Die Tour der 5 Sinne ist ein interaktives Erlebnis, welches die Besucherinnen und Besucher auf eine Reise in die Welt der Sinneswahrnehmung mitnimmt. An verschiedenen Stationen können die Gäste somit ihre Sinne auf spielerische und informative Weise entdecken, prüfen und erleben. Jede Station ist einem der fünf Sinne gewidmet und bietet dabei einzigartige Erfahrungen. Wie beeinflusst die Optik oder der Geruch eigentlich unseren Geschmack? Wie wirken unterschiedliche Aromen zusammen? Diesen und weiteren spannenden Fragen gehen die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer der Tour der 5 Sinne näher auf den Grund. Hierbei können verschiedene Dr. Oetker Produkte probiert und Geschmacksknospen auf die Probe gestellt werden. Dabei werden die Teilnehmenden nicht allein gelassen: Neben dem Team der Dr. Oetker Welt steht auch eine Mitarbeiterin der Dr. Oetker Sensorik mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Abteilung Sensorik beschäftigt sich mehr oder weniger täglich mit den menschlichen Sinnen.

Dr. Oetker Welt is a museum that is very informative about the Oetker company. I went on a group tour with my classmates, and at the end of the tour, we got Oetker cake and our choice of coffee or tea. There are both hands-on displays and videos throughout the museum, which makes it an interactive attraction.

Pizza Ristorante
Our best-selling product is the “Pizza Ristorante” available in over 50 countries and in more than 40 different varieties - we even offer halal-certified, vegan, and gluten-free options.
La Mia Pinsa
Since 2021, a new specialty has featured on the frozen food aisles: “La Mia Pinsa.” Made from three different types of flour and sourdough, the Pinsa is available in vegetarian, vegan, and meat varieties.
The Good Baker
“The Good Baker” is making pizza even better! In the Netherlands, the UK, Spain, Portugal, and Switzerland, five varieties provide the ultimate pizza experience focusing on sustainability and nutritional values. The Good Baker’s exclusively vegetarian and vegan products were awarded the Nutri-Score A or B.

Whether you are baking your own cake for a special occasion, whipping one up with a cake mix, or simply buying a ready-made cake and decorating it yourself, Dr. Oetker offers cake lovers worldwide a wide range of baking and decorating products with regional variations.
Baking ingredients
It all started back in 1891 with our baking powder Backin. Today, the range offers a huge variety of traditional baking ingredients worldwide, including vanilla sugar, yeast, flavors, baking cocoa, cake creams, and more.
Decorations
With more than 100 decorative items, you can decorate pastries of all kinds to your heart’s content. Our range includes chocolate decorations, sprinkles, edible colors, sugar fonts, glazes, couverture, and icing.
Baking mixes
Dr. Oetker offers a wide variety of baking mixes, ranging from small pastries and classic cakes to elaborate specialty cakes. Many national specialties or seasonal cakes are also available as baking mixes and vegan or gluten-free options.
Ready-made cakes
Whether you prefer a classic box cake or a small treat from the " My Sweet Table" brand, ready-made waffles, or even frozen mini cakes from " My Sweet Deli" – our global range of ready-to-enjoy cakes is constantly expanding.
From pudding to fruit cream or mousse au chocolat, Dr. Oetker has the perfect dessert for every occasion - ready-made in the refrigerated section or to make from scratch.
Classic desserts
Our classic dessert, the “Original Pudding” is more than 125 years old. A lot has happened since then: It’s hard to imagine dessert shelves without classic favorites like vanilla flavor and chocolate, as well as whipped cream and almond. Nowadays, people in 21 countries are indulging in this classic.
Through “LoVE It!” the chilled dessert series, we are addressing the growing desire for plant-based nutrition across eight markets. These fresh desserts are among others made with almonds, cane sugar, and coconut oil.
High Protein Pudding
Our “High Protein Pudding” has been available in the refrigerated section since 2020. High in protein, low in fat, and delicious, this fresh dessert contains no added sugar* and now comes in four flavors, making it the perfect addition to a high-protein diet. *Contains sugar by nature
Our other product ranges also include “Vitalis Müsli” , which is now available in over 30 different varieties, guaranteeing the right fit for every muesli lover – from extra crunchy to fruity or chocolatey. For those looking for less added sugar: The Vitalis "less sweet" variety with 30 percent less sugar.
Savoury snacks
Internationally there are various other products, like sandwich spreads and pizza sauces in India, and ready-made meals and pre-made pizza sauces in South Africa. We have expanded our portfolio by acquiring other companies in each market and adapting to typical national products and regional tastes.
At Dr. Oetker, the focus is on the consumer - this is also demonstrated by the in-house sensory department in Bielefeld. Over 4,500 people are registered as test eaters. In daily tastings, they give their opinion on new or existing products. Only products that convince in the test meal make it to the supermarket shelf or the freezer. The Dr. Oetker Welt is great! Admission is relativily inexpensive but you have to reserve well in advance since each tour has only a limited number of participants. The family/company museum is well organized, professional and very informative. Pudding samples and the snack at the end of the tour are very delicious!
