Day 1 : Northern Cappadocia Tour (Lunch included)

Pick up from hotel early morning and transfer to airport to take a flight to Cappadocia. Once you arrive to Istanbul airport, please proceed to counter to do self check-in and take your boarding pass by presenting your passport. Upon the boarding pass information, please go to boarding gate and embark. After your arrival to Cappadocia Airport, pick up at the exit of first gate by driver. (Holding a sign with your name on it.) Transfer you to join the Northern Cappadocia Tour. Visits to Goreme Panorama which has a stunning view of Goreme Village, land of fairy chimneys, Open Air Musesum which is the biggest monastery complex of the region. Then visiting Ortahisar, a typical village with its castle and cave food storage and Pasabag,(Fairy Chimney valley) which has mushroom like formed rocks and very interesting fairy chimney forms. We pass through the Imagination valley, Devrent, where you have the impression that animals are petrified in the rocks. Midday, lunch break in a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, walking along the Red River which is the longest river of Turkey and visiting small village very famous with its pottery workshops. Here, you will have a chance to see how the pottery is made and if you like you may also try. End of the day, going back to hotel bu passing through Love Valley which has incredible view. Arrival to hotel, free time and overnight in Cappadocia in cave hotel.

Day 2 : Southern Cappadocia Tour (Breakfast- Lunch included)

Hot Air Balloon tour is optional for this morning. Pick up from hotel around 09:30-10:00am by the tour guide and join the Southern Cappadocia Tour. Visiting Uchisar Castle which is the biggest fairy chimney used as a fortress by many civilizations. Hiking about 4 km in Red Valley and passing through Rose Valley by exploring rock churches which saved early Christians from Roman prosecution. Arriving to Cavusin village as an ancient settlement of the region and you may see its cave residences. Midday, lunch break in a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visiting Kaymaklı Underground City as the widest of the Cappadocia and it was used by refugees or people running away from catastrophes. Pigeon Valley offers a nice view over Uchisar Castle and it has pigeons still living in pigeon houses. The last visit to Three Beauties Valley which is famous with its vine factories and stunning view. End of the tour, transfer to airport to take a flight to Izmir. (Some days direct some days via Istanbul flight) After your arrival to airport, pick up at the exit of first gate by our agent. Transfer to hotel in Kusadasi / Selcuk.

ps. At the end of the tour our guests are treated with a traditional hand-made carpet demonstration, the ones that are not interested are kindly requested to inform the tour guide.

Day 3 : Ephesus Tour (Breakfast- Lunch included)

After breakfast at the hotel, pick up by the tour guide around 09:00-09:30 am and starting to Ephesus Tour. Visits to Artemis Temple which used to be one of the 7 wonders of ancient world, Ephesus Ancient City, Hadrian Temple, Celcius Library, Theater, Hamams and Old Harbor. Midday, lunch break in a local restaurant. Last visit to House of Virgin Mary where Virgin Mary spent her last 5 years before she died and recognized as a pilgrimage place by Vatican. End of the tour, transfer to airport to take a flight to Istanbul. Arrival to airport, pick up at the exit of first gate by an agent and transfer to your hotel. End of our service.

Day 1: Flight from Istanbul to Izmir – Ephesus Tour

You will be picked up from your hotel in Istanbul around 4:15 am and will be transferred to the domestic airport for your flight from Istanbul to Izmir between 6:00 – 8:00 am. Upon arrival at Izmir airport, you will be picked up and transferred to Selçuk. In Selçuk, you will meet your professional tour guide to begin your full-day tour of Ephesus.

You will visit the ruins of Ephesus , the ancient Greek city that became an important centre of this time. Visit the Temple of Hadrian , Great Theatre of Ephesus , and Fountain of Trajan . After lunch, let’s visit the House of the Virgin Mary , where it is believed she spent her last years. We will pass by the Temple of Artemis ; there is little to see of this that was one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world. Afterwards, you will visit the Isa Bey Mosque . Next, you will be taken to the Sirince Village ; which is an old Greek village and is well-know for its quaint beauty and wine tasting and production. Here you will have one hour free to explore on your own without a guide the different foods and wines of the area and visit various small traditional village shops. After the tour, you will be transferred to your hotel in Kusadasi for check-in. You can spend the rest of the evening at your leisure, perhaps exploring the town or relaxing in your hotel room.

Day 2: Pamukkale and Hierapolis Tour – Overnight Bus to Cappadocia (649 km)

After breakfast around 7:30 am, you will be picked up from your hotel in Kusadasi and taken to the meeting point in Selcuk, where you will meet the rest of the tour group. The group will depart from Selcuk at 8:30 am in a comfortable, air-conditioned coach for a 3-hour journey to Pamukkale, also known as the “Cotton Castle.” Along the way, you will make a 10-minute stop at a rest area to allow for a restroom break and stretch your legs. Upon arrival in Pamukkale at approximately 11:45 am, you will have lunch at a local Turkish restaurant. After lunch, you will meet your expert local guide and begin a guided tour of the Pamukkale and Hierapolis area. You will start by marveling at the stunning Cotton Cliffs , formed by deposits of calcareous salts and considered one of the natural wonders of the world. You will then visit the ancient ruins of the  City of Hierapolis , a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, you will explore the well-preserved basilica,  Roman Theatre of Hierapolis , and  Roman baths , and learn about the city’s rich history from your guide. During the tour, you will have the opportunity to swim in the  thermal pools of Pamukkale (at your own expense). At the end of the tour around approximately 4:00 pm, you will be transferred to the bus station for your overnight bus to Cappadocia. The overnight bus departs from Pamukkale to Cappadocia around 9:00 pm. You will have free time at the bus station from the time you are dropped off at the bus station till the time the bus is ready to depart. You can have your dinner around the bus station if you like at this time. You will travel overnight to Cappadocia in a non-smoking, fully air-conditioned local bus. The total duration of travel will be 10 hours. There will be three breaks on the way to Cappadocia for your personal needs.

Day 3: North Cappadocia Tour

Upon your arrival at the Goreme bus station in Cappadocia, you will be met at the bus station and transferred to your Cappadocia hotel. At the hotel, you can have your breakfast and be ready to meet your tour guide around 9:30 am. Your tour will start with a visit to the Devrent Valley to see the unique fairy chimneys. Next, you will visit the Pasabag Valley (Monks Valley) to see the mushroom-shaped pinnacles. After this visit, you will drive to the city of Avanos . After lunch, you will visit the beautiful open-air museum of Goreme where the remains of rock-cut churches and Christian settlements date back hundreds of years. Finally towards the end of the day tour before returning to your hotel, you will be able to visit the natural castles of Uchisar . At the end of the tour, you will be dropped back at your hotel around 4:00 pm.

Day 4: South Cappadocia Tour – Fly back to Istanbul

After breakfast at approximately 9:30 am, you will be picked up from your hotel to begin the full-day tour of South Cappadocia. Your tour guide will brief you on the day’s activities. Your tour will begin with a visit to the  Red Valley (Kizil Vadasi)  where you will be able to explore the famous rock-cut churches and hike approximately 5 km through the  Rose Valley (Gulludere Vadisi) . Next, you will visit  Cavusin Village  which is famous for its houses and churches of Christian Clergymen. We will take a break for lunch around noon. After lunch, you will drive to the  Pigeon Valley (Guvercinlik Vadisi) . In the afternoon you will visit the  Kaymakli Underground City  or  Ozkonak Underground City  where early Christians lived. At the end of the tour around approximately 4:00 pm, you will be transferred to Kayseri or Nevsehir airport for your late evening return flight between 7:00 – 10:00 pm (flight duration is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes) to Istanbul. Upon your arrival in Istanbul, you will be met by our representative in the arrivals area of the airport who will be holding a signboard with your name on it. After meet and greet, you will be transferred to your hotel in Istanbul. END OF OUR SERVICE and TOURS.

IMPORTANT INFO:

• The order of the itinerary is indicative and subject to change, but all visits described will take place.
• This is a regular group tour, but if requested at cost can be provided as a private tour.
• The regular group tour has shopping stops included in the tour.
• Vegetarian lunch option available upon request.
• The normal arrival time in Istanbul is between 8:00 – 10:00 pm. If you are planning on reserving your plane back home that same day, we recommend you book a plane ticket from 12:30 am onwards, to avoid missing your flight. On flights luggage allowance is 15 kg per person for checked in luggage. For carry-on, you can take up to 8 kg per person. One carry-on is allowed per person.
• The hot air balloon ride operates in optimum weather conditions. The decision for the flight to take off on any given day is decided by the local government at the last minute depending on weather conditions to ensure passenger safety. If your paid and scheduled hot air balloon ride gets canceled by the tour company at the last minute for weather conditions, we will provide you with a refund of USD 280.00 for the hot air balloon ride if you have it booked with us.

Option 2:  You can arrange your own accommodation on the tour as per your preference. We can offer a new package tour price without including the cost of hotel accommodation. If Option 2 is preferred, all services as part of the package tour will be provided except for hotel accommodation.

I took the 4 Days Ephesus, Pamukkale and Cappadocia Tour with One Nation Tour and had an incredible time! The tour guides were knowledgeable and provided a wealth of information about the history and culture of the places we visited. The hotels we stayed at were comfortable and in great locations. I especially loved visiting the ancient city of Ephesus and the natural hot springs of Pamukkale. Cappadocia was a highlight as well, with its stunning landscape and unique rock formations. Overall, I highly recommend this tour with One Nation Tour for anyone looking to experience the best of what Turkey has to offer.

Day 1: Arrival in Istanbul, Airport Transfer and Free Day

Upon your arrival at Istanbul New Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökcen Airport (SAW), our team will be waiting for you at the exit of the international line of the Airport, holding a sign with your name written on it. After which, you will be transferred to your hotel. The afternoon is free for you to spend at leisure. Alternatively, you can join the Night Cruise on the Bosphorus with Dinner & Show .

Day 2: Istanbul Old City Tour and Late Evening Flight to Cappadocia

After breakfast around 8:30 am, check out of the hotel and prepare for an exciting day ahead with the Full Day Istanbul Old City Tour. Istanbul, rich in historical and cultural treasures, is ready to unfold its wonders before you.

Your first destination is the magnificent Hagia Sophia , a marvel of Byzantine architecture. Be awed by its massive dome and beautiful mosaics, telling stories of ages past. Then, move on to the serene and beautiful Blue Mosque , renowned for its striking blue tiles and unique architectural features.

A visit to the historic Hippodrome brings to life the tales of ancient chariot races and political events. Following this, explore the opulent Topkapi Palace , the residence of Ottoman sultans for centuries, filled with a rich collection of artifacts and breathtaking views.

Enjoy a delightful lunch in the Old City, savoring the local flavors and the bustling atmosphere. Post-lunch, dive into the vibrant and historic Grand Bazaar . This is an ideal spot for souvenirs, with its myriad of shops offering everything from handmade crafts to exotic spices.

At the end of the tour, you will be dropped back at your hotel to pick up your luggage and then transferred directly to Istanbul’s domestic airport for your late evening flight to Kayseri. Day 3:  North Cappadocia Tour

For an additional option, you can book an early morning  hot air balloon ride  and enjoy breathtaking aerial views of the valleys. Please be aware that this activity comes at an extra cost.

After breakfast around 9:30 am, you will be picked up from your hotel to join the full-day tour of North Cappadocia. Your tour will start with a visit to the  Devrent Valley  to see the unique fairy chimneys. Next, you will visit the  Pasabag Valley  (Monks Valley) to see the mushroom-shaped pinnacles. After this visit, you will drive to the city of  Avanos . After lunch, you will visit the  Zelve Open Air Museum  in Cappadocia. The museum features a series of carved caves and ancient churches, providing a glimpse into the region’s monastic history. Finally, towards the end of the day tour before returning to your hotel, you will have around 15 minutes to take panoramic pictures of the natural  castles of Uchisar . After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel around 4:00 pm. You will have the rest of the day free to relax, explore the city on your own, or take part in any optional activities that are offered.

Day 4: South Cappadocia Tour – Flight to Antalya

After breakfast at the hotel around 9:30 am you will be picked up and met by your tour guide to begin your full-day tour of South Cappadocia. Your tour guide will brief you on the day’s activities. Your tour will begin with a visit to the  Red Valley  where you will be able to explore the famous rock-cut churches and hike approximately 5 km through the  Rose Valley  (Gulludere Vadisi). Day 5: Perge, Aspendos, Side & Waterfall Tour

Breakfast at the hotel. You will be picked up from your hotel around 8.00 am. First place you will visit is  Perge , which was originally settled by the Hittites around 1500 BC and was one of the largest ancient cities in the Pamphylia region. Then you will depart for the  Aspendos Ancient Theatre . This incredibly well preserved ancient theatre was built in the 2nd century A.D., it has a capacity of 15,000 people and it is still being used for festivals and music concerts.

We will have a lunch break at a restaurant on a nearby river then depart for Side (pronounced Seeday).  Side  is one of the best classical ancient cities in Turkey, it was a port city that served the largest slave market in this region. During Roman times much construction took place in Side including a large theatre, Roman Baths, and the Temple of Apollo.

Guests will have 1 hour of free time here to enjoy the sea and the city. You will stop at the  Manavgat Waterfall  on the way back, then drive back to Antalya where you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 6: Bus from Antalya to Pamukkale

Day 7: Pamukkale and Hierapolis Tour – Transfer to Kusadasi for Overnight Stay

After breakfast around 9:30 am, you will be picked up from your hotel. On this tour, you will visit the ancient city of Hierapolis , which is home to the  Temple of Apollo , the  Theater , the  Necropoli s, and the  Roman Baths  where St. Philip was martyred. After exploring these sites, you will take a lunch break. In the afternoon, you will travel to  Karahayit , known for its red water and healing thermal springs. You will then visit the famous  Cotton Cliffs , also known as the Cotton Castle, in Pamukkale. These beautiful terraces and pools are formed from calcified mineral deposits, and you will have the opportunity to swim in the  Cleopatra Antique Pools  for an additional cost. At the end of the tour, around 4:00 pm, you will begin your drive to Kusadasi (approximately 3 hours). We will drop you at your hotel in Kusadasi.

Day 8: Ephesus Tour – Fly back to Istanbul

After breakfast at the hotel around 8:30 am, you will be picked up and met by your tour guide to begin your full-day tour of Ephesus. You will visit the  ruins of Ephesus , the ancient Greek city that became an important centre of this time. Visit the  Temple of Hadrian ,  Great Theater , and Trajan Fountain. After lunch, let’s visit the  House of the Virgin Mary , where it is believed she spent her last years. We will pass by the  Temple of Artemis ; there is little to see of this that was one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world. Afterwards, you will visit the  Isa Bey Mosque . Next, you will be taken to the  Sirince Village ; which is an old Greek village and is well-know for its quaint beauty and wine tasting and production. Here you will have one hour free to explore on your own without a guide the different foods and wines of the area and visit various small traditional village shops. At the end of the tour, you will be taken to Izmir airport for your late evening flight back to Istanbul. Upon arriving in Istanbul, you will be welcomed at the airport and provided with a transfer to your hotel, where you will stay overnight.

Day 9: Departure from Istanbul – End of Tour Service

After breakfast, you will check out from your hotel in Istanbul (hotel check-out is before 12:00 noon) and will then be transferred to the Istanbul International Airport according to your flight details. This will be the end of our tour and services.

• Please note that the Blue Mosque is not open for visitation on Fridays as it is closed for religious prayer services. You will only be able to visit the outside of the Blue Mosque area on tours operated on Fridays. No visitation will be allowed inside the Blue Mosque for tourists on Fridays.
• Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesday, it will be replaced with the  Basilica Cistern  (Yerebatan Sarnici).
• Grand Bazaar is closed on Sunday.
• During religious holidays, the spice market and Grand Bazaar are closed.
• On flights luggage allowance is 15 kg per person for checked in luggage. For carry-on, you can take up to 8 kg per person. One carry-on is allowed per person.
