FAQ – GIFT VOUCHER

How do i go about purchasing a gift voucher.

If you’re interested in buying a Gift Voucher, you have two convenient options: head over to visitmandurah.com or visit the Mandurah Visitor Centre. The website guides you through the purchase process, but keep in mind that Gift Vouchers must be bought separately from any other transactions.

What's the expiration date on the gift cards?

Each Gift Voucher is valid for a generous three (3) years from the date of purchase. Just a heads up: the voucher loses its validity and becomes inactive after this period. Be sure to plan and enjoy your experience within this timeframe.

Will I receive a physical gift card?

Once you’ve made a purchase, we’ll send you a digital copy of the gift card via email. This digital card comes equipped with a unique code, making it easy for you to make purchases on our website.

How do I go about redeeming a Gift Voucher?

Redeeming a Gift Voucher is a breeze—simply enter the unique voucher code during the booking process on visitmandurah.com. The voucher’s value will be deducted from your total booking amount. Plus, you don’t have to use the entire voucher amount in one go; any remaining value stays valid until expiration.

Is it possible to get a refund for a Gift Voucher?

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, even if they go unused or expire. Make sure to plan and use your voucher within its validity period.

What should I do if my Gift Voucher goes missing or is stolen?

Unfortunately, the Mandurah Visitor Centre can’t take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Treat your voucher like cash and store it securely.

Can I modify or cancel a booking made with a Gift Voucher?

Once you’ve redeemed a Gift Voucher, whether partially or in full, the cancellation policy reverts to the operator’s terms (tour, accommodation, experience, or event). Any changes or cancellations are subject to the specific Terms and Conditions of the operator you’ve booked with, so be sure to review their policies on their website/listing before finalising your purchase.

The maximum width of a wheelchair to fit on the ramp and vessel entrance is 71cm.

For bookings inside this time please call our booking office on 9581 1242 . ¹ OUR DOLPHIN GUARANTEE Terms & Conditions Mandurah’s dolphins are wild creatures viewed in their natural environment. While sighting them is likely, it may not occur on every cruise. Our Dolphin Guarantee ~ included free-of-charge in every Dolphin Cruise & Views tour ~ guarantees your dolphin sighting. Cruise as many times as you like until you see them.

Our crew will determine whether there was adequate dolphin sighting during your cruise. This will be confirmed to all guests at the end of your tour and noted in our records. It can also be checked retrospectively with our Booking Office. 

Should there be dolphin sighting during your cruise, the Dolphin Guarantee is not valid for return trips.

Should a dolphin sighting not occur and you wish to use your Dolphin Guarantee to return, you are free to make another booking within 12 months of your original tour date, subject to availability.

You may return as many times as you wish until you are on a tour where there is a dolphin sighting.

Return bookings must be made by phone – by calling our Booking office on 08 9581 1242. Dolphin Guarantee bookings are non-transferable and can only be made for passengers who made the original tour booking.

Once you are on a tour with adequate dolphin sighting, the Dolphin Guarantee is no longer valid. Should you wish to travel on our Dolphin Cruise & Views again, a new ticket must be purchased. As a customer, you receive a 10% loyalty discount for future bookings of any Mandurah Cruises’ cruise or hire experience.⁵

Our Dolphin Guarantee is only available for fully-paid bookings with Mandurah Cruises ~ not available to FOC Companion Cardholders. Each customer receiving the Guarantee must have initially booked our Dolphin Cruise & Views tour.

Murray River Lunch Cruise

Step back in time and explore Mandurah’s winding waterways and the serene Murray River on board our relaxing, 4.5-hour Murray River Lunch Cruise.

The majestic Murray is WA’s most history-rich river. It is the longest permanent river in the Jarrah Forest and one of the few major rivers in Australia that remains undammed. Lined with quaint homes, houseboats and an array of wild flora and fauna, it is one of the Shire of Murray’s most picturesque attractions.

Please arrive for boarding 15 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. Please ensure you allow plenty of time to arrive for your tour as our cruises run to schedule and cannot be extended.

Simply bring a print out of your booking confirmation OR present it on your mobile device to board the cruise. Alternatively you can visit our Booking office and we can print your tickets for you.

Our boat is configured as 4-6 people per table, across two levels. We cannot reserve seats. Seating is allocated on the day, on a first-in, first-choice basis. If you have a group and being seated together is important for you, we recommend arriving early (at least 45 minutes prior to departure) to assemble in a line on the jetty ramp.

You will be required to take accountability for your group’s seating location, as our crew are unable to designate guests to certain seats. Our cruise is very popular and is often sold out, meaning all seats quickly become occupied as guests arrive. 

A number of our boats have wheelchair / walking frame access. Please select this option when booking or call Mandurah Cruises’ Booking Office on  9581 1242  to discuss which cruise suits your requirements.

The vessel for this cruise ~ Dancing Dolphin ~ is wheelchair / walking frame friendly. When booking online, please select if you will be travelling with a wheelchair or walking frame (under the Optional Extras section), so our crew are aware in advance. Alternatively, please call our Booking office on  9581 1242  to let us know you.

The landing at Cooper’s Mill is not wheelchair / walking frame friendly, so guests with these supports will be asked to remain on the boat during this short stop.

As we present a set lunch menu, we cannot cater to specific dietary requirements. You are welcome to bring food with you on board.

For safety reasons, if you have any food allergies, please advise us in advance. You can note when booking online or please call our Booking office on  9581 1242 to let us know.

The health and safety of our guests and staff are our absolute priority. We are taking extra measures to ensure we are operating at the highest of health and safety standards to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

• All our staff have completed the Australian Hotels’ Association Hospitality & Tourism COVID-19 Hygiene Course.
• A hygiene officer is present on all our cruise activities.

Online bookings close 24 hours prior to departure.

Minimum numbers apply for this cruise to operate. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative date or full refund.

Suri Cruise celebrates her 18th birthday in rainy NYC as estranged dad Tom works in London

Suri Cruise was photographed celebrating her 18th birthday in New York City while her estranged father, Tom Cruise, worked abroad in London.

According to pictures obtained by Page Six, the birthday girl stepped out in the rainy weather with a friend on Thursday. The pals chatted as Suri held a pink umbrella over their heads.

The teen, who is also the daughter of Katie Holmes, wore jeans, a denim jacket over a brown shirt and black shoes. She carried a blue backpack and held what looked like a birthday gift in her hand.

A day before Suri’s big day, her father, Tom, was spotted overseas in London filming a new project.

The “Mission Impossible” star, 61, flashed a wide grin as he arrived at a helipad and piloted a jet.

Tom and his youngest daughter have not had a close relationship over the past years. In fact, a source exclusively told Page Six earlier this month that the movie star has not seen Suri since 2012 (they were last seen together at Disney World that summer).

“Katie has safeguarded Suri and she’s a devoted mom,” the insider told us. “This is a girl who is a private citizen. She hasn’t lived her life in public.”

Holmes, who filed for divorce from Tom when Suri was only 6 years old in June 2012, previously told Glamour that she wanted to keep her daughter out of the public eye “because she was so visible at a young age.”

The 45-year-old also revealed in November 2013 court docs that she filed for divorce from Tom “to protect Suri from Scientology ,” a religion that is often referred to as a cult.

While it is believed that Holmes signed several non-disclosure agreements to prevent her from speaking about her marriage to Tom and the Church of Scientology, Suri will be free to discuss the religion and her father now that she is legally an adult.

Though it’s unclear whether the teen will publicly speak about her father, she won’t be joining Scientology anytime soon.

“Suri is not a Scientologist and never will be … she deserves love and sympathy,” former Scientology spokesperson Mike Rinder told Page Six.
