Adidas Tour360 22 Golf Shoes Review

The Adidas Tour360 22 golf shoe is an athletic shoe with stability, padding for comfortability, and recycled waterproof materials to keep feet dry.
Introduction
The Adidas Tour360 has been Adidas’s marquee golf shoe for years. Highlights for the 2022 model includes an improved traction system for better stability, interior padding that molds to your foot over time, and recycled materials for those looking to better the environment. Two-time major winner Dustin Johnson has worn the Adidas Tour360’s exclusively since their inception. Why? By the end of this review, you should have the answer.
Check out the BOA version of the Tour360 22 HERE
First thing that popped out when I opened the box was the color scheme. Although mostly white, the blue and orange really pops and adds a subtle touch of flare. The Tour360 22 comes in five different colorways if this type of flare isn’t quite your cup of tea.
Colors aside, the entire outer layer of the shoe is made of leather and other waterproof materials that can be easily cleaned to keep them looking new for an extended period of time.
New for 2022, the spikes on the bottom are noticeably wider but not replaceable as seen in previous models. The heel and sole are comprised of the foam material which we have seen before.
The Adidas Tour360 22 golf shoes were more comfortable than I had anticipated . The foam insert molded to my foot shape and got more comfortable with time. The built-in sock liner also provided padding for comfort, but moreso helped solidify my foot inside the shoe . This kept me from feeling like my foot would slide and move too much inside.
The mid-top height around the ankle contributed to the overall stability but could potentially be a recipe for blisters. Using the right sock height was key and should be considered by anyone taking these out for the first time.
Moving on to fit, the inner sock lining makes it a bit more snug at first, so if you’re in between sizes, go with the bigger size . I usually am between a 9.5 and 10 on most shoes and the size 10 worked perfectly.
Performance
When I initially put these on, I immediately noticed the wide base. The width made me feel well connected to the ground , almost cemented into the turf beneath me. I had plenty of confidence to make an aggressive swing in any condition.
Speaking of conditions, the Adidas Tour360 22’s leather materials are totally waterproof as proven with the kitchen faucet test. Not only did these stay dry inside but the partially recycled materials made it easy to keep clean. Just wipe any dirt or debris right off with a damp cloth, and they’ll look brand new.
As I started wearing these, I noticed the foam heel cushioning will get you up a little higher off the ground. For me, any golf shoe with some lift to it makes me feel like I can get a slightly better swing on the ball. It’s not necessarily a good thing for everyone but something to note before purchasing.
These are certainly among some of the most comfortable fully spiked golf shoes I have ever tested . With spring coming and soggy rounds inevitable, these will be perfect for keeping my feet dry and stable. At $210 a pair , not only are you contributing to a shoe with a reduction in environmental impact, but the recycled materials will help extend the life of your shoes by keeping them clean and fresh for every round.
The Adidas Tour360 has the looks of an athletic shoe but it carries a ton of performance tricks up its sleeve. The wide spikes allow for traction with an ergonomic foam sole that forms to your foot. If you crave more stability and support in your shoe without losing the comfort much like 2-time major winner Dustin Johnson, check out the Adidas Tour360 22.

I have worn Tour 360s forever and have 2 pairs in my current rotation. Always found them, and other Adidas golf shoes, to be the best fitting for me and very comfortable and stable. I’m not sure about these however. I want spiked or spikeless not some hybrid where if you happen to walk on pavement for any length of time (coming across the parking lot to the tee, etc.) the spikes are likely to wear out more quickly. At $210 per pair that may be too high a price to pay for shoes that may not last over time and far more expensive than previous models too. I’ll wait and see on these to see how they last for people.
They really need to bring back the adipower line. A spiked shoe with boost that doesn’t cost 200 bucks is necessary. The codechaos line that replaced it is super ugly and doesn’t have a spiked option.
Are the spikes replaceable?
No they are not.
Not sure who would want to pay $200 for golf shoes and not be able to replace the spikes. I have had many pairs where the spikes were replaced three or more times in their lifetime. Additionally I will never return to the days where new shoes could cause blisters. With the wide array of shoe choices I can’t understand who would take a chance on these.
Tried these recently but wound up returning them. I will say, stability-wise, they’re pretty exceptional. But for the wide foot gang, these are perhaps Adidas’ least friendly release in recent memory. The materials are just too rigid to make these work if you’re a wide-footer, compared to, say, the Solarthons or ZG21s. I’m hoping they eventually start to offer these in wide sizes.
Love my Black 360 22’s. Comfort, stability, quality, style, it’s all there. My feet usually get tired after 18 but not with these. The Boost foam is amazing. Also these don’t cause blisters. 3 stripes for life!
Agree with previous comment. Not being able to replace spikes is seen as a money grabbing exercise by Adidas who want us to fork out for new shoes. Shame.
These shoes are terrific. Broke them out for the first time walking bethpage…probably not the smartest move. No blisters, no issues. The spikes/durability concerns are fair…but only time will tell there.
My wife came home and surprised me with the black and white tour 360s last night. I played 18 this morning and big difference in stability and comfort than anything I’ve worn before including my Nike’s. The spikes are big and placed axactly where your feet should be on address. Wear them and youll know what i mean. This is the best shoe out there. They’re expensive and the spikes aren’t replaceable but this is a quality shoe that benefits performance. Just buy a new pair when they wear out. Spike life could be 1 year could be 5 years depending on use and care.
Just purchase the tour 360 22 they have great stability but after three holes had a blister on left heal by the time I got to the 9th hole had to remove these for now both heals are blisterd can’t see these as a walking shoe I play 18 holes 5 days a week very disappointed for my first pair of Addias golf shoe purchased from sport chek
Adidas says you should get 200 rounds before the spikes wear out. I play 4 rounds a week so they might last 1 year??? My previous tour 360 shoes lasted me 3 years before replacing so I will be sending this new pair back pair back. Also, THERE IS NO MENTION OF NON REMOVABLE SPIKES ON THE WEB SITE WHERE I PURCHASED THE SHOES (PGA SUPERSTORE)!
Hope I didn’t make a mistake by getting these non replaceable spikes. It didn’t even dawn on me that they were not replaceable till I had already bought them otherwise I may have rethunk it. I’ve worn Tour 360 since they first came out for the exceptional stability they provide over most other brands and have been very happy with the functionality of the 360 concept. As mentioned only time will tell on the longevity of the spikes….fingers crossed.
If i knew that you couldn’t replace worn cleats on this shoe i wouldn’t have bought them. The cleats are worn already.
When I first started wearing these they tore both heels off of me, decided to leave them be for a while to allow my heels recover but every time since then it’s the same thing. End up having to take them off after 8 or 9 holes. I have found that the insole is to high resulting in my heel been raised and ribbing off the foam at the back. I removed the insole and that seems to of work although their now not as comfortable.

Download media, fit for all – tour360 22 introduces new era of fit and traction.
- 24-JAN-2022
17 years ago, we introduced the TOUR360 to the world. At the time, we purposefully took a lot of risks when it came to design because we wanted to challenge conventional thinking on what a premium performance shoe could represent. That first model ushered-in an era for what has now become our flagship footwear franchise worn by major champions and amateurs all around the world. Today we’re introducing the next chapter: TOUR360 22.
After nearly two decades of building upon and improving that original model of the TOUR360, we went back to the beginning; adopting that same mindset of taking risks that ultimately drove the creation for that first model. With the TOUR360 22, our primary focus was to re-examine how we addressed two critical areas that are important for golfers of all skill levels: fit and traction.
To get there, we looked at historical models of the TOUR360 as well as our own brand archives from other categories for inspiration. We landed on a recipe of key features that makes this our best-performing TOUR360 to date. From the ground up, the TOUR360 22 sits on our Feet You Wear™ last, serving as the foundation for our NEW TOUR360 FIT , while our new direct-injected SPIKEMORE traction system will help golfers stay locked-in and increase confidence with every swing. It’s the first time in golf that we’ve included these features.
“The TOUR360 is synonymous with pinnacle technology and premium materials, and we remained true to that throughout the design process of this new model,” said Masun Denison, global footwear director, adidas Golf. “Golfers will instantly notice a more natural fit that offers better stability, better traction and amazing comfort. I’ve been a part of the creation of every model of the TOUR360, so I can confidently say that this is our best-performing model we have ever introduced.”
With so much lateral movement and weight transfer in the golf swing, we were intrigued with the use-cases that our brand’s Feet You Wear last had to offer. We first introduced Feet You Wear in 1996. The design mimics the natural shape of the foot, ultimately helping to create a better connection with the ground and accommodate the natural movements of the foot in all directions. Knowing how important the ground is in the golf swing, an added benefit of using the Feet You Wear last helps golfers utilize this connection with the ground to generate power more easily in the swing. The design truly hugs and cradles the natural contours of the foot to optimize performance.
The Feet You Wear last is just one component of our NEW TOUR360 FIT that we’re introducing with TOUR360 22. The NEW TOUR360 FIT includes:
- DUALSTACK Midsole – We combined the comfort of our full-length BOOST cushioning with an EVA stability frame. This EVA stability frame is a horseshoe-shaped piece that surrounds our full-length BOOST with EVA chassis, strategically placed on the perimeter of the forefoot to provide golfers with lightweight stability, comfort and performance. It’s our most technical and advanced midsole that we have ever offered. The benefits are not easily seen, but certainly felt.
- GEOFIT Collar Pad – Designed to enhance the fit and feel on the top of the foot, this piece gently conforms to the individual to provide a more personalized and comfortable fit.
- 3D TORSION™ SYSTEM – Targeted stability in the midfoot, this mold plate enhances the connection with the ground while also helping to stabilize footwork throughout the swing.
- INSITE Sockliner - Working in tandem with the Feet You Wear last, this sockliner cradles the contours of the foot, especially in the heel, to provide enhanced cushioning, comfort, and support.
We didn’t stop there. We’re introducing our latest iteration of SPIKEMORE with the TOUR360 22 that features cleats directly injected onto the TPU base. We found that by injecting the cleats, we could provide more precise locations that would allow us to adjust density, make the inside and outside arm shapes unique and adjust the size depending on where the cleat sits on the outsole. Each cleat also includes a center cone, which helps to improve overall grip. While larger than our spikes of the past, this new configuration and variance in size helps to disperse weight and promote increased green friendliness.
As part of our effort to improve fit, we collaborated with the team at BOA® Technology to elevate both the fit and performance for the BOA models of the TOUR360 22. We worked with their team at the BOA Fit Performance Lab to find a way to optimize both fit and function. The PerformFit Wrap™ system we created consists of two overlapping panels that pull down over the top of the instep. The BOA Fit System, featuring the micro-adjustable Li2 dial wraps around the heel, locking the foot into place while providing customized fit. The BOA model also features a sockfit construction, designed to give golfers ultimate support, stability, and confidence.
From adidas athlete Xander Schauffele:
“I got to see first-hand how much detail went into bringing this shoe to life and that was a really unique learning experience. Footwear is so important in the golf swing, but it can also help boost confidence. After spending quite a bit of time testing the TOUR360 22, I know golfers will feel a higher level of stability, traction and comfort, which are things we all need from our footwear out on the course so that we can perform our best.”
From adidas athlete Dustin Johnson:
“I’ve worn almost every model of TOUR360 since I started my career and I’m always amazed at how the footwear team continues to raise the bar year after year. I really like the design and style with this new model, but the traction, feel and comfort I get definitely make this the best version of the TOUR360 that I’ve ever worn.”
From adidas athlete Danielle Kang:
“The TOUR360 22 is packed with so much innovation and technology that I could feel the difference the minute I put them on. What impressed me the most was how meticulous the team was throughout the design process, and I think the final product is a testament to adidas’ commitment to never stop striving for better. I’m really excited to perform in it this season.”
The TOUR360 22 continues to include the best materials for enhanced durability, but now with even more purpose. The upper features premium rich leather (one-year waterproof warranty), microfiber, and textiles that incorporate recycled materials, all part of our mission as a brand to help END PLASTIC WASTE.
TOUR360 is our most iconic franchise and we’ve taken it to new heights for all athletes. The TOUR360 22 will be offered in five models: both laced and BOA models for men and women, and a simplified lace model for junior golfers.
The laced models of the TOUR360 22 will be available at adidas.com , the adidas app, and at select retailers worldwide beginning January 28. The BOA models will be available shortly thereafter, beginning March 1.

Fit/Comfort
Traction/stability.
17 years ago adidas introduced the world of golf to the now iconic Tour360 golf shoe. With the combination of achievements in the professional and amateur ranks, as well as big commercial success, adidas has now unveiled the Tour360 22 version ($210/£160).
Finding ways to update a flagship franchise and bringing it into the modern game can be difficult, but adidas sought to do this by going back to the original designs, analysing what made them work, and implementing those ideas into the new model. adidas looked to focus on two areas that would effect all golfers - fit and traction. So how did the shoe perform? We tested a pair out on the course to find out.
I have often struggled to get proper fitting golf shoes because my feet seem to be between a 9.5 and a 10, and sizing differs across brands. However this was not the case here as in a 10 my feet felt comfortable, snug and cocooned.
This partly comes down to the Feet You Wear last. First introduced in 1996, it mimics the natural shape of the foot and accommodates the movement of the foot in all directions, even throughout the golf swing. I definitely felt the shoe wrapped itself around my foot rather than having a set shoe shape my foot had to adhere to.
Additionally, adidas has a new Tour360 FIT, which has several design elements -
- Dualstack Midsole – Combination of Boost cushioning with EVA stability frame. This technology is difficult to see but I felt it around the forefoot and the arch of my foot as well. The support here really felt good.
- Geofit Collar Pad – Located on the top of the foot, this piece gently conforms to the individual to provide a more personalized and comfortable fit.
- Insite Sockliner - The sockliner also conforms to each individual foot and its contours, especially in the heel.
I am always slightly apprehensive with wearing new shoes straight out of the box, but these just felt good and I was not concerned about blisters, rubbing or anything of the sort. The only minor complaint was the heel can feel quite stiff but this is part of the point of the design, so the heel feels locked in. This is a tiny negative for me but on that note, and because of the other technology in the shoe, I think these golf shoes would help those players who suffer from plantar fasciitis pain.
Next up is traction and stability. I tried this golf shoe out in dry, damp and wet conditions and overall there was a good amount of grip in all conditions. A model that will no doubt find itself going into our guide on the best spiked golf shoes , the Tour360 22 has cleats directly injected into the base of the shoe which means you won't ever have to worry about losing them.
This design touch, combined with a variety of spikes and traction elements, really gripped into the ground. During my golf swing I occasionally stand up on my toes which has often meant I slip in wet conditions, but I never felt a lack of trust with these shoes. I also really liked the fact they weren't creating any large marks of indentations on the greens, something that can be a problem during winter golf.
Of course for any model to be considered as one of the best golf shoes on the market, durability is also vitally important. Despite noticing how light the shoes were when I picked them up and tried them on, they still felt sturdy and really well made. I have used golf shoes in the past that have occasionally had the odd bit of questionable stitching or a piece of material is slightly coming away from another, but none of that was true here. Despite my best efforts to be heavy-handed with the shoes, every element was locked in and properly constructed.
The upper features a premium rich leather which is 100 percent waterproof and you also get a one-year waterproof warranty as well which gives good peace of mind. adidas has also incorporated recycled materials into the design to continue the brand's goal of ending plastic waste.
The leather upper is easy to clean, as is the outsole, but the Boost technology can be difficult to get spotless which is common on many of the best adidas golf shoes . Additionally because the stripes come away from the core upper part of the shoe, dirt can get behind there so that is something to be aware of.
A common negative comment I see online about the Tour360 is people asking whether the design has changed enough. I don't really understand that mindset - I say if it ain't broke, don't fix it. But this new shoe should keep everyone happy because it looks like the traditional Tour360, with design touches that make it look different to past models.
I was a big fan older Tour360s because of the classic look and three-stripe design, but the new model has found a way of incorporating some modern flourishes that really stand out. I tested the white, blue and orange model and the small splashes of color give a totally unique style. But adidas has not gone too far and the restraint the designers have shown makes these the best looking golf shoes I have ever used.
The new shoe will be offered in five models: both laced and BOA models for men and women, and a simplified lace model for junior golfers.

STYLE: adidas Golf Releases the TOUR360 22, Featuring SPIKEMORE
17 years ago, adidas Golf introduced the TOUR360 to the world. At the time, adidas purposefully took a lot of risks when it came to design because they wanted to challenge conventional thinking on what a premium performance shoe could represent. That first model ushered-in an era for what has now become their flagship footwear franchise worn by major champions and amateurs all around the world.
And to help take the brand into the next chapter, adidas is releasing the TOUR360 22 .
TOUR360 in White/Black/Blue
After nearly two decades of building upon and improving that original model of the TOUR360, adidas went back to the beginning by adopting that same mindset of taking risks that ultimately drove the creation for that first model. With the TOUR360 22, the primary focus was to re-examine how adidas addressed two critical areas that are important for golfers of all skill levels: fit and traction .
To get there, they looked at historical models of the TOUR360 as well as its own brand archives from other categories for inspiration. adidas landed on a recipe of key features that makes this our best-performing TOUR360 to date. From the ground up, the TOUR360 22 sits on their Feet You Wear last, serving as the foundation for the NEW TOUR360 FIT , while our new direct-injected SPIKEMORE traction system will help golfers stay locked-in and increase confidence with every swing.
Masun Denison, Global Footwear Director of adidas Golf, said:
“The TOUR360 is synonymous with pinnacle technology and premium materials, and we remained true to that throughout the design process of this new model… Golfers will instantly notice a more natural fit that offers better stability, better traction and amazing comfort . I’ve been a part of the creation of every model of the TOUR360, so I can confidently say that this is our best-performing model we have ever introduced .”
With so much lateral movement and weight transfer in the golf swing, adidas wanted to update it Feet You Wear technology, which first debuted in 1996 and looks to mimic the natural shape of the foot, ultimately helping to create a better connection with the ground and accommodate the natural movements of the foot in all directions. Given how important the ground is in the golf swing, an added benefit of using the Feet You Wear last helps golfers utilize this connection with the ground to generate power more easily in the swing.
DUALSTACK Midsole on the TOUR360 in White/Black/Blue
The Feet You Wear last is one component of our NEW TOUR360 FIT that is being introducing with TOUR360 22, and includes:
- DUALSTACK Midsole – The combination of a full-length BOOST cushioning with an EVA stability frame. This EVA stability frame is a horseshoe-shaped piece that surrounds the TOUR360 22’s full-length BOOST with EVA chassis, strategically placed on the perimeter of the forefoot to provide golfers with lightweight stability, comfort and performance.
- GEOFIT Collar Pad – Designed to enhance the fit and feel on the top of the foot, this piece gently conforms to the individual to provide a more personalized and comfortable fit.
- 3D TORSION SYSTEM – Targeted stability in the midfoot, this mold plate enhances the connection with the ground while also helping to stabilize footwork throughout the swing.
- INSITE Sockliner – Working in tandem with the Feet You Wear last, this sockliner cradles the contours of the foot, especially in the heel, to provide enhanced cushioning, comfort, and support.
But as mentioned above, fit is only half the equation. For traction, adidas is introducing their latest iteration of with the TOUR360 22 that features cleats directly injected onto the TPU base . This is an industry first, and adidas has discovered that by injecting the cleats, the TOUR 360 22’s can be designed with a more precise location that allows for greater adjustments in density, a more unique inside and outside arm, and cleat size variability to corresponds with where the cleat sits on the outsole.
Each cleat also includes a center cone, which helps to improve overall grip. While larger than our spikes of the past, this new configuration and variance in size helps to disperse weight and promote increased green friendliness.
In addition to the foregoing, the TOUR360 22 will also be available in laced and BOA models. By working with BOA Technology’s team at the BOA Fit Performance Lab to find a way to optimize both fit and function, the TOUR360 22 will feature the PerformFit WrapTM system, which consists of two overlapping panels that pull down over the top of the instep.
BOA PerformFit Wrap System on the TOUR360 22 BOA in White/Silver/Red
The BOA Fit System, featuring the micro-adjustable Li2 dial wraps around the heel , locks the foot into place while providing a customized fit. The BOA model also features a sockfit construction, designed to give golfers ultimate support, stability, and confidence.
adidas Golf athletes, including current Olympic gold medalist Xander Schauffele and LPGA Tournament of Champions winner Danielle Kang both were involved with the TOUR360 22’s development, and are eager to take it onto the course this season:
Schauffele explained:
“I got to see first-hand how much detail went into bringing this shoe to life and that was a really unique learning experience. Footwear is so important in the golf swing , but it can also help boost confidence. After spending quite a bit of time testing the TOUR360 22, I know golfers will feel a higher level of stability, traction and comfort , which are things we all need from our footwear out on the course so that we can perform our best.”
Kang, similarly excited, stated:
“The TOUR360 22 is packed with so much innovation and technology that I could feel the difference the minute I put them on. What impressed me the most was how meticulous the team was throughout the design process , and I think the final product is a testament to adidas’ commitment to never stop striving for better . I’m really excited to perform in it this season.”
The TOUR360 22 continues to include the best materials for enhanced durability, but now with even more purpose. The upper features premium rich leather (one-year waterproof warranty), microfiber, and textiles that incorporate recycled materials, all part of adidas’ mission as a brand to help END PLASTIC WASTE.

The laced models of the TOUR360 22 will be available at adidas.com , the adidas app, and at select retailers worldwide beginning January 28, 2022 .
The BOA models of the TOUR360 22 will be available shortly thereafter, beginning March 1 .

Does anyone know if Champ makes spikes that fit the newer Adidas Thintech sole? I like the harder ScorpionSTINGER spikes that Champ makes, but it doesn't seem that they fit the newer Adidas spikes, unless I'm wrong.

Personally, I prefer the stock Adidas spikes but I'm guessing you don't like them? The only Champ spikes so far that fit the Adidas PINS system is the Zarma. The Soft Spike Pulsar also comes in the PINS system.

From my experience the zarma's are much firmer compared to the pulsar's.
The Adidas spikes are very nice but it is also nice there are other options if you want to change.

[/quote] Maybe I will try the Zarma, if they are slightly firmer. I wish they made the Scorpion Stinger or even Pro Stinger in the PINS system. I'd like the option of a firm spike with maximum traction.

Adidas Tour360 22 Performance Review
With a plethora of the world’s best golfers in their stable of PGA Tour players, Adidas has really stepped up their golf shoe game.
Piggy-backing off of the success of last year’s model, the Adidas Tour360 22 takes dead aim at the top spot in the spiked category.
Spoiler alert: these things hit the mark.
First Impressions
As someone who’s a big fan of bright colors, I fell in love with these right away. The blues and oranges work perfectly with a clean white upper.
If these perform anywhere near how good they look, these could easily become my go-to pair.
I’m in love with the materials. The upper is made from extremely supple leather that’s buttery soft to the touch. And I’m happy to report that the added waterproof coating doesn’t take away from the gorgeous looks or amazing feel.
But the great materials come with a slight drawback; the Adidas Tour360 22 is not breathable at all. If you’re one of those people that naturally run hot, or if you do a lot of your golfing in warmer climates, you might consider looking in a different direction.
Some extra ventilation cutouts in the tongue would have been helpful in this regard. But nonetheless, the premium materials felt…premium!
I had high hopes for the Adidas Tour360 22 in the traction department, and these far surpassed the mark.
Generally, I expect the spiked options to provide exceptional grip, especially when compared to spikeless offerings such as the Jordan 1 Low G . These fit the bill perfectly. They feature what Adidas calls SPIKEMORE traction , complete with 6 TPU spikes to ensure maximum grab and grip.
The additional traction nubs (what I’m assuming is the SPIKEMORE) provided great lateral and rotational grip and served as a great compliment to the claw-like spikes.
Is Boost still life?
The dual-stacked Boost midsole on the Adidas Tour360 22 offered great step-in comfort, without feeling overly bouncy or plush. Whether I was making explosive or finesse moves, these felt awesome. Admittedly, I was worried that the Boost would cave a little too much when shifting my weight through the swing, but I had no issues at all.
In my opinion, too much cushion can be a bad thing in a sport that relies on generating power with the lower body, but the Adidas Tour360 22 implemented the Boost perfectly. Adidas found a perfect balance between energy return, comfort, and stability that make these an excellent option for the walker or the rider.
Speaking of stability…
The combination of the great traction and excellent cushion made these a very stable shoe overall. I found these to be less narrow than a shoe like the Nike Air Max 270 G, which features a very narrow base.
The wide base of the Adidas Tour360 22 gave me the confidence I needed to execute every swing. Uneven lies were no trouble at all, as I was able to escape even the most awkward of positions without losing stability.
The fit was excellent overall for the Adidas Tour360 22, in large part due to the 360Wrap support technology. Basically, Adidas used the TPU stripes on the sides of each shoe as a wrap to enhance the lockdown. With the shoelaces looped through the stripes, my feet felt secure on all sides and in every direction (hence the 360Wrap moniker).
I went true to size, and that turned out to be the correct choice.
Adidas Tour360 22 Summary
Adidas wasn’t playing around with this year’s Tour spiked model. Bolstered by excellent traction and long-lasting comfort, the Adidas Tour360 22 is definitely a golf shoe you should get your hands on.

Most modern spikeless shoes (or non-removable spike shoes) won't see the spikes wear down as fast as the shoes themselves - technology has come quite a long way. A lot of tour pros are likely wearing the Tour 360 22s but they may just not stand out as much. Some guys may just like the ZG 21s from a comfort or style standpoint.

The Adidas Tour360 22 golf shoes were more comfortable than I had anticipated. The foam insert molded to my foot shape and got more comfortable with time. The built-in sock liner also provided padding for comfort, but moreso helped solidify my foot inside the shoe . This kept me from feeling like my foot would slide and move too much inside.
The bright colours stand out and the overall design feels really athletic and strong. Adidas Tour 360 golf shoes 22: The technology. When it came to the performance of this shoe there were two key areas on which Adidas wanted to zone in: fit and traction. The shaping of the shoe is designed around a 'Feet You Wear' last.
Just buy the one of the spike replacement kits that comes with the tool, and keep the tool for next time so you only have to buy the spikes next time. Make sure you buy the right type of spikes for Adidas since there are several different receptacle types. All Adidas golf shoes made in the last 10 years or so (such as Tour 360) use the PINS system.
