Amazing customer service.

The TUI website was experiencing technical issues and we could not book anything for our stay in Barcelona. We decided to go in store at Westwood Cross Broadstairs after work to get some help. The staff there are friendly, happy and very helpful. Bekah made booking our holiday ( what we couldn’t do at home online ) stress free and even that more exciting. Everything was perfect. We walked away with our holiday booked from just popping in for some help. Amazing. Would definitely recommend the staff and store. Thank you.

Egypt - amazing trip with TUI!

Great all inclusive TUI holiday to Sharm-el-Sheikh in Egypt at the Coral Sea Aqua Park. Amazing staff, location, food and value for money. We travelled from London as a couple and felt safe and welcomed. Plenty of places to visit in the evening (Soho Square, Old Town Market, Farsha Cafe, Naama Bay), relax on the beach during the day and fun at the aqua park. Wonderful places to visit by boat close by with incredible aquatic life.

Booked our holiday with TUI by calling a local store rather than using the internet or calling the general call centre. They were excellent - knew the area well and the hotel. They even managed to give us a lower price that we found on the internet. Very helpful and great to take to a person. Would recommend finding a local store to check things out.

Unfortunately for myself,i sufferd a heart attack 8weeks before my cape verde holiday,i can honestly say tui was amazing and caused me no stress,i now will only use Tui when it comes to booking a holiday,a massive thanks to noah who helped me at such a low time. Thanks ray kilgallon

The Damon hotel apartments offered good…

The Damon hotel apartments offered good service, good food and a clean and friendly environment, they provided all of this and more. Robert (bar tender) went out of his way to make sure guests were having a great time. Peno (entertainment manager), provided different activities which were fun and entertaining. He was very funny (and patient)! everything. Food was exceptional. Tasty dishes ,from kebabs to lamb chops. Lots of different salads on offer. The vegetarian menu could possibly be improved (according to my daughter who came and joined us for 6 days)

Fab rep when we went into festival park…

Fab rep when we went into festival park Tui. So much different from Hanley branch who were not very helpful The rep at festival park was knowledgeable, showed us several hotels. Was enthusiastic about holiday and friendly and helpful. I would recommend festival park Tui Avoid Hanley shop staff were miserable and I was under the impression that the rep thought I couldn't afford to go on holiday we were wanting.

Customer support excellence!

After having a bit of trouble with a TUI voucher during booking, I got the most amazing help from a lovely lady called Steph at Customer Support. She was genuinely everything you could ever want from a CS agent - so so helpful, friendly, went above and beyond, etc. She’s a true asset to your team and made a wonderful start to a hopefully wonderful holiday!

After many bookings for many Years…

After many bookings for many Years though Thompson and TUI it’s a shame as regular customers are not given loyalty offers. Since 2000 we have holidayed and to travelled 34 times to Dominican Republic. 4 times Mexico I time Jamaica. 26 vacations were to Bahia Principe Hotel Group.

Customer (Dis)Services

I have contacted TUI six times regarding a cruise booked for this week. On each occasion the agent informed me that they could see the issue and would get an answer back to me within 72 hours; which they never did. At an average of 30 mins per call, that's at least 3 hours of my life wasted on nothing. Not returning calls, as agreed, is not only extremely discourteous, but shows a deep lack of respect for the customers that need help, advice or assistance. After this trip, I doubt I shall be using TUI again.

Fantastic company

Fantastic company, made our holiday stress free from beginning to end. Hassle free booking in at home and away airports, flights on time, transfers made quickly and very comfortable coaches. The hotel was fantastic, very clean, great food choices and brilliant entertainment every evening 😀

Pointless complaint

After having a completely disastrous holiday in Jamaica at a substandard dirty hotel, we contacted TUI to lodge our complaint. TUI offered us a discount voucher to be used within 18months. We explained that we would be returning to live in Australia and so we would be unable to use the voucher. We asked if we could gift the voucher for a relative to use but they refused. So…our complaint meant nothing and neither did the compensation voucher. What is the point 🤷‍♀️ not happy 😔

Check the All Inclusive Meaning ie, Beach, Beach Bar, etc, etc, etc

It was probably our own fault choosing this holiday, We came here with Thompson / TUI 15 years ago and thought it would be good to go again, however we have been spoilt by the fantastic All Inclusive holidays in Egypt - Red Sea. Our Fuerteventura break did not come close to our 15 to 20 trips to the Red Sea area with TUI.

The agent was very nice and friendly and very helpful. We booked 1 holiday on line the night before because we knew what we wanted, but we needed help with the second holiday because we didn’t know anything about the place where we wanted to go.

Clear and honest review of the resort!!

Very good information about both the hotel and resort. The agent was very clear about the possibility that we may be unable to get in the sea due to the fact that it can be very rough. Not an issue to us but appreciated the honest advice. No pressure applied and made to feel relaxed.

The Tui service

The Tui service, process, staff both here and abroad, was brilliant. The hotel accommodation and food was lovely and made the holiday more relaxed. You may create perhaps a more 'budget' holiday but I'll go back to Tui for the next and future holidays. Having someone there (rep) also gives confidence and security of being able to contact someone locally.

Excellent holiday with TUI in Sorrento

We travelled to Sorrento with TUI for a 10 day holiday at the end of April, staying half board at the Conca Park Hotel. The flights and transfers went as planned and we were extremely pleased with our our hotel which looked immaculate, provided excellent food and facilities and a real personal service. TUI and the hotel management clearly have a good working relationship with both involved in the welcome meeting and there is a dedicated 'TUI' conference room which provides relevant information and a place to meet Miriam, the TUI rep who is based at the hotel. Miriam was a great help with local knowledge and always seemed to have time for people's queries.

The customer service young women was…

The customer service young women was very helpful even tho she hadn’t travelled to the country of Barbados. The price was was fairish but what we needed was the dates of travel this was important to us. We are looking forward to going to our favourite island during December.
