Truly disappointing!!! Very rude person now and truly a scam!!!! Prior to booking this excursion, I read everything included. It gave an overview that states maximum time in Miami with a city tour double Dekker bus, travel with ease between Miami neighborhoods and see Little Havana, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and more. That alone attracted me to this tour under the what to expect it, says Miami Beach Miami, Brickell, City center, Lincoln Rd., Little Havana, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens. Once I booked it as well as in the description under meeting and pick up, it gave an address of 305 Lincoln Rd. this address is a building that has a sign that indicates they're under construction with no construction going on in a looked like a perfectly set up establishment just missing chairs for the clients to sit. Also, it says the endpoint of the activity ends back at the meeting point this here was clearly a lie as our endpoint did not take us back to the meeting point and I was forced to take an Uber back to my hotel. When I arrive to the new address which was 385 Lincoln Rd. it was a limited small called the luggage office and booking tours with several employees who barely spoke English and were very rude when I asked for details of the tour. Once we arrived at 305 Lincoln Road. There were several signs indicating to call in number if you had an appointment contacted the number and the Lady indicated there was a driver with a shuttle in a that would bring us over. The two gentlemen in the shirts of your travel company told me I needed to walk over there and left and the shuttle bus. She had to send those gentlemen back over to pick us up. Once on the shuttle, they are signs posted that tips are a must stating five dollars is appreciated. Why would I tip when you provided horrible customer service in the first place? Once we arrive to the starting point , there was no indication on what bus to take as two buses showed up, and each tour was given a sticker color-coded to what they were taking. The tour did not follow what was expected as offered the tour went over to the design district, the. Wynhood, Little Havana, through a small two block radius of downtown, and stopped at Bayside. Length of tour was 2 hours approximately, once we arrived at Bayside, I asked why the bus was not Raleigh us back to start point as indicated and the rude tour guide started speaking Spanish and walked off. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD NEVER USE THOSE CORRUPT CROOKS AGAIN. I'm going to reach out to the BBB as well!!!

I'd give it 0 if i could ! Just felt the need to warn people about Miami - STAY AWAY . fair warning Miami is bad the " locals" are rude, pushy, arrogant. My wife was physically pushed to the ground off the trolley by some asshole locals! She is lucky she didn't break anything, she is bruised. It is supose to be a free tourist trolly NOT a Locals bus . We paid $38/day " resort fee and a tourist tax for this so called free trolley, the local pile on for free like they own it! They came up to North America and took over Miami, they don't learn english and treat real American like we're outsiders! Even the drivers were rude ti white people, would not answer our questions. will not return anytime soon if at all! I want my money back!

This is being generous. Garbage costumer service. Only want cash to RIP you off, we do not recomend this company. bad Customer service, left us and various customers stranded with out whiling to solve or communicate our concern to return us back to our hotel as previously agreed upon. We were left stranded at and left to find our way to the hotel. IRS best bussiness will be informed.

This place sucks. Only want cash till you walk away. All of a sudden, they can take cards. Bus left us at second stop. Called company, spent two hours waiting. Finally called Uber. There in one minute. Called company, manager argued vociferously with me. Said she would refund money and did but told me "we don't need your money". So be it. Cancelled trip for tomorrow. Avoid these lechers. Rude customer service and terrible service period.

Unbelievably rude customer service! I personally called Viator tours twice the night before to make Sure they could pick us up at our hotel as it stated online. We both clearly went over the name of the hotel as well as the address. The person I spoke with guaranteed me that after I paid and booked it there would be a place to fill in our hotel and address. That never happened so I called back again. I was reassured not to worry that they would be there at 9 AM the next day. At 9:15 I called the local number listed on the eTicket. Clearly their mistake! After about 45 minutes they wanted to know what we wanted to do; book for the next day or get a refund. We did rebook for the next day and then realized that there would not be enough Time. Another 45 minutes on the phone for a second supervisor to OK A refund. I received a scathing email accusing me of trying to get twice my money back, insisting it was my mistake that I should've called them a third time to verify my online booking! She went on to complain about losing money etc. Somebody needs to attend the school of Miss Manners. The reason they lose money is their own dysfunction and customer service.
