Enjoy a leisurely cruise and informative narration by our captain along florida’s beautiful inland waters aboard the starlite majesty of clearwater. sightseeing on one of the outer decks or luncheon service in our climatically controlled dining areas will make this a cruise to remember. when you arrive at the boat you will be offered a table inside should you choose to purchase the optional lunch service. this would be paid for in the same way you would in any other restaurant. should you choose just to cruise you can relax on the outside deck.

Please Note

• Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure.
• Florida casual attire is recommended
• Children 2 and younger are free of charge, but must be on the booking due to Coast Guard regulations.
• For special dietary needs, please speak to your server as most needs can be accommodated.
• None of our vessels have elevators. Access to the upper decks on all vessels are by stairs only.
• PARKING. The City of Clearwater operates a pay per plate parking lot at the Clearwater Beach Marina with parking paid by the hour at parking kiosks in the lot or with the ParkMobile App at the rate of $1 per hour. Parking spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis for marina activity patrons only. Parking is enforced in the marina lot from 6am - 11pm daily. For daytime cruises and those parking before 6pm, kiosks are programed to only allow guests to purchase a maximum of 30 minutes. Park and pay for up to 30 minutes at a parking kiosk. Check-in at your cruise and get a daily access code. Once you have the access code, return to the parking kiosk and enter the access code. The access code will allow you to purchase enough time for your cruise. The access code is restricted to one time use per day.

Restrictions

• No shows and late arrivals will not receive a refund or reschedule.
• StarLite Cruises sail rain or shine. In the case of severe weather conditions or upon the direction of the U.S. Coast Guard, the boat will remain dockside, but provide the full dining service. In the event that the cruise has to cancel, a full refund of the ticket price purchased will be issued.
• Smoking, vaporing and e-cigarettes are allowed on the outside decks only. Please dispose of all refuse in proper receptacles. Do not throw anything into the water.
• No pets allowed on the cruise.
• Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to cruise departure.
• On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays the boat departs at 12pm.
• On Sundays the boat departs at 12:30pm.

You can't always guarantee there will be dolphins at all, so we were okay with that, even though we would have liked to see more, of course. That is not in their control. But the boat ride, in itself, was worth the price, in my opinion. I took my 8-year-old grandson, as a birthday present for him, and he was thrilled. We got literally soaked by the sea spray, because it was windy, so be prepared for that possibility. It was a nice day on the water, and Captain Pat and his first mate, Doug, kept the narrative lively and played music as well. All in all, a good trip for the price and we highly recommend. The buffet had options for all to eat plenty and we had some very picky eaters. Had to mix the drinks because, at first, we thought it was all alcohol. Bartender poured the hefty shot right on top the punch. We were not complaining. lol After eating, we went to the top deck and danced a little. Then to our amazement we saw the most dolphins I have ever seen. There were 2-3 pods of 5-6 dolphins. It was an absolutely beautiful experience. Danced and drank some more on the way back to the harbor. Everyone was fun and friendly. Staff was wonderful as well. Thank you for a great time! But after the second one I come realize it wasn’t lol. It was just the bartender knows how to mix. I had a great time and met some really amazing people. The boat was very worn and dark inside. The patrons despite a "dress code" mentioned on the website were dressed with beach bar type clothes. The music was mostly disco type dance music so loud you could not carry on a conversation even 1 deck above the DJ. There was no break in the music even during dinner. No complaints with the bar that was open throughout. One major warning, however - unlike a Sunset Cruise we had a few days earlier, these guys wait for nobody. We were totally unprepared for the traffic on the causeway which turned a 15 minute trip from our condo into 50. We arrived just a few minutes before departure. Parking in the lot provided for the marina was nonexistent. A Calypso Queen staff member told us to find a hotel lot or park .behind Walgreens. We got our tickets, told people we would hurry back - please don't go without us - then managed to find a spot behind Walgreens for $45. We raced back to the boat. Boarding was over; the ropes were up, but one very kind person who recognized us got us on just as the boat was leaving. But despite taking our $90, they would certainly have happily gone without us. From booking to onboarding which was quick and easy to ordering lunch and disembarking, I cannot relate how much I enjoyed this trip! The ship is clean, the staff are outstanding and the food was delicious. Drinks were perfect and the scenery was beautiful. What is not to like? It was relaxing and fulfilling in every way.
