No problems with my purchase and I was glad I was informed about the new COVID requirements to make this trip

Nice overview of Munich's main attractions. It seemed like we sped by the sites too quickly. I would have liked the bus to just stop for a few minutes at each site to take some pictures without getting off and not having to spend a half hour to visit the site and waiting for the next bus. Many of the sites didn't need even a half hour.
very well organised , timely servise , as mentioned in the time table.

Perfect way to see Neuschwanstein Castle
Best way to see Neuschwanstein Castle, Linderhof Palace and Oberammergau. We had Susan as our tour guide, what an interesting, bubbly, full of life person this lady is. So much fun, she knows the history of the castles and the town very well. And we had fun with her on the tour. I will recommend this tour to anybody who wants to see the castles and Oberammergau. It is very easy and relaxed, the buses are air conditioned and well equipped. And the staff are friendly.
Dear RoneldaV1, We are very pleased that you were satisfied with our royal castles sightseeing tour. If you ever have any additional feedback please let us know. Thank you for rating the tour! We will forward your kind words to Susan Kind regards, Gray Line Sightseeing Munich
Opened a new (old) world to us. We were amazed. We were fortunate to be in Rothenburg for the Christmas Market, our first ever. We are from South Africa, and this was one of the highlights of our holiday.
Dear SA201812, We are very pleased that you were satisfied with our Rothenburg tour. If you ever have any additional feedback please let us know. Thank you for rating the tour! Kind regards, Gray Line Sightseeing Munich
There were a lot of points of this tour that made it only OK. First off it was very disorganized to get started but, no worries, eventually someone showed up to shout orders at us to move the line to the side -- shouted in German of course. Tour was in German with a fairly poor English option. Tour guides didn't seem like they wanted to be there anyway. Riding the bus in the congested, small streets of Munich was frustrating -- feels like we spent more time at a stand-still. But we used it as a means to an end to get out to the BMW HQ and English Gardens but we decided we'd rather walk back than get back on these buses.
Dear Greg S, Unfortunatly you were satisfied with our Hop-On Hop-Off tour. If you ever have any additional feedback please let us know. We hope to convince you another time. Kind regards, Gray Line Sightseeing Munich
Tour guide talked a large amount even sometimes it would’ve been nice if there would’ve been a break while riding on the bus-although she was very knowledgeable and friendly. Linderhof was under construction upon arrival and it seem to catch our guide off guard. It would’ve been nice if we would’ve been given advance notice so we can determine if we actually wanted to stick with that day or not. Overall transportation and arrangements for the tours were acceptable and of adequate value. BTW- Don’t be late-the bus departed three minutes prior to the scheduled time.
Dear Aaa122dse, We are very pleased that you were satisfied with our royal castles sightseeing tour. If you ever have any additional feedback please let us know. Thank you for rating the tour! Kind regards, Gray Line Sightseeing Munich
We took the train from Munich to Füssen, then the bus to the Neuschwanstein Castle. The train ride was two hours, the bus took approximately 15 minutes, then the horse carriage to the base of the castle, walked another ten minutes to the castle. The view of the surrounding area from the Marienbruke foot bridge is truly breathtaking. We stopped by the town of Füssen, which we dined and shopped for additional three hours. Instead of going with the group, we were on our own schedules; we purchased the train/bus tickets with DB and pre-booked the Castle tour tickets and everything worked out great. We took the 1805 hrs train back to Munich and had a wonderful dinner before heading back to our hotel at Sofitel Bayerpost.
We flew into munich stayed two days. I didn’t find it much different than any other metropolitan city. Rothenburg was a highlight of the two week travel we did. We took the trains from country to country, bus subway or taxi but our feet were are best mode of transportation. Pack light you will only need 1/2 of what you want to take. We never checked a bag. Highly recommend this beautiful place full of history.
Dear SusanH3837, We are very pleased that you were satisfied with our Rothenburg tour. If you ever have any additional feedback please let us know. Thank you for rating the tour! Kind regards, Gray Line Sightseeing Munich
