We traveled with N & K to Okinawa last fall and it was a ton better than the previous tour we went on to Okinawa. The tour guides provided us with a lot more information in terms of places to shop or visit than we ever knew about. N&K used experienced guides who either used to live on Okinawa or traveled there a lot and knew of the local attractions or shopping areas. So, with that kind of excellent service it only became obvious that we needed to enlist their services for our recent non-tour led trip to Fukuoka and Osaka. We intended to visit Fukuoka only for the year's last Sumo tournament as well as experience some Yatai's on our own. Before going to Fukuoka we also discovered that the city was also hosting Japan's largest Christmas Festival. This was always held in the November/December timeframe. We really enjoyed ourselves. N&K arranged everything every step of the way and we were very comfortable with our trip. They even prepared a step-by-step form on completing the Visit Japan Web application. The very first time we used it earlier this year it took us about two days to fill it out because we had to do some research in order to complete the application. This time, with Tomomi sending us the information we were able to each complete the application in about 20 minutes. We were able to generate both QR codes and had it ready for the Immigration and Customs people in Japan. It was a snap! N&K's experience and know-how really helped us a lot. N&K even prepared an itinerary that showed us each day what we could or had to do; i.e. like when to get our large luggage down to the hotel lobby for the Black Cat delivery service. They even told us which entry and exit gates to take on the bus, subway or rail when we traveled throughout the city. If you've ever been to Japan entry and exit gates are very important; they save a lot of walking. They arranged everything, including getting us Sumo tickets for both days we wanted to attend as well as the Shinkansen tickets for our trip to Osaka. Henceforth, every trip we take will be arranged and coordinated via N&K Travel. I highly recommend everyone contact Tomomi and Sandy for all your travel needs and tours.

Tomomi is hands down the best Tour Guide! She made sure we got to see and do all that we wanted in Japan. Already thinking of another trip that we can do and have her be our guide again.

Delaying our first flight Made us wait three Hours and on the second flight made us Wait an hour Because they Were Low on oil

I'm sorry to hear that you had to wait, but I don't think this trip was booked through N & K Travel Service, Inc.

When my friend and I decided to go to Japan this past December, I needed some help with getting tickets to certain places...Tokyo Disneyland, Tokyo Disney Sea and the Ghibli Museum. Tomomi and her mother, Nadine helped us so much and I really appreciated the quick response time, especially because I initially thought I could buy the TDR tickets online myself, but couldn't and I had to ask Tomomi at almost the last minute. And she was able to get them for us!

Nadine, the owner, was our tour guide in 2015. Her tour was convenient to Lawson's, family Mart or 7/11 nearby our hotels. The rest stops made we're interesting to browse and shop. Other tours I've been on go to the usual bathroom stops. Nadine has previously helped me plan a trip. All I did was tell her where in jApan I wanted to visit and she set up an itinerary, booked my hotel and told me how and where to catch the hotel shuttle from Narita airport to my hotel. She gave me ideas where else I could go using my hotel shuttle for free. She also helped me get yen for my travel. I cannot wait to travel again!
