Zayn is back with new music, but is he heading on tour too? Here's what we know.

Zayn Malik fans are keen to know when he's heading on tour after releasing brand new music this summer.

It's thought Zayn is working on a new album, which would be his fourth record since leaving One Direction , so naturally fans are expecting news on a tour to follow.

Is Zayn going on tour?

Zayn hasn't officially confirmed whether he's going on tour just yet, but in a soundbite that's recently surfaced on Twitter of Zayn chatting to his fans he says he 'has plans to come to Portugal, hopefully soon. Maybe'

"Hi everybody, I'm going to come everywhere. To Mexico too," he adds.

When was Zayn's last tour?

Zayn hasn't toured as a soloist just yet, so his last tour was the 'On The Road Again' tour, when he was part of One Direction. He pulled out of the 2015 gig and days later announced his departure from the band.

His final performance with the group was in Hong Kong on 18th March 2015.

The following year, the rest of the group went their separate ways too.

While chatting to fans on Stationhead, Zayn said he plans to tour, but is yet to officially announce anything.

He said he hopes to have an update for fans after the release of his fourth album.

"Tonight I'm getting in the studio, refining things, getting things together," he said. "And then hopefully I'll have some tour dates for you after I drop my album. I think it's about time. I don't know about you guys but I'm f*****g ready."

Zayn Malik fans have been waiting a long time to see him perform live on tour. After years of being open about how his anxiety has prevented him from taking the stage, the singer just dropped the major news that he finally feels ready — and we’re totally freaking out!

“I [cannot] wait to get on stage,” Zayn wrote on Twitter on Saturday, Jan. 5, 2019. “Mans got tunes that bang for days! Haha feelin’ ready.” SCREAMING.

This is big news for us Zayn stans since as J-14 readers know, the 25-year-old has canceled numerous concerts due to his anxiety . Back in June of 2018 for example, the former One Direction member pulled out of his performance at Capital FM’s Summertime Ball, just hours before he was set to take the stage.

“Unfortunately, my anxiety that has haunted me throughout the last few months around live performances has gotten the better of me,” the “Pillowtalk” singer wrote in an apology at the time. “With the magnitude of the event, I have suffered the worst anxiety of my career.”

“I cannot apologize enough,” he continued. “I know those who suffer anxiety will understand and I hope those who don’t can empathize with my situation.”

Then, just three months later, the singer canceled another show. This time, it was supposed to take place in Dubai. “I’ve been working over the last three months to overcome my extreme anxiety around major live solo performances,” he said . “I feel I am making progress but I have today acknowledged that I do not feel sufficiently confident to move forward with the planned show in Dubai in October.”

So yeah, we’ve all definitely been waiting a long time for this moment, so naturally, Twitter has gone wild. “We’ve been waiting so long for a tour from you my coins are ready whenever you are,” one fan wrote , and it’s honestly a mood. LOL. Another added , “I’m so proud of you Zayn, we stan a king.”

Zayn Malik has piled up a stock of snacks for a road trip ahead of his London concert on May 17, 2024!

The Dusk Till Dawn singer made a huge career move the first-time ever after years of crippling anxiety via a social media post, leaving fans excited.

Turning to his Instagram stories on Friday, the One Direction alum dropped a photo of all the eatables he purchased ranging from boxes of crisps to juice bottles. 

“Road trip,” Zayn captioned his post.

Zayn Malik is looking forward to serenading the audience with some super hit tracks at his highly anticipated world tour.

For the unversed, Zayn Malik is an avid social media user, who often documents tidbits from his musical endeavors and memories with daughter Khai.

Zayn, who is a doting daddy to his one and only child, called it quits for good with his supermodel girlfriend Gigi Hadid in October 2021.

The Night changes crooner has ever since his breakup been focusing on his career and co-parenting Khai.

Previously, Zayn Malik made waves in Pakistan with the song Tu Hai Kahan where he showed off his Urdu language skills to perfection.

'New York Undercover' cast to reunite on national tour, stars talk trailblazing '90s cop drama

The cast of the classic 1990s procedural "New York Undercover" is hitting the road for the show's 30th anniversary.

The national tour will feature a reunited cast that includes Malik Yoba , Luna Lauren Velez and Michael DeLorenzo. The trio revealed the news on Monday's episode of The Tamron Hall Show .

"Audiences (have) never had a chance to have this experience with us so we intend to go on the road as (a) cast," Yoba, 56, told host Tamron Hall . "We're going to hit markets across America. We're working with artists that have performed on the show."

"New York Undercover" aired on Fox from 1994 to 1999 and followed detectives J.C. Williams (Yoba), Eddie Torres (DeLorenzo) and Nina Moreno (Velez) in one of the first police dramas to cast actors of color in leading roles.

"We understood the assignment," Yoba said. "The assignment was to push the culture forward in the most authentic way possible."

The group noted that Tamron Hall was their first time doing a daytime interview as a cast, highlighting the lack of promotion the show received. "Despite the fact we were No. 1 in Black and Latino households, at the time, it wasn't regarded as mainstream fare," Yoba continued.

"One of the best things we accomplished was the relationships," added DeLorenzo, 64. "We weren't a typical cop show."

The trio noted the iconic music and guest stars on the series, including Stevie Wonder, B.B. King, Celia Cruz, The Notorious B.I.G., Al Green, Aaliyah, D'Angelo, SWV, Ziggy and Damian Marley, and more.

Created by Kevin Arkadie and Dick Wolf — the latter of " Law & Order " fame — the series also starred Patti D'Arbanville, George Gore II, Fatima Faloye and Lee Wong. The series was nominated for several NAACP Image Awards, including two wins for Yoba in his role.

Velez, 59, and Yoba previously reunited for a "New York Undercover" TV film in 2019, produced by Wolf and Ben Watkins.

In 2018, The Hollywood Reporter and Deadline reported that ABC had ordered a pilot for a "New York Undercover" reboot, written and produced by Watkins and Wolf. Deadline later reported that the pilot was still being shopped in 2020, with Peacock said to be in negotiations to pick up the series and "The Chi" showrunner Ayanna Floyd Davis attached.

Magic 'Betting Favorite' for Kings SG Malik Monk?

ORLANDO — It doesn't take much to figure out what the Orlando Magic need to improve on if they're going to make a deep playoff run next season.

An Orlando defense that was fourth in points allowed per game (108.4) and second in defensive rating (111.3) was weighed down by an inconsistent offense. They were 24th in points per game (110.5), 24th in percentage of 3-pointers made (35.2), 29th in 3-point attempts per game (31.3) and last in 3-pointers made per game (11).

The Magic's offensive woes were exploited even more in their 4-3 series loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers in the first round of the Eastern Conference Playoffs, as they failed to score over 100 points in three of their losses. With Orlando's need to add shooting, one possible option to answer its woes is Sacramento Kings guard Malik Monk.

Locked On Kings host Matt George named the Magic as a potential option for the Kings guard and said they should be the betting favorite if they're willing to reach his desired number in free agency.

"The Orlando Magic should be the betting favorite to sign Malik Monk," George writes . "It all depends on how deep into the wallet they are willing to go. To me, the Magic (pun intended) number is $22M. I don't see how Monk could turn that amount plus the role/team down."

Monk, who finished second for the sixth-man of the year award, averaged a career-high 15.4 points, 5.1 assists and 2.9 rebounds per game before a sprained MCL cut his season short. He also shot 35 percent from 3 last season and is a 35.5 percent 3-point shooter for his career.

Monk's ability to score and pass could add another dimension to the Magic's backcourt that they currently lack with Gary Harris and Markelle Fultz, though both are also pending free agents. Orlando could also potentially represent a chance for Monk to become a starter again.

At 25 years old, Monk would also fit the timeline well alongside Paolo Banchero, Franz Wagner and Jalen Suggs. If he fits what the Magic are looking for and they're willing to meet his price, and Monk is willing to leave the Kings to join a budding contender, then a deal would make plenty of sense for both sides.
