the way, there's no doubt that the world will continue to feel the impact of Taylor Swift and her pop star prowess — throughout 2024 and beyond.

How The 2024 GRAMMYs Saw The Return Of Music Heroes & Birthed New Icons

Between an emotional first-time performance from Joni Mitchell and a slew of major first-time winners like Karol G and Victoria Monét, the 2024 GRAMMYs were unforgettably special. Revisit all of the ways both legends and rising stars were honored.

After Dua Lipa kicked off the 2024 GRAMMYs with an awe-inspiring medley of her two new songs , country star Luke Combs followed with a performance that spawned one of the most memorable moments of the night — and one that exemplified the magic of the 66th GRAMMY Awards.

Combs was joined by Tracy Chapman , whose return to the stage marked her first public performance in 15 years. The two teamed up for her GRAMMY-winning hit "Fast Car," which earned another GRAMMY nomination this year thanks to Combs' true-to-form cover that was up for Best Country Solo Performance. The audience went wild upon seeing a resplendent, smiling Chapman strum her guitar, and it was evident that Combs felt the same excitement singing along beside her.

Chapman and Combs' duet was a powerful display of what the 2024 GRAMMYs offered: veteran musicians being honored and new stars being born.

Another celebrated musician who made a triumphant return was Joni Mitchell . Though the folk icon had won 10 GRAMMYs to date — including one for Best Folk Album at this year's Premiere Ceremony — she had never performed on the GRAMMYs stage until the 2024 GRAMMYs. Backed by a band that included Brandi Carlile , Allison Russell , Blake Mills, Jacob Collier , and other accomplished musicians, the 80-year-old singer/songwriter delivered a stirring (and tear-inducing) rendition of her classic song "Both Sides Now," singing from an ornate chair that added an element of regality.

Later in the show, Billy Joel , the legendary rock star who began his GRAMMY career in 1979 when "Just the Way You Are" won Record and Song Of The Year, used the evening to publicly debut his first single in 17 years, "Turn the Lights Back On." (He also closed out the show with his 1980 classic, "You May Be Right.") It was the latest event in Joel's long history at the show; past performances range from a 1994 rendition of "River of Dreams" to a 2022 duet of "New York State of Mind" with Tony Bennett . The crooner, who died in 2023, was featured in the telecast's In Memoriam section , where Stevie Wonder dueted with archival footage of Bennett. And Annie Lennox , currently in semi-retirement, paid tribute to Sinéad O'Connor , singing "Nothing Compares 2 You" and calling for peace.

Career-peak stars also furthered their own legends, none more so than Taylor Swift . The pop star made history at the 2024 GRAMMYs, claiming the record for most Album Of The Year wins by a single artist . The historic moment also marked another icon's return, as Celine Dion made an ovation-prompting surprise appearance to present the award. (Earlier in the night, Swift also won Best Pop Vocal Album for Midnights , announcing a new album in her acceptance speech. To date, Swift has 14 GRAMMYs and 52 nominations.)

24-time GRAMMY winner Jay-Z expanded his dominance by taking home the Dr. Dre Global Impact Award , which he accepted alongside daughter Blue Ivy . And just before Miley Cyrus took the stage to perform "Flowers," the smash single helped the pop star earn her first-ever GRAMMY , which also later nabbed Record Of The Year .

Alongside the longtime and current legends, brand-new talents emerged as well. Victoria Monét took home two GRAMMYs before triumphing in the Best New Artist category , delivering a tearful speech in which she looked back on 15 years working her way up through the industry. Last year's Best New Artist winner, Samara Joy , continued to show her promise in the jazz world, as she won Best Jazz Performance for "Tight"; she's now 3 for 3, after also taking home Best Jazz Vocal Album for Linger Awhile last year.

First-time nominee Tyla became a first-time winner — and surprised everyone, including herself — when the South African starlet won the first-ever Best African Music Performance GRAMMY for her hit "Water." boygenius , Karol G and Lainey Wilson were among the many other first-time GRAMMY winners that capped off major years with a golden gramophone (or three, in boygenius' case).

All throughout GRAMMY Week 2024 , rising and emerging artists were even more of a theme in the lead-up to the show. GRAMMY House 2024 hosted performances from future stars, including Teezo Touchdown and Tiana Major9 at the Beats and Blooms Emerging Artist Showcase and Blaqbonez and Romy at the #GRAMMYsNextGen Party .

Gatherings such as A Celebration of Women in the Mix , Academy Proud: Celebrating LGBTQIA+ Voices , and the Growing Wild Independent Music Community Panel showcased traditionally marginalized voices and communities, while Halle Bailey delivered a GRAMMY U Masterclass for aspiring artists. And Clive Davis hosted his Pre-2024 GRAMMYs Gala , where stars new and old mingled ahead of the main event. 

From established, veteran artists to aspiring up-and-comers, the 2024 GRAMMYs were a night of gold and glory that honored the breadth of talent and creativity throughout the music industry, perfectly exemplifying the Recording Academy's goal to "honor music's past while investing in its future." If this year's proceedings were any indication, the future of the music industry is bright indeed.

Everything We Know About Taylor Swift’s New Album, The Tortured Poets Department

Welcome to Planet Earth (Taylor’s Version). We’re just days away from the release of Taylor Swift ’s 11th studio album, The Tortured Poets Department , and thanks to a trail of bread crumbs and Easter eggs left by Swift herself, there’s already plenty to talk about and speculate upon, even leading to analysis of songs that nobody has even heard yet.

Swift announced the existence and release date of the Midnights follow-up album in perhaps the flex-iest way possible: onstage , as part of her acceptance speech for best pop vocal album at the Grammys 2024 .

Though fans had long speculated that she was gearing up to announce her latest rerecording (only her debut album and 2017’s Reputation remain on the Taylor’s Version to-do list), Swift, 34, had something else in mind.

“I want to say thank you to the fans by telling you a secret I’ve been keeping from you for the last two years,” she said. “Which is that my brand-new album comes out April 19. It’s called The Tortured Poets Department. ”

So where do we enroll?

When is The Tortured Poets Department coming out?

The Tortured Poets Department will be released on April 19, 2024.

What’s that title, The Tortured Poets Department, in reference to?

The short version of that is a big shrug. The longer, more speculative version? It may or may not be a deliberate echo of the now infamous “Tortured Man Club” group chat that Joe Alwyn shared he’s part of on WhatsApp with Andrew Scott and Paul Mescal .

What will the songs be about?

In the lead-up to the release of The Tortured Poets Department, Swift shared five playlists of her own songs on Apple Music, seemingly curated according to the five stages of grief. There’s denial (I Love You, It’s Ruining My Life), anger (You Don’t Get to Tell Me About Sad), bargaining (Am I Allowed to Cry?), depression (Old Habits Die Screaming), and finally, acceptance (I Can Do It With a Broken Heart). Swift recorded voice memos to accompany each playlist, saying of the final collection, for example, “These songs represent making room for more good in your life—making that choice—because a lot of time when we lose things, we gain things too.”

This, along with the “last two years” timeline she mentioned when announcing the album—the last gasps and ultimate ending of her relationship with Alwyn—has us guessing that the album won’t not be about the breakup.

Will we see Travis Kelce stuff on there?

Love takes time, and so does recording an album. It’s possible that her newish relationship with Kelce, which kicked off sometime in the summer of 2023, influenced tracks, but not terribly likely. When Swift began working on the album, right after she released Midnights, she hadn’t met Kelce.

Is it going to be good?

Listen, Travis Kelce has heard the album, and he says it’s “unbelievable.” Considering he attended the Eras Tour of his own accord, it’s safe to assume that he’s a true-blue Swiftie and can be trusted, romantic bias or no.

Who is she collaborating with?

Post Malone and Florence Welch (of Florence + the Machine) are both credited on the album’s track list.

What’s on the track list?

Swift released the official track list for the album in an Instagram post in February. They are listed as:

No . It’s fine. The department doesn’t belong to the tortured poets, it’s a department of tortured poets. Find something else to worry about.

Taylor Swift ’s “big reputation” is about to get even bigger. The pop superstar announced on her 29th birthday (Dec. 13) that the Reputation Stadium Tour   has been turned into a concert film, and the doc will be premiering on Netflix this New Year’s Eve (Dec. 31).

While she is yet to release more details on the movie, we do know that it was secretly taped on the second of her two dates at the AT&T Center in Arlington, Texas on Oct. 6, Swift’s final Reputation Tour stop in North America. And based on the spectacle that was the show, there are many things Swifties can look forward to reliving.

Collaborations With Sugarland, Charli XCX and Camila Cabello

Longtime country music duo Sugarland joined Swift to perform their 2018 collaboration “Babe” live together for the first time on the Oct. 6 date. Not long after, Swift was joined by her openers Charli XCX and Camila Cabello (as well as an entourage of dancers) to sing “Shake It Off” — a girl-powered performance they delivered at every Reputation Tour stop. The trio took turns picking up the vocals while syncing-up their stage moves.

Fireworks, Dancers and a Giant Snake

Swift’s energy-packed Reputation Stadium Tour was loaded with every mesmerizing concert trick out there, from pyro to massive stage props. And don’t worry, Netflix already confirmed that we’ll be seeing Swift’s mega 63-foot cobra join her in the concert film. While the quieter moments (such as Swift’s acoustic rendition of Reputation  cut “Dancing With Our Hands Tied”) will be awe-inspiring, the many songs making full use of the elaborate production are sure to be pretty incredible for different reasons.

A Surprise ‘Red’ Throwback Song

While Swift ended most her concerts with a medley that blended “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” with Reputation ’s “This Is Why We Can’t Have Nice Things,” all the other songs from  Red were usually skipped. That being said, Swift decided to let “All Too Well” make a comeback as the B-stage secret song  on the North American tour finale.

A Whole Lot of ‘Reputation’

Taylor Swift performed almost every song off her latest album on the Reputation Stadium Tour, including “Delicate,” “Gorgeous,” “…Ready for It?,” “End Game,” “New Year’s Day,” “Look What You Made Me Do” and more. If the film features all six acts of Swift’s concert, it’s sure to be loaded with songs from the LP that pushed her sound in an edgier, electro-pop direction.
