COTTAGES IN BANGARAM

Bangaram Island, spread over 120 acres is uninhabited except for occasional visitors from the nearby island of Agatti, where the airport is situated. The island is surrounded by a shallow lagoon enclosed by coral reef. It has been ranked among the best getaways of the world. A matchless sense of well-being takes over and one begins to discover the graceful fishers, porcupines, parrots, Pufferfishes, Hermit Crabs and Seabirds on the vast 120 acres of lush coconut groves in Bangaram. It is literally like staying on one of your own private islands. Thinnakara island is situated just opposite side of Bangaram island and share the vast lagoon and coralline banks, the actual lagoon area amounts to 125.21 Sq kms. On the north-south edge of the lagoon Parali i, Parali ii, Parali iii and Kalpitty are situated. Thinnakara is a tiny teardrop shaped island which lies 8 km northeast from Agatti. The panorama encompasses magnificent lagoons, sylvan sea shores, sun drenched sand and the enchantment of swaying palms, spectacular marine flora and fauna. Watersports crafts like kayaks, glass bottomed boats are available here. You can play beach volleyball and there are vast beach for sunbath.

Lakshadweep (Agatti Island) Tour Package by Flight

3 Night 4 Days

Day 1: Kochi-Agatti (by Flight)

Welcome to Agatti island. Your Lakshdweep tour begin on today! Our representative will Meet you from Airport on Arrival and transfer you to your homestay. After lunch and proceed for Agatti Local sightseeing which includes Public Library, Anthropological Museum, South Beach, Eastern Jetty (ship embarkation and disembarkation point), NIOT Sea Water Desalination Plant and Lagoon Beach. Spend time relaxing at the beach and return to the homestay by 7 pm. Overnight stay at Agatti island.

Meal Plan: Lunch, evening tea or coffee with snacks, Dinner

Day 2: Agatti – Bangaram Island Day Bangaram Island Day Trip and back via Thinnakara Island (by Private Boat)

After breakfast, proceed to the most beautiful island , Bangaram Island, a small uninhabited island of Agatti. Our well Experienced Local guide will be there for your assistance. After 45 mints  Speed boat drive, You will reach bangaram island. Enjoy walks on beautiful beaches and see floating turtles in clear waters. After reaching Bangaram, explore the island on foot and our boat will bring you to Thinnakara Island for sightseeing. In the evening, return to your hotel and relax. After reaching Bangaram, explore the island on foot. In the evening, return to your hotel and relax. Overnight stay at Agatti island.

Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, evening tea or coffee with snacks, Dinner

Day 3: Agatti – Water Sports Activities & Kalpetti island Visit

You can plan this day for Water sports activities such as Diving, Snorkeling, Kayaking, reef watch and glass bottom boats, Scuba diving etc (All Water sports activities on Extra Cost). Half day visit to Kalpetti Island by boat. Later return back to Homestay. Overnight stay at Agatti Island

Day 4: Departure from Agatti

After breakfast, proceed to Agatti airport. Hope you had a great time in Lakshadweep!
