I had a great expierience with Nine Yards urs. Tony made it a very easy and enjoyable break away. Tents and beds were very comfitable and ready and wairing for us for when we arived. Tony provided us with delicious food, every meal was amazing and well thought out. Overall I had an extremely pleasurable time with Nine Yards Tours🙂

So glad that we chose to book a trip…

So glad that we chose to book a trip with Nine Yards Tours. Tony was a star throughout and really took the time to help us to have the perfect trip. We were a group of 8 and walked for 5 days and upon arrival at each perfectly chosen campsite we were happy to find very comfortable bell tents set up for us and hot (and very tasty) food being cooked. We were also provided with a delicious lunch and breakfast every day. Tony took all of the hassle out of our mini staycation, allowing us to be worry free and to fully appreciate the beautiful countryside we walked through and explored. We are already planning another trip with Nine Yards Tours later on this year........

Pembrokeshire camping with Nine Yards Tours

I never thought I was the kind of person who would benefit from an all-inclusive style holiday but this really made me think again. All of the week before the trip at work I had a holiday to look forward to but none of the stress that comes with it: packing the car, doing the shop, finding the campsites and activities etc. Nine Yards Tours were helpful at every stage. They took care of the planning after a few pointers from us. They had the tents and comfy beds all set up for our arrival. They had tasty food prepped at every stage and at the end, we just packed our clothes and were quickly off home. So we got all the benefits of a few days in the fresh air minus all the stresses and worries that come with the logistics of camping! I massively recommend the service, people are going to be crazy for this kind of stuff this summer so get something booked in before they run out of space!

On Growth Path: Nine Yards To Award Construction Contracts For $544mln Abu Dhabi Project Shortly

Abu Dhabi-based developer Nine Yards, a joint venture Ethmar International Holding and Al Nahda International Holding Group will soon award the enabling and main construction contracts for its two billion UAE dirhams ($544.53 million) waterfront project at Yas Bay on Yas Island, Ahmed Selet, Chief Executive Officer, Nine Yards, told Zawya Projects. Sea La Vie, designed by architectural and engineering consultancy firm MZ Architects, will have 668 luxury housing units and is slated for handover in 2026. The developer has two to three projects in the pipeline in the UAE, and is exploring opportunities both regionally and internationally, Selet revealed.  Nine Yards is a joint partnership between Ethmar International Holding and Al Nahda International Holding Group. Excerpts from the interview with Ahmed Selet What market factors compelled you to launch Sea La Vie in Abu Dhabi? The world is returning to business after more than two years of grappling with the COVID pandemic. The UAE proved itself to be one of the most resilient nations in terms of economic recovery from COVID, while the rest of the world is still recovering. Thanks to its quick-thinking, innovative and visionary leadership, the UAE is leading the world as a future-proof nation. Therefore, there is no better time to launch this project. The real estate market in Abu Dhabi and the rest of UAE is witnessing a massive increase in demand from local, regional and international buyers and investors, with luxury-minded customers showing an interest in buying properties. With Sea La Vie, we offer interested buyers precisely that - a vibrant community at one of the most sought-after destinations on Yas Island. Finally, the government’s incentives have been amazing, with golden visa grants, ease of doing business, more relaxed labour and family laws, and more visa options for foreigners - the options are endless. Could you share more details on Sea La Vie? When do you intend to start construction? That’s why individuals need to diversify their investments and spread out their savings to hedge against inflation and other unforeseen circumstances. We encourage investors and homebuyers to put their money into diversified real assets, such as real estate. Through property investment, the value will appreciate over time. Property owners can choose to generate recurring income by renting out the property or by profiting from the value of the investment by selling the property once it has been handed over and the value has appreciated. The UAE has consistently topped global rankings in terms of a safe haven to live, work, invest and thrive. What steps have you taken to overcome these obstacles? Rising interest rates impact many economic sectors, not just construction and real estate. Just wanted to let you know that My grandson Bruno and I couldn´t have been more pleased with our week in Moscow (6/15 - 6/21). We were absolutely enchanted with the whole experience, including getting lost a couple of times in the Metro during our free time. Although both our guides (both Eleanas) were excellent, I would particularly commend the first one (she took us to the Tatiakov, the KGB tour, and to that beautiful cemetery where so many great Russian artists, authors, composers, musicians, militarists, and politicians are buried). Her knowledge is encyclopedic; and her understanding of today´s Russia as a product of its past was, for us, truly enlightening. I will be taking another tour in Russia, with my wife, within the next two or three years. I will be in touch with you when the time comes. Most popular attractions are in the city centre, and the Moscow Metro allows you to cover much ground in a small amount of time. Do they speak English in Moscow?

As Russia’s capital city, tourists are well accommodated in Moscow. There should be English-speaking staff in restaurants, bars, hotels, shops and attractions in tourist hotspots, and there are also English-speaking tourist police. Transport services have English translations on their maps and English announcements via intercom; alternatively, order taxis from the Yandex Taxi app (Russian Uber), though it’s unlikely that your taxi driver will speak English. If you get stuck and cannot communicate, it’s fine to use Google Translate.

Is it safe to travel to Moscow?

It is no less safe to travel to Moscow than to any European city if you exercise common sense and look after your belongings. As with every city some regions can be more unsavoury than others, but no tourist attractions are located there. The traffic in Moscow is notorious, so exercise caution when crossing roads. Do not take unlicensed taxis; book in advance or take public transport, which is widespread and perfectly safe. If you encounter any problems, look for the special tourist police who can help you. Puka nacua: cooper kupp is 'on a revenge tour' in 2024, share this article.

Since his triple crown season in 2021, Cooper Kupp’s game has been trending in the wrong direction. Granted, no one expected him to put up those numbers again, but he’s been far less productive in the last two seasons due to injury.

He had just 812 yards in 2022 (nine games) and 737 yards last season (12 games), which combined is still less than his yardage total from 2021 (1,947). He had a season-ending ankle injury in 2022 and was hampered by a hamstring injury last year, but he’s now healthy and ready for a bounce-back year in 2024.

Puka Nacua has been training with Kupp this offseason and he can see the veteran’s motivation to get back to his All-Pro ways. Nacua said on Maxx Crosby’s podcast this week that Kupp is “on a revenge tour,” which should excite every Rams fan.

“I’ve been training with Coop so it’s been good. He’s on a revenge tour. He’s been able to get a healthy offseason and stuff so he’s back at it,” he said.

Kupp puts in as much time as anyone in the NFL when it comes to training and staying fit, which made last year’s injury limitations even more disappointing for him and the Rams. He still showed flashes of being a top-tier receiver last season with four 100-yard games, but he also had eight games with fewer than 55 yards.

When healthy, he and Nacua are one of the best receiving tandems in football.

Jennifer Lopez is pivoting the direction of her  “This Is Me…Now” tour amid weak ticket sales.

After canceling seven dates of the North American tour, JLo has now also decided to broaden the appeal by rebranding the tour from “This Is Me… Now” to “This Is Me… Live: The Greatest Hits,” according to Variety.

The singer-actress announced the tour in February after dropping her latest album, “This Is Me… Now.” The album was accompanied by an hourlong visual “movie” of the same name and a documentary on the making of the self-produced project.

Instead of focusing on that new material, the shows will now highlight her whole career with a set list spanning her discography in hopes it will “ entice listeners who didn’t connect with her latest material. ”

This pivot comes after Lopez recently canceled tour dates in Atlanta, Houston, Nashville, Raleigh, Tampa, New Orleans and Cleveland due to lackluster ticket sales. The new album peaked at number 38 on the Billboard 200, which is the lowest for any of her nine studio albums.

Lopez’ reps and Live Nation haven’t publicly announced the tour’s name change, but there are conflicting titles on Lopez’s listings with some venues still having the old tour name and others, such as at Palm Springs’ Acrisure Arena and Inglewood’s The Forum , confirming the rebrand.

In an Feb.16 interview with Jimmy Fallon , the Grammy winner expressed the new project is “a twenty-year project of my whole entire music career and how I got from then to now.”

“That’s my goal when people come to my show, I always want people to leave and go that’s the best show I ever saw,” J.Lo told Fallon. “Of all the albums I’ve ever made I feel like this one is really ready for the stage because of the Amazon Original that I did with it. It’s ready. All the choreography. It’s all ready to go.”

The tour is scheduled to kick off in Orlando in June

Stephan Jaeger was able to outlast everyone at the Houston Open to help us claim our first big outright win (+5000) of the year.

I thought he was toast once Scottie Scheffler hit it to five feet on the 18th hole, but the golfer’s cold putter finally worked in my favor for once. 

Betting outrights on golf requires a lot of patience.

We aren’t going to hit winners every week or even every month, but we only need to hit a few to make the entire year profitable. 

Let’s try to carry some of last week’s momentum into the Valero Texas Open, which kicks off Thursday in San Antonio. 

Valero Texas Open course breakdown

TPC San Antonio (Oaks Course) is a par-72 that measures 7,438 yards and features narrow fairways that are lined with trees and thick rough. 

While distance is a big advantage on the par-5s, the course is more about total driving than pure power.

If you stray too far offline, you can get into some real trouble (Kevin Na once made a score of 16 on a single hole at this event). 

We’ve seen several shorter hitters have success here over the years.

This doesn’t mean the bombers can’t play well this week, but they will need to hit it straight. 

The greens are average in size (6,400 square feet) and are tiered. Golfers will need to be dialed in with their irons in order to give themselves good birdie looks. 

The greens feature bermudagrass with poa trivialis overseed (the same type of grass we’ve seen the last few weeks on PGA Tour stops). 

In 2023, the field hit just 61 percent of greens in regulation, which is well below the Tour average. This places an emphasis on around-the-green play.

We’ve seen plenty of good scramblers (Jordan Spieth, Matt Kuchar, Brandt Snedeker, etc.) play well at TPC San Antonio over the years. 

As is always the case in Texas, the wind will play a big factor this week. Light winds on Thursday are expected to turn to moderate by mid-morning Friday and stay throughout the weekend.

When it comes to the betting board this week, I’m looking for golfers who are very solid, tee to green and have a good track record in Texas. 

Let’s try to add to the bankroll before the Masters next week. 

Valero Texas Open outright picks

Billy horschel (35/1, draftkings ).

Horschel is one of the streakiest golfers on the PGA Tour. His wins are usually telegraphed by solid incoming form. I’m hoping that’s the case again this week, as he’s finished T12 or better in three of his last four starts. 

After last week’s top-10 finish where he had the low round of the day on Easter Sunday, he mentioned something about the lie in his irons being off and that his swing feels a lot better now that it is fixed. 

The results certainly seem to back up what he said, as he’s coming off three of his best approach performances in the last 12 months. 

He’s one of the best in the field when it comes to hitting greens in regulation and he’s finished T11 or better in four of his last seven trips to TPC San Antonio. 

Byeong Hun An (40/1, Bet365 )

If I could only make one bet this week, it would be on An. 

He has quietly posted five top-eight finishes in his last 13 starts on the PGA Tour. During that stretch, he’s been in contention four times. 

I would argue he should have won earlier this year at the Sony Open, but he had some bad putting luck in a playoff against Grayson Murray. 

An is elite off the tee and around the greens. He can have spike weeks with his irons and with his putter, which gives him a ton of upside. 

He also seems to like TPC San Antonio, where he’s finished in the top 10 in two of his last three appearances at this event.

Aaron Rai (65/1, Caesars )

Rai’s odds are too good to pass up this week. 

For whatever reason, he seems to love playing in Texas. He has an excellent track record at Memorial Park (T7 there last week) and he’s finished in the top 30 at this week’s event in both of his appearances. 

Perhaps he likes the Lone Star State because ball strikers tend to play well in the wind. He’s accurate off the tee, he’s an elite iron player and he’s underrated around the green. 

The putter is always a wild card for Rai, but I’m willing to give him a chance at +6600. 

Lucas Glover (90/1, FanDuel )

Glover is another poor putter who has made my outright betting card for the week because he has long been known as one of the best ball strikers on the PGA Tour. 

Recently, he has gained strokes putting in six of his last seven starts. The putter can be awful at times, but he proved in the fall that he’s capable of gaining strokes on the greens, winning back-to-back events. 

He has a solid track record at TPC San Antonio and in Texas as a whole. My model has him as the best value on the betting board this week.

2024 Masters odds, picks, field, predictions: Golf insider ducking Rory McIlroy at Augusta National

The 2024 Masters begins on Thursday, April 11, the 88th time Augusta National Golf Club has hosted the major championship. Augusta has been adapting to the modern game for years, but the only notable change this year is that the second tee box has been pushed back by 10 yards to bring the fairway bunker more into play. However, Augusta remains a second-shot course and elite ball-striking has always been a necessity to win the Masters. Scottie Scheffler is the best ball-striker in the game, so he's the 5-1 favorite in the 2024 Masters odds.

One surprise: Nejad is completely fading Rory McIlroy, even though he's a four-time major champion and one of the top favorites in the 2024 Masters odds. This will be the 10th time McIlroy is attempting to complete the career grand slam and he's had six top-10 finishes at Augusta during that span. However, he's missed the cut in two of his last three appearances at the Masters.

McIlroy hasn't had a top-15 finish on the PGA Tour this season and the 24-time PGA Tour winner is 61st in the FedEx Cup standings. The 34-year-old ranks second on tour in strokes gained: off-the-tee (0.938), but he's lost strokes against the field on average from his second shot on. He ranks 119th on tour in strokes gained: approaching the green (0.176).

Instead, Nejad is high on the chances of Hideki Matsuyama, even though he's a +2800 longshot. The 32-year-old Japanese superstar won the 2021 Masters and is already a nine-time winner on the PGA Tour. He's ranked No. 14 in the world and is playing sensational golf early in the 2024 PGA Tour season.

Matsuyama won the Genesis Invitational, finished 12th at the Arnold Palmer and was sixth at the Players Championship earlier this month. He's third in the 2024 PGA Tour FedEx Cup standings and his short game has been the best on tour early this season. He ranks first in strokes gained: around-the-green (0.674) and third in strokes gained: tee-to-green (1.360). Jordan Spieth started slow at the Valero Texas Open, but his day shifted with one shot – with a brand-new 7-iron.

Spieth made a hole-in-one at the 199-yard, par-3 16th hole at TPC San Antonio, his fourth career ace on TOUR. His tee shot landed on the left side on the hole’s donut-shaped green – playing to a back-left hole location – the ball landing some 30 feet short and bouncing a few times before rolling into the center of the cup. The Texan shared high-fives with playing partners Hideki Matsuyama and Lucas Glover and their caddies before acknowledging the raucous fans. He followed the ace with a birdie-par finish for a 1-over 73; he’ll enter Friday one off the projected cut line.

Had he not changed 7-irons on Wednesday, Spieth believes, he wouldn’t have made the ace.

“I had to take some off of a 7-iron and so I lined up to hit like a 185 shot and hit a little fade with the wind that kind of was able to ride the slope then. I hit it and I picked up the tee because I did what I wanted to do,” Spieth said afterward.

“It's actually a brand new 7-iron this week, only the 7-iron. I like hitting my 7-iron and so I've got it to where, when I'm testing my gaps, it like goes 5 yards too far in the gap. I didn't know why. On Wednesday after the pro-am I was hitting on the back of the range; I had them just bring a brand new 7-iron for new grooves and it was up in the right spin window, so knocked 4, 5 yards off of it. If I didn't change 7-irons yesterday, then I wouldn't have made it. It's funny.”

Spieth stood 4-over through 15 holes Thursday, a less-than-promising start in his home state. He carded four bogeys against two birdies on the front nine, turning in 2-over 38. He rebounded from a bogey at No. 11 with a birdie at No. 12, but he fell back with a double bogey at the par-5 14th when he went OB off the tee.

Then he made magic on TPC San Antonio’s famed 16th, his first TOUR ace since the third round of the 2021 Arnold Palmer Invitational presented by Mastercard (No. 2 at Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club & Lodge), en route to a T4 finish.

Spieth had previously recorded holes-in-one at the 2013 Puerto Rico Open (finishing tied for second) and 2015 BMW Championship (T13). It’s a strong correlation of aces and high finishes – that he’ll look to continue this week.

“Seems like kind of like a bad blackjack run; you can't get up from the table, and maybe the hole-in-one turns it around a bit,” said Spieth, who missed the cut in his previous two starts, THE PLAYERS Championship and Valspar Championship.

“Like my game feels fine and I'm just not getting much out of it. So it's extremely frustrating because I drove the living piss out of the ball today and I picked the wrong line on 14 and it's the one drive I missed honestly like 5, 6 yards right of where I was looking and then I don't find it. I was like, ‘See, now my driving stats don't look the way they actually feel and I'm 4-over.’ I'm like, ‘This is not a hard track this afternoon, what in the world is going on?’

“I got a couple nice breaks late that maybe make me feel like the game's not as hard as it's been feeling.”
