‘Dancing With The Stars’ 2023 Tour: See Our Review!
The Dancing With The Stars 2023 tour is now making its way across the country. From now until the end of the show’s run in March, fans can catch some of the Season 31 contestants and pros in action.
I had the chance to see the show when it came through Grand Rapids, Michigan on January 30. It was definitely a show to remember! The touring cast was a bit smaller than it has been in previous years. But even so, there’s still a lot to enjoy about the show. Long-time DWTS fanatics and new fans alike will all have a great time.
This year’s Dancing With The Stars tour brings a lot of fun and excitement to the stage
This year’s celebrity guests feature Season 31 contestants Gabby Windey, Daniel Durant, Charli D’Amelio, Heidi D’Amelio, and Vinny Guadagnino for select performances. Gabby was the only one performing at the Grand Rapids show, but she did an amazing job.
This year, Gabby is co-hosting the show alongside pro dancer Emma Slater. The women clearly spent a lot of time together coming up with funny little bits, which kept the show moving in between bigger numbers. All the quirkiness and sass Gabby Windey displays onscreen also work out well on the stage.
Gabby performed in a handful of group numbers, but the pro dancers were largely the ones showing off their dance moves. Daniella Karagach and Pasha Pashkov are expecting their first child and chose to sit out this year. I truly missed seeing them perform! However, the rest of the pros had plenty of memorable moments.
At one point in the show, the pros were acting out a skit that showed audience members what a ballroom competition in Blackpool would look like. Brandon Armstrong and Alexis Warr pretended to be a couple, with Alexis storming off at one point. So Brandon climbed into the audience and started searching for a new partner. He selected a short, little old woman from the front row to join him on stage.
Front row tickets are generally sold as part of the VIP package, so this woman was probably ecstatic to get the opportunity to dance with Brandon. The audience went wild and it was a lot of fun to watch.
With the ongoing DWTS baby boom , it’s entirely likely that several of the women pros won’t be back in the fall. And after watching Alexis Warr perform, I will be incredibly shocked if the producers don’t ask her to be a full-time pro in the fall. She’s also the reigning So You Think You Can Dance champion and it’s not hard at all to see why.
Fans will have fun watching the show and will learn something too
The DWTS tour is always fun to watch, but it’s also a one-of-a-kind educational experience too.
This year, my husband accompanied me to the performance. I’ve learned quite a bit about competitive ballroom dance from covering Dancing With The Stars for the past few years, but he didn’t know much about it at all. This year, the performers took time to explain and demonstrate different styles to the audience members.
It doesn’t matter if you’ve spent years watching DWTS or are brand new to the show. There’s something to learn and enjoy for everyone.
Be sure to check out the official Dancing With The Stars tour website to see the list of remaining performances for the year and secure tickets. It’s definitely a performance you won’t want to miss!

Dancing with the Stars Tour Dates and Professionals Revealed
By Kim Stempel
Every season of Dancing with the Stars has its controversies. Dance pro Emma Slater felt that her partner, Mauricio Umansky , was being underscored by the judging panel. And fans are wondering if Season 32 contestant Harry Jowsey and his partner, Rylee Arnold , are the newest DWTS couple.
But after this season ends, you can still get your DWTS fix. Entertainment Tonight has the details.
DWTS is coming to a city near you!
A release detailed what fans can expect from the live tour. “Following last year’s fan-frenzy that led to a spectacular run of sold-out shows, Dancing With the Stars is back on tour to heat up this winter with a dazzling, sexy, high energy, brand-new live production. This year’s all-new stage show will feature your favorite professional dancers from the hit television series performing glittering new numbers as well as some of the unbelievable showstoppers featured in season 32,” the release stated.
“Audiences at Dancing With the Stars: Live! will have the opportunity to experience the breathless excitement, the athleticism, and the artistry they see in the TV show’s famed ballroom live, up-close, and personal,” the release concluded.
Who is going to perform?
And now we know who will be performing in the show. Emma, Rylee, Daniella Karagach , Pasha Pashkov , Alan Bersten , Britt Stewart , Brandon Armstrong , and Gleb Savchenko will be on tour.
While we don’t yet know which celebrities will be performing, we do know that the co-host of DWTS, Julianne Hough , will be hitting the stage for select dates.
“Pop in, pop out. Just kind of do a little bit of this. It’ll be exciting,” Julianne said. “I haven’t been on tour since my brother, and I used to do our tours together, our Move Tours.”
For Julianne, joining the DWTS tour is special. “So to be back on the road to go to the city where all the fans are, who have been following Dancing With the Stars from the beginning and my personal career. I just want to go and see everybody and connect again,” Julianne explained.
She continued, “Being back on the show, it’s a family. I got to go on tour. I got to do the whole thing. It’s full circle, you know? That’s where it all started. I started on tour before I was ever on the show,” Julianne added.
She said that audiences will experience a different show in each city. Dancing With the Stars: Live! 2024 kicks off in Richmond, Virginia on Jan. 11, 2024. It concludes on March 26 in Los Angeles. For ticket information, visit dwtstour.com .
Dancing with the Stars airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC and Disney+.

Video Screens
Currently, this event has not approved using our video screens. Please feel free to check back closer to the event for updates. If approved, we will post notice here.
For many concert, comedy, and special events at DPAC, we offer added views of the stage with two big screens (size: 16’ x 9’) hung to the sides of the stage or above the stage. These big screens can add to the visual experience of our concert, comedy, and special events and give guests seated farther from the stage what we like to call “a tenth row view”. Approval to use these screens always rests with the visiting show and about half of all concert and comedy events do use these screens.
