What Is Journeys Return Policy?

Journeys now offers FREE returns in-store and by mail for online purchases! Returning anything purchased from Journeys.com is possible within 60 days of receipt.

Return Policy in-Store: You may return items to any Journeys store location. Please include your packing slip (or gift receipt) as well as the credit card you used to make the original purchase.

How to return it by mail if I order online?

The steps listed below should be followed by a customer who wants to return an online order by mail:

  • The customer must first create a Prepaid Shipping label by going to the Journeys Return Page.
  • The minimum fee for the Prepaid Shipping Label will be deducted from the refund after processing.
  • The customer can now send the items for return by any shipping service after creating the shipping label.
  • It may take two to four weeks on average to complete this return.

How do I return a store purchase by mail?

  • First, the customer has to fill out the Return/Exchange Form .
  • The form must be filled out with certain information, including the billing name, Order ID, customer contact information, and product details. Additionally, customers have a choice between a refund and a return.
  • If the customer needs a pre-paid shipping label for the return, they must then get in touch with Journey’s customer service.
