Highly recommend! I was a little underwhelmed with Morro Bay itself but this tour was great! We did the 5:30pm sunset tour which was awesome but for evening tours they don't go in detail about wildlife and narrate they just play music while serving drinks. I think I would've liked more narration like the earlier tours maybe the last daytime tour around 4pm would be ideal or maybe a very early one. Nonetheless the boat was shaded (a big plus), they weren't pushy with drinks, and we still saw a ton of wildlife despite it being the evening! We saw a lot of sea otters and different birds. Daytime tours: $25 Evening: $30

We were visiting Morro Bay and decided at the last minute to do the tiki cruise. We got to the ticketing booth 10 before they were set to leave, and got lucky that they had 2 spots available. The cruise is about 45 minutes round trip. Once you board on the very clean and comfortable boat, the bartender takes the drink orders, which are extra of course. I got the Zombie and husband got a mai tai, and both were good and strong. The captain gave us a good tour around Morro Bay, and we saw so many otters! I really enjoyed that.

Such a fun trip! We opted for the tiki bar cruise and we're not disappointed. Our captain was awesome, cracking jokes, sharing history, and we even got to see some whales off in the distance at the end of the cove. She pointed out their blows and we saw some tails! Never thought we would get that opportunity on a tiki boat, but so glad we did. We also saw lots of otters and seal lions! A must do if you are visiting Morro Bay. The trip was $25/ person plus drinks (about $15 each) and they offer sunset trips as well!

We had the best time whale watching! The boat only holds 6 people, and it's very low on the water. So, you avoid sea sickness, you get a little wet, and you are right in the middle of the whale feeding grounds. It was amazing! We had multiple sightings of humpback whales, plus a frenzy of sea lions and birds that share the feeding ground. We also saw some very rare harbor porpoises! Our skipper also gave us a thrill by doing a high speed donut with the boat just inside the harbor. Of course, we saw the otters and wildlife in the bay heading out and back into dock. Our skipper was very knowledgable and personable; he was conversational rather than lecturing. We had the greatest time, and we'll be back for more. As of 8/13/2022: $85pp for 90 minutes up close and personal with wildlife I wanted my jacket & gloves; my wife was happy in just a Tshirt. Weather varies. Skipper said it's better to go earlier because the ocean is rougher later in the day. Make sure you bring hats that fit snuggly, because they will blow off

SUCH a fun cruise. Guys were great. Boat was cute and fun. I was able to Bluetooth into their stereo with my playlist.

I have taken this excursion @5 times so far since I travel to Morro Bay twice yearly. I have enjoyed the cruise a great deal. However, my latest experience was absolutely the worst. Tristan, our captain, provided very little information about the history of the area and spent most of the time talking about the private yachts in the harbor and chatting with the bartender. She did not interact with the passengers at all and did not encourage conversation or questions. Previously, I enjoyed the harbor cruise and the local historical information provided by the captain. This was not my latest experience. To make matters worse, I was charged $15 to hold my dog on my lap during the entirety of the cruise. Children were charged $15 and they were also able to roam about the ship. They had separate seats and were not sitting on their parents laps. The tiki cruise served $15 alcoholic beverages which consisted of predominantly ice.for a very small sized drink. All in all, I felt extremely disappointed in the quality of the cruise and felt the price of drinks as well as the fee for my dog to be an absolute rip off I will not be taking another tiki cruise during any future visits.

These guys were amazing! We scheduled a whale watching tour but the weather was not conducive for that so they made a great pivot to a super fun harbor cruise for myself and seven year old. Without even asking they adjusted the price. They were super sweet, fun, and knowledgeable. We'll be back when the weather is better.

Excellent experience whale watching! We bought the tickets in advance but something came up and we couldn't go Saturday, I changed the reservation online to Sunday with no problem at all. The staff were all so nice and knowledgeable. Boat left on time and we got to see whales which was the best part of course! I'd absolutely recommend this company.

A great little excursion on the Embarcadero in Morro Bay! Easy to book online, very affordable, and (small) dog friendly! The captain was knowledgeable and engaging. The bartender, Michael, was outgoing and enthusiastic. We saw a good number of otters and harbor seals. This was our second time on this tiki cruise, and we'd definitely return again.
