Louis Tomlinson 's career has truly soared to new heights since he wrapped up his first-ever solo tour last year. In November 2022, he secured his first solo Number 1 album with Faith In The Future , going on to give fans a raw insight into his life in the Charlie Lightening-directed documentary All Of Those Voices and announce 2023's The Away From Home Festival , Italy.

Now, Louis is ready to take his second studio album on the road with his Faith In The Future world tour.

Louis Tomlinson Schedules North American ‘Faith in the Future’ Tour for 2023

Louis Tomlinson will be spending most of the upcoming year on the road thanks to an extensive world tour supporting his sophomore studio album Faith in the Future , set for release on Nov. 11. The singer has scheduled dates for the North American leg for next summer, slotting 39 shows ahead of the European stretch of concerts he announced last month.

“Really really excited to finally announce the North America tour,” Tomlinson wrote on Twitter. “These songs were created for these moments and I can’t wait to share them with you!”

The North American portion of the Faith in the Future world tour will begin on May 26 in Uncasville, Connecticut, with a show at the Mohegan Sun Arena. Tomlinson will make stops in Toronto, Cincinnati, Columbus, Kansas City, Minneapolis, Seattle, Berkeley, Las Vegas, Dallas, Atlanta, Nashville, Boston, and more. The tour will conclude on July 29 at Forest Hills Stadium in New York.

“It was my first moment of excitement making this record, and where it felt we were on to something which honors the live show,” Tomlinson said in a statement about the latter single. “I realized from doing those live shows what it means to my fans and how everything I do is bigger than me. It’s almost a coming of age for myself and putting opinions about myself to the back of my mind and thinking about what it potentially means for other people.”

Louis Tomlinson announced the 2023 North American Tour dates, including a stop at  The St. Augustine Amphitheatre on Tuesday, July 11, 2023.  The “Faith In The Future World Tour” tour will span across North America from May to July with shows at the iconic Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, Forest Hills Stadium in New York City, Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado, your beloved St. Augustine Amphitheatre, and more before bringing the singer-songwriter to Europe from August to November next year including a date at London's O2 Arena.

Tickets for Louis Tomlinson “Faith In The Future World Tour 2023” go on sale Friday, November 11 at 10am online at Ticketmaster.com and the venue Box Office. Please note, the venue Box Office is closed today, Thursday, November 10, and will resume regular hours tomorrow.

Fun Fact: In 2021, Louis was listed in the Guinness Book Of World Records for breaking the record for the most livestreamed concert by a solo male artist. Louis hosted one of the biggest live stream concert events ever held, selling over 160,000 tickets to fans in over 110 countries and raising funds for several important charities and touring crew affected by the pandemic.

Early Line Queuing

All guests are required to abide by the following procedures:

1. Guests can begin lining up no earlier than 9:00 AM on the day of show, July 11. Sequentially numbered wristbands will be put on guests' wrists upon arrival on a first come, first served basis. Guests must have a valid ticket for The St. Augustine Amphitheatre July 11 show to receive a wristband, and all guests in a party must be present to receive a wristband. Any guests that have camped overnight or arrived before 9:00 AM will not be given wristbands and will be sent to the back of the line.

2. Guests are encouraged to return at 3:00 PM to queue for General Admission entry beginning at The West Gate (first gate closest to A1A S/main entrance). Security will honor wristbands from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM. After 4:00 PM, guests will join the line on a first come, first served basis.

3. Loss, removal or tampering with a wristband will result in loss of place in the GA line. Guests are not permitted to hold places in line. Please be respectful and courteous to all other guests in line.

Louis Tomlinson is set to take his new album ‘Faith In The Future’ on tour!

The former One Direction star has been working tirelessly ahead of his second album dropping, and it’s clear he’s set to give fans the show they deserve to go along with his new bops.

His second studio album ‘Faith In The Future’ is set to drop on November 11 and will feature 14 tracks; two of which he’s already dropped - ‘ Bigger Than Me ’ and ‘Out Of My System’.

Concert Review: Louis Tomlinson - Faith In The Future World Tour

I have always gone back and forth on my favourite One Direction member but I would say the solo careers of Louis Tomlinson and Harry Styles never fail to blow me away. Louis in specific stands out hugely for his unique sound and captivating stage presence . I'm not going to forget to mention his incredible album Faith In The Future which was released November 2022 which has to be the best album released from a 1D member! To support FITF, Louis has been touring all around the world since May 2023 and he recently began the UK/Europe leg of the Faith In The Future World Tour. Last night, I went to the Manchester show at the AO Arena and it was better than I ever expected so here is a little review!

The crowd erupted with excitement when we began to hear the intro to The Greatest - the opener from FITF. With lots of lighting effects and a killer band it was a perfect opener, everyone knew the words and Louis encouraged fans to scream along.

He then played Kill My Mind - a fan favourite from his debut album 'Walls'. This got everyone jumping up and down and screaming, I don't think Louis could do a concert without playing this song. He then played, Bigger Than Me which was the first single from his album. This song perfectly displays Louis's crisp vocals and deep lyrics which makes it such a beautiful song to hear live and again got everyone singing along.

Holding On To Heartache, Face The Music and We Made It joined the setlist. HOTH has a very scream-worthy bridge and so everyone SCREAMED it - we must have been the loudest crowd. Face The Music is also from FITF and I can't explain how catchy this song is, I love it and We Made It is a lovely song from his debut solo album which he asked the crowd to scream along with him.

Of course we can't forget his One Direction days and he spoke to the crowd about how grateful he was to be back in the same arena he first auditioned playing a show over 10 years later for the fans that had followed him throughout his career. So, he played the 1D classic Drag Me Down, everyone in the arena was singing along at this point it was so much fun.

He then sung Chicago my absolute favourite Louis song. I cannot tell you how happy it made me to finally hear this live because I was terrified he was going to remove it from the setlist, it was definitely the highlight of the night. He also sung Copy of a Copy of a Copy an unreleased track that is a fan favourite, every seemed to know the words despite it not being released on and music platforms. To switch up the set a bit her plays a cover of 505 by Arctic Monkeys at every show which keeps the energy at the show going, Louis's vocals perfectly match the sound of this song.

Nearing the end of his set, Louis sung one of his first solo singles Back To You which was originally performed with Bebe Rexha, Angels Fly (which is such a beautiful song) and Out Of My System before disappearing from the stage.

Not long later, the crowd erupted in screams as he came back on the stage for the encore. He sung Saturdays first which is such a crowd pleaser, he then sung another One Direction banger Where Do Broken Hearts Go and finished with Silver Tongues. I really don't think that he could have chosen a better song with, everyone was screaming especially the line 'but I don't feel like going home' (very on theme) and dancing/jumping everywhere. There was confetti cannons, fireworks and incredible lighting! Louis's songs are just made to be performed.

I am so appreciative that I got to go and I will definitely be attending his next tour. I also want to mention his incredible openers Rachel Chinouriri and The Academic you should give them a listen! I would definitely recommend this show to anyone if you still have the chance to go it is so worth it!

Tomlinson announced the EU and UK leg of the tour on his social media on October 14, 2022, around a month before the release of his second album. In his Instagram post, he claimed:

"I can’t tell you how much the tour this year has done for me so I wanted to get on the road again as soon as I could. I had this tour in mind with every song we wrote on the new album. Looking forward to playing the new stuff live." [1]

Una muestra de esto, no solo son sus cifras en plataformas como Spotify que superan los mil millones de reproducciones; sino que además el artista inglés ya ha logrado sold out en varios de los escenarios de Estados Unidos y Europa.

Con una trayectoria musical que abarca canciones como “Two of Us”, “Kill My Mind” y “Miss You” , sumado a su capacidad para conectar con el público en el escenario, Louis Tomlinson llega al Coliseo MedPlus en una noche llena de melodías que resonarán en el corazón de los asistentes.

“Espero que estos conciertos se sientan como una evolución. Mi química con la banda está mejor que nunca, y siento que este álbum (Live) está diseñado para los shows en vivo, así que va a ser muy emocionante, además, siempre he querido reconectar con Latinoamérica”, dijo en entrevista para CNN Chile.

Según cuenta, su álbum Live, lanzado en 2022, tiene letras muy introspectivas, y asegura que para él como compositor fue fácil llegar a eso porque “es honesto con lo que escribe”.

“Fue increíble lanzarlo y lograr el éxito que he logrado con él, pero no había caído en cuenta del impacto tan grande que tuvo hasta que salí de gira”, comentó en la misma entrevista.

Su paso One Direction marcó su carrera artística y le abrió la puerta a una exploración distinta, desligada de sus compañeros Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan y Liam Payne. Juntos hicieron historia desde su fundación en 2010 hasta su separación en 2016. Desde ese momento, todos tomaron la decisión de enfocarse en sus proyectos personales.

Su carrera como solista

En 2015, un año antes de que se separara la banda, Tomlinson apareció en The X Factor junto a junto a Simon Cowell como jurado. Además anunció la creación de su sello discográfico Triple Strings Ltd, donde hacía su propia música. Un año después, en diciembre de 2016, el artista lanzó “Just Hold On” el sencillo con el que debutó con la colaboración del DJ estadounidense Steve Aoki. La canción tuvo éxito y logró posicionarse en el segundo lugar de UK Singles Chart y alcanzó el número uno en el Billboard Dance/Electronic Digital Song Sales.

Ya con ese antecedente de éxito, en 2017 Tomlinson lanzó el sencillo “Back To You” junto a Bebe Rexha que también ocupó los primeros lugares en las listas de Billboard. Así fue construyendo poco a poco su carrera como solista, hasta que en 2019 lanzó su primer álbum de estudio “Walls”. El cantante británico agradeció a sus fanáticos por el apoyo que recibió y aseguró en un video publicado en sus redes sociales que “se sentía aliviado de estar de regreso”. En 2022 lanzó su segundo álbum “Faith in the Future” y finalmente su álbum “Live”, con el que se encuentra de gira.

Artista y futbolista

Además de su pasión por la música, Tomlinson también fue cercano al fútbol. Luego de un partido benéfico en el Keepmoat Stadium en Doncaster, Inglaterra, le ofrecieron un contrato en el equipo profesional para ser un jugador de desarrollo. “Es increíble, realmente he sido un fanático enorme del fútbol durante mucho tiempo y crecí en Doncaster, he estado en un montón de juegos para ser parte del club, esta oportunidad es increíble”, dijo en entrevista. Sin embargo, esto fue algo pasajero, pues sus compromisos con One Direction le impedían pensar en otra cosa.

Además de ser compositor y cantante, Louis Tomlinson es la mente maestra detrás del Away From Home Festival, un evento musical que reúne diferentes artistas de la escena indie como DMA’S, Dylan, Reverend & The Markets, entre otros. “Es mi sueño poder llevar este festival a la mayor cantidad de lugares posible. Disfruté mucho haciéndolo porque mi mundo como artista es bastante inmersivo, pero es genial poder enfocar mi cerebro en algo más. Yo en lo personal soy muy fanático de los festivales y me encanta toda la música indie, alternativa, fue una gran oportunidad poder hacer esto realidad”.

Recomendaciones para el concierto Louis Tomlinson en Bogotá

• Prográmese desde antes y revise los horarios. Las puertas estarán abiertas desde las 5:00 p.m para que pueda disfrutar al máximo de la experiencia.
• La logística oficial del evento recomienda llegar 4 horas antes de que comience el espectáculo.
• Ingreso permitido a mayores de 12 años. Menores de 16 años deben estar acompañados de un adulto responsable.
• Puede llegar al Coliseo MedPlus saliendo de Bogotá por la Calle 80, 1.5 km después del Puente de Guadua. El personal logístico indicará la ruta hacia los ingresos.
• Podrá encontrar puntos de comida y bebidas. Está prohibido el ingreso de alimentos y bebidas.
• En ninguna localidad se podrán comprar bebidas alcohólicas.
• El evento contará con un total de 4.000 parqueaderos, 700 junto al Coliseo MedPlus que podrán usar las personas que van para cota, Chía o para el occidente y 1.500 pasando la vía principal que podrán usar las personas que van para Bogotá y a los cuales podrá acceder por el puente peatonal. Se recomienda separar su cupo a través de https://www.taquillalive.com o pagar en efectivo en el lugar, teniendo presente que está sujeto a disponibilidad.
• El escenario contará con todas las medidas y puntos de salud necesarios en caso de eventualidades. El equipo estará preparado para realizar una valoración inicial, atención inmediata y traslado a un centro de salud en caso de que la emergencia lo requiera.
• El escenario contará con un casillero disponible para ubicar sus objetos personales. El valor unitario es de $14.990.
• Después de verificada la boleta no es posible salir y volver a ingresar.
• Mujeres en visible estado de embarazo ingresan bajo su propia responsabilidad (previo a ingreso se debe firmar un consentimiento informado).
• No está permitido pararse sobre las sillas.
• No se permite el ingreso de comidas y bebidas.
• No se permite el ingreso de encendedores o fósforos.
• No se permite el ingreso de armas u objetos cortopunzantes.
• No está permitido el ingreso de cámaras profesionales, semi profesionales o drones.
• No se permite fumar o consumir sustancias psicoactivas.
• Las boletas falsas serán retenidas y destruidas por parte del equipo de seguridad, y no se permitirá el ingreso al portador.

Ruta de llegada

La creación de una experiencia de concierto inolvidable en el Coliseo MedPlus es una de las prioridades para el venue. Para lograr esto ha destinado soluciones de movilidad que mejorarán la accesibilidad y la comodidad de llegada al lugar.

Los buses de servicios especiales saldrán de la Bahía contigua al centro comercial Portal 80. Este plan incluirá un dispositivo en cuanto al personal que notifique cuando el cupo esté completo para que el embarque e inicio del trayecto sea de inmediato. Los buses llegarán al parqueadero oficial del Coliseo MedPlus.

Rutas de retorno

Posterior al concierto, las rutas de los buses de servicios especiales volverán a activarse desde Coliseo MedPlus, hacia los diferentes puntos dentro de la ciudad en donde los usuarios, hasta la 1:00 a.m. o 45 minutos luego de finalizar el show, podrán acceder a dos recorridos que contarán con las siguientes paradas:

Louis Tomlinson en Costa Rica: Todo lo que debe saber de su concierto

El exintegrante de one direction se presentará por segunda vez en el país este jueves 30 de mayo, en parque viva, como parte de su gira ‘faith in the future world tour’.

A casi dos años de presentarse por primera vez en Costa Rica, Louis Tomlinson está listo para deleitar nuevamente a sus seguidores costarricenses.

Esta vez, el exintegrante de la banda One Direction se presentará en territorio nacional como parte de su gira internacional Faith in the Future World Tour.

La cita será este jueves 30 de mayo en el Anfiteatro Coca-Cola, en Parque Viva, donde el cantante británico ofrecerá un espectáculo sorprendente a nivel visual e incluirá los éxitos de sus discos Walls y Faith in the Future , además de algunas canciones de su etapa en la popular banda pop.

El concierto de Louis Tomlinson está previsto para comenzar a las 7p. m.. en el Anfiteatro Coca-Cola, en Parque Viva. (Lilly Arce Robles.)

Este concierto, producido por Move Concerts, contará con un show de Giant Rooks, una agrupación alemana que se fundó en 2015 y que hasta la fecha acumula millones de visitas por éxitos como Wild Stare y Tom’s Diner .

Si usted va a asistir a este concierto, tome en cuenta que las puertas de Parque Viva abrirán a las 2 p. m., mientras que la apertura del Anfiteatro Coca-Cola está programada para las 5 p. m.

Por otra parte, el ingreso de vehículos particulares será por el acceso 2; sin embargo, quienes vayan a dejar personas al lugar y se retiren del recinto deben hacerlo por el acceso 3, mientras que los buses privados y busetas entrarán por el acceso 4.

Es importante recordar que el costo del parqueo es ¢6.000 para automóviles y ¢3.000 para motocicletas. Esta tarifa se puede pagar en efectivo, con tarjeta o con el dispositivo Compass el día del concierto.

Previo al show y durante el espectáculo, los fans podrán encontrar diferentes opciones gastronómicas en el Centro de Eventos Printea, que incluye food trucks y puestos para adquirir bebidas.

Además, los sectores 401 y 405 tienen un valor de ¢47.300.
