Miranda's Tours & Gifts is located since 2017 in Psalidi, about 5 km from Kos town.
Due to Miranda's huge experience in the travel business and her many years of living in Kos, she knows the Island like nobody else.
Besides the travel section she has an artistic side and at the souvenir shop you can find handpicked presents like ceramics bowls & plates, driftwood, magnets, olive-soap and many more at competitive pricing.
As a Dutch her practical thinking came up with the idea of a "lend service" and you can rent useful items that you cannot bring easily by airplane (Toaster, wheelchair, toys etc.)
You will find Miranda and her family most of the time in the shop so do not hesitate to pass by and say hi!

Wij bieden u een uitgebreid aanbod van excursies. De beste manier om het eiland Kos, de buureilanden en het buurland Turkije te ontdekken.
Wandel in een actieve krater, bezoek een lokale markt in Turkije, ga naar een prachtige blauwe lagune met een piratenboot of Griekse kaiki, ga vissen of rijdt paard langs de kust.

Onze winkel
In onze winkel vindt u een uitgebreid aanbod van handgemaakte souvenirs (van drijfhout en kiezelstenen), keramieken borden en schaaltjes, ouzo flesjes, olijfzeep, magneten, babyspulletjes en keukensets.
Daarnaast lenen wij ook spullen uit. Dus mocht u een waterkoker, buggy of oplader voor uw telefoon nodig hebben. Vraag ons.

In mijn blog geef ik je als local inside information over het Eiland Kos.
Ook praktische informatie voor het huren van een boot, auto, fiets, scooter en zelfs paardrijden om het eiland te verkennen.
Toen ik eind jaren negentig voor het eerst op het eiland Kos aankwam voor mijn werk als reisleider voor Neckermann Thomas Cook ben ik instant verliefd geworden op dit prachtige eiland!
De ontmoeting met mijn Griekse man Antonis en de geboorte van onze zoon maakten duidelijk dat ik het eiland niet zou verlaten.
De jaren daarna werkte ik in de plaatselijke toeristenbranche (hotels, reisbureaus) en vond het erg leuk om informatie te geven over wat er te doen en te zien was op Kos en de omliggende eilanden.

Toen werd het idee geboren om iets voor onszelf te beginnen en in 2017 werd Miranda Tours & Gifts geboren.
Gevestigd in Psalidi hebben we reisdiensten (excursies, hotels etc.) gecombineerd met een souvenirwinkel en beschikken we ook over een zeer handige uitleenservice. U kunt er praktische spullen lenen en gebruiken (babybedje, rolstoel, broodrooster, parasol etc.) noem maar op, wij hebben het!
Samen met mijn man en onze zoon Konstantinos heten wij u welkom op Kos en ons doel is om u het beste van ons geliefde eiland te laten zien!
