We use BCC because they are reliable,competitive price wise and the staff are always upbeat and friendly.The last 2 traits are generally hard to come by when dealing with companies on the phone.I recently had a problem trying to get my credit card accepted to be able to print out my boarding pass.On each occasion of trying it was rejected but the same lady always called me back at an agreed time and was very positive that we would overcome this problem.I.T. problems occur from time to time as we all know,the fact is the problem was sorted with professionalism and in good cheer.These are the reasons why we have used BCC for 23 years.Thank you BCC

A professional, knowledgeable service with competitive prices

The staff I spoke to were very friendly, and were able to offer useful advice and returned calls promptly. They were able to discus several different options and managed to book me on the cruise I wanted at a good price! They explained all the options and I received all the paperwork very promptly.

Made an enquiry on line, within an hour I had been contacted via telephone and explained what I wanted to pre order for the summer 2026 P&O cruises. Over the past 26 years we have only booked with Bolsover Cruise Club, from their office in Bolsover Market Place,to their move to Barlborourgh, and now in their purpose built outlet.From our first cruise when after booking that cruise, I went to every Travel agents in Chesterfield to check their price, and no one got any nearer than £100 to what we had booked. We have watched them grow into a now world renowned Cruise Booking Agent who have won many awards over the years.Every time we sail we always talk to other pasengers and pass on BCC contact details.

Another successful cruise booked with Donna

Spoke to our usual agent Donna about the cruises we were interested in. With Donna's help we selected the cruise and cabins we liked and placed the cabins in preference order as it was before the first on sale date. Donna is very knowledgeable. On the day at 8.33am we had a text to say cruise had been booked. Later in the morning had a call from Donna to say we had our first choice cabin. A very professional, friendly and helpful experience.

Bolsover Cruise Club were excellent as always when we recently pre registered then booked another cruise holiday with them. They managed to get our first choice of cabin and we would highly recommend booking with them for their expert friendly service

The only place to go for a Cruise

We have just booked our 5th cruise and wouldn't go anywhere else. All of the staff are just so friendly and when added to their efficiency and amazing knowledge, it all adds up to the best way to book any cruise. Special mention this time to Rebecca who sorted out amazing looking cruise with Cunard in 2026 to the Baltic!! ... but honestly all the staff are first rate.

Bolsover Cruise Club was recommended to me by good friends so I had high expectations… and they didn’t let me down. I’m going on my first ever cruise in September… on my own!! Different results from two different agents

The agent was very pleasant and mostly helpful but she said she couldn't see my standing re peninsular club with P&O and I would need to contact them. I tried several times without success. I then contacted another agent at Bolsover who very pleasant and knowledgeable she got my peninsular info straight away. Don't know why the first agent who took the booking couldn't have got the info.

An amazing Company to deal with.

I have been a customer of Bolsover for many years, their staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We had a family problem a few years ago which meant we had to change the booking close to sailing, the staff sorted it out for us and we were able to go on our cruise relaxed and thankful that we were dealing with an excellent booking agent. Bolsover are the first people I think about when booking a cruise and we are now on 74!. Thank you for all your great service.
