Lost my earbuds and footwear

Worst Travel Service

Used Sugama travels services for travelling from Gajendragada to Bangalore. Had a worst experience with them. Drivers and helpers use the unbooked seats for their own profit with lesser amount which will effect to frequent and unnecessary stops. These travellers are poorly planned and unprofessional...they stop at some useless place where you can't find the ladies toilet. Driver/helper were rude to most of the passengers.They rushed for everything and did not allow us to sleep. I want this review to bee sen by Suguma Travellers and take the necessary actions on them.

Vehicle Number:PY 01 CF 1987(From Bangalore to Banavasi) Date 1 nov 2019. Sleeping beds are with full of dust. Un imaginable. Anyone travel may fall sick with in one day.. It is un bearable.. No one is picking customer care number. Such a worst experience.

Used Sugama tourist services for package tour of Tirupati from Bangalore with my wife and my 3 yr old kid. Had a below average experience with them. It took 2.5 hours just to get out of bangalore because of their frequent and unnecessary stops. Trip is poorly planned...they served breakfast and lunch at same place which was just average. Driver/helper were rude to most of the passengers.They rushed for everything and did not allow for any sight seeing in Tirumala. They brought us to Bangalore by 6.30 pm almost 3 hours earlier than planned.

Travelled in Sugama tourist for a package tour to Tirumala. Sugama has a tie up with Andhra Pradesh tourism for quick darshan. The only good thing about the entire package was the bus, which was neatly maintained. They stop at a nondescript hotel/lodge for your morning cores, The hotel is neither maintained or hygienic, I wonder how a state tourism department could be so callous and allow the tourist operators to choose such places. The attached bath room was so big that either you trip into the commode or stand on one leg while taking bath !!! The food was pathetic, cold, the worst part here is, the hotel is located in such a place, that you have no other option but to eat at this hotel restaurant. They entire package cost is decent enough to provide good and hygienic facilities. Andhra tourism should look at this seriously.

This is second time i am travelling with this bus from gulbarga to bangalore, unfortunately taken due to personal emergency. But both the times bus had some breakdown. These buses can't run more than 10hrs after 10hrs there will be some breakdown have engine problem or any other issues.

Please dont book this bus for journey more than 6hrs.As it never reaches on time

I was travelling from Udupi to bangalore in sugama on 13-1-24..they had given an old bus and bus is full of dirty and untidy..arrogant driver and cleaner. They bus never reaches on time..route number 7.pls avoid this worst travels

Bad timings

He supposed to be there At 10.45

11.10 passed but the thing is passanger should sick to the dengue (mosquito are biting)

From Bangalore to Gulbarga suppose to reach by 12 hours but taken 14 hours and gives more stops, there no stop given to have food but also taken time 14 hours, waste of money and time.

Almost more than 6 hr bus stoped because of machine problem in Bagalkot even thay are not ready provide another vehicle one side price1500 date of journey 9-04-2023

Trip arrangements are excellent.But avoid taking the multi axle Volvo sleeper package as to your surprise the bus will be a Leyland old vehicle from stable modified with vibrations

We(3), Members booked tickets from manglore to Mysore in sugama travels. We got confused about boarding point. We went to the office which is In bunts hostel road, the people who are in the office not talking politely, they are arguing without common sense to the customers.

Owner of sugama travels should take care of this otherwise you will lose your costumers. Ultimately the owner will get bad name because of these irresponsible employes.

Hi guys, this is my personal experience and i request you guys to be careful while traveling on suguma bus. The driver nandish and other driver were very rude to me and to my mom. They didn't even give respect for ladies and started yelling for telling them drive carefully. The bus tire got punctured at midnight and the worst experience with suguma drivers. I strongly recommend everyone that not to travel in suguma bus. They don't have basic manners to talk to the ladies. The traveling date 10-02-2023 at 10:10pm.

I reached 1hr earlyr to there bording place but they don't have any customer lonch in Bangalore yard

Plz avoid last bus to kalaburagi from Bangalore.

Never book sugama bus. Rough drivers . No proper pick up. Not clean. They never understand the problem of the coustomer

Service is always good my 8 years of sugama journey experience for the first time.. Actual I was booked Ron to Bangalore bus route number 71, but that route cancelled without single information... After adjusted another route bus route no 17. If cancelled trip pls inform before 2-3hrs.

Then Ron Bangalore route no.17 via Laxmeshwar Savanur road is very worst if possible please change route via Mundaragi road is good.

Sugama tourist bus KA 51 B 5269 we travelled from mangalore to Bangalore they sold us seat u18 for 950 we booked via redbus. Just to inform u18 is not a seat

Its the last buss upper berth on which no grown person can sleep.on calling the operator said go to consumer court we will not refund.sugama worst tour operators shitty third class buses.

Very worst experience ... bus dint picked me only ... they left me and went and when we called to head office they talked very rude n disconnected the call ...

Two tickets booked

One on 28th May 2022 - MSS travels and the other on 29th Sugama.

The distance is longer from Madurai to Bangalore than Bangalore to Vitla

MSS was AC and Sugama was NON AC. Yet the prices were almost same.

What a luxury we find in MSS I did not find 1/3 rd of it in Sugama. The window was not opening not only for me but also for most of the passengers. Once we are struggling to open it and when we want to close the window again we have to struggle. Technically what you have eaten is digested easily.

The bed spread is a disaster in its looks by itself says it is from 1947 era . No water bottle. No blankets in a sleeper. Room lights physically present but the bulbs are fused..thankfully only the charger worked.

The driver and the support staff were kind enough to assist in opening and closing the windows and they had a smile on their face to throw our anger away.

I ever never travelled in such a worst bus , the seats are ripped off , crossed , no water bottles stand and mainly no arm rest .

Semi sleeper seats are worst than KSRTC bus.
