Q: WHAT TIMES DO YOUR TOURS DEPART?

Each tour has a designated pick up time and it depends on the hotel location and tour that you choose. Please contact us directly at 1-888-900-4480 for specific information.

Q: DO WE NEED TO MAKE RESERVATIONS IN ADVANCE?

Reservations can be made 24 hours before the tour departs. However, advance reservations have better availability.

Q: WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE FOR CHILDREN ON THE TOURS?

All children must be accompanied by an adult and be at least 24 months old. We do provide car seats and the guest is welcome to bring their own. Nevada law requires children to be properly secured in a car seat until they are at least 6 years old and 60lbs.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you cancel your tours with more than 48-hours notice there is no cancellation fee.  If you cancel your tour with less than 48-hours notice then we have a 100% cancellation charge. You are always able to reschedule your tour for a later time if you cannot make your tour within the 48-hour cancellation window.

Q: WHAT TYPE OF CLOTHING SHOULD WE BRING OR WEAR?

You should bring clothing that will support you when the vehicle stops and you have the opportunity to get out and explore the different locations with your guide.  Because our tours are located in the Southwestern United States, we always advise our guests to wear a hat and use sunscreen.  You should also wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a jacket and/or layer of clothing depending upon the time of year.

If you are touring the Grand Canyon from Las Vegas, please remember that there is a change in elevation and strong winds. It never hurts to bring a jacket.  Also, don’t forget to bring your camera and film/storage disc.

Q: ARE YOUR VEHICLES AIR CONDITIONED?

Pink Jeep Tours Las Vegas Tour Trekkers and Sprinter vehicles are air conditioned for your comfort.  Our open air jeeps are used for select tours such as the Las Vegas City tour which operates after the sun goes down.

Q: DO YOU DO HIKING ON YOUR TOURS?

Pink Jeep Tours Las Vegas are mainly sightseeing tours however all of our tours involve some degree of walking.  Please note, if you are interested in a tour that involves hiking, our Valley of Fire Tour has an optional hiking experience.

Q: DO YOU DO HOTEL AND RESORT PICKUPS?

Hotel and Resort pick-up and drop-off is available at most of the properties in the Las Vegas area. You can quickly find out when you are booking your tour online.  There is a drop-down box that lists the different hotels we usually pick up from.  Please know that all online orders are reviewed manually by our Customer Care team to make sure all details of your tour booking are in order.

Q: WHERE WILL YOU PICK US UP FOR OUR TOUR?

When you book your reservation online you’ll be given the option of determining your pick-up and drop-off location.

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

Pink Jeep Tours Las Vegas operates rain or shine.  Las Vegas’ climate is classified as a subtropical, hot desert climate which is typical of the Mojave Desert in which it lies.  The city of Las Vegas enjoys an average of 310 sunny days per year.  If you happen to see rain, it will most likely be localized and not last for any long duration.  The wettest month in Las Vegas is February in which on average there are only 4 days of precipitation.

In instances that it does rain for a brief period, the rainfall offers a rare opportunity to take desert rainbow pictures along with the potential to see small waterfalls.  In the event of a unique weather event, Pink Jeep Tours reserves the right to alter, modify, or cancel any tours due to weather or unsafe conditions.

Q: SHOULD I TIP MY TOUR GUIDE AND IF SO, HOW MUCH?

Yes, it is customary to tip your tour guide, especially if they provided you with exceptional service.  The gratuity rate varies but we suggest 15%.  If you want we can add the gratuity to to your charge card or you can tip your tour guide directly.

Q: HOW MANY GUESTS DO YOUR VEHICLES HOLD?

Our vehicles are built with your comfort in mind.  Our signature Tour Trekker vehicle and our Mercedes Benz Sprinter vehicles can hold up to 10 guests.  Our iconic Jeep® Wrangler holds up to 7 guests and provides a more small group interactive experience, especially when touring the fabulous city of Las Vegas at night.

Q: CAN WE BRING OUR OWN LUNCH AND EAT IN THE VEHICLE?

Select tours come with a complimentary lunch and snack, but you are welcome to bring snacks or a lunch of your own.  Please be advised that we do not allow alcoholic beverages or glass containers in our vehicles for our guests safety.

Q: CAN WE SPLIT PAYMENTS BETWEEN MORE THAN ONE PERSON?

We can split payments any way that you prefer.

Q: WILL THERE BE OTHER GUESTS IN THE VEHICLE ON OUR TOUR?

To lessen our carbon footprint we attempt to fill each vehicle with multiple guests.  Therefore, it is likely that other guests will be in the vehicle with you on your tour experience.  If you should decide to visit PinkJeepToursLasVegas.com’s facebook page you’ll notice that a lot of our guests have a great tour experience with their Tour Guide and the other guests within their group.  Our vehicles are designed with your comfort in mind and we do not overfill them for that reason.

Q: CAN I GET MY OWN PRIVATE TOUR VEHICLE?

Yes.  Pink Jeep Tours offers our guests the opportunity to obtain their own private guided tour vehicle by purchasing a minimum of 9 seats.  Please know that if you have a large family and/or group of friends (12 or more), you qualify as a group.  Large groups get additional discounts and can work with our staff in creating a unique customized tour.  We also provide tours for weddings and corporate events.  Call our Group Sales Manager at 1-888-900-4480 or 702-895-6777 for more information.

This Death Valley tour includes a professionally trained guide, picnic lunch, bottled water, and a fully-guided excursion that includes stops at Badwater Basin, Death Valley National Park, Mojave Desert, Devil's Golf Course, and a 360-degree view from Dante's View.

Where do I go to be picked up for my tour?

Your guide will pick you up at the lobby of the hotel unless otherwise noted on your confirmation. Most hotels require Pink Jeep Tours to go to specific locations for pick-ups. See your hotel concierge for exact location.

Should we tip our guide, and if so how much?

It is customary to tip the guide. Gratuity is based on individual preference but 15% is the industry standard.

What should I wear for this tour?

We recommend wearing comfortable outdoor clothing with closed toe shoes. You may want to bring a hat and layered clothing.

What should I bring?

Sunscreen and a hat. Don't forget to bring a camera! A purse or standard sized backpack are acceptable, however, there is no storage space in Pink Adventures' Tour Trekker vehicles. Anything you bring needs to fit comfortably in your lap throughout the tour.

Can I bring food or alcohol?

Full meals or glass bottles are prohibited on the Tour Trekker vehicle. If necessary you are welcome to bring a small containable snack such as a granola bar. Due to Nevada law, alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the vehicles.

Are there any items that are prohibited on this tour?

For the comfort of all guests, items prohibited include, but are not limited to, firearms, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, drones, glass containers, alcohol, coolers, professional video equipment, illegal substances, guns, weapons of any kind, or cremated remains.

Will there be other people on this tour?

Although our tours are intimate due to vehicle size, there will likely be other guests on the tour. Open air Jeeps accommodate up to 9 guests. Enclosed vehicles accommodate up to 10 guests.

What should I expect from my guide?

A fun, safe and educational experience! All of our guides are extensively trained in the flora, fauna, geology and history of the area. They are CPR certified, Smith System Driver Safety trained (driver training course) and First Aid certified. Most of our guides are also Certified Interpretive Guides! They will conduct their tour professionally while educating you on the area, all while having a fun and entertaining time.

Are hotel pick-ups offered?

Yes. Complimentary pick-up for this tour is offered at most hotels on the Las Vegas strip.

What is the minimum age for children on this tour?

Minimum child age for day tours is 3 years old. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Is this tour safe?

Yes! Pink Adventure Tours' guides are highly trained in how to maneuver the vehicles, and have been thoroughly trained in 4X4 techniques. The guides are also Smith System Safety and Compliance for road safety, and are also CPR and first aid certified.

Are pets allowed on this tour?

Pets are not allowed on this tour. Service animals are permitted.

Can people with physical disabilities take this tour?

All guests must have upper body strength with the ability to hold themselves up during the tour. Guests are responsible for getting themselves in and out of the vehicles.

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?

Collapsible wheelchairs are permitted when the guest is accompanied by another adult to assist in boarding and disembarking.

Does this tour require walking or hiking?

Stops on this tour include brief mild walks on flat, well-maintained paths and/or walkways.

How can inclement weather effect my tour?

Tours operate rain or shine. Rainfall is generally very short lived, and may offer the chance for you to see rainbows over the desert. Pink Adventure Tours carries rain ponchos on the vehicles in case of inclement weather. In the case of extreme weather, Pink Jeep Tours reserves the right to modify, shorten or cancel any tour to prevent damage to trails or avoid unsafe conditions.

How much sun exposure will I get on this tour?

The Tour Trekker is a fully-enclosed vehicle. Due to various stops conducted on this tour, we recommend you wear a hat, sunscreen and bring a bottle of water.

Does the tour vehicle have A/C or heating?

This tour is conducted in an enclosed Tour Trekker vehicle. There is air conditioning and heating in these vehicles.

Do the vehicles have Wi-Fi?

No, this tour takes you into remote areas where internet service and often cell phone service are not available. They recommend that guests switch their phones to airplane mode during the tour so they can use the camera functions without draining the battery (due to the phone searching for a signal).

This was a very fun trip. We were picked up at our hotel in the Pink Jeep and it was so fun. We went to the mountains and our guide, Jack, was fantastic. He knew so much about the mountains and the animals and his stories was fantastic. We got to do some off roading and we went over lots of rocks and it was great (I kind of forgot that I was OLD). If you get a chance, book a pink jeep tour and you will be well rewarded and have a good time.

What a great experince! In 30 years of living here I have never been to Red Rock Canyon. And wow I am glad my first experience was with Chris at Pink Jeep Tours. This tour was very informative and he made it VERY fun. While we were out I noticed other Pink Jeep Tours that started after us and finished before us because their tour guide spent very little time at each stop. Not our guide! Chris went over everything you could imagine! Thank you, Chris, looking forward to also do the Grand Canyon tour with you soon!

Absolutely the best experience you can ever ask for. We booked the private tour of the West Rim Grand Canyon and it was worth every penny and more! Mike M was a gentleman and a true professional. Knowledgeable and friendly are two words out of so many you can use to describe someone who went above and beyond to ensure that this tour was perfect. I would recommend anyone who is searching for a tour or on the fence about booking a tour to use this company. I booked mine because of all the great reviews and I just wanted to help someone reinforce their decision as those who added a review helped reinforce mine.

We took our tour on 3/14/2023. The weather was raining and cold which is going to slant my review. So please keep that in mind as you read. We took the Red Rock Tour and Don was our guide. Don had a lot ok knowledge and did a good job of passing on said knowledge as we traveled through Vegas to red rock. Weather: if it is going to rain I recommend changing your day. They are jeeps and this is the desert so they are not made for cooler weather. They have heat but unless you are the one sitting on top of that heater you are freezing. The temp was 60, which doesn't sound could but you add rain and wind and it equals a miserable experience. Was that Don's fault ? No. But some blankets would have been awesome. The tour itself was nice. And I am sure we would have enjoyed it more with good weather. If we had the option we would have taken an Uber but no cell service up there. Lastly, it is kinda hard to hear Don when the Van is going. But, we were all shivering so that may have been affected by the weather, too.

We took a tour from Vegas to Hoover Dam. Our tour guide and driver was Juergen which I'm probably spelling wrong, my apologies. He made the trip so much better than we could have done on our own! He is a true wealth of knowledge from Las Vegas to Hoover Dam and everything in between. He's a great and safe driver. He's very entertaining, and made everyone in our tour feel welcome. When he brought us into the building for the informational movie, he waited for everyone to get through security and gave us all thumbs up through the window. This man truly enjoys what he does. He truly loves people, and it shows! Great experience!

I visited the Hoover Damn recently, a place I haven't seen since a field trip as a child. Having an adult perspective now, I have a greater appreciation for this remarkable feet of human ingenuity. The tour began with a pickup at my hotel by the friendly tour guide Charles. We then filled the vehicle with other tourists and Charles filled the journey with wonderful stories and historical facts. He had such an extensive knowledge of the history of the Dam and the people and places that added to its history which I found fascinating. The scenery along the way was beautiful and before we settled in at the Dam, we were driven to different viewpoints to take in the Dam on the Lake Mead side. Even being a resident, this was a view I had never seen and it was something; seeing the water that was actually held back and seeing the drop in water level. We then joined other tourists at the Visitor's Center, watched a short film, and journeyed underground to view the intake pipes and turbines, both of which were enormous! It was very surreal to actually be underground and have the rock walls surrounding you, imagining all the people who had walked those tunnels before. We then returned topside and viewed the Dam from different vantage points, all of them were truly awe inspiring. The size and scale in pictures is nothing until you see it in person. I wish I could have spent the day there as the weather was lovely and the views truly were breathtaking. On the ride back to town, Charles continued our history lesson after the Dam with the Mob's influence in the development of Las Vegas. Some stories I had heard before, others were new, but they were all so interesting and just so Vegas! I love that my town has such a unique and somewhat crazy past. We were dropped off at our hotel right on time, kudos to Charles as I don't know how the tour guides keep everything on schedule. He was simply a delight to have as our guide and I can't imagine enjoying it more with anyone else at the helm. As a Nevada resident, I left that day with a true feeling of respect and admiration for the workers that created this marvel of modern engineering, built the town of Boulder City, and added to the growth and history of Las Vegas.

My mom wanted to do this for her birthday & we finally did it today for our first time. We loved it! Did the red rock canyon tour, and our tour guide was great. Learned a lot from the guide. The weather was finally perfect for this. Time frame was perfect too. Not too long. I took a star off due the jeep being 12 minutes late to pick us up. That was a little annoying not wondering what was going on. But overall, we loved it & would want to check out the other tours as well. Highly recommend

Finally got to experience a tour to Red Rock Canyon with Pink Jeep Tours and it was amazing. They pick you up at your hotel and take you out to Red Rock. The vehicles are comfortable and the seats even recline! Your Tour Guide has a hands free headset that he uses while driving to give you info about your tour destination that east to hear. Once out there, you're told about all the important details (restrooms on site, one way roads, tortoise crossings, etc). Our guide, Chris, was incredibly knowledgeable about the area. There was plenty of time to explore and take breaks if needed and even a quick stop at the gift shop. Bottled water is included with your tour. This was such a fun tour that I'd recommend for anyone, including families. It felt like 6th grade science camp all over again!

I went on a tour with Pink Jeep yesterday to the Red Rock Canyon. I would highly recommend this company. Our driver Chris was our tour guide and we learned so much from him. He was so knowledgeable of the Red Rock Canyon as well as the surrounding areas. The jeep is very comfortable with bucket seats and the jeep only holds 10 people, so if you are looking for a small intimate tour I would say book with Pink Jeep!

The Red Rock Canyon Classic tour was A+++++!! Carol was our guide and she was fantastic! What an educational tour! Highly recommended!

Tuscadero Pink returns to 2024 Jeep Wrangler lineup

You wanted it; you got it.

You love pink Jeeps . That's not a question; it's a fact. When Tuscadero Pink debuted on the Wrangler back in 2021 , demand for it was so strong that Jeep was compelled to extend production into the 2022 model year just to fill existing orders. It disappeared into Mopar's color vault after that production run completed, but Jeep's marketing people know a hit when they see one. Sure enough, Tuscadero Pink is back for the refreshed 2024 Wrangler . 

“Some 30,000 customers placed an order for Tuscadero when it first debuted in 2021,” said Bill Peffer, senior vice president and head of Jeep brand – North America. “We’re always looking to deliver what our customers tell us they want, so we’re ‘tickled pink’ to bring back the highly sought-after Tuscadero paint shade on Jeep Wrangler to mark 4x4 Day 2024.”

The berry-pink finish takes the slot that rotates between several of Mopar's feature colors, including Gobi (beige), Gecko (electric green), Chief (robins egg blue) and Nacho (pale orange). Jeep initially described it as a "deep and intense chromatic magenta." The same code has been featured elsewhere in the Stellantis portfolio; does Furious Fuchsia ring a bell, perhaps? 

Tuscadero joins Anvil, Earl, Firecracker Red, Granite Crystal, Silver Zynith, Hydro Blue, Bright White, Black and Bikini teal in the 2024 Wrangler color palette. You can order the 2024 Wrangler in Tuscadero starting today for $895 on the Sport, Sport S, Willys, Sahara, Rubicon, Rubicon X and Rubicon 392. For now, you're limited to a black hardtop, body-color hardtop or black soft top. A Sky One-Touch power top in Tuscadero will be available by summer, Jeep says.

Any tour inside the dam is run by the operators of the dam rather than the tour operator. If you book a group tour, it's unlikely you will be able to get more than the quicker "powerplant" tour, since the "dam tour" cannot be purchased in advance. Check if an inside tour is included in the price quoted and which tour they promise.
