ATLANTA (December 14, 2022) – Touted as “the most epic and highly anticipated hip-hop tour of the decade”, We Are Live Entertainment presents the “Legendz of the Streetz” Tour: Reloaded Edition at the award-winning State Farm Arena in Atlanta for one night only on Sunday, March 5, 2023.

The highly successful brand and must-see tour will include an interchanging ensemble of some of the most iconic names in hip-hop including Jeezy, Rick Ross, T.I., Gucci Mane, 2Chainz, Jadakiss, Ja Rule, Cam’ron, Trina and many more. Tickets for the show go on sale this Friday, December 16th and range from $65 to $320 and can be purchased on Ticketmaster.com .

Rick Ross took to Instagram today (Sept. 8) to announce the blockbuster rebooted “Legendz of the Streetz” tour.

The 11-date outing that is slated to kick off on Sept. 30 in Augusta, Georgia will feature Ross sharing the stage with Jeezy , Gucci Mane, 2 Chainz , Fabolous, Boosie Badazz, Lil Kim, Trina, and DJ Drama. The tour will hit Atlanta, Greensboro, Baltimore, New Orleans, Houston, Dallas, Miami, Jacksonville and Tampa before wrapping up in Memphis on October 22.

Back in February, Rick Ross joined the roster of artists to perform their NPR Tiny Desk concert from a remote location in the now at-home series. The Mississippi-born rapper opted to perform a number of his hits and fan favorites in Miami artist Rich B Caliente’s gallery space for his second time presenting his music live alongside a band.

Rick Ross’ setlist featured six songs, including: “Super High,” “B.M.F. (Blowing Money Fast),” “Aston Martin Music,” “I’m Not A Star,” “F_ckwithmeyouknowigotit,” and “Tears of Joy.”

During his set, he said: “So many inspired the Boss. I could look at any brother on the street and get some inspiration from them, regardless of how many followers you got on social media, regardless of what you’re riding in. I could learn something from you. I ain’t scared to. Let’s make sure we keep building.”

The performance is featured as part of NPR’s Black History Month celebrations where they highlight Black artists across genres and generations.

“I want to thank NPR for bringing the Boss out,” Rick Ross said during his 20-minute set. “My homies, we going to grind together since we’re going to shine together.”

The show will go on.

After being postponed in the wake of the pandemic, the “Legendz of the Streetz Tour” will resume this fall. Formerly titled “Feed the Streetz,” the nationwide tour includes a powerhouse lineup co-headlined by Rick Ross, Jeezy, Gucci Mane, and 2 Chainz, along with Fabolous and Boosie Badazz. Lil’ Kim and Trina will also perform on select dates, with DJ Drama serving as the official tour DJ for most stops.

The 11-date trek kicks off Sept. 30 in Augusta, Ga. and wraps Oct. 22 in Memphis, Tenn. The rescheduled dates also include stops in Atlanta, New Orleans, Houston, Miami, and Tampa.

Skipping the grammys, artists on the legendz of the streetz tour made a sunday stop in dallas..

Two Dallas hip-hop shows were postponed because of inclement weather last week (Detroit rapper BabyTron and Memphis’ GloRilla at House of Blues). For local fans, Sunday’s Legendz of the Streetz Tour concert was the remedy for cabin fever.

Sunday was also the day of the 65th annual Grammy Awards , so attending the hip-hop show at American Airlines Center meant skipping the telecast in favor of seeing certified street legends Cam’ron, 2 Chainz, Gucci Mane, Jeezy, T.I. and Trina, and special guest Jucee Froot.

Now in its third installment, the Legendz of the Streetz Tour aims to honor this group of artists by paying homage to their legacies and showcasing the influence they had during a specific era of hip-hop that amplified Black culture. Only a handful of these artists are Grammy-nominated, and only two have won Grammy Awards. But there has been an ongoing debate in hip-hop circles about whether validation from the Recording Academy matters if you’re already stamped for approval by the neighborhoods and blocks you grew up in. Combined, T.I., Jeezy, Gucci Mane and 2 Chainz have hundreds of mixtapes to choose from that define trap music outside of their album catalogs. Trina, meanwhile, gained notoriety rapping with Trick Daddy.

After making its first stop in Dallas in 2021, the tour returned two years later with an abridged lineup: Rick Ross, Jadakiss, and Ja Rule were notably absent. But that made room for the DJs to keep the party going in between. If Cam’ron wasn’t taking you to uptown Harlem with his tight set of classic solo Killa Cam songs (“Oh Boy,” “Hey Ma”) and records from the Diplomats (“Dipset Anthem,” “Bout It Bout It …, Part III,” “I Really Mean It”), it was the DJs who made sure we acknowledged the contributions of fallen rappers Shawty Lo, Young Dolph and Mo3 by playing their biggest hits.

From start to finish, each artist had a set that weaved in deep album cuts, mixtape classics, songs you might’ve forgotten about and radio-friendly jams you’ve probably heard on 97.9 “The Beat” KBFB-FM. 2 Chainz had the most lively and enjoyable set of the evening. Although he leaned heavily on songs with other featured artists like “No Problem” and “Big Bank,” the crowd was having a good time. After his performance of “Duffle Bag Boy,” he thanked Dallas for supporting him since his early days.

Gucci Mane and Jeezy subtly pulled off a Verzuz -style battle, with Gucci performing a quick and fast set that could’ve been longer given the amount of music he has. One of the bigger pops of the night came when he did “Trap House 3,” the thumping bass vibrating through the speakers to invigorating effect.

Once Jeezy came on stage, it felt like the headliner had arrived early. The crowd favored Jeezy over Gucci, possibly because of his personal shout-outs to the “Triple D,” the Oak Cliff neighborhood and Rudy’s Chicken. After performing a flurry of songs from his Thug Motivation series and making the crowd feel invincible with his motivational talk, Jeezy noted the warm reception from the crowd by saying he was changing his hometown from Atlanta to Dallas. “I’m an honorary member tonight,” he said, cueing up the city’s unofficial anthem, “Put On.” By the end of his set, Jeezy had the crowd in the palm of his hand, concluding with “Soul Survivor” and “Let’s Get It / Sky’s the Limit.”

Hip-hop royalty closed out the show. T.I. calls himself the King of the South, while Trina has been referred to as the Queen of the South. Both are from different area codes but are held in high regard for their contributions to rap culture: T.I. popularized trap music for the mainstream, while Trina’s raw, explicit and raunchy lyrics empowered women.

T.I. went up first and put his range on display, making his way through songs from Trap Muzik (“Rubber Band Man”), Urban Legend (“U Don’t Know Me”) and Paper Trail (“Live Your Life”). “We represent a moment in time, and that time is now. We gonna ride through the 2000s; we gotta pull on up to the ‘20s. But you know if you ride with me, you know what we gotta roll on, right?” he asked, before jumping into “24′s.”

T.I. sought to bridge the gap between the old and new generation, bringing out his son Domani for “Family Connect,” rising Dallas rapper Yella Beezy for “That’s On Me” and Memphis’ own Jucee Froot for “Step.”

Trina’s performance was all for the ladies. She catered to the women in the crowd and played fan favorites “Pull Over” and “Here We Go.” Ball Greezy assisted Trina in bringing the Miami sound to Dallas. Trina sounded spectacular, adding extra emphasis to her words in “Look Back at Me,” a song to which many in the crowd could relate.

While Trina left the stage as the headliner for the evening, fans exited American Airlines Center to Brooklyn rapper Lola Brooke’s “Don’t Play With It,” featuring Billy B. Perhaps it was a glimpse into the future: Hip-hop finally embracing its female artists and giving them top billing.

Russia Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945

In May 9th Russia celebrate the day of victory of Soviet troops over Nazi Germany. On this day, parades, commemorative events, and festive fireworks are held solemnly throughout the country. The main military parade of the country takes place in Moscow on Red Square. Throughout the city, at special concert venues, art groups perform, songs of the war years are heard everywhere. People dance, relax. Many older people cry, remembering the horror of years gone by.

Night of museums

Museum Night is an annual project that will take place in Moscow 15 times. Most of the city’s cultural institutions traditionally take part in it. Most of the city’s museums and exhibitions are free to visit. In parks, country estates, thematic performances and entertainment cultural events are held. About 200 museums, exhibition halls and art spaces take part in the festival. Many sites prepare special projects on the topic for visitors.

Christmas Festival

This is the most favourite festival of Muscovites and guests of the city. Interesting events take place at 80 venues throughout the city. Numerous ice rinks, food zones, hockey courts, slides, a children’s snowboard park are open. Every day, in special chalets around the city, puppet shows and fairy tales are read. Concerts and master classes await visitors, where you can try yourself in Gzhel painting, clay modelling, decoupage. You can make jewellery, toys and gifts to loved ones, as well as send a letter to Santa Claus. Festival “Moscow Maslenitsa”

One of the brightest, longest events in Russia, dedicated to the seeing off of winter and the meeting of spring. Everyone will be able to learn how to cook pancakes, attend a lot of creative and craft workshops. Take part in traditional Shrovetide fun.
