FFD – Display a frequent flyer name from the airline’s database

For any airline that maintains its frequent flyer (FF) database in Amadeus, use the FFD transaction code to display the name of the frequent flyer. This displays the name’s storage structure within the FF database.

Enter, for example:

To check if an airline has its frequent flyer database in Amadeus, enter  GGPCAYY , where  YY  is the airline code.

FFA- Create a frequent flyer name element and SSR element

To automatically construct a name element and an SSR FQTV for a frequent flyer from any airline that maintains their frequent flyer database in Amadeus, use the FFA transaction code.

The passenger will accrue miles for the section or segments flown, according to SSR FQTV.

Note: Passive segments cannot be used with this entry.

How to register a name and SSR component to earn airline miles

The  SSR FQTV  is displayed in line 3.

How to create name and SSR elements and send them to other airlines with frequent flyer agreements

Any airline that maintains its frequent flyer database in Amadeus can immediately construct a name element and an SSR FQTV for a frequent flyer through the FFA transaction code.

• The airline code in the item is used to construct a single SSR FQTV element if the airline does not have any FF agreements with other airlines.
• The SSR FQTV is formed using YY as the airline code if the airline has an FF agreement with other airlines. This is used to generate an SSR FQTV for each airline on the route that has a contract with the cardholder at the conclusion of the transaction.

Enter, for instance: to specify which airlines you wish to send the frequent flyer card number to.

Note: The airline that issued the frequent flyer card will not receive the SSR FQTV element if its code is repeated after the FF number if it is included in the itinerary.

How to segment-associate a frequent flyer SSR element

If you do not want an SSR FQTV element to be applicable to every airplane segment, you can also segment-associate it. This can only be accomplished by editing the segment that comes after the FFA entry but before the transaction ends.

How to create a frequent flyer SSR element

You can only construct a frequent flyer SSR element using the FFN transaction code. If the name element is already entered in the PNR, an SSR FQTV will be generated immediately.

Not just the FF database in Amadeus, but any FF databases can be used with the FFN transaction code.

The FF number are checked when:

• The airline has a full FF database in Amadeus.
• The airline has a partial database, and the transaction is entered at an office belonging to an alliance member.

Note: The format for adding an FF transaction code for a baby is not supported by Amadeus. Speak with the airline directly.

An asterisk (*) appears before the SSR FQT element if the number is saved in the database.

How to create frequent flyer SSRs for multiple name elements in the PNR

Passenger association is required in the entry if the PNR has several name elements. Enter, for instance:

The frequent flyer number is not validated and the system response will differ if the airline does not have its frequent flyer database in Amadeus. The airline code is included in place of FI in this instance, and the SSR element is NOT preceded by an asterisk (*). As an illustration:

Updating ticket modifiers.

All stored fares (Filed Fares) and any existing ticket modifiers are included when you open Assisted Ticketing for a PNR/Booking File.

You then have the option to add or change ticket modifiers in Assisted Ticketing before you either update stored fares (Filed Fares) or issue tickets .

To update ticket modifiers for stored fares:

Retrieve a valid Booking File.

The Issue My Ticket tab is displayed.

Optional. Click the Filed Fare arrow to select another fare. By default, the first stored fare (Filed Fare) in the Booking File is displayed.

Tip! Click REFRESH  if you want to update the Booking File with any recent changes from Travelport+ (1G) .

Optional. In the Passengers list, select the passengers for whom the ticket modifiers apply if there is more than one passenger in the Booking File.

Confirm or select a form of payment. You can either:

Click the Form of Payment arrow to select another form of payment. Available forms of payment vary by airline and fare. Required fields vary depending on the select form of payment option.

Select Pre-Populate from FOP to use a form of payment that is already present in the Booking File.

In Plating Carrier , confirm the carrier that is responsible for ticketing the fare.

In most countries, Plating Carrier Logic ensures that the correct carrier is selected and appended to the Filed Fare. Typically, there is no need to change the plating carrier.

Terminal Format Equivalent: TMU1 CBA , where:

• C = plating carrier entry code
• BA = the carrier code

In Commission , confirm or change the commission and select Percentage or Amount .

When you issue a ticket, Travelport+ (1G) automatically defaults to the commission rates that are held in the commission table provided by Travelport+ (1G) or stored in your AAT table.

However, you may need to change the commission level if either:

• An agency arrangement exists with an airline.
• The airline has changed their standard commission but not yet advised Travelport+ (1G) .

The new specified commission level is displayed on both the ticket (BSP remit area) and on the BSP sales return.

Terminal Format Equivalent: MU1TC02315478 /Z2 , where:

• Z = commission entry code
• 2 = percentage for commission

Tip! When selling a Bulk Tour (BT) or Inclusive Tour (IT) fare, use the Commission modifier to reduce commission levels to 0 percent.

In Additional Modifiers, click Expand All to add or change ticket modifiers.

In Document Production Modifier , select the option for generating invoices, itineraries, and MIR documentation.

Click UPDATE MODIFIER.

The update confirmation is displayed.

Click the desired option:

CLOSE to exit Assisted Ticketing and return to Smartpoint. Important! Be sure to end transact (ER or ET) your Booking File to save your changes.

SAVE CHANGES AND CLOSE to exit Assisted Ticketing and automatically end transact and redisplay (ER) the Booking File.

SAVE CHANGES AND CONTINUE to end transact and redisplay (ER) the Booking File, but remain in Assisted Ticketing.

Optional. In the PNR Viewer, click or enter *FF to view the updated ticket modifiers in Filed Fare.

How to add a waiver code in a refund

Hello, I hope everyone is well. I'm aware that this question has been asked many times but I would like to reconfirm please! For the refund waiver, I do TRFU/WA xxxxx or TRFU/RM xxxxxxxx but my co-worker disagrees and said that it needs to be in the endorsement box. He said that it's only right when the waiver or airline message is shown on the ticket refund COUPON.

Please help me! What do I need to do?

In the refund process, the waiver code need to be entered through TRFU/WA xxxxx or TRFU/RM xxxxx, where xxxxx is the waiver code.

Metro Boomin and Future are trusting their fans to buy tour tickets.

The Grammy-winning rapper and Grammy-nominated producer announced their We Trust You Tour kicking off this July through the end of summer.

J. Cole apologizes to Kendrick Lamar for 'lame' diss '7 Minute Drill': 'I was conflicted'

'We Don't Trust You' and 'We Still Don't Trust You' vs. Drake: Diss tracks explained

Future and Metro Boomin's "We Don't Trust You," released March 22, and "We Still Don't Trust You," released April 12, unleashed grievances other rappers had with Toronto rapper Drake.

Lamar, Cole and Drake are widely recognized as their rap class' "Big Three," the most recognizable stars in the genre over the past decade. Cole referred to himself, Drake (Aubrey Graham) and Lamar (K. Dot) as the "big three" in modern rap in Drake's 2023 song "First Person Shooter."

Lamar shut down the "big three" line on the "We Don't Trust You" track "Like That." In the song, he called out "First Person Shooter" by name and said "it's just big me" when it comes to rap titans.

Following the diss, J. Cole dropped a surprise album, "Might Delete Later," which included "7 Minute Drill," where Cole alluded to hearing about Lamar's diss, rapping, "I got a phone call, they say that somebody dissing / You want some attention, it come with extensions."

"He still doing shows but fell off like 'The Simpsons,'" the North Carolina rapper continued, adding that Lamar's first album was "classic" and his latest was "tragic."

But two days later,  at his Dreamville Festival,  J. Cole told his home state crowd during a headlining set that his diss track was a "lame" and "goofy" decision, in  videos captured by attendees .

J. Cole later appeared as a guest on the "We Still Don't Trust You" track "Red Leather," a seven-minute song that features an apparent swipe at Drake.

"Kept my nose out the streets, but I love to get a whiff / Of the action, with risk comes attraction / The blicks get to blastin’, I turn into a track star,” Cole raps on the track, who also said that his "story's more clever, my similes was better."

Rapper A$AP Rocky, who is the longtime boyfriend of Drake's ex  Rihanna,  also took shots at Drake on the "We Still Don't Trust You" track "Show of Hands," saying the Canadian rapper's latest music "came and went" and he didn't "trust" him.

The Weeknd joined the band wagon on "We Still Don't Trust You," remarking on the track "All to Myself" that he's glad never "signed (his) life away" to Drake's OVO label. He also took aim at Drake's "shooters," joking that they're too busy "making TikToks."

Future didn't let his features have all the fun. On the track "This Sunday," Future seemingly interpolates the chorus of Drake’s 2016 song "Feel No Ways" by telling his former "Life Is Good" collaborator that he doesn't care if Drake "feel a way" about all the disses.

Drake has yet to issue a formal response to the diss tracks, although a rumored single allegedly called "Push Ups" was leaked on social media Saturday that seemingly addresses Lamar and Metro Boomin.
