Hey this is Alex from BKA EXPRESS LLC . These guys at the shop are awesome they got me checked in over the phone and they steered on me when they said that they would . Really quick work got me in and out . I don't usually write reviews but when there is good service like this I have to . They are the best and very professional :)

Awesome place to go for gas soda Etc kinda if a country mom and pop feel to it also than the corporate kinda feel!I like it kind of reminds me like you walked on an episode of Green Acres with the whole cast working their or at Subway or Mickey Ds keep up the good work if it ain't broken don't fix it leave it alone!Corporate America take heed!

This location is a smaller, dated version of the many Love's Stops we have a grown accustomed to. The service is friendly and helpful, but it feels like the staffing may be below necessary levels. The bathrooms were in dire need of a cleaning and there was a lot of items needing restocking at the grab and go fast food item area where one staffer was working very hard to replenish and refill items. The soda fountain/ice machine made me very nervous; when getting ice, some nuggets would come out with a reddish pink liquid on them. There may have been fruit punch or some other contaminant.

Be aware: This exit and station is always full of panhandlers following people for money. The Management is good about asking them to leave but there is always a couple of foreign women sitting in lawn chairs with small children ready to accost people and, if that's not enough, car loads of foreign people unloading to go pump to pump asking for cash and taking advantage of travelers.

Our truck had a coolant hose that was squirting coolant out the top! Finally got into the shop after sitting on the side of the road for 8 hours waiting for a shop out of Nashville who said they would fix the problem! Bone, the mechanic, found the problem, found the hose in Memphis, ordered it and the next day we were fixed and on our way. The McDonald's & Subway were clean & employees friendly. The entire experience was so satisfying & this Loves is very clean with good diesel.

Fairly nice and well kept truck stop with very nice showers and selection of goods, the employees are very nice and professional, they have a subway and McDonald's.

If you need a bathroom stop and can't wait - stop here! The cashier was kind and the bathrooms were clean. The facilities could be more updated but as far as cleanliness I felt fine!

There was this lady (karen) working there. I was looking what to eat and did not find anything. As i was walking to my truck she approached me saying to empty out my pockets with a security. I was so lost because i did not take anything. She was getting me mad asking me all this dumb questions. Looking all stupid in front of me. I asked her to check my pockets. And she denied. This got me offended because i feel like this was some kind of racist thing. Never coming back here. ;)

During our long trips on the Interstate we like to stop at Love's. It's like something we look forward to! This Love's has a dog park so our dog can stretch and take care of business. We specifically stop where there is a dog park. The dog parks are enclosed in fencing as well! We fill up our tank, let our dog out, stretch and then get back on the road. Love's is a must for long interstate drives! I would recommend this location!
