Two of my travel obsessions are travel blackout (don’t worry, we’re not going there again today) and trying to make kids comfortable on a plane. Well good news for you, by jove I think I’ve found the ultimate kids travel pillow!

This is the Benbat Travel Friends Total Support Headrest.

You can choose from a number of colours (obviously we have pink). They sell in two sizes, my four year old has the one suitable for 4-8 years old.

The pillow is double sided; one side is furry for winter warmth and the other side is a cooler fabric.

The shape makes it extremely snuggly and it fits nicely around your child’s neck, truly giving them support and comfort. The pillow also has magnets at the bottom to create a comfy chin rest.

It also comes with straps to attach to in-car headrests for maximum support. You can also use the straps to attach to your hand luggage.

This is perfect for on a plane, in a car and also doubles up as a teddy bear for bed!

In Hong Kong, the BenBat Travel Friends Total Support Headrest is available from Mothercare, 03 Baby, Bumps to Babes, Bibidada, Dymocks, Little Whale, Nobletime and Page One. Depending on size, price ranges from HKD $109 – 179.

My son has the green version. These are seriously AWESOME! We clip it onto his backpack/rolly bag and it goes everywhere when we travel. A modern travel mum MUST buy!

Benbat Travel Friends Support Headrest {#Review}

A lovely and cozy companion during the travel is a great solution to make your little one comfortable. Benbat produces some of the best and assorted solid and multi colored baby support products. The savannah line up of animals from Benbat takes kids on great wild safari. The Benbat travel friends is excellent for a smooth travel ride. It is a great innovative idea to make the young toddlers comfortable and have fun the same time.

I received the Benbat giraffe support headrest for my 2.5 year old son. Along with total head and neck support my son enjoys the safari kind of travel with the side rests that are as perfect as my arms. The placement support is great with the extending body wrap on which he holds his arm much tight to get all the love from his animal friend. He gets a good chin support with the hidden magnets.

I took this travel friend this year on a holiday and there were absolutely no complaints from my son. The trip was greatly pleasurable and enjoyable for him with the excellent placement support he received from his giraffe friend. For both strollers and car seat, the support worked well with great adjustable features in it. For his soft and gentle neck, the ergonomic shape was most suitable. I am so glad that this prevents any strenuous neck cramps during his growing months. And as it is crash tested, we always have the safer side during dangers like accidents.

The comfy giraffe is his great cuddly friend who keeps him safe while travelling. It is as cozy as a pillow. It is so adorable to look them both travelling with us most of the time. This lovely friend can accompany him on strollers , joggers or other types of baby seating. The headpiece can be bent to transform into a good neck support and placed on strollers.

The fabric design is the best part of this product which I appreciate much. It is made of the reversible fabric which is suitable for any season. He is just cool in summers and when it is cold he just snuggles with the thick and plush material to get immense warmth. The winter side of the fabric is made of the giraffe design and the summer side has a yellow background with Ben bat logo over it. There are absolutely no worries about using them throughout the year. Also as it is made of pure polyester, it is machine washable in cold water.

The head support is just great as it keeps the head off the flat surface. This helps best for infants where flat spots can be formed on the baby’s head due to immature formation of skull. No fear of head changing its shape. There is a cushioning support to body and neck while baby is reclining.

Knowing about the right choice for baby’s head support and safety is much important for parents. The body support from the Benbat is just great with those cuddly wild animals. I highly recommend this for its performance and comfort. You can get it from Oyaco .
