‘BB Mzansi’: Mpumi’s Mom Visits House, Shows Her Love Amid Breakdown: “Tear These People Apart”

Big Brother Mzansi recently invited the housemates' loved ones to give them some encouragement for the remainder of the competition. Among the guests was Mpumi's mom, who supported her daughter after the nasty rumours spread about her by other housemates.

Following the recent evictions on Big Brother Mzansi , it seems the remaining contestants are doing all they can to stay in the competition.

This resulted in Mpumi being the victim of a nasty rumour, where someone in the house alleged that she had bad body odour, and despite trying to keep her cool, Mpumi broke down.

To help boost her and other housemates' morale, Biggie invited their loved ones, and Mpumi received a visit from her mother, who encouraged her to keep going.

In a video posted by Twitter (X) user AbiodunRaphiat , Mpumi's mom gave her some much-needed encouragement through her frustration.

Mpumi shared more clips on her Instagram page:

"Push, push harder than now. We love you; we wish you all the best. We're looking to you; you know the situation, but we're still there, always talking about you. You're loved, my child.

Speaking to Briefly News , Mpumi said seeing her mom was an unexpected yet much-needed surprise:

"I missed her and my family. When I saw her walk through the door, I became emotional; it was all I needed because of the hard days I went through. I was happy and appreciated Big Brother for surprising us with our family members.

"Her encouraging words reminded me of home and where I come from; that I am stronger than I think and that I am capable of anything.

"Her words 'Tlhatlhamolla batho ba,' reminded me that I'm a girl from the 012 who is great at what she does."

Housemates get emotional after family Visits

Tonight, Makhekhe, Yolanda, and Zee were among the fortunate housemates who received visits from their family members. Makhekhe was visited by his niece, who offered him heartfelt advice to remain composed and stay focused, while also conveying the family’s longing for him.

Yolanda was deeply moved by the emotional reunion with her mother. Unable to contain her emotions, she broke protocol of freezing and rushed towards her mother, falling to her knees and bowing in reverence as her mother sang a traditional Tshivenda song.

Yolanda’s mum told her :

My daughter, I am incredibly proud of you. You are genuine, just as I’ve always known you to be. There is nothing wrong with what you’re doing; continue being true to yourself, and know that we all take pride in you. Seeing you on TV fills me with joy, and I am here today solely because of you. Never did I imagine I would travel this far to see you; I journeyed all the way from Venda just to be with you. I pray for you every day, and we all pray for you. Please never change a single thing about yourself; you carry yourself with grace and charm. I am amazed by your growth. Be patient, stay strong, and remain bold. Always remember that I love you dearly, my child, my youngest. People now recognize and appreciate me because of you… Be resilient, stay true to yourself… Just continue being the wonderful person you are. Take care.

Both Yolanda and Zee, who also received a visit from her mother, were overcome with tears as they listened to the words of wisdom and encouragement from their loved ones.

‘Big Brother 25’ episode 40 recap: Was Felicia, Matt or Jag evicted on November 5? [LIVE BLOG]

Heading into Sunday’s live eviction episode of “Big Brother 25,” the penultimate Head of Household of the season had just been crowned: Bowie Jane . The Australian DJ would soon name her two nominees for eviction, but as we all know, it’s really the Veto winner who holds all of the power in the Final 4, because they’ll have the sole vote to evict. So which person won the Power of Veto, and who ended up being sent to the jury house by the end of the live hour?

Below, read our minute-by-minute “Big Brother” Season 25, Episode 40 recap/live blog to find out what happened Sunday, November 5 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT. Here are the four houseguests still in the running to win the $750,000 grand prize: Bowie Jane , Felicia Cannon , Jag Bains and Matt Klotz . The jury house currently includes five people: Cameron Hardin , Cory Wurtenberger , Blue Kim , America Lopez  and Cirie Fields .

10:00 p.m. – “Previously on ‘Big Brother’!” In the 39th episode , both Mama Cirie and Mama Felicia tried to convince The Mafia alliance to keep them. But when it came time for the live eviction, the votes hit Cirie and she was eliminated from the game. In her exit interview , Cirie told Julie that “Big Brother” is “harder” than “Survivor,” and that working with her son Jared Fields “complicated” her game. Later in the backyard, Bowie won her third HOH comp of the season, setting the stage for tonight’s Final 4 live eviction. Let’s go!

10:03 p.m. – With only four players left in the game, Bowie’s HOH win put her in the precarious position of having to nominate one of her closest allies alongside Felicia. Jag was banking that the work he’s put in to get closer to Bowie in the last few weeks would pay off to get her to put Matt up instead of him. Matt was hoping that she wouldn’t put him up because he hasn’t been nominated all season and that’s a key to his narrative to put in front of the jury at the end of the game.

10:04 p.m. – To decide her nominees, the three of them decided to pick a number from 1-100 and the closest would be safe. In the game, Matt said 77 and Jag said 73 and then Bowie said her number was 70, but unbeknownst to Matt, that was planned before the game even started. A few minutes prior, Jag and Bowie devised the plan to play that game of luck and have her say a number that is closer to Jag so that Matt would always be the unlucky person to be nominated between the two of them.

10:07 p.m. – Sure enough, at the Nomination Ceremony Bowie nominated both Felicia and Matt. Regardless of the nominees, all four players were aware that the only thing that mattered this week was who wins the Power of Veto because that player will save themselves and be the only houseguest to vote in the eviction.

10:12 p.m. – At the jury house, the jurors were dismayed to see Cirie arrive, especially considering it was one her allies (Matt) that put her on the block in the first place. But Cameron was proud of Jag for doing what he said he would — taking everyone out of the game — while Cirie and everyone else was mad at Matt for not taking the shot at Jag when he could have. Still, Cirie was rooting for Matt to go all the way because of what he’s “overcome” to last this long in the game.

10:20 p.m. – Last year’s winner and America’s Favorite Houseguest Taylor Hale stopped by the studio to dish the latest season with Julie. Of course the first thing Julie wanted to know the status of her relationship with Joseph Abdin , but Taylor said that they are no longer a romantic partnership and are still great friends. Taylor thinks that the best move of the season was getting Reilly Smedley out and the worst move was the alliance taking Hisam Goueli out. When Julie wanted to know how they could all win, Taylor said that Bowie has an impressive run of wins and not being nominated, Jag has dominated the challenges, Felicia is a “fellow blockbuster,” and Matt has “the best combination of comp wins and social game” and has the “trump card” of having saved Jag after he was unanimously evicted.

10:31 p.m. – For the final Veto Competition, each of the final four headed into a scrambled timeline data center with the task of sorting 12 event tiles in order and placing number tiles underneath them to correspond to the right days that they happened. Even though all of the players had studied the times that comps happened, they were thrown off by the “events” of this challenge including random moments as well. Jag was the first to hit his buzzer, thinking he was done, but he had two dates wrong. It took only one more hit of his buzzer to get it correct though, earning yet another Power of Veto and setting a new record as the most Veto wins in a single season (seven).

10:38 p.m. – With he Veto in Jag’s hands, Felicia had the task of convincing him to evict his best buddy Matt simply because he’s his strongest competition left. Felicia said that competitively Jag has outplayed Matt, but in terms of social game she believes that Matt has outplayed him. Jag knew that it would be hard for him to beat Matt if it comes to that, but his sense of loyalty to Matt was just as strong of a feeling.

10:46 p.m. – At the live Veto Meeting, Jag had the sole vote to evict either Matt or Felicia. In their last plea to remain in the game, Matt said nice things about all three of the other players and appealed to Jag by saying how proud of him he is and Felicia said that the four of them still in the game are the ones that played the best game with trust and truth and so she’s honored to be among them. Jag told the nominees that he knows it’s an important decision, but wanting to stay “true to who he is” he decided to vote to evict Felicia.

10:50 p.m. – In her interview with Julie, Felicia mentioned that her pitches to Jag didn’t work because he was truly a friend to Matt and his sense of loyalty won out. Putting loyalty aside, Felicia said that Jag made the wrong decision for the game because Matt might be hard to beat and thinks that Jag could very well lose to Matt. Felicia admitted to there being many things she would change about her game if she could, knowing that she “talked too much” and trusted the wrong people.

After 24 seasons, Big Brother   has seen some truly wild moments, shocking twists and simply inspired, unexpected gameplay. Now, stalwart host Julie Chen Moonves is breaking down some of the show's most memorable and surprising moments.

Julie recently spoke with ET, ahead of the forthcoming  Big Brother: 25th Anniversary Celebration ,  and shared a few of her favorite shocking moments -- starting with Dan Gheesling throwing himself a symbolic funeral.

"Season 14, Dan staging his own funeral. This guy was dead man walking," Julie recalled. "He had some sort of punishment where he was in solitary confinement, and he had to be by himself for 24 hours... That punishment was a blessing in disguise, because he had time alone to think and have no other voices in his head."

In what is considered by many to be one of the greatest gameplay and strategy moments in the show's history, Dan -- who many felt was a done deal to get voted off -- held a house meeting, in which he delivered a eulogy for himself, shared kind words with his housemates and threw one of his allies under the bus.

"As we're watching Dan conduct his own funeral, we're thinking, 'This guy is either totally Looney Tunes and has sealed his own fate or he's going all the way," Julie said. "It was genius... Watching the other houseguests and their reactions said it all. It was more fascinating to watch how it was working on the others in the house."

The gambit paid off, too. Dan sowed so much chaos and uncertainty, he escaped from the chopping block and wound up coming in second in the season.

Julie also shared some praise for the wild and unpredictable "Evel Dick" Donato , who practiced his own brand of pre-planned chaos during season 8.

"Evel Dick's pots and pans, as a viewer, made me laugh every time," Julie said, referring to the infamous way Evel Dick would wake up the rest of the house in the mornings, banging together pots and pans and generally annoying everyone else in a brilliantly villainous ploy to exhaust the other houseguests.

"It is so immature. It is so wrong. It is so evil. And so funny," Julie shared. "Now, if I were one of his housemates, I would want to strangle this guy. But I wasn't! I could turn down the volume on my TV and just laugh."

Julie also recalled the notorious Shannon Dragoo, who, in a fit of rage at Hardy-Ames Hill during season 2, committed revenge in one of the grossest ways imaginable.

"Shannon taking the electric toothbrush that belonged to Hardy and making it a toilet scrub," Julie recalled, listing off some other shocking turns. 

"[Or] Marcellas [Reynolds] not using this brand new power we introduced in season 3 called The Power of Veto," Julie continued. "He was lulled into this false sense of security and convinced he was so safe, and so beloved that he didn't save himself."

"The thing with Big Brother is something crazy can happen in the house," Julie explained. "After 24 seasons, we've seen it all, we've thought it all through. We've had every type of shenanigan... that's why we have rules in the Big Brother house! Nothing surprises me after all these seasons."

In addition to opening up here, Julie will also sit down with ET's Nischelle Turner in the upcoming special,  Big Brother 25th Anniversary Celebration , which is an Entertainment Tonight special presented by CBS premiering on Wednesday, July 26 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. It will also stream live and be available on demand on Paramount+ or Paramount+ with Showtime.

Hosted by Turner, the special, which will look back on all the biggest and best moments, features archival footage from the past 24 seasons and exclusive new interviews with fan-favorite houseguests including winners Cody Calafiore, Taylor Hale, Derrick Levasseur, Jordan Lloyd, Xavier Prather and Rachel Reilly, and other houseguests, including Azah Awasum, Hannah Chaddha, Derek Frazier, Frankie Grande, Tiffany Mitchell, Janelle Pierzina, Danielle Reyes, Kaysar Ridha, Jeff Schroeder and Brendon Villegas.

Even before the Power of Veto competition, the new Mafia alliance of Matt, Jag, and Bowie Jane start planning for Final 3 -- but which two are looking even further ahead? And which Mama do they really want out?

Things weren't looking good for the Mamas on Big Brother even before the Power of Veto competition. With Matt, Jag, and Bowie Jane solidifying their Final 3 as the Mafia alliance, the only way to guarantee safety for Felicia or Cirie was for them to win.

Cirie has a much better sense of the culture of the house than Felicia, who is still trying to believe that Matt and Jag will hold true to their Final 4 alliance with the Mamas. This even after they evicted Blue last week, proving they're true only to one another.

But are they even true to that? We've already seen Matt consider that he might have to take a shot at Jag before Final 2 because his Minutemen partner is going to be pretty damned hard to beat if he makes it to those Final 2 chairs.

After this Head of Household win, though, Matt is making himself a stronger Final 2 competitor as well. The path to the end with the most integrity would be for The Minutemen to sit together and may the best man win.

But why do that if you can almost guarantee yourself a shot at victory opposite Bowie Jane?

These are the thoughts and conversations already happening as if Felicia and Cirie left for Jury last week or something. The two oldest Houseguests may not have won much this season, but they're still here!

Matt has been telling them both all week that they are safe, but he's been lying to Felicia. His actual intention is to keep Cirie safe because they've been close all season and he feels more confident that she would take him to the end should she rise to power.

The problem is that Matt has no say in who goes home if Jag and Bowie can agree on a target. Unless nominations change, they're the ones who vote.

Veto exposes real alliance.

This week's Power of Veto competition was straight from the Scary-verse and was a pretty complicated and challenging one, to be sure. HGs had to drift along a corridor in the water underneath rungs like a sideways ladder. At the end was a platform where they had to stack 25 rings to build an antenna to call for help.

The problem is that it's a floating platform and 25 is a hell of a lot of discs. As they move through the water, waves rock the platform, so it's about who can move quickly enough but smoothly enough to not rock the platform. If one disc drops, they have to start over.

Everyone was moving pretty well on this one, so it definitely wasn't tailored more to younger or more fit players. The problem is that Jag is just a little faster and more efficient than others, working smarter and faster. Plus, he's eliminated all of his comp competitors, except for Matt and Bowie.

Still, Matt proved a disaster in this one, while it was Bowie and Felicia who were on Jag's tail, But it looked as if he never dropped a single disk, moving slower and slower each round to maintain stability until he took home victory, and a place in the Big Brother record books.

With this win, Jag has tied last season's Michael Bruner for most Power of Veto wins at six. He's also risen to second place alongside Paul Abrahamian, Jackson Michie, and Cody Calafiore for overall comp wins at eight.

With one more, he'll tie the all-time record holder, Janelle Pierzina. And with himself guaranteed safety this week and Matt unable to play in Head of Household next week, Jag stands a very good chance of hitting that mark. If he makes finale night, he could take the crown.

Who's ready for another All-Stars season?

With Jag holding the Veto, Felicia said that this would tell if their Final 4 was real or not. Cirie already knew. And by the end of the ceremony, Felicia knew, too. Jag had zero intention of taking down either of them. But he's not done there.

Matt spent this entire episode assuring Cirie that she was safe. But Jag doesn't trust her because of her reality television resume, or her closeness to Matt. In this endgame, he's already looking beyond The Minutemen ... and suddenly Bowie Jane is looking like a pretty good Final 2.

Who would vote for Bowie to win over Jag? Honestly, who would vote for her to win over anyone else left in the house? Probably no one. Matt still thinks Jag is totally loyal to him, but Jag is looking to cut him off at the knees.

Bowie has always flocked to ride on the coattails of power, as Felicia noted, and power lately has been Jag. Matt thinks he's been on an even level with Jag, but Jag has manipulated him every week to do what's best for Jag's game.

Now, Jag has one more manipulation to do, and that's to poison Matt against Cirie and get him on board with taking her out. Does he have to? Not at all, because Bowie is already on board and Matt doesn't vote. But Jag is playing chess.

He needs Matt on board so Matt won't know he's ready to betray him and cut him loose. That way Matt will do what Jag won't, hold strong to The Minutemen if he's the one who gets to choose. Jag wants to make sure Matt will take him to the end, even as Jag is pretty sure he wouldn't do the same.

It's a cutthroat game, but it's nothing different than Jag has been doing these past several weeks. The way things are looking, he's about to get his way, too. The biggest hurdle is this moment here with Matt. He needs to finesse this move to assure Matt doesn't realize Jag is basically working against him.

If he burns Matt, he can still get his way and have Cirie out, but now he's got a strong competitor who will be looking to take him out, and may just get that chance. If Matt and Jag go against one another, it would be interesting to see which side Bowie would choose.

She seems to think she'd stand a better chance of beating Jag than Matt. Honestly, she should have joined up with the Mamas and taken the boys out already, but it's too late for that. Considering her ridiculous season of play, she should be grateful she's so unimpressive, she might just get dragged to a second place finish.

This week also saw a bonus luxury competition, which should have shown Bowie how much her new Final 2 ally Jag really respects her. It was a "trick-or-treat" competition that saw them putting and removing candy from one another's buckets across five rounds.

Bowie was working right alongside her boys Matt and Jag to target the Mamas, but at the end of the five rounds, it certainly looked like they weren't backing her game as much as they were one another. In fact, she was tied with Mama Fe for the least amount of candy in her bucket. Cirie was just ahead of them.

Jag was trying to hook Matt up with a win as the prize was $5,000 and he'd already won money on the show and didn't want it to hurt his chances in the Final 2. Every move he makes is looking at the end. Do you know where he wasn't looking? At Bowie Jane. Does she even get it? Felicia stayed blind until it was too obvious when he didn't use the Veto.

The difference is that even though Jag clearly doesn't respect Bowie as a player or a team member -- neither does anyone else this season, for that matter -- he still might drag her to the end. From there, it's up to her to try and justify and explain her game. So a little hurt here might not matter if she can get that second place money.

Houseguest report cards.

Jag Bains (25, truck company owner) is poised to betray Matt in an effort to secure victory. The danger, though, is that an ultimate betrayal after a season of loyalty can actually sit poorly with some juries. They won't respect the easy path to victory. Jag has played the best game this season, so he could win against anyone. Will he do it with honor and integrity, or deceit? And how will the jury respond? [Grade: A+]

Bowie Jane Ball (46, barrister/DJ) is looking more and more likely as a Final 2 contender as it looks like Jag and Matt might be about to split. If that happens, Jag has the stronger chance of controlling the narrative to the end, as he's got Bowie in his corner to vote with him and Matt is probably about to lose his ally in Cirie. Bowie has been a lackey since she woke up in this game, but she could be used to assure Jag's victory. Even if a jury doesn't respect his move of booting Matt, it's hard to imagine them willing to give Bowie the win. [Grade: B-]

Matthew Klotz (27, deaflympics gold medalist) is about to be betrayed by the Mafia, who will go against what he wants. He's pretty good at playing it cool, so it's possible he can convince them he won't feel betrayed. But if Cirie goes -- and how could he stop it? -- he'll know that Jag is more interested in just Jag than The MInutemen sitting together at the end. Will he finally be ready to strike, and will he get the chance? It would be an uphill battle, but an incredible story, if he can pull it off. [Grade: C+]

Felicia Cannon (63, real estate agent) is fighting mad to find out Matt and Jag never meant their FInal 2 deal. Will she be so mad she won't make the smart move of working with Matt if The MInutemen spliter? She's the next to go if she can't somehow secure her own power, or if Matt and Jag split and she can set it all aside to work with Matt against Jag and Bowie. It could make for an epic final week ... but it's unlikely to change her fate. [Grade: D]

Cirie Fields (53, nurse) certainly seems like a goner. She's had a huge target on her back since she walked into the house. If Jag did not know her story outside of BB so well, she might be able to schmooze her way into another week and even into one of the final chairs But he does, and he knows how dangerous she can be. He's positioned himself to have a lot of power and influence, and right now it looks like that spells the end of her journey. [Grade: D-]

‘Big Brother’ cast 2023: Meet the 17 contestants on Season 25

After landing on CBS’s schedule a month later than usual, “Big Brother” is finally back.

The show, hosted by Julie Chen Moonves, premiered its 25th season on Aug. 2 and introduced fans to a new group of 16 houseguests.

Then, in the episode's final moments, it was revealed that "Survivor" legend Cirie Fields would be the show's 17th houseguest.

All the contestants will need to strategize, compete and form alliances in order to win $750,000 this season. Ahead of the long anticipated premiere, the 17 houseguests were sequestered as they prepared to move into the famous “Big Brother” house.

Some immediate standouts from the group of friendly faces are Jared Fields, the son of the "Survivor" alum who will secretly play alongside his mom, Felicia Cannon, the first woman over 60 to compete, Jag Bains, the first Sikh contestant and Matt Klotz, the first hearing-impaired competitor.

Don't expect Travis Kelce to reach new heights in reality TV.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end laughed off comparisons to the Kardashian-Jenners when he was pitched to do a reality series costarring his brother Jason Kelce , sister-in-law Kylie Kelce and mom Donna Kelce .

"Oh no," Kelce quipped in a recent interview with " Extra ," after host Billy Bush suggested a "Keeping Up With the Kelces" series. "The reality show is in my past."

Having already starred in the E! dating show " Catching Kelce " in 2016, years before his love story with Taylor Swift began, the 34-year-old believes one reality series is more than enough for him.

"I don't think I'd ever do another," the tight end continued. "I'm gonna have to be out on that."

However, the athlete joked that other Kelce family members could be interested in letting cameras into their home.

‘Big Brother' 25: Felicia Cannon's Brother Died During Filming

F elicia has officially left the  Big Brother house. However, upon her exit, fans learned something tragic. While Felicia was in the house, she was experiencing an intense loss. Unfortunately, her brother passed while she was on the show.

Big Brother Felicia’s major loss

Big Brother 25 wraps up this week. After 100 days in the house, the final winner of the show will be chosen on Thursday night by a jury of 7 players. One of those players is Felicia Cannon , who went home last week. Felicia was on the block with Matt . Ultimately, Jag decided that he wanted to keep his final three with Matt and Bowie and send Mama Felicia out the door.

However, while on the show, fans have now learned that Felicia was hiding something big from everyone . During filming, her brother passed away.

Apparently fans started to wonder if something had happened when Felicia mentioned hearing about her brother during exit interviews. A podcast called Aye, Who All Gon' Be There?!  was able to confirm that he had indeed passed while she was playing.

"On a serious note, we've seen some people asking about Felicia's brother. Unfortunately, he passed while she was in the house," they revealed in a social media post.

They continue to note that Felicia’s family wanted her to keep playing the game despite this heartbreaking news.

"She [Felicia] was able to speak with her family and it was their wish for her to keep playing."

Keeping it a secret

Apparently, Felicia learned this tragic news about her brother all the way back in week 9 when she was on the block against Mecole. This means that Felicia kept this news a secret for the entire second half of the game.

"The fact that she played the entire second phase of the game while privately grieving, is a true testament to her character, as well as what it means to be a black woman: remaining strong and graceful amidst tragedy, pain, and adversity," the podcasts’ post continues.

Not only did Felicia keep this news off the episodes of the show, but she never mentioned it on live feeds either. So, she went on the block several times consecutively this season while knowing her brother had passed away and she couldn’t talk about it. Now, the podcast is hopeful that everyone can come together and show Felicia some love even though she wasn’t able to take home the win this season.

"Let's make sure she feels the love and receives her flowers too. If nothing else, her faith the size of a mustard seed warrants it. #BB25.”

Nix is a potential first-round draft pick in the upcoming NFL Draft in Detroit. He is the only prospect to have met with all 32 NFL teams ahead of the draft. Which team does Tez want Nix to be drafted by?

This family wants to stick together in their football journey. It was a “dream come true” for the brothers to suit up together in an Oregon uniform, said Nix. 

Wanting to play professionally with family is not a new concept. LeBron James hopes to play with his son, Bronny, in the NBA. Ironically, Nix just got to meet “one of his favorite athletes” LeBron in Los Angeles at a Lakers game.

The Heisman Trophy finalist is also the most experienced quarterback prospect in the 2024 draft. His 61 career starts broke the NCAA record for most all-time by a FBS quarterback. The 23-year-old also broke the NCAA single-season record for completion percentage in 2023 at 77.45, completing a whopping 364 of 470 passes. 

Nix received a pro comparison to former Dallas Cowboys star Tony Romo from NFL.com. Another comparison Nix has often received is to retired New Orleans Saints star Drew Brees, which he has previously said he'd gladly accept.

Big Brother’s Jessica Graf Gives Birth, Welcomes 3rd Child With Husband Cody Nickson (Exclusive)

Meet the newest member of the Big Brother family! Jessica Graf welcomed her third child with Cody Nickson , his fourth, on Saturday, July 15, Us Weekly confirms.

“From the second we met, we’ve always said we wanted a big family. On Saturday morning, we were fortunate enough to add another healthy baby girl to that dream,” the couple shared in an exclusive statement to Us . “Atlas Ruby Nickson, welcome to the big world, baby. We’re so excited to see what you make of this life God has gifted you!”

Though Graf, 31, gave birth a little earlier than expected at 36 weeks pregnant, Baby Atlas is happy and healthy, weighing in at 6 pounds, 10 ounces.

The duo picked out their little girl’s name long before Graf gave birth at 10:15 a.m. CT on Saturday. “With each child God gifts us, life gets that much more sweeter,” Nickson captioned a video compilation of family moments in May. “We can’t wait to meet you and welcome you to our family, @atlasnickson.”

The former reality stars met during season 19 of Big Brother in 2017, going on to win season 30 of The Amazing Race later that year. They tied the knot in 2018. Graf announced her first pregnancy in September 2018, noting in her Instagram reveal that she and Nickson were “over the moon” to be expanding their family. (The Iowa native is also the father of daughter Paisley from a previous relationship.)

Graf gave birth to Maverick via emergency C-section in March 2019, with daughter Carter arriving one year later. The couple announced Graf’s third pregnancy in February.

“Nickson Addition 08.2022 @babynickson,” the Florida native captioned an Instagram Reel at the time. “A lot of you have already guessed it and it’s nice to not have to hide it anymore 😃 We prayed for you & now we can’t wait to meet you.”

Months prior, Nickson hinted he wasn’t “finished” having children with his wife as they planned to build a bigger home in Dallas. “God has blessed my life beyond what I could’ve ever imagined and am incredibly thankful for my wife and kids. I am also humbled and appreciate the kindness and support many of you that have shown me and my family,” he wrote in a sweet social media tribute in October 2021.

The military veteran reflected on his reality TV journey, noting that going on Big Brother was life-changing. “I met the love of my life, Jessica. The opportunity was just perfect and we couldn’t turn down the chance,” she wrote in January. “We started this project last January and a full calendar year later, here we are, keys in hand and a lot more work ahead 😂 But this is the exciting part. Unpacking and making our new house a home in this next chapter of life.”

Playdates with Younger Children and Babies

Bring your child on a playdate with younger children and babies. Whenever we go to visit our friends, Little Bee always asks to hold their baby girl. I love watching him gently hold this sweet baby girl. He examines her little hands and looks intently into her face. When she starts to cry, he gets very concerned. So we talked about the various reasons babies cry: hunger, dirty pants, or sometimes they just want to be with their mommy.

Practice Care Taking with a Baby Doll

Little Bee loves to practice caring for a baby by diapering, feeding, and bathing his baby dolls. He has two baby dolls that he adores. One is a girl doll that can go in the tub with him and the other is a lifelike doll that is weighted , so it feels heavy like a real baby. Little Bee likes to tuck his baby dolls into bed and take them on walks around the neighborhood in a doll stroller .

Montessori Pregnancy 3-Part Cards

Little Bee and I enjoyed looking at these Montessori pregnancy 3-part cards. (Note: I bought these cards second-hand and I do not know the source. Here is a link to 3-part cards that are very similar.)

As an activity for Little Bee, I held a card up to my belly to show him how his little sister looks in my womb. She is head down already, so I explained to him that little sister is upside down in a bag of water. I read him the words on each card and explained how the baby is fed via the umbilical cord. Little Bee really loved the word "placenta" and kept saying it over and over again. He is also very interested in the birth canal and how a baby is born.

Hearing the Heartbeat and Feeling the Movements

Little Bee comes with me to all my midwife appointments and the midwife uses a doppler to listen to the baby's heartbeat. This brought on the discussion of what a heartbeat is and that we all have a heart. Since I am a nurse, I took out my stethoscope at home. I showed Little Bee how to listen to his own heart, my heart, and also the heartbeat of his little sister. This was fascinating to him!

Reading Big Brother Books

We have two books that we have been reading with Little Bee about becoming a "Big Brother." One book is "I'm a Big Brother" by Joanna Cole and the other book is "I'm a Big Brother!" by Ronne Randall and Kristina Stephenson. Little Bee listens to these books with rapt attention and wants them to be read over and over again. These books also have a "Big Sister" version to enjoy.

Watch Latin American Music Awards

Jay Duplass and Kelvin Yu are the latest additions to the cast of FX ‘s limited series adaptation of “Dying for Sex,” Variety has learned exclusively.

The series is based on the podcast of the same name. Duplass and Yu join previously announced series lead Michelle Williams and cast members Jenny Slate, Rob Delaney, David Rasche, and Esco Jouléy.

The official description of the series states “Molly (Williams), a woman diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer, leaves her husband of 15 years and begins to explore her sexuality. She gets the courage and support to go on this adventure from her best friend (Slate), who stays by her side all the way to the very end.”

As an actor, Duplass is known for his roles in shows like “Transparent,” “The Mindy Project,” “Industry,” “The Chair,” and “Percy Jackson and the Olympians.” Behind the camera, he and his brother, Mark, co-created the HBO series “Togetherness” alongside Steve Zissis. The brothers also co-created HBO’s “Room 104” and co-wrote and directed feature films like “Baghead” and “Jeff, Who Lives at Home” among several other collaborations.

He is repped by CAA and Odenkirk Provissiero Entertainment.

Yu is a seven-time Emmy nominee for his work on the writing team of “Bob’s Burgers,” winning the award in 2017 for best animated program. He also recently created the Disney+ series “American Born Chinese.” He has appeared on shows such as “The Afterparty” and “Master of None” as well as films like “Wonder Woman 1984” and “Milk.”

He is repped by Writ Large, WME, and Yorn Levine.

Liz Meriwether and Kim Rosenstock are writers, executive producers, and showrunners on “Dying for Sex.” Williams will produce in addition to starring. Katherine Pope, Nikki Boyer, and Leslye Headland will also executive produce along with Jen Sargent, Marshall Lewy, Aaron Hart and Hernan Lopez of Wondery Inc. 20th Television is the studio.
