What’s New for 2024?

California’s Great America is introducing the All Park Passport add-on for the 2024 season, available for purchase with a Gold Pass. This add-on allows the Gold Pass to be used for entry at all Cedar Fair parks. With the introduction of the All Park Passport add-on, Platinum passes will not be offered in the 2024 season.  

I bought my 2024 Gold Pass during the flash sale, how do I redeem my Single Use Fast Lanes?

Gold Passes purchased between August 7, 2023 – August 13, 2023 qualify for 5 Single-Use Fast Lanes, which can be redeemed any public operating day between August 15, 2023 – December 31, 2023. Only one Single Use Fast Lane may be used per visit. Your Single Use Fast Lane can be redeemed at any location that sells Fast Lane (excludes Guest Services & Townhall). Single Use Fast Lane benefits are valid only on the day redeemed. 

I renewed my 2023 pass for the 2024 season, how do I use my free Bring-A-Friend ticket that I received with that purchase?

Pass renewals purchased between August 7, 2023 – November 2, 2023 get 1 FREE fall Bring-A-Friend to be used between August 15, 2023 – September 4, 2023 with a Silver Pass, and August 15, 2023 – December 31, 2023 with a Gold Pass. Your Bring-a-Friend benefit will be added to your pass and can be redeemed at the park by presenting your valid 2024 Silver or Gold Pass. To receive your Bring-a-Friend benefit, visit any guest services or turnstile. Bring-a-Friend benefit is valid only on the day redeemed. 

Is unlimited admission included with all season passes?

No, the Silver Pass is valid from park opening through Labor Day. Gold Passes provide guests with unlimited visits throughout the season. 

Is free parking included with all season passes?

Yes, all passes issued by California's Great America include free parking as a benefit. 

How do I process and receive my season pass ID card?

It's easy and all online! To activate your Season Pass, please visit  cagreatamerica.com/activate-pass . You can also upload your pass to the  California’s Great America mobile app  by entering the barcode. No card is needed. 

Can my add-ons be used by anyone else other than myself?

Season Pass add-ons such as All Season Dining or All Season Drink Plan are passholder specific and can only be used by the passholder who has them on the pass. Season Passes, add-ons, and any benefits associated with the pass are non-transferrable.

I lost or forgot my pass. What can I do?

Season Pass cards are no longer required and instead can be stored on your phone via the  California’s Great America mobile app . If you still have questions about your Season Pass please contact our  Guest Services  team.

What is the All Park Passport add-on? 

The All Park Passport is a premium add-on that allows a Gold Pass admission to other Cedar Fair parks. With the introduction of the All Park Passport add-on, the Platinum Pass will not be offered for the 2024 season.  

Which passes are eligible for the All Park Passport add-on? 

The All Park Passport add-on can only purchased with a 2024 Gold Pass. It is not available for purchase with a 2024 Silver Pass. 

How much does the All Park Passport add-on Cost? 

The All Park Passport add-on is available with the purchase of a Gold Pass for an additional fee. Learn more and view the most up-to-date pricing.

Is the All Park Passport add-on eligible for EZ Pay? 

The All Park Passport add-on can be purchased using EZ Pay if purchased with a Gold Pass. It is not eligible for EZ Pay if purchased separately from the Gold Pass. 

How do I purchase an All Park Passport add-on?

Does the All Park Passport add-on give me the same benefits as a Platinum Pass? 

Yes, you get the same benefits of a Platinum Pass when you purchase a 2024 Gold Pass and the All Park Passport add-on.  

I currently have a 2023 Platinum Pass, am I still eligible for renewal pricing even though the Platinum Pass is not offered in 2024? 

Yes, 2023 Platinum Passholders are eligible for renewal pricing. When purchasing your 2024 pass, select the renewal option for either the 2024 Silver or Gold Pass in the purchase flow and enter the pass number for your 2023 Platinum Pass when prompted. 

I have already purchased my 2024 Gold Pass, can I still purchase the All Park Passport add-on? 

Yes, you can add the All Park Passport add-on to your existing 2024 Gold Pass by logging into your season pass account and selecting “Manage Passes.” Click the arrow under the pass to which you would like to add the All Park Passport add-on, scroll down, and click “Learn More” under All Park Passport within the Season Pass Add-Ons section. Follow the steps on the following screen to purchase and add to your pass. 

Do I get the same benefits as my California’s Great America Gold Pass at other Cedar Fair parks?

Will the same add-ons I can currently purchase with my Platinum Pass be available if I buy at 2024 Gold Pass with the All Park Passport add-on? 

Yes, add-ons such as the All Season Dining, Drink Plan and All Park Fast Lane Plus will be available to purchase with the Gold Pass with All Park Passport add-on in 2024. 

Dining Plan Frequently Asked Questions

What dining plans are available and how do they work?

Single Meal Deal Guests may redeem their Single Meal Deal voucher at any participating dining location to enjoy one entrée, one side item and one regular-sized Coca-Cola® fountain beverage.

All Day Dining Guests with All Day Dining will receive a wristband at any participating location allowing them to enjoy one entrée and one side item every 90 minutes. Drinks are not included.

Premium All Day Dining Guests with Premium All Day Dining will receive a wristband at any participating location allowing them to enjoy one entrée and one side item, or a snack, every 90 minutes. Guests with Premium All Day Dining will also receive a Drink Wristband for unlimited Coca-Cola® fountain beverage refills every 15 minutes.

All Season Dining All Season Dining will automatically be added to the guest’s season pass after purchase. Guests may present their season pass at any participating dining location to enjoy lunch and dinner each visit in 2024 There is a four-hour interval time between meals, with a maximum of two meals per day. Drinks are not included.

Where can I buy a Dining Plan?

All Day Dining and All Season Dining may be purchased online or in-park. The Single Meal Deal and Premium All Day Dining are available online only.

Are drinks included with Dining Plans?

Single Meal Deal Includes a Coca-Cola® fountain beverage.

Premium All Day Dining Includes a Drink Wristband for unlimited Coca-Cola® fountain beverage refills all day. 15-minute interval time between refills.

The All Day Dining and All Season Dining plans do not include drinks.

Can I add the All Season Dining Plan to any pass type?

Yes, an All Season Dining Plan can be added to all Season Pass types, except Knott's Scary Farm Passes. There is a difference in price between All Season Dining programs for Gold Passes (only valid at California's Great America), compared to Gold Passes with the All Park Passport add-on (valid at all Cedar Fair parks).

An All Season Dining Plan added to a Season Pass is only valid for redemption exclusively by the registered passholder. Once a Dining Plan is linked to a Season Pass, it is non-transferable. In order for benefits to be redeemed, the Season Pass must be used for admission on the same date.

Souvenir Bottle and Season Pass Drink Plan Frequently Asked Questions

If I forget my All Season Souvenir Bottle, can I use my Season Pass card to get beverages for the day?

The All Season Souvenir Bottle and Season Pass Drink Plan are two separate programs. You will not be able to use your Season Pass card if you forget your bottle.

I purchased a Season Pass Drink Plan online, but have not redeemed for the first Drink Plan refill. Can I switch to the All Season Bottle?

If you prefer the All Season Souvenir Bottle, visit Guest Services during your first visit after purchase and receive your souvenir bottle. Exchange fee may apply.

I already have my Season Pass and would like to add the drink program, where can I purchase it?

You can purchase an All Season Souvenir Bottle or the Season Pass Drink Plan online or at the park. 

I tried the All Season Souvenir Bottle, but would prefer to use the Season Pass Drink Plan instead. Am I able to switch?

Visit Guest Services at the park, and for a $2.99 exchange fee, you can be switched over to the bottle free program. The barcode on your bottle will be deactivated, and you can start to use your Season Pass immediately for your refills. 

How many refills can I get each day with a Souvenir Bottle or Season Pass Drink Plan?

You may refill as often as you like with a time window of 15 minutes between refills. 

If I lose/forget my Season Pass, can I still use my Season Pass Drink Plan?

If you lose your Season Pass, Guest Services can help you replace your Season Pass card for $15 and activate the Season Pass Drink Plan on your new pass. 

If you forget your Season Pass, please stop at any ticket window located at the Front Gate. With proper identification a temporary pass will be issued to you. The temporary pass is only valid for that day and will have the Season Pass Drink Plan attached. Only two temporary passes are allowed per Season Pass per year.

Can I add the Season Pass Drink Plan to any pass type?

The Season Pass Drink Plan can be added to all Season Pass types, except Knott's Scary Farm passes. 

Season Pass Drink Plan added to a Season Pass is only valid for redemption exclusively by the registered passholder. Once Season Pass Drink Plan is linked to a Season Pass, it is non-transferable. In order for benefits to be redeemed, the Season Pass must be used for admission on the same date.

Yes, Gold Passholders with the All Park Passport add-on may present their All Season Souvenir Bottle (starting in 2024) or Season Pass Drink Plan or Drink Plan+ at any Cedar Fair park, within the U.S. and Canada, to enjoy Coca-Cola® fountain beverage refills. The Season Pass Drink Plan+ is valid for Coca-Cola® fountain beverage refills, ICEE refills, hot chocolate refills (available seasonally where applicable) and coffee refills (available seasonally where applicable).

Season Pass Locker Rental Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a Season Pass to purchase the Season Pass Locker Rental Program?

Yes, because the system checks the barcode of your Pass when you redeem, this program is only available to Season Pass Holders.

Will I get the same locker each visit? 

Lockers are assigned randomly on a first come, first served basis by the kiosk, so you will have a different locker each time you redeem your rental.

Does this guarantee a locker for me?

While sellouts are rare, they occasionally occur on high volume dates. The program does not guarantee that a Standard locker will be available for you at all times of day in your preferred locker location. If you are visiting on a busy day, please plan to arrive early and redeem your rental soon after you arrive.  

Do I have to carry a key? 

When you scan your Season Pass at the locker kiosk, you will create a 4-digit PIN that will open your locker. Do not share your PIN with anyone outside your party. You will be asked to create a PIN each time you redeem your rental.

I have a lot of stuff. Can I get a discount on a larger locker? 

Due to limited capacity, discounts are not available on Large and Jumbo lockers.

Can I leave items in my locker overnight? 

Please empty your locker prior to leaving the park. All lockers reset overnight and will be issued to a different guest the following operating day. Items left in the locker overnight will be removed and taken to Lost and Found.

Can I redeem a locker in South Bay Shores waterpark in the day, exit back into Great America, and access my locker after the waterpark closes?

If you need to retrieve items from your locker after waterpark closing, please see South Bay Shores’s gate attendant. If you choose to redeem a South Bay Shores locker, you may not redeem a California’s Great America locker on the same day.

Can I get a locker during HAUNT or Winterfest? 

Yes, subject to availability.

Can I move my locker from one rental location to another in the same day? 

Your Season Pass Locker Rental is only good once per day, per park, so you will be able to move your locker one time from a South Bay Shores location to a California's Great America location.
