Lady Gaga Tops List of Outrageous Celebrity Tour Rider Requests

Lady Gaga's tour rider includes requests for themed meals, organic snacks.

Apologies to Shakespeare, but looking at the tour rider demands for Lady Gaga , it's hard not to think of that line. According to a contract obtained by HollywoodLife.com , Gaga, currently on her Monster Ball world tour, requires a bizarre array of food, drinks, decorations and accessories in her dressing room.

The most eyebrow-raising of them all: an oxygen tank.

"She's a young woman, she's got to have good lungs, I can't imagine what she'd be needing oxygen for," said Bonnie Fuller, editor in chief of HollywoodLife.com.

Gaga hasn't seemed in the best of health: she's nearly fainted on stage several times and in June, she revealed she was tested for lupus. Maybe that explains the need for extra O2 -- and a banquet's worth of food.

According to the rider, Gaga requests a specific type of dinner for each night of the week. Monday: Barbecue night. Tuesday: Asian night. Wednesday: Mexican night. Thursday: American night. Friday: Carving night. Saturday: Pasta bar night. Sunday: Turkey dinner with all the trimmings.

Stipulations abound. Fuller says that in the evening, Gaga "likes to have hot soup, but it can't be the same as the hot soup as the one from lunch." She also wants "two steamed vegetables to be approved in advance every night and the type of potatoes have to be approved in advance."

Gaga also requires, for herself, her band and her dancers:

Organic ginger and lemongrass tea

Two bottles of white wine, ideally Kendall-Jackson or Robert Mondavi

A small plate of non-sweaty and non-smelly cheese

Lady Gaga's Tour Rider: What She Should Really Request

On Wednesday (October 6), gossip maven Bonnie Fuller's Hollywood Life made sorta waves when they published a list of "bizarre demands" supposedly taken from Lady Gaga's tour rider . Of course, we're a bit skeptical about the whole thing considering said tour rider isn't actually shown and said list of "bizarre demands" includes honey, an oxygen tank and -- gasp! -- a themed menu. Seriously, if any of those things are shocking, we hope Fuller's never seen Rihanna's tour rider , because otherwise she might have a stroke.

Regardless of whether or not the rider is actually real, whenever a big-name star's demands are made public, we are required by journalistic law to poke fun at them (no lie; in the last month alone, we've done it to Justin Bieber as well as both Eminem and Jay-Z ), and we can't give Gaga a pass just because her demands may or may not actually be legit. We are professionals, after all.

So, in the interest of parity (and because we're sort of disappointed that Gaga only asked for honey, oxygen and burritos on Wednesday), we have come up with a list of 10 things that really should be on her tour rider (because, honestly, at this point LG can pretty much ask for anything ).

» 40-50 pounds of skirt steak, to make that evening's stagewear and/or feed to pet tiger.

» One of the following Alejandros: Director Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu, singer Alejandro Sanz, former MLB pitcher Alejandro Pena, a member of the venue's cleaning staff named Alejandro.

» A four-star general to debate the intricacies of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell."

» One of those Can-Am three-wheeled motorcycles , because those things are awesome.

» Something fabulous .

» The members of Semi Precious Weapons, who were probably just hanging out at the venue anyway.

» Actual little monsters, like that troll in "Cat's Eye," an evil Leprechaun that Gremlin from the second movie who could talk like Tony Randall.

» Gold, to ingest.

» A nice pantsuit or a bejeweled three-quarter sleeve top, preferably from the Quacker Factory collection .

» Whatever Madonna asked for on her tour rider, only, you know, double.

That wild thing Lady Gaga sure does love to live a rock ’n’ doll lifestyle...

Well, that’s according to a 14-page list of bonkers tour demands made by the star and recently revealed in court papers.

Apparently, the Poker Face singer loved nothing more than to chillout in her dressing room with a requested “mannequin with puffy pink hair”.

She asked for the life-sized doll to have “pink public hair” – which is thought to actually mean “pubic”.

Not very Lady-like, I know...

Another hair-brained tour rider request saw Gaga list almost every cheese known to man – then swap one for Jameson whiskey.

She also required her room to be kitted out with silver satin sheets and posters of David Bowie, Queen and Elton John, amid the “white leather couches”, “yellow, lavender or white roses” and a steamer during The Monster Ball Tour from 2009 to 2011.

The 26-year-old – who calls herself the “Queen of the Universe” – is being sued by her former personal assistant (and former best friend) Jennifer O’Neill.

She reckons she worked 7,168 hours of unpaid overtime and is requesting £250,000 from Gaga, plus damages.

In emails submitted in the lawsuit, Gaga requests via Jennifer that a wig be dyed yellow hours before she went on stage.

An iPod speaker (“preferably Bose”) is required on one date, while Gaga’s tour manager questions the need for can openers and a blender as the singer has her own chef who was on call 24/7.

Jennifer, took home around £50,000-a-year when she worked for the star between 2009 and 2011, was also required to haggle so Gaga could get money off a dress she wanted.

The singer was offered a gown for $5,000, but Jennifer replied: “She feels $3,000 is more appropriate.”

In other email exchanges, Gaga is seen to splash out £3,600 on Alexander McQueen clothing, almost £2,000 on luggage and nearly £400 on specs. She also asked for a box of Bran Flakes (just one) and mugs (not teacups).

During a six-hour sworn deposition, Gaga branded Jennifer a “f***ing hood rat who is suing me for money that she didn’t earn”.

Gaga tweeted: “Former assistant is actually ‘my best friend from NY since I was 19’. Painful stuff.”

A spokesman for Gaga declined to comment.

Lady Gaga finally revives Chromatica Ball tour with new 2022 concert dates

More than two years after announcing the Chromatica tour, Gaga will finally hit the road in support of the Grammy-winning album with a slew of new dates.

Rocket No. 9 is taking off to the planet Chromatica once again, as Lady Gaga finally rescheduled her highly anticipated Chromatica Ball tour dates more than two years after their initial announcement.

According to a tweet shared Monday by Gaga, the tour will now expand to 15 dates around the world, beginning July 17 and stretching through September 10.

Gaga initially announced the Chromatica Ball tour to coincide with the album's original rollout in 2020, though the coronavirus pandemic forced the global tour's postponement twice: once to the summer of 2021, and again to 2022.

Released in May of 2020, Chromatica debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, and produced two top-five hits: Lead single "Stupid Love" and the No. 1-bowing Ariana Grande collaboration "Rain On Me." To date, the House of Gucci actress has only promoted Chromatica with one televised concert performance at the 2020 MTV VMAs, where she took the stage with Grande to perform a medley of tunes from the album.

In addition to the Chromatica Ball , album producer BloodPop previously told EW the team behind the studio set has also worked on continuing the Chromatica era in different ways — including a potential rollout of unreleased songs recorded during the LP's early sessions.

"We worked with SOPHIE very early on. [She was] the first collaborator of those sessions," he told EW shortly after the album's release, referencing late Scottish producer SOPHIE's contributions to the gestation cycle. "Those days were fun. We set up six microphones and recorded [Gaga's] Lamborghini exhaust, and SOPHIE cut it up into samples. [Though they didn't make the album], we still plan to finish those songs and present something special within the Chromatica universe."

Lady Gaga has announced her 2022 ‘Chromatica Ball’ summer stadium tour, a special 14-city worldwide limited run of exclusive performances presented by Live Nation. In addition to cities announced before the pandemic, the highly-anticipated tour adds 8 new markets to the schedule.

The stadium tour kicks off July 17 in Dusseldorf, followed by stadium engagements in Stockholm, Paris, Arnhem, London (2nd Show added), Toronto, Washington, New York (East Rutherford, NJ), Chicago, Boston, Dallas, Atlanta, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Van Halen demanded all the brown M&M's be removed  from the group's candy bowl. Turns out that's just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to music stars' backstage demands.

Outlets like  The Smoking Gun  and Defamer have reported on a variety of leaked backstage documents  known as tour riders. A tour rider sets the terms that a venue must fulfill for an artist's performance. We sifted through 20 such riders to see what major musicians want in their dressing rooms. It can get pretty weird.

Some requests may confirm diva suspicions — as with Kanye West's various requests for a barber's chair and a Coke and Hennessy slushy machine. But we were more surprised by other requests, like one rap star who demanded Lunchables.

From specific scented candles to organic honey bans, see what the biggest artists ask for backstage:

Beyoncé demands her dressing room be kept at 78 degrees and asks for chicken legs "HEAVILY SEASONED" with cayenne pepper  and rose-scented candles . And don't have Coca-Cola products anywhere near her — Beyoncé can only be seen with Pepsi products due to a contractual agreement. The Demands:

1 Large table for catering dressed with white tablecloths. Dressing room should be 78 degrees 4 Brand New White Towels in bathroom (2 face & 2 body)

Among Kanye 's previous requests are a barber's chair, Carmex lip balm, shower shoes, and a lot of alcohol. On his most recent "Saint Pablo" tour, West demanded a slushy machine with mixes of Coke and Hennessy and Grey Goose and lemonade.

The  singer  insists on blue or black drapes layered with "icy-blue chiffon." Rihanna also needs an animal-print throw rug and has a very specific candle request.

Do not provide artificial versions of animal skin or print either. No leather seating is allowed in the black stretch limousine either. Arrange for a dry cleaner before arrival. 6 Full and leafy floor plants, but no trees. Mariah Carey 's list includes eight "tall, leafy plants," Joe Malone vanilla candles, two vases of white roses, and drapes around every perimeter.

Each room must be draped. Black drapes are fine. The entry door should open into the living room space, not the dressing room. Lady Gaga Announces Summer 2022 Tour

Back in March 2020, Lady Gaga announced the Chromatica Ball Tour , originally scheduled to commence later that year. She postponed the tour due to the pandemic , and has now revealed the new tour dates. The rescheduled Chromatica Ball Tour begins in Europe in July. Lady Gaga will begin playing North American concerts in August. Find her schedule below.

Lady Gaga originally announced Chromatica in March 2020 with an April 10 release date, but had to push the record to May 29 due to the pandemic. Last year, Gaga shared the Dawn of Chromatica remix album.

Review: Lady Gaga brings her over-the-top Chromatica Ball tour to Hershey

The superstar played Hersheypark Stadium on Sunday. A Hershey Entertainment spokesperson said it was the highest grossing concert ever, breaking the record of a 2005 Rolling Stones concert.

Lady Gaga did not come on stage dipped in a vat of bubbling chocolate, nor did she dress up as a candy bar.

That’s newsworthy because of the location of the only Pennsylvania stop on the pop superstar and high-fashion performance artist’s Chromatica Ball Tour. It played to a sold-out crowd of 30,000 on Sunday just down the way from Chocolatetown Road at Hersheypark Stadium in Hershey. A Hershey Entertainment spokesperson said on Monday that it was the highest-grossing concert ever at the stadium, breaking the Rolling Stones’ 2005 record.

Instead of a sweet ode de chocolat , Gaga began the 2-hour, 10-minute show, which was divided into five sections broken up by video interludes that allowed time for transformative costume changes, with a more bitter taste.

The lights dimmed on a deliriously excited crowd, and a Bach fugue played. Gaga appeared atop what looked like a giant slab of concrete, encased in a sarcophagus dress designed by Gareth Pugh and inspired by an outfit David Bowie wore on Saturday Night Live in 1979.

She was imprisoned — symbolically at odds with herself, and the world — on a stage that was intentionally lit to look drab and gray, except for flames shooting into the sky. As the evening’s musical and visual journey began, the brutalist architectural design of the set, Gaga has said, intentionally means to force “a real savage and hard look at yourself, and what you’ve been through.”

Of course, it was also meant to be the first act of a celebration, with the Mother Monster finally getting to lead her fans out of the pandemic darkness on a tour originally meant to happen in 2020, when her dance floor-directed Chromatica album was released.

But before we go on, why was this Gaga spectacular happening in Hershey, rather than the fourth-largest market in the country, 100 miles to the southeast?

This is not a secondary market tour. Far from it: It’s included stops in London and Paris and is on its way to Tokyo and San Francisco. And while the crowd was plenty large in Hershey (with the traffic snarls to go with it), she’s playing bigger venues elsewhere, such as MetLife Stadium in North Jersey, where she drew 55,000.

No official word was given as to why Philadelphia is omitted, but the likely culprit is tour routing in a summer in which so many acts are making up for lost time.

To play a stadium in South Philly, a stadium has to be available, and the Phillies were at Citizens Bank Park on Sunday. (Next weekend, they’re gone, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers are there. ) And what about the Linc? German metal band Rammstein are there Wednesday, and their humongous fire-breathing stage takes four days to set up.

Back to the show: The songs for the Chromatica Ball’s over-the-top opening sequence — with a bleach blonde Gaga slowly being freed from her outfit, with dancers gyrating around her — were early big hits from the late ‘00s: “Bad Romance,” “Just Dance,” and “Poker Face.”

The first conveyed what’s so powerful about Gaga’s pull, which could be felt throughout the open-air horseshoe-shaped stadium. The space was filled up with a mostly female audience with significant queer representation and a wide age range, dotted with fashion-forward Little Monsters in sequins, heels, and brightly hued hair.

Gaga is the pop diva who embraces the grotesque and strange, who’s not afraid to makes herself ugly to embrace her deep, dark impulses, and invite everybody along for the ride, imperfections and all.

She can clean up nicely and sing the Great American Songbook with Tony Bennett when she chooses to, but this was not the evening for that. “I want your horror, I want your disease,” the singer born Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta sang. “I want your drama, the touch of your hand, I want your leather-studded kiss in the sand.”

At Hershey, the inclusive conviviality was enhanced by a wholesome setting, with popcorn and cotton candy vendors roaming the crowd.

Gaga’s leather-studded look appeared later in a biker-chic set piece that looked like an homage to “Justify My Love”-era Madonna, whose impact Gaga doesn’t try to hide.

Other notable looks included an enormous poofy gold gown designed by her sister, Natali Germanotta, worn during Chromatica’s “Free Woman.” And my personal favorite was t he Deadlotus Couture creation described as an “erotic beetle leotard,” accessorized with a horned headpiece that made her look like a futuristic pop star species of African antelope .

Gaga wore that outfit for a piano interlude, which included two songs from A Star Is Born , the 2018 film with Bradley Cooper that made her a movie star . The interlude allowed her to show out her powerful voice without her more-than-capable funk-pop band playing behind her and also use “Always Remember Us This Way” to frame a summer night in Hershey as a beautiful moment in time.

Along with “Born This Way,” which came a little earlier in the set, the solo piano section gave Gaga the chance to get intimate with the crowd and putting forth a love-yourself message of self-actualization.

“I see a lot of people who know exactly who they are,” she said. “And for those that don’t, you’ll figure it out.” She said that when people ask her “why I love the LGBTQ+ community so much, I say ‘I’ve always watched you lead the world with love.’”

Performing in the middle of a politically divided state, Gaga largely played it down the middle. “One thing I appreciate about this state is you don’t always agree,” she said. “And that’s OK. The world doesn’t (expletive) agree. But I know you all love people.”

Before “Angel Down,” the soft-focus ballad that was the only song performed from her 2016 country-tinged album Joanne , she addressed abortion rights in the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade . “This is for everyone who has to worry about their body,” she said. “I know you came to the concert to have fun. But some people will die during childbirth, and some people will get raped, and they can’t have those kids.”

The show was fast-paced, satisfyingly punchy, expertly staged, and action packed, but still lost momentum at times. Blame the schematic five-act structure. The video interludes that divided each section were never all that long, but still allowed the energy to dissipate while everyone waited to see what Gaga would do — and look like — next.

Little Monsters, rise — and get ready to dance. Lady Gaga announced Monday (March 7) that she is officially going on tour for her previously postponed expedition Lady Gaga Presents: The Chromatica Ball, which will see the 12-time Grammy winner embarking on a limited run of 14 performances in stadiums across the globe.

Originally scheduled for the summer after Gaga’s 2020 album Chromatica was released, the tour was postponed until the following year due to coronavirus concerns. It was subsequently put on hold again , with Gaga writing in statement at the time: “While some parts of the world are moving quickly to open up, others are not yet ready.”

Now, the time has come for the six original venues on the Chromatica Ball lineup — as well as for eight brand new locations around the world — to open their doors to Mama Monster’s fleet of dedicated fans. Kicking off July 17 in Düsseldorf and concluding Sept. 10 in Los Angeles, the trek will at last give Billboard 200 No.1 album Chromatica  its moment after waiting two years to be performed on tour.

Tickets for the newly added Chromatica Ball dates will go on sale Friday (March 11) in Arnhem and London, and on Monday (March 14) for all other additional venues via Ticketmaster. All previously purchased tickets for the rescheduled shows in Paris, London, Toronto, East Rutherford, Chicago and Boston are still valid for the new dates, with more seats on sale now.

One dollar from each ticket purchased will be donated to Born This Way Foundation, a non-profit founded by the  House of Gucci  star and her mother, Cynthia Germanotta, in 2012. The organization supports the mental health of young people and works with them to build a kinder and braver world, according to its website .

Quirky requests: Lady Gaga ordered several odd items for her rider while she was working on her Monster's Ball tour in 2011

All famous singers have their tour riders, the essentials they need to make life backstage that little bit easier.

And while by their very nature stars can be demanding, it appears Lady Gaga has one of the most bizarre riders yet.

The 26-year-old insists on a huge list of items to make her feel at home backstage.

These include ‘a mannequin with puffy pink pubic hair’ which she specifically requested while working on her epic two-and-a-half year Monster’s Ball tour.

‘Also she wanted a manquin with puffy pink public hair… Please send us some samples…,' wrote an assistant.

The papers were revealed in court documents during a six-hour deposition Gaga gave in a lawsuit by her former assistant Jennifer O’Neill, who is suing for over $300,000 in unpaid wages.

The emails reveal just how much effort venues were expected to make to ensure their star was happy.

In terms of ambiance, Gaga wanted her dressing room to be 'glam rock'.

The documents obtained by Celebuzz read: ‘Glam rock, Black, Silver statins dropped over walls Old Rock Posters from her favorite artists Bowie, Queen, Elton, Billy Joel, Billy Holiday Her favorite fan art that was kept on the road with us. '

It appears the artist likes to have a little fun too.

A bottle of Jameson Irish Whiskey was added to the list and she also asked for several bottles of good quality red and white wine. But next to that was a strange bid for ‘1 pack of long straws (must be extra long)’.

High importance: Gaga's tea requirements were listed as a top priority

Alongside the more unusual requests, many of Gaga's desires seem pedestrian.

Known for her obsession with tea, a look she has often incorporated into her costumes, the singer’s aide, Lisa Einhorn-Gilder from Streamline Records, is careful to note: ‘The coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, organic ginger and lemon grass tea, throat coat, & honey are very important.

Aside from choosing staples which will help keep her vocals sounding top notch, it appears the artist likes to have a little fun too.

But it seems that Gaga – whose real name is Stefani Germanotta – could be prone to making unusual demands that she often changes her mind about.

In the conversation, titled ‘Need a favour’, one worker writes: ‘My computer is acting up and I need to send studio in Boston a correct Rider. Below is what I have please tell me what she really wants and delete the rest.’

According to other emails submitted in the lawsuit from O’Neill, Gaga had spent almost $10,000 on online high-end clothing, designer luggage and eyeglasses.

The pop star also spent up to $150,000 to charter a round-trip from New York City to Poland.

According to the electronic exchanges she was browsing the Big Apple housing market for a $4 to $5 million apartment or brownstone in Tribeca, Soho or the Lower East Side in June 2010.

Lady Gaga announces rescheduled Chromatica Ball tour with extra dates added after it was postponed due to the pandemic

The highly-anticipated tour was initially announced in 2020 but was postponed due to coronavirus, teasing fans to wait until this summer to hear her album Chromatica live.

Pop icon Lady Gaga has released the dates for the summer tour of her Grammy-winning album Chromatica with new tickets going live from this Friday.

The tour kicks off on 17 July in the German city of Dusseldorf with the 14 other shows spread across 14 cities in Europe and North America, from Paris to London.

It will feature hits from her 2020 album.

Alongside the rescheduled dates, added shows include an extra London performance on 30 July at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Lady Gaga 's album Chromatica was released in May 2020 and features hit singles like Rain On Me with Ariana Grande.

Tickets for newly-added dates in London and Arnhem go on sale this Friday, with tickets for rescheduled shows in Paris, London, Toronto, East Rutherford, Chicago and Boston already live - previously purchased tickets remain valid.

Excitement for the tour follows disappointing news which fans faced in March 2020 when the tour was first announced and then postponed due to the COVID pandemic.

Lady Gaga posted on Twitter and Instagram, sharing updates about the rescheduled tour.

The tour will wrap up in Los Angeles on 10 September with the last show at the Dodger Stadium.

Lady Gaga is set to star opposite Joaquin Phoenix in Joker: Folie à Deux , Todd Phillips’ musical follow-up to his 2019 DC film.

The singer joins the sequel as Harley Quinn, and an audio preview of the star as the character has been unveiled.

“You can do anything you want… you’re Joker,” Gaga as Harley Quinn is heard saying in a TikTok video shared by the official movie’s account.

The preview was dropped the same day that the key art for the sequel film was released. The poster shows Phoenix’s Joker dipping Gaga’s Harley Quinn amid a dance.

The sequel’s cast also includes Catherine Keener, Brendan Gleeson and Zazie Beetz.

Joker: Folie à Deux is part of DC Elseworlds and is not part of the universe that Peter Safran and James Gunn have been building since taking the helm of DC Studios.

Gaga is taking on the role of Harley Quinn, which Margot Robbie portrayed in films like Suicide Squad (2016), Birds of Prey (2020), and The Suicide Squad (2021). Robbie was happy that the Harley Quinn character would continue to live on.

“It makes me so happy because I said from the very beginning, all I want is for Harley Quinn to be one of those characters, the way like Macbeth or Batman always gets passed from great actor to great actor,” Robbie told  MTV News  in 2022.

Robbie continued, “It’s such an honor to have built a foundation strong enough that Harley can now be one of those characters that other actors get to have a go at playing. I think she’ll do something incredible with it.”

Lady Gaga Becomes Joaquin Phoenix’s Partner-in-Insanity in ‘Joker: Folie à Deux’ Trailer

Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga are ready to embrace the madness (and fall in crazy love) in the new trailer for Joker: Folie à Deux , set to arrive in theaters on Oct. 4.

The two-minute trailer, which dropped Tuesday, opens with Phoenix’s Joker seeing Gaga’s Harley Quinn for the first time as he walks through the hallways of prison as a slowed, creepy version of Gene Wilder’s “Pure Imagination” plays.

“We use music to make us whole. To balance the fractures within ourselves,” a voiceover says as Phoenix and Gaga’s characters meet for the first time.

“I’m nobody. I haven’t done anything with my life like you have,” she says. The trailer then devolves to show Phoenix and Gaga holding hands, being chased in the streets, dancing at a party, and the duo performing onstage, as well as Gaga doing the Joker’s signature makeup.

The end of the trailer sees Gaga visiting Phoenix at Arkham Asylum as she draws a happy face on the glass separating them with her red lipstick. “I want to see the real you,” she tells him.

The trailer marks the first proper look at the long-awaited sequel to Todd Phillips’ anti-superhero origin film about the classic Batman villain . Along with Gaga and Phoenix , the film boasts a stacked supporting cast of Zazie Beetz (reprising her role from the original film), Brendan Gleeson, Catherine Keener, Steve Coogan, Jacob Lofland, Ken Leung, and Harry Lawtey.

During an appearance at Cinema Con , Phillips explained, “I like to say it’s a film where music is an essential element. To me, that doesn’t veer too far from the first film. Arthur’s weird and aloof and all these things, but he has music in him. He has a grace to him. That informed a lot of the dancing in the first film… It didn’t feel like that big of a step here. It’s different, but I think it’ll make sense when you see it.”

Joker was released in 2019 and quickly became a massive hit, grossing more than $1 billion at the global box office and picking up 11 Oscar nominations. It ended up winning two awards, Best Actor for Phoenix and Best Original Score for Guðnadóttir.

Supermodel-slash-actress Kate Upton is set to host “ Dress My Tour ,” a new reality competition series that has been ordered by Hulu. The ten-episode unscripted series will follow 11 fashion designers as they compete to create designs and style for music stars. The winner receives $100,000.

Season 1 contestants are Keiandrea Daniels, Veejay Floresca, Michael Shead, Rey Ortiz, McCauley Star, Afaf Seyam, Jess West, Todd Fisher, Julissa Peralta, Cierra Zacchaeus and Traviance Dunn.

Dr. Holly Carter developed the series, which is produced by her Relevé Entertainment along with All3Media America. Carter is exec producer, along with EP/showrunner LaNeé Griffin and EPs Keesha Brickhouse, Dean Houser and Tarvenia “T” Jones. Joe Guidry will serve as director.

Upton’s previous TV credits include serving as a guest judge on “Project Runway” and “RuPaul’s Drag Race.”
