General Terms and Conditions: You are ordering a Resort Vacation Certificate (“Certificate(s)”) valid for accommodations for a one-week (7 nights) stay at selected resort inventory (“Resort(s)”) which is made available by a Florida licensed limited liability company Panorama Travel Solutions, LLC operating as Holiday Rentals, LLC in MD and TX), whose Qualifying Broker is  C. Terry Harker . Resort Vacation Certificate is open to U.S. Residents (excluding Puerto Rico) and Canadian residents in the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Quebec.

Certificate(s) Terms and Conditions: Travel must be booked on or before the “Expiration Date” (Book by Date) imprinted on the Certificate(s). Certificate(s) expires 365 days from date of purchase (or as otherwise noted). Destinations and travel times are subject to availability and confirmed on a first come, first served basis. Reservations must be made at least two (2) days prior to the check-in date. Certificate(s) travel is not available during most U.S. holiday weeks, “spring break” weeks and peak-demand summer weeks. Available Resort(s) subject to change without notice. Offer includes accommodations only and specifically excludes travel costs and other expenses that may be incurred. Some Resort(s) require that an all-inclusive fee be paid and you, your guest or any third party recipient of the Certificate (collectively referred to herein as “Guest(s)”) that redeems the Certificate(s) shall be responsible for such charges, in addition to any additional charges and/or terms and conditions imposed by the applicable Resort(s). All-inclusive fees typically range from $50 to $300 USD per person per night. RR and its affiliates are not responsible for any applicable taxes, fees or charges. All confirmations (i.e., bookings of accommodations using the Certificate(s)) are final and non-refundable. No changes may be made after confirmation. Certificate(s) is not redeemable for cash and cannot be cancelled or exchanged for refund, except as required by law. Certificate(s) may be transferred as a gift, or without payment or consideration, but cannot be used for any commercial purpose, including rental or sale. Certificate(s) is void if sold for cash or other consideration. Unredeemed Certificate(s) has no value. RR is not responsible for lost or stolen Certificate(s). Photocopies of Certificate(s) will not be honored. Promotional discounts and offers may not apply to all properties. Other restrictions may apply. Offer void where prohibited by law.

Upgrade your Resort Vacation Certificate. Upgrades may be available, except where prohibited by law.  End User may upgrade its Certificate to gain access to and reserve a one-week (seven consecutive nights) stay at additional vacation options for a payment typically ranging between $220 USD to $1,400 USD, depending upon the accommodation and date selected. End User will receive its Certificate Upgrade email confirmation upon receipt by RR of the applicable additional payment. End User must obtain the Certificate Upgrade at the time it makes a reservation at the selected property. All other terms and conditions apply.

In the event a reservation at a Resort(s) becomes unavailable due to a natural disaster, act of God or other reasons beyond the control of RR, you and/or Guest(s) will not receive a refund or alternate accommodation and you and/or Guest(s) hereby waive any related claims against RR or its affiliates. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT RR DOES NOT CONTROL THE RESORT(S) AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OR INACTIONS OF THE RESORT(S). IF YOU AND/OR GUEST(S) SHOULD INCUR INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE THROUGH USE OF THIS CERTIFICATE(S) (WHETHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY), RR'S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID TO RR TO PURCHASE THE CERTIFICATE(S) AND IN NO EVENT SHALL RR BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS), ARISING FROM, RELATING TO, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS CERTIFICATE(S), EVEN IF RR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OR COULD HAVE FORESEEN SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF FORM OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE).

By accepting and using this Certificate(s), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and acknowledge that in order to redeem this Certificate(s), you must have access to the Internet and a functioning email address. You further agree to receive Certificate(s) confirmation and notifications via email. You further agree that by using this Certificate(s), PTS Inc may, from time to time, send you information about their products, services and/or promotions. Resort(s) Terms and Conditions: Only the person booking the Resort(s) may check in at the Resort(s). Must be 21 years of age or older. Guest(s) under 21 must be accompanied by parent, relative or guardian 25 years of age or older. You and/or Guest(s) must use the confirmed accommodations in a responsible and careful manner. You and/or Guest(s) are responsible for injury, damage, theft or loss caused by you and/or Guest(s) on the premises or facilities of the Resort(s). You and/or Guest(s) must comply with all rules and requirements of the Resort(s).  Following booking, RR shall provide you and/or Guest(s) with a written confirmation of the reservation which must be presented to the Resort(s) at the time of check-in. Maximum unit occupancy restriction set by Resort(s) must be observed.

You should begin your search as early as possible. The earlier you search, the more exchange options you’re likely to find. RCI has a variety of search options to fit the needs of various types of vacation searchers.

• Advanced Search: Allows you to select all of your desired criteria at one time and begin searching.
• Favorites Search: If you generally search for the same type of vacation or resort each time, you can save your desired search criteria as a Favorite Search.
• Ongoing Search: If you can’t find what you’re looking for in your initial search, RCI will continue to search for you, notifying you when a match is found.
• Interactive Map: When you know the destination you have in mind and just need to find the perfect resort, the interactive map is a great tool to use.
• Recommendations: Based on your search history and past travel, RCI will put together resorts matching your interests.

Vacation Types

Exchange Plus provides you with added flexibility of using your Points and cash to book popular destinations such as New York City, San Diego, Chicago, Miami and more during peak travel dates. Each reservation requires the use of 77,000 Points and a fee paid to RCI based on the destination, dates, unit size, and length of stay. Should your travel plans change for any reason, Points Protection is included in the fee.

For members outside the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean, Points Protection is not included and the standard cancellation policy applies.

Extra Vacations SM getaways give you access to RCI’s exchange resort inventory without using your Club Wyndham Points. You can purchase a week (seven nights) at the available destination of your choice, and choose from thousands of options at everyday low prices. You can book Extra Vacations SM getaways regardless of whether you have Club Wyndham Points remaining in your account.

Even better, if you’ve used all your Club Wyndham Points in a use year, you can still book as many Extra Vacations SM getaways as you would like.

Last Call SM vacations are perfect if you are looking for a great deal on a last-minute trip. These vacations, with resort-style accommodations, are typically available 45 days before check-in. 

Even better, Last Call SM vacations are purchased for cash, so if if you’ve used all your Club Wyndham Points in a use year, you can still book as many Last Call SM vacations as you would like. New destinations are added daily so check often.

If you’re thinking about taking a vacation in the next month, you can and with fewer Points. With RCI Express, you can exchange at quiet season rates when you book within 30 days of travel. To search for RCI Express vacations, simply follow the steps below:

Step 2: In the top navigation, click RCI Express to see the full list of resorts. Note, you may select this at any time with other filters applied.

Managing My Club Wyndham Points

Option 1:  Exchange your Club Wyndham Points for a vacation. Option 2: Gift your Points to family and friends through the Gift of Vacation program . Through this program, family and friends can book their own vacation. Option 3: Send family and friends on a vacation in your place when you buy an RCI guest certificate. Option 4: Extend your Club Wyndham Points. The Club Wyndham Points you have deposited into your RCI account are available for use for up to 2 years from the date of deposit. If you haven’t used them by the end of the second year, you may purchase a deposit extension for a small fee to extend them to a third year. Option 5:  Transfer your Club Wyndham Points. If you aren’t able to use your Club Wyndham Points, you can transfer them to another Club Wyndham Points member’s RCI account.

RCI lets you transfer your Club Wyndham Points to a fellow RCI Club Wyndham Points member one time per use year free of charge. Transferring Points is a great option if you have a friend or family member who needs extra Club Wyndham Points to complete a transaction or if your Club Wyndham Points are about to expire.

To transfer Club Wyndham Points to another member, please call an RCI travel guide at 1.800.572.0931. Currently, Club Wyndham Points cannot be transferred online. Please note, there are some restrictions and not all members are eligible to transfer Club Wyndham Points or accept transferred Club Wyndham Points.

Since Club Wyndham Points are good for two years from the date of deposit into RCI, you have the option to extend these points into a third use year. Points must be extended prior to their expiration and an extension fee will apply. This is a great option if you are unable to use your Points before they expire.

Personalized offers are exchange or rental offers available to select members at a given time. When offers are available to you, you'll see them in your My Offers section, located toward the bottom of your RCI home page after you’ve signed in through your Club Wyndham account.

Personalized account alerts are membership-specific messages designed to alert you of an action that needs to be taken, to help keep you up-to-date on your most important account information. The first message is typically the most important alert. To check out your alerts, on the top right menu of your RCI homepage, click the notifications icon.

All-Inclusive

An all-inclusive resort is a resort that typically includes a variety of services and amenities, including meals, drinks and resort activities, in the price of the stay. Many resorts also offer all-inclusive packages, where you pay a set amount per stay which includes various amenities such as meals, drinks, resort activities, etc.

Yes, your RCI membership offers you access to high-quality all-inclusive resorts in a host of inviting destinations such as Cancún, Los Cabos and other desirable destinations throughout Mexico and the Caribbean—where all-inclusive resorts are especially popular and many represent distinguished hotel brands.

All-inclusive packages vary by resort, as each resort offers its own unique services and amenities. However, many All-Inclusive resort packages offer the following:

• All meals and snacks: Generous buffets, full-service restaurants, à la carte dining, snack bars and more.
• Unlimited beverages: Many even include alcohol.
• Resort activities: Pools, beaches, snorkeling, windsurfing boards, etc.
• Hotel transfers: Included transportation can vary so check with RCI or the resort for details.
• Children’s activities: Many resorts offer kids’ clubs and/or children’s planned activities.

To find all-inclusive resorts, simply use the all-inclusive filter when searching on the RCI website and look for the all-inclusive icon.

Step 1: Click in the search bar from the RCI homepage and select See all RCI resorts . Step 2: Under the Vacation tab, click All-Inclusive Available . Step 3: Click Show Resorts to see the list of resorts.

As an RCI® Subscribing Member you have access to a variety of cruise vacations on over 30 leading cruise lines. With RCI® Cruise you get member-only rates backed by the 110% Best Price Guarantee. Plus, receive up to $1,500 to spend on board when you book a qualifying sailing. Book your cruise with cash or apply your Points with Cruise Exchange.

Cruise Exchange is when you apply 40,000 Points to save on staterooms for select cruises. If you have enough Points, you may book as many Cruise Exchanges as you like.

Yes, cruises are available for purchase by RCI® subscribing members without using Points. You may purchase as many as you like, regardless if you have Points in your account.

Guest certificates cannot be purchased for cruise vacations. The RCI® subscribing member must be present; however, you are able to purchase as many rooms as you like for family and friends. 

Guest Certificates

An RCI guest certificate allows a friend or family member to check in to a vacation at an RCI affiliated resort booked through your RCI account. They can be purchased with cash and applied to an RCI exchange vacation, an Extra Vacations℠ getaway or a Last Call℠ vacation.

The easiest way to purchase an RCI guest certificate and apply it to a vacation is on the RCI website at the time of booking; however, you may also add a guest certificate to an existing reservation.

To purchase for an existing reservation: Step 1: From the RCI homepage, click Trips in the top navigation. Step 2: Click the Upcoming Trips tab. Step 3: Select the confirmed vacation you’d like to add the certificate to. Step 4: Click Add a Guest Certificate and follow the prompts.

For exchange vacations you, as the RCI member, must make the booking on behalf of your guest online or by calling an RCI travel guide. For Extra Vacations℠ getaways and Last Call℠ vacations, your guest can call a travel guide directly to book their vacation once the guest certificate has been activated.

An RCI guest certificate may be purchased online or through the contact center for $89 USD /$125  CAD and is paid by credit or debit card. Please note, regular transaction fees are still required.

Miscellaneous

If you previously booked an Extra Vacation ℠ getaway and find the same rental vacation at a better price within 24 hours we will refund you the difference.

RCI guarantees you will have access to at least 35,000 available Exchange Vacations at the time you deposit your Points.

Members are asked to provide feedback and rate their resort experience on return from their vacation via RCI’s comment card program. RCI uses comment cards to determine award levels for the Resort Recognition Program, Trading Power and to assist resorts in assessing the need for quality improvements.

To view pet-friendly resorts, please follow the steps below. Since resorts can change frequently, it’s best to call the resort directly to confirm. Step 1: Click in the search bar and select "See all RCI resorts" Step 2: Click on the"More" button in the top search filters. Step 3: Select "Pets Allowed" to view resorts that are pet friendly.

Points Protection

Points Protection allows you to cancel or change your vacation right up until the day of check-in, no questions asked.

If you cancel your vacation, you’ll be able to use your refunded Club Wyndham Points to book an alternate vacation. Without Points Protection, the standard cancelation policy would apply. Unless you cancel at least 120 days prior to check-in, you would only be refunded a portion of your Club Wyndham Points, depending upon how close to check-in you cancel.

Points Protection was designed to provide you with flexibility and peace of mind when booking your RCI exchange vacation. In simple terms, if you need to cancel your exchange vacation for ANY reason, Points Protection ensures that you will be refunded 100% of the Club Wyndham Points you used for the exchange.

Points Protection applies to cancellations made for any reason to RCI Points or Weeks resort vacations. With Points Protection, you can cancel or change your vacation until the day of check-in. You’ll never have to give a reason, it really is a case of no questions asked. If you cancel your vacation, you’ll be able to use your refunded Club Wyndham Points to book an alternate RCI exchange vacation.

We recommend that you purchase Points Protection at the time you make your exchange, but you can purchase Points Protection until the day of check-in.

When is a Guest Certificate needed?

If you make a reservation and are not occupying the suite, you'll need to use a Guest Certficate. Guest Certificates are awarded to your account each anniversary year based on the number of credits you own, and they expire at the end of your anniversary year. Once your complimentary Guest Certificates have been used, additional Guest Certificates are subject to a non-refundable fee. Before you book, you can view the current rates and fees for the most up-to-date Guest Certificate fee. An RCI Guest Certificate allows a friend or family member to check in to a vacation at an RCI affiliated resort booked through your RCI account. They can be purchased with cash and applied to an RCI exchange vacation, an Extra Vacations SM getaway or a Last Call SM vacation.

Does anyone here know if the resort (where you will stay, by redeem this certificate) charge any other fee like house keeping, resort fee, parking ect... Also, I don't see much inventory for this year, and an upgrade fee is too high for some of the area even for next year (2013) . I just wonder if that is the way to go, or there will be more inventory release later Thanks you for your inputs .

Access Code still needed. I have not been able to find the access code. The access codes are now used by large companies ( Coldwell Banker, Century 21, Avis, Budget Rent a Car) to buy the certificates for promotional giveaways. If anybody knows anybody in these companies, they may be willing to pass on the Access Code.

I have a deposit of 46 Trading Power to RCI and only 36 is the remaining balance of trading power. The reason given to me by RCI Staff name Gabriel that I canceled my reservation but he cannot name the hotel. According to him it happened last May 2021 of which we were supposed to travel on that date to Manila but Cathay Pacific canceled our flight. Cathay Pacific canceled our flight twice until finally we finally managed to fly to Manila last June 21, 2021. We stayed in the same hotel for 9 nights or 10 days and used 5 trading powers which we have no problem. The problem when we canceled our reservation in the same hotel where we stayed, RCI charged us of extra 5 trading power when we canceled the reservation because Cathay Pacific canceled our flight thus we have no option except to cancel the reservation. Now the big question why RCI charged us of 5 trading power when we didn't use said trading power? What is their valid reason to charge us? The reservation was canceled then rebooked it when Cathay Pacific assured us we can travel on that particular date June 21, 2021.

I agree with the common sentiment that there are few choices when choosing a resort in a particular location. Most often there are no choices for the dates and locations you are looking for. I also agree that the website is terrible. I've wondered if that is by design. The whole process seems to conspire to confuse and discourage rentals. In our current situation, we were given a unit that didn't include two of the most important features that we requested--a tub and an in-room laundry. When the condo management wouldn't fix it, we called RCI. The rep stated that there's nothing that they can do if the resort changes the reservation. If we can't have reliance on RCI to uphold the booked reservation or assure standards of quality service, then I question the value of paying fees to RCI. Booking is confusing, frustrating, and often fails. Advocacy for service quality is "nothing they can do." That relegates RCI to being an expensive catalog of beautiful-looking resorts that its members can admire but not use. So, we are now stuck in a unit which wasn't what we reserved through RCI, and there is no apparent resolution.

If I could give this company zero stars...that would be too many! Besides having the LEAST user-friendly website to try and find an exchange...they continuously require more fees to "combine" points/weeks, provide no notifications or account updates, and then expire them even when you are paid up for another 7 months. It's like a never-ending money pit of fees that get you nothing. Customer service is useless...as they claim they can't tell you how many points expired 2 months earlier...but miraculously they keep meticulous records on how much money they've charged you and you've paid in fees over many years! Ridiculous! I will be looking for an alternate company to deposit my timeshare. Any suggestions, please pass them my way. In the meantime...do NOT invest your money or timeshare points/weeks with RCI. **Just remembered another example of how horrible this company is...RCI cancelled (not me) a confirmed reservation I had paid for, during the Covid chaos. They refused to give me back what I had paid and instead, gave me a "credit" for the amount that had to be used within 6 months. Of course, my work schedule didn't allow for me to take a week off within that time frame...and I was out the $$$. Seriously...RCI is a never ending money suck.

Stay far away from these people, not customer friendly at all. We signed up for the program almost 2 years ago after being talked into it and never used it not once. We ran into some financial problems and got behind on our payments. We recently received a letter that our policy was canceled. Called to try to get it reinstated even offered to pay the total balance in full. That is all which is less than 30%. And they're telling us no, we have lost over 2000 dollars, and they won't give us any of it back. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GUYS. WAY TO SHOW YOU CARE ABOIT THE PEOPLE YOU TALK INTO PURCHASING THESE THINGS!!! $2,000 WASTED AND WE NEVER USED IT ONCE!!!

BEWARE OF RCI!!! BEWARE OF EXCHANGE PLUS - COMPLETE RIPOFF - Read all of the reviews. All of these people are not lying. There are some nasty places that RCI claims are nice. If you could give a company a negative number that is what I would give to RCI. In healthcare one can not plan years and years ahead, therefore year after year there is no availability for the places that we want to visit. DO NOT BE MISLED! DO NOT BUY A TIMESHARE affiliated with RCI. In my opinion RCI should be shut down for the truth in advertising scam that it is. Even the staff on the phone is rude. Even their website is junk! BUYER BEWARE!

I have been a member of RCI for almost 40 years. The cost keeps going up. The service is the worst, availability is awful and their website has always been very bad and unreliable. I changed from weeks to points years ago after being promised the moon but it did not happened. I recently changed one of my weeks back so I can just use my own resort which I love. I am thinking of selling the other week because it is so difficult to find a trade. VRBO seems to be so much better. Timeshare is on the way out.

I have a long-time RCI member, weeks, not points. Recently, I used one of these exchange vacations for 3 nights in Atlantic city. I got confirmation stating there would be parking fee per night, but no other fees were listed. When I got there I was charged 101 dollar cleaning fee per the Wyndham/RCI agreement, so the desk clerk stated. What was I to do but pay the fee? When I called RCI, three times, after my stay I asked them to produce the email where I was forewarned about the cleaning fee (hidden fee). They could not. I told them I wanted to be reimbursed for cleaning fee. We are still going back and forth - threatened letter from attorney. Beware of hidden fees, get everything in writing, and I agree with everything posted here. Also, very few options for travel, except Florida and Las Vegas.... kerri Freidl

Out of the 4 hotels I have stayed at only one was any good. I just walked out of the latest one. It was in a bad area. Homeless people all around. Which I feel bad for. Had go get another hotel will never use them again. They are alway hitting you up for fees. So does not work out to the deal that they sell you in. Very unhappy

Used to be a great place to exchange, and now they only offer sub par resorts for your premium banked unit. Avoid this company, you would be better served trying to rent your unit and hold the cash for your next trip. We've had a premium beach front property in Maui for over 35 year and have received some good exchanges in the past, but over the past ten years RCI has low balled us and offered sub par units in exchange. I'm uncertain what has happened to RCI, maybe not enough units

My single biggest problem with RCI - and the reason I will not renew after I use up my banked weeks - is the incessant marketing phone calls. I get woken up in the morning by RCI. I get interrupted during dinner with RCI. I get Robocalls. It's always the same: "Renew early! Try two years at a time! We have a special offer for $XXX. When I am interested in an exchange, I will call you. If you have a renewal notice, email me. STOP with all the money-grabbing phone calls.
