2004 F350 5.4l fuel pump relay?

One of the work trucks came home just fine yesterday, and will not start this morning. Truck is a '04 F350 w/ 5.4 gasser. I pulled the fuel line off at the filter, cranked it, and no fuel. Replaced the fuse and have a fuel pump relay, but can't find where it goes. All the google results are for an Expedition or Excursion which are wired differently. Can anyone point me in the right direction?  

Fuel pump relay is integral to the central junction box and is non replaceable. Have you checked the inertia switch? If that is good you need to check for power at the pump.  

on the o4 f150 the fuel pump relay is on top of the spare tire. I had the same symptoms as yours did. came home worked good next day nothing. I replaced the relay and bingo Hope that helps  

On the F-150's, the module above the spare is called the fuel pump driver module. I've replaced a few, but not sure if a 350 is the same  

That would be the fuel pump driver module. Only the 3v 5.4L's got those. His will still be a 2v engine.

Hi, I have a 2004 Ford Expedition 5.4 v8....I replaced the fuel pump a year and a half ago... Yesterday the truck would crank but not start... When I turn the key to the on position I don't hear the fuel pump turn on... I checked the serviceable fuses in the fuse box and they were ok... The relay 303 is responsible for a lot with the fuel pump and is non serviceable.. If that is bad I have to replace the whole box...I went back to the fuel inertia switch to see if power was coming to it and it read 6.5 volts...what do you think it is the relay or the pump gone bad? Any help would be appreciated, thanks

If you problem is the relay they can be replaced if you know what your doing Check for this video on youtube 2003 Ford Expedition Fuse Box Problem & Replacement  

You will see 12 volts at the fuel inertia switch when you first try to start If the engine does not start the voltage will drop off in order to shut down the fuel pump. So check for voltage again and have someone try to start while you are looking at the volt meter Then post back  

If you do get 12 volts thru the inertia switch then you may want to check to see if you have fuel pressure at the fuel rail. Its possible that other circuits could cause a no start condition.

I'm only getting 6.5 volts at the inertia switch and directly at the fuel pump even when the key is first turned over..I changed the fuel pump out to eliminate that and nothing....what do you think I should do? thank you I appreciate the help  

Check to see if you have voltage to fuse #32,33 and 34. Check to see if you have voltage into and out of fuse #9 Check to see if you have voltage into and out of fuse #28

11.3 volts to #32,33,34 11.5v into and out of #9 11.4 v into and out of #28  

Having Voltage into and out of Fuse 28 confirms power to the PCM Relay Having voltage to fuses #32,33 and 34 confirms that the PCM Relay is working. And that you are getting power to the fuel pump relay coil. Having Voltage in and out of fuse #9 confirms that power is going to the Fuel Pump Relay contacts. It appears that the problem is the fuel pump relay. You can look at the video I posted about earlier and try to make the repairs and replace the relay.  

Where do you recommend buying the relay 303 from?
