Cassidy travel make everything so easy. 3 ladies in particular made my last 3 bookings an absolute pleasure. Hannah, Ciarra and Rebecca in Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre. Good humoured, seriously helpful, nothing a problem and offered many options. Wouldn’t use anybody else.

Had to deal with different agents and…

Had to deal with different agents and none of the three were aware of visa charges in Japan ( April 2024)until l told them. Two of them couldn't find my correct booking on the computer. It was all time consuming and l feel l know very little about my trip. Nobody went through it with me nor luggage requirements, as these appear to have changed too. I normally book with travel department on line with no hassel. Would go back to them again.

We booked our trip with Amanda in the tallaght branch, Amanda was amazing and very helpful, she had a lot of knowledge and confidently answered all our questions and showed us a lot of patience while we were choosing. Amanda also really helped us stay within our budget while showing us great options. Amanda was also very helpful in follow up emails and questions we had. Would always recommend Cassidy travel!

A great experience…

There was no long queue as there was enough staff. I was in a hurry so this was important to me. The staff were knowledgeable and took time to get me the best option within my budget. It wasn’t rushed and she gave me her time to talk about what I wanted. What made this a GREAT experience was the staff member who was very pleasant.
