Welcome to Hotel Rose in Stalos - Chania, located in Stalos, 7km west of the city of Chania and 4km from the village of Platanias. The Hotel is built by the seaside just by the blue sea and the sandy beaches. It consists of 24 rooms spread in two buildings, all of which are equipped with private bathroom, telephone, TV with DVD, refrigerator, music, wireless internet, A/C and balcony with direct access to the beach. Lovely sea or garden views are offered. Breakfast is available, lounge with TV, big pool, pool bar, playground, gym, billiard pool, are offered.

Very bad experience

I wanted to book a trip with this "nice" travel agency, I found the date,Hotel, place, everything, when I entered all my info and pressed the "book" button it says an error occurred you have to call the company... OK, I call the agency, they take all my details again, and the girl said I will get a confirmation e-mail very soon, which I didn't get until today... I tried to contact them by mail, no answer, tried to "chat online" they told me I have to call the sales people... My husband tried to call again and the same - "you will get a confirmation mail soon" , Of course nothing came. I already gave up, definitely will try another agency or even book the trip by myself. Very bad costumer service and not a pleasant experience at all.

The worst holiday ever

The worst holiday ever. Bravo Tours sells a product, that is so far from reality, that words fail. I went to Mallorca with my wife and son. My wife was food poisoned the first day on the trip and Bravo Tours wouldn't help us complain to the hotel. They only called a doctor, because of insurance issues. Otherwise they didn't act on our behalf at all. They lied about not being able to reach the manager of the hotel. Our son wanted to play on the playground, but it was in such a bad state, that it should have been closed. Broken things. Nails sticking out, holes and big cracks in the ground. Dirty pool. I complained about this and the staff at the hotel. I didn't feel like they took me seroius at all. On the contrary. They made me feel like I was causing trouble. Don't ever use Bravo Tours!!!

Broken company with no understanding of…

Broken company with no understanding of service. They don’t care about how their customers feel and how their vacation is. Charged twice for the holiday by mistake, didn’t apologise. Cancelled holiday so we had to find new dates - promised to help with a nice room but didn’t. No service or smile from guide. Ripped us off on a trip, over charged us and demanded money for a lunch we didn’t have. Threatened with police and missing flights if we didn’t pay the expensive price. Didn’t care about how we felt. So yeah... very expensive, no service and a “guide” that apparently was more busy with making money on the side. Asked for a receipt, but didn’t receive one - just a letter with a written explanation. Wonder if they pay taxes. Never learned which expensive restaurant we didn’t get our lunch from. A company to avoid.

My original trip to Azores was canceled…

My original trip to Azores was canceled do to Covid. So when Bravo Tours called to say this they informed me that if i will go to Crete instead i could order this trip right now in the phone. I asked if i could order this Crete trip cheaper myself. Bravo Tours say NO. Ok i ordered the trip, but afterwards i could fine the exact Crete trip online myself, but much cheaper (282 €). Bravo Tours sells NOT "last minute" trips, but only regular trips over the phone.

The worst attitude ever!!!

We are very sorry about this negative comment, but on our holiday we have had the worst time ever. We are a loving to travel but we will never use your services any more. The reasons that we are so disappointed from this holiday are the hotel and also the personal of Bravo Tours. The first thing what make really bad impression was the behaviour of the people that welcomed us on the airport of Almeria. The girls there clearly said to us : ''This is a holiday for danish people'' What exactly does that mean? The other people are not allowed to travel and use Bravo Tours. The second thing for the same day was when we arrived at the hotel, the guy from Bravo Tours just threw our keys without saying anything else, but with the danish people he was very polite. No one told us that we are going to have introduction meeting in the morning so we missed it. I know it was written on the back of the papers, but we were so tired from the trip so didn't have the energy to go through all the papers. Since than we did not got any attention from the guys and girls from Bravo Tours. When i was meeting one of them and trying to talk with them, they were simply ignoring me. The the reason is not because i don't speak danish, because 100% to work in Spain they use english. And this was not everything, the hotel was fine, but we were ignored again from the hotel employees, the food was awful, i had stomach problems during the whole stay. The food was old and not fresh. And last but not least on the airport to the way back we were not part of the travelling group. The girls were saying bye to every person, but not to us. We felt insignificant, offended and on a lover level. The last things what i want to write, actually ask: Are you a resists?

No Bravo - Great Shame: Lies, lies and then some more lies!

We were 4 people (3 adults, 2 elderly, one is 82) and 1 child travelling from Copehagen in Denmark to Azores. One day before I wanted to check up on all the covid rules etcetera so I called BravoTours. After waiting almost 40 minutes I got through and she 1) confirmed that we were flying directly with no stops as it said on our tickets, 2) that we were flying of as planned and 3) that there were no facemasks required at hotel and swimmingpool. When we came out in the airport the flight had been delayed an hour. Then we asked if there would be further delays and the answer was no. Some of the passengers said that their ticket said we were to land one more stop in Denmark before leaving for Azores. We did not understand this since our ticket said no stops - but directly to Azores. We asked an assistent at Bravo Tours and maybe she also was connected to the airlines Great Dane (which was I hope an ironic name since there were absolutely nothing great about them - nor danish) who also later checked us in at plane. She laughed and said no. Then we found out that was a lie. We stopped at Billund airport and sat there in almost two hours in a hot seat without having any beverages offered. Then later on we were told that they had to land in Portugal to get fuel. Here we sat in two hours and waited. Again in a hot seat. Very unconfortable. Especially for my old mother who is 82 and has two artificial hips. I mean: this was a terrible trip that took forever. We were ten hours on a trip that should have lasted five hours!!! Maddening. Five hours delay in a tiny plane only build for inflights and not international flights. It was either insanely hot on the plane while grounded or freezing cold when in the air. When we came to the hotel we discovered that we had to wear facemasks all the time and that we had to buy a hairmask if we wanted to use swimmingpool! Flight back. We were again over 2 hours delayed! What a bad way to use ones hard earned money and hollidaytime. Never Bravotours again. There were no bravo here. And Great Dane? Thats more a Great Shame or Great Scam!! Ticketnumber: 10304927.

NEVER again!

Bravo Tours may be a Danish travel company; the employees are definitely not Danish and cannot speak or understand Danish. The bus guide from the airport to the hotel had absolutely no Danish skills or information. The flight crew on all routes were TOTAL incomprehensible, especially their announcements via the speaker system. We (the airline passengers = Bravo Tours customers) looked at each other inconsiderate and asked if there was only one who could understand the information, but that was not the case! However, it should be fairly stated that the aircaptain on the route from La Palma to the stopover in Malaga could make himself understandable as he informed Bravo Tours customers of the reason for the delay and of the scheduled stopover. To great surprise, why customers did not get this information before boarding so that it had been possible to provide for this extended flight period. Precisely this extended flight period meant that several of Bravo Tours' customers asked the flight crew for water, but there was no more water on board the aircraft. Unbelievable, but true! It also wondered many of Bravo Tours customers why the wait had to be spent at the airport. Bravo Tours was excellently aware in the morning that the plane probably only had departure late at night. It had been a lot more enjoyable for Bravo Tours customers to spend the time at the hotel! Despite Bravo Tours' early acquaintance with the problem of returning home, they first informed their customers immediately before departure. I wonder - again! Provisioning on board the aircraft is a chapter for itself! Boarding on the plane at 21 and arrive in Billund at 07! 10 hours flight. Provisioning on the first part of the trip coffee and water. After the stopover in Malaga - nothing! Bravo Tours customers had the opportunity of provisioning at the airport if they had just been made aware of the information that was known to Bravo Tours. Finally, I would just like to mention that our stay at the hotel and the island was an extremely pleasant and wonderful experience. The hotel staff provided a great service quality. Their English skills include: excellent and the level of information is high. Unlike Bravo Tours. Google translate (-; 4/5-2019 - answer to Bravo Tours! Been there - done that. Was offered “compesation” of the amount of € 30 🤔. So much for the inconvenience. Keep the money an spend in to increase your called service.

The trip from hell

The trip from hell. You can see the previous reviews on the Bravo! return trip from Palma de Mallorca to Aalborg. We were driven from the hotel 08:30 last Saturday morning and we arrived in Aalborg 16:00 Sunday afternoon. There is such a long list of bad communication and coordination I don't know where to begin. In this day and age of super communication technology how can it be that over 50 people were not given proper and consistent information whilst in the departure area of the airport? Bravo Tours has our emai addresses and our mobile numbers but apparently not the common sense or will to use them. The group eventually got together at the airport exit to hear where were to be parked whilst waiting for our flight. We were told that the flight was delayed until 02:00 Sunday morning and that we were going to a hotel in the meantime. Fine! I thought, we will get a room so that we can relax, get at least some sleep. No such luck. We had to find a place in the hotel public areas as best we could. The worst though was the lack of communication. A little bit their a little bit here from our fellow passengers.Again, no sms or likewise from Bravo. They didn't even know (names) who was in the hotel or how many passengers. Eventually we get shipped to the airport at 23:00 and whoops, our boarding cards have destination Copenhagen, not Aalborg. Must be a joke! Right enough, the Captain explained that we are flying to Copenhagen. I've nothing against Copenhagen, it's just that the car is parked in Aalborg and I booked and paid for a return flight to f****** Aalborg! The Captain mentioned that we may be able to get a flight from wonderful Copenhagen to good old Aalborg. NO SUCH LUCK! On arrival at CPH we were told that we were being BUSSED from CPH to AAL. A 5 hour bus journey, the icing on the Bravo cake. WAIT FOR IT, THE FINALE....we landed at 04:30 in Copenhagen.....no bus! The bus had just left Aalborg to pick us up. A comedy? No, this is Bravo! Let's talk about expectations. I work in business, I know things don't always work out as planned and customers can be dissapointed, however it is reasonable to expect that a company' Management stand up and TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. By that I mean at the very least a proper apology from Bravo's Management, not just from their unfortunate operations staff who despite everytning do their best with what they are given to work with. Managers are well paid....a part of that is taking the flack. Where are you Bravo Management? No way to run a company. Alan

Mississippi cops who called themselves the Goon Squad had a group chat where they shared images of corpses and discussed how to humiliate and assault suspects.

In the private WhatsApp group that included their supervisor, Rankin County sheriff's deputies exchanged images of suspects and victims and joked about rape and Tasering people, as reported by The New York Times .

Six officers from the department have been sentenced to decades in prison on state and federal charges for torturing two Black men, Michael Jenkins and Eddie Parker, after bursting into a Mississippi home in January 2023.

At least nine of the officers are still employed at the Rankin County sheriff's office. Most of the cops in the chat have not been charged with any crimes or accused of any illegal behavior. They told the NYT their comments were jokes. 

The cops used the chat for years to discuss how to humiliate and brutalize suspects, goading each other to assault and shame addicts and people accused of crimes as well as to shock people in the genitals with Tasers.

In the private WhatsApp group that included their now convicted supervisor, Lt. Jeffrey Middleton, Rankin County sheriff's deputies joked about rape and Tasering people

The deputies had been calling themselves the moniker since at least 2019, and in 2020 discussed creating a commemorative token for themselves

The messages included racist comments about Mexicans and memes depicting women as sex objects. The deputies also talked about taking naked images of a woman they had arrested.

One cop shared a video of a deputy defecating on someone's bed. 

When they encountered someone who died by suicide, homicide or an accident, they shared images of the corpses and joked about having sex with them. 

In May of 2022, deputy Zachary Cotton shared a picture of a man's body decomposing in an impoverished neighborhood, prompting his colleague Hunter Cook to reply: 'That's hot.'

'Poke him with a stick,' added Lt. Jeffrey Middleton, the group's supervisor, now serving 17 years in prison.

The group once discussed a man arrested on suspicion of domestic violence, with Hunter Elrward asking: 'Did you Tase him in the face!?'

The group once discussed a man arrested on suspicion of domestic violence, with Hunter Elrward asking: 'Did you Tase him in the face!?'. In a mock execution gone awry, Elward shot Jenkins in the mouth, lacerating his tongue and breaking his jaw

Cook replied that had the area been more secluded, the suspect would have 'gotten more lovings.'

He told the NYT he was aggravated because the suspect was accused of child abuse, adding: 'I didn't do anything that was illegal or anything like that to him.'

When asked about the exchange, Cook, who is no longer in law enforcement, told the NYT: 'We see dead bodies all the time... That's kind of how we deal with stuff.'

Cook added that if he had known some of his colleagues were torturing people, he 'wouldn't have made jokes like that.'

Cotton, who still works at the department, said: 'It's not against the law. I didn't make any vulgar comments about it.'

In a November 2019 exchange, the cops suggested turning their job into a game: one point per every arrest. Deputy Cody Grogan then asked the group how many points he would get for shooting someone.

Lt Middleton replied: 'Depends if they die or not.'

Deputy Luke Stickman wrote: 'They'll die.'

'They die,' Grogan agreed.

Grogan, who does not work at the department anymore, told the the messages were jokes and 'People that know me know that's not going to happen. I'm not going to go out and shoot anybody.'

Prosecutors said the convicted corrupt cops used the WhatsApp chat to plan the 2023 raid where they tortured Jenkins and Parker.

Sheriff Bryan Bailey has claimed he did not know about the Goon Squad name or allegations of violence against his deputies. 

The deputies had been calling themselves the moniker since at least 2019, and in 2020 discussed creating a commemorative token for themselves.

Middleton suggested the coin feature images of a noose and a Confederate flag. 

The same year the group texted about what to do with a hit-and-run suspect, with Grogan offering a quote by the department's then-chief investigator Brett McAlpin, who prosecutors said was the squad's ring leader and is now in prison.

'Nothing scares a man like kidnapping him' — Brett McAlpin,' Gorgan wrote.

The cops then joked about killing the man and burying him in Grogan's home.

In another 2020 exchange, two deputies asked Middleton if they could beat a man suspected of exposing himself to women. 

'That's fine just justify it good in your report,' Lieutenant Middleton replied.

The six former officers who attacked Jenkins and Parker were sentenced in March to federal prison terms ranging from about 10 to 40 years.

District Judge Tom Lee called their actions 'egregious and despicable' as he gave sentences near the top of the federal guidelines to five of the six men.

The defendants include five former Rankin County sheriff's deputies — Brett McAlpin, 53; Elward, 31; Christian Dedmon, 29; Middleton, 46; and Opdyke, 28 — and a former police officer from the city of Richland, Joshua Hartfield, 32, who was off duty during the assault.

All six of the former officers pleaded guilty to state charges of conspiracy to hinder prosecution. They were sentenced on multiple counts ranging from five to 20 years. Elward admitted to aggravated assault, and was sentenced to 20 years alongside punishments for burglary and conspiracy.

The charges followed an Associated Press investigation in March 2023 that linked some of the officers to at least four violent encounters since 2019 that left two Black men dead.

The terror began on January 24, 2023, with a racist call for extrajudicial violence, according to federal prosecutors.

A white person phoned McAlpin and complained that two Black men were staying with a white woman at a house in Braxton, Mississippi. McAlpin told Dedmon, who texted 'The Goon Squad.'

Once inside, they handcuffed Jenkins and his friend Parker and poured milk, alcohol and chocolate syrup over their faces while mocking them with racial slurs. They forced them to strip naked and shower together to conceal the mess. They mocked the victims with racial slurs and assaulted them with sex objects.

In a mock execution gone awry, Elward shot Jenkins in the mouth, lacerating his tongue and breaking his jaw. The officers devised a coverup and agreed to plant drugs on Jenkins and Parker. False charges stood against the men for months.

Mistet mange penge

Hej , her er min historie som jeg syntes alle skal høre om ,Bravo turs er inde bagved, , jeg fylte rund fødselsdagen i år og ville give mine børn en rejse til Malorca, jeg bestilte d 21-6-23 , vi er 4 personer , skal rejse d 19-8- 23 (uge 34) Rejsen koster 22.426 ...6 dage efter bestilling kommer jeg galt afsted " jeg bliver opereret i begge arme og skal have begge arme i gips med vinkel på op til skuldre, så jeg sidder nærmest som en grønsag i flere uger og kan nærmest ikke noget som helst ... som tiden går kan jeg se vi ikke kan komme på vores ferie , der er træning og kontrol til november .... jeg bliver nød til at afbestille rejsen som er .29 dage inden afrejse. med det resultat at Bravo kun vil give 4486 kr ud af de 22.426 kr tilbage af rejsen . Af mit eget forsikring kunne jeg få 4347 kr af min egen billett.. altså jeg har mistet 13.500 kr .. det godt nok noget svineri af Bravo turs,, de sælger jo bare billetten videre og tjener de 17940 kr , jeg ved snart ikke hvad ord jeg skal sætte på , . de sølle og ynkeligt i min smag , syntes bare lige alle skal vide hvordan det er , det jo ikke fordi vi ikke gad eller syntes det var for varmt eller anden dum undskyldning.. men af ren tilskadekomst .

En superfin oplevelse, godt hotel Solar do Conde Azorerne eneste minus de må gerne ansætte en anden kok, ellers er der ingen kritik 👍👍👍

Bravo Tours som rejseselskab

Bravo Tours som rejseselskab Vi havde en skøn familieferie på Rhodos. MEN vi havde hjemmefra booket en Jeep safaritur med dem og betalt 2450 kr for vores familie på fem personer. Vi får et googlelink tilsendt vedr. mødested/Pickup. Denne følger vi men der er ingen at møde her. Vi ringer og får at vide mødestedet ligger et andet sted, som vi skynder os ned til. Nu er vi et nogle minutter forsinkede grundet fejlinfo fra guiden, og nu er de kørt uden os. Vi ringer undrende igen og de er nået 15 minutter væk (hvilket er underligt da vi kun er få minutter over mødetid) Da de kommer tilbage i en bil skal en af os køre med tre fremmede turister og de fire øvrige kan køre en Suzuki som holder på P-pladsen. Altså ingens Jeeps og en opdelt familie på en tur der varer hele dagen. Det var ikke oplyst nogen steder. Vi vælger at sige nej tak til turen - hele markedsføringen er for dårlig og vi har fået nok. Vi rækker ud til Bravo tours først guider på feriestedet for refusion, de kan og vil ikke hjælpe. Vi skriver dernæst til Bravo Tours da vi kommer hjem. Vi bliver her ringet op og får igen uprofessionel behandling af en person som tilsyneladende ikke engang har læst hele vores mail. Generelt er vores henvendelse ikke taget seriøst! De vælger at refundere halvdelen. Dårlig service! Vi vælger udenom Bravo Tours efter denne behandling og deres manglende evne til at tage ansvar.

Hej, Vi er kede af jeres oplevelse på ferien. Vores personale på rejsemålene forsøger dog altid at løse problemer på bedste vis. Ligeledes bestræber vores kundeservice sig altid på, at behandle alle reklamationer med stor respekt for gæstens oplevelse. Dårlig service.

Vi har rejst med Bravotours for første og sidste gang. Vi havde nogle yderst rimelige klagepunkter på vores tranfer fra lufthavnen, og på det hotel, vi var blevet tildelt. Da vi tager kontakt til guiderne på servicetelefonen på destinationen, taler vi med flere forskellige, hvor ingen tilsyneladende kommunikere indbyrdes, og hvor ingen rent faktisk er interesseret i at høre, hvad vi har oplevet, og hvad vi klager over. Vi bliver lovet et nyt hotel, men det ender med, at der går 2 dage, inden vi som sådan kan begynde vores ferie Vi må betale fuld merpris for dette hotel. Den nye transfer, får vi besked på, bureauet vil betale, hvilket en anden guide så efterfølgende trækker tilbage. Vi oplevede således ingen imødekommenhed fra guidernes side, end ikke en undskyldning for en yderst ringe transfer, hvor vi blev sat af på Lars Tyndskids Mark en sen nat, uden viden om, hvor vi skulle gå hen, Det pågældende hotel var nærmest mørklagt. Vi vil ikke anbefale andre at vælge dette rejseselskab. Tak for svar. Jeg har allerede oplyst mit billetnummer, men her kommer det så igen: Billetnummer: 10442589. Vi rejste til Rhodos d 6/8 fra Billund.

Zakynthos - Carette Island Hotel - værste nogensinde

Havde tidligere rejst med Bravo tours, hvor tingene var ok men ikke prangende Vi har rejse i Grækenland de sidste 30 år og vel ca 10 gange med all inclusive. Denne gang med all inclusive på Caretta Island Hotel, Zakynthos Vi har aldrig oplevet så dårlig en tur. Vi klagede til guiden men hun sad og gjorde grin med vores klagepunkter, dette var på destinationen Værelserne var beskidte og det ændrede sig ikke i hele ferien, selvom det var et klagepunkt. Maden er det dårligste vi nogensinde har fået i Grækenland, de sidste 3,5 dage på ferien spiste vi ikke på hotellet. Der var i beskrivelsen af hotellet ikke nævnt noget om underholdning, som foregik hver aften med høj musik og diskotek. Og sluttelig så fortyndede hotellet alle drikkevarer, selv spiritus kunne man drikke som saftevand. Vi var en familie på 5 voksne afsted, vi betalte næsten 50.000 for denne tur. Og da Bravo tours havde behandlet vores reklamation, såbliver vi ringet op af medarbejder der reelt grinte af vores klage, vi fik 3.000 kr retur. Mage til kundeservice skal man lede længe Bravo Tours er ligeglad, nå ja man kunne få 1000 kr mere, hvis man valgte gavekort. Vi kommer aldrig til at bruge Bravo Tours mere. Og hvis de skulle have en lille chance, så bør I behandle vores klage igen, og se nærmere på hvordan i gør det, og selv undersøge forholdene på destinationen istedet for bare at spørge jeres guider.

Dejligt voksenhotel

Dejligt voksenhotel, rent og pænt. Lækre værelser og poolområde. Skøn beliggenhed, tæt på stranden og by. Kan klart anbefales. Dejligt med kun danskere på hotellet. Dog var der ingen poolbar eller restaurant som skrevet i beskrivelsen og man skulle helt ned til stranden på datterhotellet for at finde den. Morgenmaden var ikke noget at råbe hurra for.

Super service før, under og efter ferien.

Vores første rejse med Bravo Tours som gik til Kreta var en bestemt en positiv oplevelse. Vi fik et kald før rejsen, hvor Bravo Tours ville høre om vi var klar og om vi havde spørgsmål. På destinationen blev vi taget godt imod i lufthavnen og fulgt til hotellet. Der hurtigt taget hånd om de problemer som opstod på hotellet og der blev fulgt op både under ferien og efter hjemkomst. Servicetelefonen, som bliver taget af guider på destinationen 24/7, er en supergod service, når der opstår problemer undervejs eller hvis man har spørgsmål. Stor tak for god service på stedet til Isabel og Julie og til Mette i service. Det er ikke sidste gang vi rejser med Bravo Tours.

Danmarks dårligste rejseselskab

vil du have en god rejse fra start til slut, så skal du ikke vælge Bravotours, aldrig har jeg oplevet så ringe service fra et rejsebureau, blev efterladt grundet overbooket fly!, som om det ikke var nok måtte vi selv finde en mulighed for hjemrejsen og kontakten til Bravotours efterfølgende, var der ingen hjælp at hente, nej det skal i selv gøre.... tak for det Bravo Tours - med jer noget af vejen Måske Peder Hornshøj skulle bruge sin energi andet steds!

En gennemført tryg oplevelse

Denne tur til Bulgarien golden sands har været både min første rejse jeg helt selv har booket og været afsted på helt alene. Supergod ferie med Bravo Tours

Supergod service da jeg bestilte rejsen. Behagelig rejse i flyet. Transporten til og fra hotellet fungerede perfekt. Godt hotel. All inclusive var god. Dejlig lejlighed med flot udsigt fra altanen. Vi (15 personer) havde alle en supergod ferie.

Meget positiv oplevelse at rejse med Bravo Tours

Giver Bravo Tours de bedste anbefalinger. Blev ringet op af en af deres guider inden afrejsen, hvad jeg aldrig har oplevet før. Fint hotel, spændende udflugter, guiderne var virkelig søde og hjælpsomme. Fremhæves skal også informationsmaterialet på hotellerne - her kunne der findes alle de oplysninger, der kunne blive brug for. Da vi skulle flyve hjem, blev jeg ramt af et absurd og sort uheld. Der afgik to forskellige fly til København næsten samtidigt, og jeg fik stillet mig i den forkerte kø, hvad jeg først fandt ud af, da det var for sent. Hermed var jeg i princippet strandet, for samtlige fly til Danmark samme dag og dagen efter var fuldt bookede. Jeg kontaktede Bravo Tours for at høre, om de kunne hjælpe med overnatning 2 nætter mere, og de var meget forstående og hjælpsomme - hjalp både med dette og med flybillet. Er nu kommet hjem i god behold og er både mange oplevelser og en erfaring rigere. Rejser højst sandsynligt med Bravo Tours igen i 2024.
