Cancelation Policy

This tour is subject to a 24-hour cancelation policy. If you wish to cancel or amend your booking, you can do so without charge by contacting us up to 24 hours in advance of your expected departure time.

On tours canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, we are happy to offer our customers a refund for the full value of the tour.  This policy is valid across most of our tours, but is subject to some exceptions. In the case of a tour not being in line with this 24-hour cancelation policy, you will find this information in the "Know Before You Go" section of the specific tour page.   Tours cannot be canceled with less than 24 hours notice. We are unable to provide compensation for cancelations with the 24 hour window prior to your tour departure, nor can tour dates or times be amended. Bookings made with the 24 hour window are final .

We strongly advise against arriving at the meeting point without a booking as we cannot guarantee that there will be space left on the tour. • The boat cruise departs from near the base of the Eiffel Tower, and it returns to the same place.  You are not able to disembark from the boat before the full one-hour loop.

Your boat tour starts and ends at Bateaux Parisiens, located along the river near the base of the Eiffel Tower.  The exact address is Port de la Bourdonnais, 75007 Paris .  The closest metro station is Bir-Hakeim (line 6).

The boat cruise is about an hour long.  It departs from and returns to the same location.  You can use your boat ticket at any time; boats depart every 30-60 minutes depending on the season.  We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes earlier than your desired departure time.

How do I get my ticket?

Once you purchase your Seine River Cruise ticket, you will receive an email with a QR code.  Simply have this code available on your mobile device or printed out, and you can scan the code at the boat departure point.  Due to the instant delivery nature of the boat tickets, they are non-refundable.

How long is the cruise?

The Seine River Cruise is about one hour long. It departs and returns to the same location, just near the base of the Eiffel Tower. We advise that guests arrive approximately 15-20 minutes before their desired tour departure time, which is every 30-60 minutes between 10am-10pm.

Can I bring my own food or drink onto the boat?

Water bottles and snacks are permitted, but glass bottles will be confiscated at security.

Can I bring my bag/backpack on the boat?

Small handbags/backpacks are permitted, however they will be inspected by security before boarding the boat.  Larger bags & suitcases are not permitted on the boat.

How do I access the boat?

The boat departure point is located at Bateaux Parisiens, Port de la Bourdonnais, 75007 .  The closest metro station is Bir-Hakeim (line 6).

Are their toilets available on the boat?

Yes! Upon boarding the boat you will have access to the toilets.  There are no toilets available on the dock; before boarding or after disembarking.

When's the best time to enjoy the boat cruise?

There’s no right answer to this question!  It depends on how you want to visit Paris.  The boats are less crowded first thing in the morning, but you can enjoy a beautiful sunset later in the day.  We recommend planning your boat cruise in conjunction with a visit to the Eiffel Tower.

They charged us 244,00 € for a group of 4 (2 adults 2 kids) for the goal of going to the very top of the Eifel Tower AND the skip the ligne option (as clearly stated in their website if you purchase the tickets in advance) with the tour guide aide. Please keep in mind, tickets for 1 adult at the Eifel Tower to reach the summit is only €18 and €11 for a child. I should never have booked online with them and i highly do not recommend them. On March 27th, we showed up at the designated spot, to our surprise, the tour guide tells us we will be waiting in line for 1 hour and 30 minutes so that he can purchase the tickets for us (uhm what?, I could have done that in my own) While un line, he tells us "if you have any questions about the spot we are standing please let me know" he was not educated in the history of the Eifel tower nor did he talk to us about anything. His job we soon learned was to stand un line with us for him to pay the ticket once you reach the to of the line. With the kids screaming of impatience at this point, i told the tour guide we can't wait in line because the ticket we purchased was for skip the line. He told me there will be no refund when i asked for it but he will do his "best" to communicate with his company in our behalf. Once we left, the nightmare started. I messaged the company directly to request if refund and explained what happened... per the response by "May, General Manager, WM&T" she bluntly stated no refunds are ever provided despite any circumstances. We ended not going to the summit due to heavy winds and ice not been compensated for that either. Okay, the ticket on their website did not describe this if only i could include pictures. They refused to give me the refund so they rescheduled us for the next day. Following day the wait was 2 hours long, we waited with the tour guide who didn't say anything about the history of the Eiffel Tower. Once we reached the ticket booth, i went with her as i also needed to pay for another adult ticket for a friend. She paid €18 for each adults in the group, then she turns to me and says, i have an extra ticket if you want just give me the cash and I'll give it to you... "absolutely not! Was my response" i paid my friend's ticket and she ended tossing the extra one she had away! WOW! To make matters worse, once we arrived at the 2nd floor, she bid us farewell and left. Lol what a joke. I literally just paid for a babysitter to wait with me in line. Guys, even if you do not speak the French language, i highly recommend you purchase your ticket at the Eiffel Tower booth, it's much cheaper and at least you are guaranteed you will not loose money, the agents are equipped culturally and many speak English, French and Spanish along with other languages. Private Eiffel Tower Tour w Champagne & Seine River

Maria (Masha) was a wonderful tour guide! We learned so much about the Eiffel Tower, with plenty of time to browse the gift shop and grab a drink. She also took some fantastic photos of our family for us. The only problem we had was we did not get champagne because The Tour Guy company changed cruise lines recently. Masha was apologetic and embarrassed, and it is not her fault at all. The Tour Guy company should’ve taken this into account and had an alternative ready, such as champagne on the Eiffel Tower, or should’ve proactively offered a compensation for this, as it was a disappointment. The company did inform Masha that we would be getting a small portion of our fee refunded for the champagne, but it is already the next day and I still have not gotten an email from The Tour Guy company about it.

Amazing experience, very knowledgeable guide that accommodated one French speaking and two English speaking members of our group pf 3. We enjoyed the cruise and spectacular views of Paris. Stayed on the 2nd floor of tower till sunset, unfortunately weather was not very good for the sunset and quite windy.and chilly.

Very enjoyable tour

The cruise was a lovely way to see Paris in a relaxed way. Unfortunately, the weather was cold and wet but we still enjoyed our time and kept warm with blankets provided by the company. The Effel Tower tour was soooo thrilling. I'm so happy we were able to go up to the 2nd floor. Views just amazing. Our guides were very friendly and knowledgeable.

The welcome, the meal and the setting were all perfect! We paid extra to be on the glass side, but it was well worth it and gave us a better view, which is absolutely stunning. The service was top notch from start to finish. Feeling a little chilly waiting for boarding time, the staff let us onto the boat and immediately served us an aperitif! Waiters very smiley and attentive. I highly recommend it. It's a very romantic experience.

It's the first time for us in Paris and what better way than a cruise along the Seine to discover this beautiful city. We were wonderfully welcomed by a very nice staff and top in terms of communication (not always easy when you don't speak French) and care. We had a great time and we will definitely come back the next time we visit Paris. You guys rock! I highly recommend this establishment.
