From freaky face-painting to ghoulish games, there’ll be all sorts of Halloween-inspired activities for future Harry Kanes to get stuck into, culminating in a Halloween adventure around the stadium where they can search for all the hidden tricks and treats. There’ll even be a prize for the best spooky costumes (no Arsenal kits though, they’re far too scary!)

You get a tour guide at the start, however most of it is self guided with a device and headphones. The device really needs to work with digital hearing aids and currently it doesn’t hence the 4 stars. Which was a little disappointing as every other bit of accessibility is thought out. A each point in the tour there is someone to ask questions. The issue was I couldn’t listen after the first point as it would be antisocial. It was fantastic to see behind the scenes . Having been on other stadium tours we were not rushed. We have some fantastic family photos. We also recommend seeing the murals locally of Harry Kane and Ledley King. Self guided tour includes access to all levels of the stadium including home and away dressing rooms. Only thing you cannot do is step on pitch. However you can sit in coaches chair on sideline. So we were looking forward to seeing the interior of what has been billed as the best stadium in Europe. The design and facilities are obviously outstanding. However, the fact that one has to self guide with headphones and a device isa real disappointment. My device failed to work and only after asking 3 guides did I get one that worked. However, the commentary was sparse and unexciting. The guides at Twickenham and Palace gave the visits interest with their commentary and personality. The lack of this personal guiding left me with a feeling of being unappreciated. There were plenty of staff available to encourage us to buy shirts etc at pretty expensive prices. Why oh why can’t the powers that be invest in staffing the stadium visits with experienced, well trained and personable guides. A real missed opportunity. Read more Written December 22, 2023

Brilliant behind the scenes tour taking in so much, including underneath the pitch to see where the pitch is stored when in NFL mode and all the inner workings of the stadium. I never thought I'd get to meet and chat to one of the great players I used to watch as a teenager. Martin Chivers was present throughout the tour - more than two and a half hours - and was very approachable. It was fascinating to see the stadium and lots of the parts that would normally be off limits. The guide (John) was excellent. But the highlight for me was Martin. A memorable day. The tour itself is pretty good, but sadly the Halloween part was not well organised. When we got to the Magician's section, at 12.30, there was a note to say he'd be back at 1.30, the Slime Lab next door was just taking last 6 in, before she went to lunch......out of 6 Halloween areas, only one, " Beat the Ghoulie" was manned. I suppose we could have gone back, after we'd had lunch, but by then our feet ached & we didn't bother. Cake counter in cafe excellent & young lady serving there very good. Hot food was ok, but that serving area was rather chaotic, think they had all new staff by the sound of the conversations they were having. We were at the shop/stadium for 5.5 hours in total! All the staff were so friendly and helpful and really helped to make the day even more special. We were there to celebrate our eldest’s 10th birthday and he had an absolute blast, so much so that his eyes welled up on the way home with the emotion of finally visiting the actual stadium where his heroes play. The Halloween special events were well thought out and kept our 5-year old entertained too - making the slime and the face painting were his Halloween highlights. Special thanks to the lady on the photo desk who helped us (she coped well despite her being new to that area) and even more thanks to the till assistant in the shop. I didn’t get his name but he also works in a primary school in Hackney…..he helped us to secretly buy junior memberships for both our boys whilst still making the eldest feel special by getting him to ‘pay’ by himself (long story 😂). Nothing seemed too much bother and he really went over and above to help us. Halloween activities at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is bringing a host of activities for families to enjoy this October half-term.

Spooky Spurs, a Halloween themed Stadium Tour Experience is an opportunity for children to search for hidden tricks and treats around the stadium. There will also be a range of activities on offer, including face-painting and games.

It’s not just for children – adults can join in the fun and follow in the footsteps of Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son and go behind the scenes of the stadium, exploring the first team changing rooms, dugouts, pitch side, and seeing first-hand how players prepare for a match.

Tickets are on sale now with the exclusive Spooky Spurs Stadium Tours running from 24 October –  31 October (excluding matchdays). Tickets are priced at £27 for adults and £16 for juniors (5-15 years old) with One Hotspur Junior Members going free with a paying adult.

Tired of the bright, colorful colors of the spring? It's time to celebrate Halfway to Halloween !

Hey, if we can celebrate Christmas in July, we can do a SummerWeen when all the goths and dark children who gritted their teeth through Valentine's Day and Easter's pastel palette can get a quick hit of the scary and macabre.

Here's a look at some of what's happening.

Disney Channel brings half the horror with Halfway to Halloween marathon

Get back in the spirit with your favorite haunted episodes from "Big City Greens," "Kiff," "Monsters at Work," "Hailey's On It!," "The Ghost and Molly McGee," "The Ghastly Ghoul," "Lego Friends the Next Chapter," and what the channel called "a semi-cursed peek at 'ZOMBIES: The Re-Animated Series!'" The event starts Sunday at 3:30 pm on the Disney Channel.

In previous years the Disney parks also have had Halfway to Halloween promotions, especially when there were scary new movies or shows to talk about, but nothing has been announced yet this year.

Home Depot drops new Halloween skeleton decorations

Did you miss out on the giant 12' skeleton from Home Depot last year? The building supplies and home decor chain told Axios Wednesday that "to meet extraordinarily high demand" they're bringing limited quantities of "Skelly" back to the stores in the retailer's first "Halfway to Halloween" sale on April 25, along with some new spooky friends: Skelly Dog, Inferno Deadwood Skelly and Frankenstein's Monster.

Skelly will be a "new and improved" model this year and will retail for $299. The skeleton dog will be $199, the Inferno skeleton will be $379 and Frankenstein's Monster runs $249. Check local stores or their website for details and expect things to sell out quickly.

Shudder TV running Halfway to Halloween programming through April

Horror channel Shudder is already all over this, with terrifying exclusive films like "Last Night with the Devil" and "Infested" and programs like "The Boulet Brothers’ Dragula," "101 Scariest Movie Moments of All Time," "Creepshow," 'The Last Drive-In Halloween Special Marathon" with Joe Bob Briggs, and more. Spirit Halloween lets you win an overnight stay at the Lizzie Borden House

They aren't taking over any local storefronts — yet — but the Halloween superstore Spirit Halloween has a weeklong celebration on its Instagram page for the midway mark, promoting the opening of their flagship store in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.

The big event? Leave a comment on the contest Instagram post for an "axe-clusive" chance to spend the night at the Lizzie Borden House in Fall River, Massachusetts.

One lucky winner and up to 12 of their friends will get:

Halfway to Halloween Expo in Ann Arbor

If you want to go all out, plan a blood-curdling road trip to Ann Arbor, Michigan for the Halfway to Halloween Expo on May 11.

"Embrace the darkness, let your imagination run wild, and indulge in the macabre delights," the site says. There will be a themed haunted walkthrough, monster dancing, and over 160 suitably scary vendors.

Lots of local bars, restaurants and venues may pick up on the idea. Here are just a few:

• The 13th Floor Haunted House in Jacksonville (one of the "top 5 most terrifying haunted houses in the U.S.A., according to USA TODAY ) is bringing back its horrifying Halfway to Halloween event on May 3 and 4, tickets on sale now.
• There's a Halfway to Halloween Bar Crawl in Daytona Beach on Saturday, April 27.
• The Barnes & Noble in St. Petersburg has invited all their local horror authors for a meet and greet and mass signing event on Saturday, April 27.
• You gotta have horror burlesque. Don't miss the "Death Becomes Them" horror cabaret in Tampa Saturday with "spooky vendors," local horror authors and a Wicked Pin-Up context.
