the experience was so magical and incredible, i wait him for like 4 years and when i saw him i couldn´t avoid to cry becuase i though it wasn't true. He is so nice, kind and the sweetest guy in the world. His passion for singing in front of a lot of people is so admirable, i really love his voice and how he interact with his fans like singing with them or go down and the end of the show for meet some of them and feel that connection between them. I really enjoy every song as long as I tore my throat singing with all my heart, the part of I was waiting the most was Bad reputation because of the rock sensation and power at that moment and in Never be alone was really magical, i've never though i was gonna be part of those lights in the show. At the end with In my blood y realize that it was done, that the show has over and I couldn´t believe it because it pass so fast. Everything was magical and passionate and I´m so thankful with Shawn for coming to my country and make my dream came true. I love him so much.

Last night I went to see Shawn Mendes for the first time and I have never been to a concert before so I went last night and this was my 16th birthday gift, I had such amazing time even Alessia Cara at the start as the support act she was amazing! Shawn was just wonderful made my night plus I learnt a lot more about both of them! Shawn opened the act well and closed it well! I love all the sweet messages he said to us fans!! I have never seen a concert with so much energy from Alessia, Shawn and us fans!! Shawn made me cry with joy at the end of the night!! I am so going to see him again and even see Alessia Cara when she tours too!! Me and my 21 year old sister had amazing time and we couldn't stop talking about it when we came out of the O2!! Still happy right now the very next day!! Seeing Shawn Mendes at the end of the week was lovely and I got to meet so many lovely faces too!! Thank you to everyone who made that night possible

Shawn Mendes’ show was the best show in my life

It started with Alessia Cara performance. It was awesome, she sings really well and she has a really great presence in the stage I got really emotional and cried a lot during her performance.

Then Shawn Mendes started he really sings very well. He gave a short speech about every single person is important and even when we hit the rock bottom we are important and we have the power to change the wrold.

The visuals of the show were amazing and beautiful

The crowd was really loud we sang from the top of our lungs and everyone(including me) knew every single word of every single song the both sang

When did Shawn Mendes' tour start?

The North American leg of Wonder: The World Tour kicked off in Portland, Oregon on June 27 and was set to end will end in Newark, New Jersey on October 26, 2022. Since Shawn's initial tour announcement, the European leg has been rescheduled until 2023 and the first show is set to take place in Bologna, Italy on May 31, 2023.

Did Shawn Mendes cancel his Wonder tour?

The Mendes Army will have to hold out a little longer to see Shawn on tour. On July 27, 2022, the 23-year-old Toronto native penned a message to fans on Instagram, where he announced the upcoming North American leg has been canceled. "As you guys know, I had to postpone the past few weeks of shows since I wasn't totally prepared for the toll that being back on the road would take on me," he wrote, "I started this tour excited to finally get back to playing live after a long break due to the pandemic, but the reality is I was not at all ready for how difficult touring would be after this time away."

He reassured fans that although he isn't touring right now, he is still working on new music and plans to release it sometime soon. "I know you all have been waiting so long to see these shows, and it breaks my heart to tell you this but I promise I will be back as soon as I've taken the right time to heal," Shawn said.

The announcement comes after Shawn postponed the North American leg of the tour due to his mental health on July 9, 2022. He shared a statement on Instagram with his fans and confirmed that the remainder of the U.S. leg was going to carry on at a later date. "I've been touring since I was 15 and to be honest it's always been difficult to be on the road away from friends and family," Shawn wrote before admitting that his decision to hit the road was "premature" and that he's "hit a breaking point" due to the pressures of touring. As a result, he postponed three weeks of shows to take some time to heal.

Which cities is Shawn Mendes playing for Wonder: The World Tour?

After playing in Portland, Shawn is hitting a ton of different cities in the U.S., from St. Paul, Minnesota to Orlando, Florida. He shared the official tour dates on Instagram in December 2021, which also revealed that he'll be joined by special guests Dermot Kennedy and Tate McRae .

As for the European leg of the tour, Shawn's good friend King Princess will be joining him across the pond. Starting in May 2023, they'll be playing cities like Bologna, Barcelona, and Manchester.

Are there any photos from the tour?

Oh, yes. Shawn performed in front of thousands of fans at the Moda Center in Portland, Oregon on June 27, and the photos practically emanate the energy and joy from the show. According to his stylist Tiffany Briseno , Shawn wore vintage Tommy Hilfiger. His whole ensemble consisted of a black embroidered sleeveless vest, a white tank, black pants, and boots. Is Shawn making any sustainability efforts for Wonder: The World Tour?

Yes! His tour is actually changing the game when it comes to reducing our carbon footprint (more on that here ). In a statement released on April 29, Shawn revealed that he and his team are doing their part in taking specific measures to ensure the tour is sustainable. According to a report by Billboard , his tour will reduce its per-show carbon footprint "by implementing simple but effective practices that can be done by both fans and tour crew."

"No plan is perfect, but we see this as a starting point," Shawn said in his statement. "We are in a pivotal moment for climate, and it's crucial to me that this tour is a step in the right direction."

The tour has a goal to reduce emissions and in order to do so, they're offering merchandise with sustainable fabrics and fewer dyes and using energy-efficient lighting and power for the show. When traveling from show to show, the crew's opting for sustainable fuel options and will also be eating food that's sourced from local farms. Any extra food will be composted or donated to the appropriate organizations.

The tour's official website also offers resources for fans so they can carpool or use sustainable transportation to shows.

Shawn Mendes will be heading on the road next year. On Thursday (Sept. 23), the “Summer of Love” singer shared the dates for his upcoming world tour across North America, the United Kingdom and Europe in support of his Billboard 200 chart-topping album, Wonder .

Wonder: The World Tour consists of 64 dates. The U.K. and Europe portion of the tour will commence next year on March 14 at the Royal Arena Copenhagen before concluding at the WiZink Center in Madrid on May 20. The  North American portion of the tour contains two legs, with the first starting on June 27 at Portland’s Moda Center before wrapping up at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on Aug. 19. Leg two begins a month later on Sept. 7 in Glendale, Ariz., at Gila River Arena, with the final date of the tour ending at the Prudential Center in  Newark, N.J., on Oct. 26. 

Mendes will also be joined by supporting acts during the tour. In Europe, King Princess is set to open his first set of concerts. Dermot Kennedy will be Mendes’ special guest for the first leg of the North American shows, while Tate McRae will join Mendes for leg two.

Fans looking to catch Mendes on tour can purchase tickets through the American Express presale and North America FirstAccess presale starting on Sept. 29 at 10 a.m. local time. General fan presale will begin on Sept. 30 at 10 a.m. local time, with public onsale taking place a week later on Oct. 7. Presales for Barclays Center will occur on Oct. 2 and Oct. 3, respectively. The U.K. and European presales through American Express and FirstAccess follow on Oct. 4. London presales begin on Oct. 5 at 10 a.m. local time, with general onsale beginning on Oct. 8.

Shawn Mendes talks about his new tour, making songs about Camila Cabello breakup and his movie role as a singing crocodile

Editor's Note: A day after this story was initially published July 7, Mendes announced that he would be postponing his tour for three weeks, saying that the toll of touring again had led him to a "breaking point." That includes a Fiserv Forum originally schedule for July 12 that has yet to be rescheduled.

One of the most cathartic moments I've experienced at a concert in the past five years was when Shawn Mendes played "In My Blood" at Summerfest in Milwaukee in 2018.

It was the first show that Mendes had played in America after releasing his Billboard 200 chart-topping self-titled album that spring. And the album's opener, "In My Blood," was a songwriting breakthrough, with Mendes, at that point mostly known for his love songs, singing about "the walls caving in," about feeling "overwhelmed and insecure" — and being determined to not give up.

At Summerfest, thousands of fans sang that song with him, sharing their anxieties, and together, finding strength.

The weight of the world has gotten so much heavier these past four years. But Mendes, on his first arena tour since COVID-19, including a Milwaukee stop,  hopes his music will provide even greater rejuvenation.

"There's no way to avoid the kind of suffering that's happened over the last couple of years," Mendes responded to a Journal Sentinel question as part of a conference call with reporters. "The beautiful thing about music is … sometimes it seems to be a direct line to the heart."

"I'm curious if people are itching to feel something more cathartic," Mendes continued. "I want to feel more of that connection. That connected moment of kind of relating over the pain — I think that's a really good feeling."

Mendes anxious about live performing

Mendes admits he's feeling some anxiety himself these days about returning to performing after being so used to being home with family and friends.

"But, generally, I feel grateful that I'm able to come out there and be touring again," he said.

"Playing live is something that's been a kind of my life force for me since I was 15," said the 23-year-old Mendes, who said the Rave's Eagles Ballroom in Milwaukee was "one of the first venues I remember playing and loving." ( He first played a packed Ballroom in 2014, just a week after releasing his debut EP; he opened for Austin Mahone.)

"I'm excited to feel that energy again," Mendes continued. "My job is to really just kind of give everything I have. … I really just want people to feel a sense of inspiration when they leave the venue. … I want people (at my shows) to feel really connected to being human."

The anthemic songs on Mendes' fourth album "Wonder" were designed "to kind of blow people away in a live setting," Mendes said. But when the album was released in December 2020, touring had yet to resume.

The silver lining of the extended pause from the pandemic is that Mendes' creative team "has never had this much time in the past to create a show. … The production is the most beautiful that it's been."

"Rehearsing the songs and playing them again, it has sparked an entire new love for the album," Mendes said. "I was in my first kind of really serious relationship at the time, so I was experiencing what it was like to be in love for the first time and writing about that. My process was just trying to be as honest as possible."

"I felt an immense pressure to have a successful album," he continued. "The honest truth is that I've only had success when I've been focusing on making music that feels inspiring and moving to me. I've never had success when I've focused on how to make something industry successful. There are moments throughout my career where I recognized when I do it for the wrong reasons, and it doesn't work. When I do it for the right reasons, it seems to work out every time."

'Wonder' was Mendes' fourth straight No. 1 album

It worked out for "Wonder," becoming Mendes' fourth consecutive album to reach No. 1 on the Billboard 200, making him the youngest male artist ever to accomplish that feat.

The relationship that inspired the album, with fellow pop star Camila Cabello, ended in November 2021, but the stars suggested in Instagram posts that "our love for one another as humans is stronger than ever. … We started our relationship as best friends and will continue to be best friends."

Mendes hasn't shied away from addressing the breakup through his music. It was an inspiration for his latest single "When You're Gone." 

"You never know how good you have it/Until you're staring at a picture of the only girl that matters," the song begins. "I know what we're supposed to do/It's hard for me to let go of you."

"It felt like a kind of good description of how I was feeling a month after my relationship ended," Mendes said. "My music is always going to be a representation of where I am. … It's a healing process for me to write about how I feel and put it into music. It's always been something that's really helped me grow as a person."

Before "The Wonder Tour" wraps up its North American leg in late October, fans will get to see Mendes in movie theaters — or really, hear him, as the voice of a singing crocodile in the movie "Lyle, Lyle Crocodile."

Out Oct. 7, the film, based on Bernard Waber's 1965 children's book, co-stars Javier Bardem and Constance Wu, with new songs written by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, the creative musical team behind "The Greatest Showman" and "Dear Evan Hansen."

"Seeing my voice kind of come through the face of a CGI crocodile was bizarre," Mendes said. "I think it's going to be something I'm so proud of, especially as I get older. When I first heard the idea, I knew this was something that will affect kids in a great way."

Shawn Mendes Announces His Return to the Stage and a New Album Nearly 2 Years After Canceling Tour

The singer took to Instagram on Thursday to announced the big news.

Shawn Mendes is stepping back into the spotlight and embracing his return to the stage.

The 25-year-old singer took to Instagram on Thursday to share the exciting news that he's got his comeback all lined up -- first with a headline festival performance and then some brand-new music.

"It's been a really long time since i last played live and I'm so excited to share that I'll be headlining Rock In Rio on Sept 22nd," Mendes wrote in the caption to a black-and-white snapshot of himself shirtless, strumming a guitar. "I've missed being on stage and seeing you all in person so much!"

The singer added, "I've also been working on a new album and i can't wait to play these new songs live for you. See you there. eu te amo!!!!"

The announcement comes just a few days after Mendes made a brief return to the stage for a surprise performance with Niall Horan in London. 

Horan, 30, was playing a stop on The Show: Live on Tour, and shocked fans when he called on the "Stitches" artist to join him.

"Welcome to the stage, my little big brother, Shawn Mendes," Horan declared as the audience went absolutely wild over the unexpected guest.

Together, the pair performed a duet rendition of Mendes' hit single "Treat You Better," and Horan celebrated the appearance with a hearty "That’s my boy!" as Mendes exited after the number.

The news of Mendes headlining Rock in Rio comes nearly two years after he  canceled his planned world tour in 2022 to focus on his mental health  and wellbeing.

Back in January, he took to Instagram to share reflections on his personal growth over the past year. 

The "Wonder" singer  posted a video of himself singing along to a harmonium  and expressed how this practice helped him cope with anxiety and fear. Mendes revealed that allowing himself to sing without the need for perfection became a source of comfort, emphasizing the beauty in the interplay between "right" and "wrong" notes.

"I realized there were only moments of bliss and euphoria from the 'right' notes BECAUSE of the 'wrong' notes," he wrote on Instagram at the time. "The only reason I can sing in key is because I've learned to listen."

Mendes also shared that his most significant lesson in 2023 was "to accept and welcome the lows of life" and not constantly seek change to regain a sense of high.

Moscow Metro 2019

Will it be easy to find my way in the Moscow Metro? It is a question many visitors ask themselves before hitting the streets of the Russian capital. As metro is the main means of transport in Moscow – fast, reliable and safe – having some skills in using it will help make your visit more successful and smooth. On top of this, it is the most beautiful metro in the world !

. There are over 220 stations and 15 lines in the Moscow Metro. It is open from 6 am to 1 am. Trains come very frequently: during the rush hour you won't wait for more than 90 seconds! Distances between stations are quite long – 1,5 to 2 or even 3 kilometers. Metro runs inside the city borders only. To get to the airport you will need to take an onground train - Aeroexpress.

RATES AND TICKETS

Paper ticket A fee is fixed and does not depend on how far you go. There are tickets for a number of trips: 1, 2 or 60 trips; or for a number of days: 1, 3 days or a month. Your trips are recorded on a paper ticket. Ifyou buy a ticket for several trips you can share it with your traveling partner passing it from one to the other at the turnstile.

On every station there is cashier and machines (you can switch it to English). Cards and cash are accepted. 1 trip - 55 RUB 2 trips - 110 RUB

Tickets for 60 trips and day passes are available only at the cashier's.

60 rides - 1900 RUB

1 day - 230 RUB 3 days - 438 RUB 30 days - 2170 RUB.

The cheapest way to travel is buying Troyka card . It is a plastic card you can top up for any amount at the machine or at the ticket office. With it every trip costs 38 RUB in the metro and 21 RUB in a bus. You can get the card in any ticket office. Be prepared to leave a deposit of 50 RUB. You can get it back returning the card to the cashier.

SamsungPay, ApplePay and PayPass cards.

One turnstile at every station accept PayPass and payments with phones. It has a sticker with the logos and located next to the security's cabin.

GETTING ORIENTED

At the platfrom you will see one of these signs.

It indicates the line you are at now (line 6), shows the direction train run and the final stations. Numbers below there are of those lines you can change from this line.

In trains, stations are announced in Russian and English. In newer trains there are also visual indication of there you are on the line.

To change lines look for these signs. This one shows the way to line 2.

There are also signs on the platfrom. They will help you to havigate yourself. (To the lines 3 and 5 in this case).

Title : Active carbons as nanoporous materials for solving of environmental problems

However, up to now, the main carriers of catalytic additives have been mineral sorbents: silica gels, alumogels. This is obviously due to the fact that they consist of pure homogeneous components SiO2 and Al2O3, respectively. It is generally known that impurities, especially the ash elements, are catalytic poisons that reduce the effectiveness of the catalyst. Therefore, carbon sorbents with 5-15% by weight of ash elements in their composition are not used in the above mentioned technologies. However, in such an important field as a gas-mask technique, carbon sorbents (active carbons) are carriers of catalytic additives, providing effective protection of a person against any types of potent poisonous substances (PPS). In ESPE “JSC "Neorganika" there has been developed the technology of unique ashless spherical carbon carrier-catalysts by the method of liquid forming of furfural copolymers with subsequent gas-vapor activation, brand PAC. Active carbons PAC have 100% qualitative characteristics of the three main properties of carbon sorbents: strength - 100%, the proportion of sorbing pores in the pore space – 100%, purity - 100% (ash content is close to zero). A particularly outstanding feature of active PAC carbons is their uniquely high mechanical compressive strength of 740 ± 40 MPa, which is 3-7 times larger than that of  such materials as granite, quartzite, electric coal, and is comparable to the value for cast iron - 400-1000 MPa. This allows the PAC to operate under severe conditions in moving and fluidized beds.  Obviously, it is time to actively develop catalysts based on PAC sorbents for oil refining, petrochemicals, gas processing and various technologies of organic synthesis.

Victor M. Mukhin was born in 1946 in the town of Orsk, Russia. In 1970 he graduated the Technological Institute in Leningrad. Victor M. Mukhin was directed to work to the scientific-industrial organization "Neorganika" (Elektrostal, Moscow region) where he is working during 47 years, at present as the head of the laboratory of carbon sorbents.     Victor M. Mukhin defended a Ph. D. thesis and a doctoral thesis at the Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia (in 1979 and 1997 accordingly). Professor of Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia. Scientific interests: production, investigation and application of active carbons, technological and ecological carbon-adsorptive processes, environmental protection, production of ecologically clean food.
