Misrepresentation on car hire
We rented a car from Travel Supermarket with Economy Bookings. It’s claimed to be on site at Milan Bergamo. When we got the booking confirmation through, it said the car in fact was offsite and we needed to get a shuttle. There was no way to cancel without charge. The instructions told us to go straight to shuttle P3. It took 20 minutes for the bus and to get there. When we got to the Goldcar desk at P3 they told us we had to go all the way back to the airport to pick up a contract from the Goldcar airport desk. This was opposite to the booking instructions. It’s taken about 80 minutes to go back and forth. Travel Supermarket should not be advertising false offers and should rectify their records immediately. Goldcar is not at the airport terminal at Bergamo. Furthermore, they should ensure Economy Bookings update their confirmation to give proper instructions. It’s a disgraceful way to treat people. Apparently this has been the situation since December.

Great airport hotel but let down very badly by the 1 hour it took to have our car returned to us .
We booked a hotel / parking package at Heathrow with Travelsupermarket . The hotel ( Holiday Garden in T2 ) was excellent however the parking ( Blue Circle ) was awful. Blue Circle took 1 hour to get our car to us from when we called them to advise we had cleared customs . They misled us on 3 occasions about when the car would be returned so we were left hanging around in a cold car park waiting for our car . When I spoke to Blue Circle to complain they said they would credit my account with the full parking fee . A week after the incident and It would seem that Blue Circle continue to mislead their customers as no monies have been refunded .

Do not trust Travelsupermarket. The information they had provided on the website is totally misleading! I had booked my space for airport cark park via Travelsupermarket and chose the flexible booking. Few days later i had amended the booking and on completing the change i was charged additional £7.50 For flexible booking they have not provided any information on the charges that i would incur for a change and confirmed with the call center , yet, it looks like i am not going to get the refund . So was asked to raise a complaint which i think will be wasted

If I could give no stars I would. This website is a massive con. Was wanting to book a holiday to America next week (luckily not parted with any cash) as all the prices quoted on this website are incorrect when you talk to the third party companies. Saw a fantastic cheap deal with perfectholidays so filled in the form for them to contact me regarding a specific holiday to receive an email saying the best they can do is over £200 more then quoted on travelsipermarket. When I question the guy he simply said the flight details advertised by travel supermarket are in correct. This happened with every holiday advertised by perfectholidays and Expedia. Avoid completely

Don't trust all companies selected byTravelsupermarket
Sadly, this is another company who appears to be happy to take a cut of your money but offer nothing in return. I recently booked car hire through their website. The car hire company - Enterprise - accepted my booking then told me the car wasn't available and offered an alternative at an inflated price. I had no choice but to cancel the booking and look for a better company to deal with. I have since been told that this company overbooks at the lower price in order to reel in more potential customers. Looking at the many poor comments in the reviews about enterprise I don't know why Travelsupermarket doesn't remove them from their searches until they treat their customers fairly and earn some respect.

Parked my car through this site at…
Parked my car through this site at Clayton hotels whilst the hotel and room were very good the parking was terrible. Be warned the parking is 25 miles away on our return the car was parked in a space that we could not open the doors to get in the car and the passenger door has been dented. The radio had been retuned the satnav preferences had been altered thus taking us through the city centre it seemed that whoever took the car to and from the carpark had no consideration for the owner will definitely not use this service again

No consumer protection if things go wrong
Unfortunately this is another one of those companies that are happy to take their cut of your money but offer no consumer protection if something goes wrong. I recently booked car hire using their website. Unfortunately the agent at the end of the chain - Easirent - failed to deliver the goods I had paid for - i.e. a hire car at Dublin airport. This caused stress and upset for my family. As the introducer I raised a complaint with Travel Supermarket where they basically pass the buck along the chain, even including the consumer, as it was my informed choice to use the chosen broker. Whilst I accept that Travel Supermarket were not responsible for the issue they should be vetting the organisations they promote on their site to protect us as consumers. Another disappointing company - great if everything goes right but offer no protection if things fail.

Had all the Policy Cover but Tower Claims just classified as Cancellations whereas I was falling under 4 sections • Scheduled Airlines Failure after Departure • Abandonment • Flight Delays Over 12 Hours • Cancellation I will recommend my Friends not to use Travel Supermarket at all. Inaccurate for car hire
Whilst easy to use, the site appears to make little effort to check accuracy of products. Recommend searching on anything except this when booking car hire as on airport and off airport filiters are inaccurate.
